In the first two months, the output, sale, investment and export of textile industry grew at a slower pace than last year. But things began to pick up after that as the economy slowly begins to recover since March. Methods.Myocardial infarction was induced in 24 New Zealand rabbits by ligating the root of left anterior descending coronary artery.Group Ⅰ(n=8) served as control, group Ⅱ(n=8) as a blank microcapsule group, group Ⅲ(n=8, each microcapsule contains 1μg bFGF) as micrpcapsule group.In group Ⅱ and Ⅲ, 5 blank microcapsules or bFGF slow-release microcapsules were implanted into myocardium underneath the epicardium between the left anterior descending coronary artery and left circumflex artery.Infarct size was evaluated by infarcted weight/left ventricle weight ratio and angiogenesis was evaluated by immunohistochemical examinations 5 weeks later. [WT5”BX] Results.As compared with group Ⅰ and Ⅱ, rabbits treated with bFGF slow-release microcapsules showed higher microvessel counts (group Ⅰ3775±450, group Ⅱ3837±498,vs.group Ⅲ 13550±481,P<0001) and less infarcted weight /left ventricle weight (group Ⅰ168%±04%,group Ⅱ167%±05%,vs.group Ⅲ 70%±02%,P<0001). Conclusions.Subepicardial administration of bFGF slow-release microcapsule in the infarcted rabbit model results in effective angiogenesis and reduction in infarct size. 展开更多

A 2D polycrystal is considered with cohesive surfaces inserted along the grain boundaries. The anisotropic elastic modulus and grain-to-grain misorientation are accounted for together with an initial stress state related to the processing. A minimum load threshold is shown to originate from the onset of the reaction-rupture mechanism to proceed where a minimum traction is reached locally and from the magnitude of the initial compression stresses. An experiment was conducted to measure the effects of mixed plastic (polyethylene and disposable plastic glass) on the growth of </span><i><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Amaranthus</span></i> <i><span style="font-family:Verdana;">viridis</span></i><span style="font-family:Verdana;">. Different doses of mixed plastics (T0, T1, T2, and T3) were applied with a fixed amount of soil for each of the treatments e.g., T0 (control), T1 (10 gm mixed plastics/3kg soil), T2 (15 gm mixed plastics/3kg soil) and T3 (20 gm mixed plastic/3kg soil), and the growth response of </span><i><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Amaranthus</span></i> <i><span style="font-family:Verdana;">viridis</span></i><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> against plastic was observed for six consecutive weeks. The growth was measured in terms of plant height and girth diameter. The results showed that the presence of mixed plastic had a significant effect on the growth of </span><i><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Amaranthus</span></i> <i><span style="font-family:Verdana;">viridis</span></i><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> and particularly in treatment T3 (3 kg soil/20gm mixed plastic), the plants showed a slower growth response compared to control and the rest of the treatments applied in case of both plant height as well as girth diameter. The statistical analysis (one-way Analysis of Variance) also proved the significance of the treatments (p-values < 0.05) for six consecutive weeks. The experiment was successfully able to set an index on which plastics had their effects on the growth of green amaranth. In addition, the obtained data will be helpful in future research of the study in determining the possible effects of plastic on plant growth viz. green amaranth. 展开更多

Little is known about the productive performance of Mexican turkey, so the objective of the present study was to characterize growth performance curves of backyard turkey under a confined system. Forty fertile eggs were artificially incubated and turkey weight was recorded at hatch. During growth performance weekly weight was measured until 385 days of age. Turkey commercial feed and water were offered ad libitum. To characterize growth curves, a fourth degree polynomial model regression and a Richards biological model were used, which were compared by determination coefficient (r2), to reach the best fit model. The best fit model was the fourth degree polynomial regression model from a mathematical standpoint of view. It was found that maximum tom growth was reached at 15.7 weeks with a weight gain of 259.3 g/week and in hens at 12.4 weeks with a weight gain of 112.0 g/week. Body weight reached by toms at 40 weeks was 6 kg and hens at 35 weeks with 3.6 kg. 展开更多

Growth curves fitted Penicillium digitatum were used to analyze the effect of temperature, pH and aw on their growth. To asses observance of independent variable effects on all growth parameters (λ, latency time, μ, growth rate and ymax maximal growth) a slow growth strain of P. digitatum was employed. Growth curves were obtained at different conditions of temperature (10?C - 40?C), pH (3.0 - 7.0) and water activity (0.800 - 0.990) and growth parameters were calculated by fitting of logistic model. Polynomial models were made by linear regression and all terms (linear, quadratic and interactive effects) were statistically significant (p < 0.001). All growth parameters, including maximal growth were affected by environmental conditions;pH effect was more important on maximal growth than that on lag time or growth rate. In some aspects results and modeling behavior of P. digitatum, are very similar to modeling of bacterial growth. 展开更多

The effects of slow-release fertilizers and sugarcane-specific fertilizers on the growth and quality of sugarcane were studied to provide a theoretical basis for cultivation of sugarcane with lower costs but higher efficiency. Field experiments were carried out in two major sugarcane areas in Guangxi and three fertilization treatments were studied: single application of compound fertilizers( treatment I),compound fertilizers + slow-release fertilizers( treatment II) and sugarcane-specific base fertilizers + sugarcane-specific topdressing( treatment III). Effects of equal fertilization conditions of treatment I,II and III on growth,yield and sugar of sugarcane were studied. The three fertilization treatments had little effects on emergence,tillering,and effective stems of sugarcane,but compared with the treatment of compound fertilizer( treatment I) with a ratio of N,P,and K of 1∶1∶1,treatment II using slow-release fertilizers as topdressing had better growth,higher plant height and stem diameter,so the yield was higher. Treatment III designed sugarcane-specific fertilizers with proper ratio according to fertilizer demands of sugarcane. Besides,the treatment III sugarcane-specific base fertilizers,containing certain amount of organic matters,could promote the sugar accumulation of sugarcane. Therefore,the sugarcane yield of treatment III was higher than that of treatment II. In conclusion,slow-release fertilizers and sugarcane-specific fertilizers can significantly increase sugarcane yield,especially sugarcane-specific fertilizers. We investigated the feasibility of using ammonium- and potassium-loaded zeolite (NK-Z) as carriers for fertilizer and for slow release of nitrogen (N) and potassium (K). Plant growth response and soil analysis were performed. The results indicated an increase in the total harvest weight of kale (Brassica alboglabra Bailey). Furthermore, higher levels of N and K were detected in soil applied with NK-Z than in soil applied with compound fertilizers. The leaf fresh weight of kale in the fertilizer treatments including NK-Z were 2118.4 and 2111.3 g·plant-1, while the leaf fresh weights of kale in the treatment without NK-Z was 2018.0 g·plant-1. The N and K contents in the soils were maintained in the high level in the NK-Z treatment compared that in control treatment. The results indicate that NK-Z has a great potential as the slow-release fertilizer reducing pollution by preventing leaching to the ground water. 展开更多

本文利用城市层面的数据建立简约式的差分模型,识别出口下降对中国经济增长的影响。为了解决模型中可能存在的内生性问题,本文利用Bartik方法构造工具变量。研究发现,出口下降是中国近年来经济增速下行的一个原因,与其他地区相比,出口... 本文利用城市层面的数据建立简约式的差分模型,识别出口下降对中国经济增长的影响。为了解决模型中可能存在的内生性问题,本文利用Bartik方法构造工具变量。研究发现,出口下降是中国近年来经济增速下行的一个原因,与其他地区相比,出口下降较多的地区其经济增长率降幅更大。为了捕捉地区间商品贸易和劳动力流动对外部冲击经济效应的影响,本文还建立了一个多区域量化空间均衡模型。结果表明,出口下降对东部地区特别是与国际市场联系紧密的省市如广东、上海、天津、福建、江苏的影响较为明显;若出口下降10%,则全国实际GDP会下降0.17个百分点,福利水平会下降0.15个百分点;提高国内各地区的生产率以及降低地区间的贸易成本可以抵消外部冲击对中国经济的消极影响。 展开更多

Since amino acid exhibits nonlinear optical property, it is of interest to dope them in serine. The overwhelming success of molecular engineering in controlling nonlinear optical properties in last decade has prompted better initiative in crystal engineering. In the present study single crystals of serine doped with succinic acid in different ratios have been grown by slow evaporation solution growth method. Grown serine succinate crystals were subjected to various characterization techniques. The cell parameters of the grown crystals were characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis. FT-Raman spectral studies were carried out on the SAA grown material to confirm the synthesized compound and the functional groups of serine succinate single crystal were identified from FTIR analysis. The optical transparency and upper cut off value of UV transmission spectrum of SSA crystal were recorded. Fluorescence study was also carried out for the grown materials. The mechanical hardness was estimated by Vickers’s micro hardness tester. The second harmonic generation (SHG) of the grown crystal was confirmed by Kurtz powder technique. Thermal properties of serine succinate crystal were evaluated with thermogravimetric, differential thermal and differential scanning calorimetric analyses. The SEM studies were also reported. 展开更多

The grown crystals have been characterized by single crystal XRD analysis, powder XRD analysis, FTIR analysis, UV-Vis-NIR analysis and SHG studies. XRD analysis confirms the crystalline nature of the materials. The addition of L-alanine changes the crystal structure from orthorhombic to tetragonal. The presence of various functional groups present in the pure BTCB and LABTCB crystals have been confirmed by FTIR analysis. The UV-Vis-NIR spectrum shows the transmission characteristics of the crystals. The SHG study depicts the nonlinear optical efficiency of the crystals. 展开更多

Nonlinear optical single crystals of L-phenylalanine-4-nitrophenol have been grown by the slow evaporation method. The grown crystal was subjected to the single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, to confirm that it belongs to the monoclinic crystal structure, with space group P21. The optical transmission study reveals the transparency of the crystal in the entire visible region and the cut off wave length has been found to be 320 nm. The optical band gap is found to be 3.87 eV. The transmittance of the L-phenylalanine-4-nitrophenol crystal has been used to calculate the refractive index (n), the extinction coefficient (K) and the real (εr) and imaginary (εi) components of the dielectric constant. The mechanical behaviour of the grown crystals was studied using Vicker’s microhardness tester. The dielectric constant and dielectric loss of L-phenylalanine-4-nitrophenol are measured in the frequency range of 50 Hz to 5 MHz at different temperatures. The photoconductivity study confirms the negative photoconductive nature of the sample. 展开更多

本试验旨在研究缓释尿素对藏西北绒山羊生长性能、氮代谢、血浆指标和瘤胃发酵的影响。选取15月龄藏西北绒山羊40只(公母各占1/2),随机分为4组,每组10个重复,每个重复1只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂添加2.0%普通尿素及1.2%和2... 本试验旨在研究缓释尿素对藏西北绒山羊生长性能、氮代谢、血浆指标和瘤胃发酵的影响。选取15月龄藏西北绒山羊40只(公母各占1/2),随机分为4组,每组10个重复,每个重复1只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂添加2.0%普通尿素及1.2%和2.4%缓释尿素的试验饲粮。预试期7 d,正试期49 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,1)添加普通尿素组平均日采食量(ADFI)和平均日增重(ADG)显著降低(P<0.05),料重比(F/G)显著升高(P<0.05);2)试验后期(第49天),添加1.2%和2.4%缓释尿素组粗蛋白质(CP)消化率极显著升高(P<0.01),试验前期(第21天),添加普通尿素、1.2%和2.4%缓释尿素组尿液中总氮(TN)和尿素氮(UN)含量极显著升高(P<0.01),添加普通尿素组试验后期尿液中UN含量极显著升高(P<0.01);3)添加2.4%缓释尿素组试验前期血浆非蛋白氮(NPN)含量显著升高(P<0.05),添加普通尿素组试验前期血浆NPN含量显著升高(P<0.05);4)添加普通尿素组试验前期血浆总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、总超氧化歧化酶(T-SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性极显著升高(P<0.01),添加2.4%缓释尿素组极显著降低(P<0.01),添加2.4%缓释尿素组血浆丙二醛(MDA)含量极显著升高(P<0.01);5)添加普通尿素和缓释尿素均对绒山羊血浆免疫指标[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)]没有显著影响(P>0.05);6)添加普通尿素组瘤胃氨态氮(NH 3-N)和TN含量显著升高(P<0.05),微生物蛋白(MCP)含量显著降低(P<0.05);7)添加2.4%缓释尿素组纯利润最高,比对照组提高了20.73元。综上所述,饲粮添加缓释尿素对藏西北绒山羊的生长性能没有负面影响,可有效降低瘤胃氨氮及血浆和尿液中的UN含量,提高瘤胃MCP含量,减少机体氮损失。综合各项指标和经济效益分析结果,在藏西北绒山羊饲粮中添加2.4%的缓释尿素较为适宜。 展开更多
