Psychological intervention based on social cognitive theory: Treating pain, anxiety, and depression in perioperative patients

BACKGROUND Surgery is an effective method for treating certain diseases.Factors such as disease,preoperative fear and tension,surgical stress,postoperative pain,and related complications directly affect the smooth progression and outcome of surgery.Patients may experience a series of psychological and physiological changes during the perioperative period,resulting in anxiety and depression,which may reduce the pain threshold and worsen their prognosis.METHODS We enrolled 200 patients who underwent surgical care at The First People’s Hospital of Lin’an District,Hangzhou between January and December 2023.They were categorized into a routine intervention group(n=103)and a psychological intervention group(n=97),based on the intervention strategies used.Various assessment tools,including the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),the self-rating depression scale(SDS),and the Connor–Davidson Resilience scale,were used to measure patients’negative states and emotions.The pre-and post-intervention scores for these metrics in the two groups were then analyzed.RESULTS In the psychological intervention group,the SAS and SDS scores(31.56±5.18 and 31.46±4.57,respectively)were significantly reduced compared to the routine intervention group(P<0.05).The visual analog scale pain scores at 12 and 24 hours after intervention(6.85±1.21,4.24±0.72)were notably higher than those in the routine intervention group(P<0.05).The psychological intervention group also demonstrated superior scores in perseverance(36.08±3.29),self-reliance(22.63±2.91),optimism(11.42±1.98),and resilience(70.13±5.37),compared to the routine intervention group(P<0.05).Additionally,the psychological intervention group’s confrontation score(23.16±4.29)was higher(P<0.05).This group also reported lower scores in avoidance(9.28±1.94)and yielding(6.19±1.92)(P<0.05).Lastly,the Short Form 36 Health Survey scores were significantly higher in the psychological intervention group,indicating a better quality of life(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Psychological intervention measures based on SCT can effectively alleviate pain,anxiety,and depression in periop-erative patients.

As an important channel for start-ups to obtain R&D funds and external knowledge and information resources,and as one of the key methods for investment institutions to leverage scale and synergy effects to enhance investment returns,venture capital syndication holds significant research value in the field of venture capital.This paper reviews the literature,summarizing the motivations behind the formation of joint investment networks,the conceptual characteristics of the three core theories of social network theory,and the empirical research on venture capital syndication within the framework of social network theory.It also highlights the existing research results,identifies gaps,and anticipates future research directions.

From In-Out Duality to the Foundation of Social Quantum Mechanics

This paper introduces a framework of in-out duality, merging insights from quantum mechanics with social sciences to illuminate the complex interplay between internal potentialities and external manifestations. It articulates foundational, mathematical axioms (Entanglement, Homogeneity, Emergence, and Measurement) that underpin the dynamics of systems, emphasizing the interconnectedness and emergent behaviors resulting from internal and external interactions. By exploring quantum concepts like coherence, entanglement, and superposition, the paper proposes an interdisciplinary approach termed Quantum Social Mechanics. This approach challenges classical paradigms, advocating for a reevaluation of conventional notions through the lens of quantum principles. The paper argues that understanding the universe’s complexities requires a synthesis of motion states and potential states, suggesting a paradigm shift towards integrating quantum mechanics into the philosophical foundation of social theory. Through this comprehensive framework, the paper aims to foster a deeper understanding of the universe’s interconnected nature and the dynamic processes that govern the emergence of complex systems and behaviors.

Rural Development Transformation and Social Governance from the Perspective of Specialization:A Case Study of Ruiling Village in Guangzhou City,China

The reorganization of the global production network and the increased mobility of urban-rural elements have accelerated the differentiation of rural spaces,resulting in a trend towards specialization in rural areas.This paper focuses on the concept of specialization,and takes a renowned bonsai specialized village in Guangzhou City,China as a typical case to explore its transformation and development process,action logic and coupling mechanism with the social governance.The results show that:1)the development of rural specialization in Ruiling Village is shaped by several key actors,such as local governments,grassroots organizations,villagers,social organizations,policies,markets and infrastructure.The transfer of these key actors and the reconstruction of actor-networks in different stages have an important influence on the transformation and realization of rural development goals.2)Through subjects-driven,organization management and resource connection,social governance supports the specialization of rural industrial organization,operation,technology and mode.The governance structure shifts from decentralization to networking,refinement and integration.A coupling community of social governance and specialization is created by the social governance system of‘local government-grassroots organizationseconomic cooperatives-villagers’,which links industries,industrial chains and cooperatives.3)Social governance integrates into the value chain extension process of rural specialized development with a central,multi-level organizational structure.It promotes the construction of the whole value chain through organizational planning,resource integration and image shaping,thus realizing the value,branding and organization of the industry,as well as the integration of rural sustainable development and governance mechanism.Social governance has a profound impact on the development of rural specialization in terms of subject,structure and mode,and participates in the construction of the whole value chain of rural areas.This paper provides a new perspective for understanding the coupling effect of social governance in the rural development transformation,and promotes the rural sustainable development and governance.

During the five years after its entry into force, 23 States have ratified the optional Protocol, and 23 individual communications have been submitted to the committee on economic,Social and cultural Rights? comparing with the acceptance of individual communication procedures under other core international human rights treaties, the record of ratification of the optional Protocol is not satisfactory? in its examination of individual communications,the committee on economic, Social and cultural Rights has made detailed reasoning, extensively referred to its previous general comments, and in case of violations found, suggested both specific and general remedies? in its practice of examining individual communications, the committee on economic, Social and cultural Rights needs to clarify and define the rights under the covenant and their corresponding obligations, while maintaining its nature and role as a supervisory body, without expanding its competence to an unacceptable extent?

Optimal social welfare:A many-to-many data transaction mechanism based on double auctions

With the development of Big Data and the Internet of Things(IoT),the data value is more significant in both academia and industry.Trading can achieve maximal data value and prepare data for smart city services.Due to data's unique characteristics,such as dispersion,heterogeneity and distributed storage,an unbiased platform is necessary for the data trading market with rational trading entities.Meanwhile,there are multiple buyers and sellers in a practical data trading market,and this makes it challenging to maximize social welfare.To solve these problems,this paper proposes a Social-Welfare-Oriented Many-to-Many Trading Mechanism(SOMTM),which integrates three entities,a trading process and an algorithm named Many-to-Many Trading Algorithm(MMTA).Based on the market scale,market dominated-side and market fixed-side,simulations verify the convergency,economic properties and efficiency of SOMTM.

Social Engineering Attack-Defense Strategies Based on Reinforcement Learning

Social engineering attacks are considered one of the most hazardous cyberattacks in cybersecurity,as human vulnerabilities are often the weakest link in the entire network.Such vulnerabilities are becoming increasingly susceptible to network security risks.Addressing the social engineering attack defense problem has been the focus of many studies.However,two main challenges hinder its successful resolution.Firstly,the vulnerabilities in social engineering attacks are unique due to multistage attacks,leading to incorrect social engineering defense strategies.Secondly,social engineering attacks are real-time,and the defense strategy algorithms based on gaming or reinforcement learning are too complex to make rapid decisions.This paper proposes a multiattribute quantitative incentive method based on human vulnerability and an improved Q-learning(IQL)reinforcement learning method on human vulnerability attributes.The proposed algorithm aims to address the two main challenges in social engineering attack defense by using a multiattribute incentive method based on human vulnerability to determine the optimal defense strategy.Furthermore,the IQL reinforcement learning method facilitates rapid decision-making during real-time attacks.The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm outperforms the traditional Qlearning(QL)and deep Q-network(DQN)approaches in terms of time efficiency,taking 9.1%and 19.4%less time,respectively.Moreover,the proposed algorithm effectively addresses the non-uniformity of vulnerabilities in social engineering attacks and provides a reliable defense strategy based on human vulnerability attributes.This study contributes to advancing social engineering attack defense by introducing an effective and efficient method for addressing the vulnerabilities of human factors in the cybersecurity domain.

An Extended Fuzzy-DEMATEL System for Factor Analyses on Social Capital Selection in the Renovation of Old Residential Communities

China has been promoting the renovation of old residential communities vigorously.Due to the financial pressure of the government and the sustainability of the renovation of old residential communities,public-private partnerships(PPP)have already gained attention.The selection of social capital is key to improving the efficiency of the PPP model in renovating old residential communities.In order to determine the influencing factors of social capital selection in the renovation of old residential communities,this paper aims to find an effective approach and analyze these factors.In this paper,a fuzzy decision-making and trial evaluation laboratory(fuzzy-DEMATEL)technique is extended and amore suitable systemis developed for the selection of social capital using the existing group decisionmaking theory.In the first stage,grounded theory is used to extract the unabridged key influencing factors for social capital selection in the renovation of old residential communities.Secondly,by considering the impact of expert weights,the key influencing factors are identified.The interactions within these influencing factors are discussed and the credibility of the results is verified by sensitivity analysis.Finally,these key influencing factors are sorted by importance.Based on the results,the government should focus on a technical level,organizationalmanagement abilities,corporate reputation,credit status,etc.This study provides the government with a theoretical basis and a methodology for evaluating social capital selection.

Corporate Social Responsibility and Green Innovation-The Mediating Effect of Financing Constraints

Green innovation has become a strategic direction for the country and enterprises,and it is an important facet in achieving high-quality economic development.Whether corporate social responsibility(CSR),as a key competitive strategy for achieving sustainable economic development,can promote corporate green innovation and the path of evolution has become a hot topic of current research.This paper takes Chinese manufacturing A share listed companies as its sample and uses Stata sofware to conduct regression analysis to test the relationship between CSR,financing constraints,and green innovation,respectively.It further distinguishes the sample into different technological properties and different regions to study the degree of differentiation of the mediating effect on financing constraints.The results show that CSR can not only directly promote corporate green innovation,but that it also can further positively influence corporate green innovation by alleviating financing constraints.Financing constraints play a mediating role in the relationship between CSR and green innovation,especially in enterprises with strong innovation demand and in regions with high levels of regional economic development.The findings enrich the research perspective on the relationship between CSR and green innovation and provide realistic data support for subsequent studies.

A Study of the Impact of Personality and Social Psychology on Mental Health

质点到网络:公共服务动机、行为、绩效三元交互发展逻辑体系构建

公共服务动机的研究不断发展繁荣,理论研究成果颇丰,是公共管理研究的前沿热点。但公共服务动机如何转化为公共服务绩效在理论机制方面尚未清晰,遑论纳入公共管理人力资源实践中。基于Apriori算法对相关主题文献进行了无监督机器学习挖掘,发现公共服务动机转化的研究不足之处。基于此,在社会认知理论视角下系统性厘清了公共服务动机、公共服务行为、公共服务绩效三者关系,打通了三者相互链接转化的逻辑框架。并以逻辑转化路径为基础,基于系统网络层面搭建起“公共服务动机—公共服务行为—公共服务绩效”三元交互发展的逻辑分析模型,以期发展和完善公共服务动机理论,从而达到将公共服务动机理论成功转化为实践的目的。

中国翻译理论史研究:“一体双层”模式建构

当理论研究发展到一定阶段,就需要进行必要的学术史梳理,以便回望来路,展望去路。近年来,中国翻译理论史研究正成为国内译学界研究的热点之一,以应对翻译学学科进一步发展的诉求。但与当前欣欣向荣的翻译史研究相比,国内的翻译理论史研究还较为薄弱。本研究聚焦中国翻译理论史研究模式的元思考,尝试以翻译理论史的4个要素——译论、翻译实践、译论者和社会为构成性的“一体”,从内层——心理层和外层——社会层以及相对应的两个跨学科视角——发生认识论和知识社会学作为阐释性的“双层”,建构一个研究和撰写中国翻译理论史的“一体双层”模式,并对该模式进行宏观与微观相结合的理论阐发和举例论证,最后对中国翻译理论史研究提出几点建议,特别是提出建立一个译学分支学科——“译论思想史”的设想。本研究希望能为中国翻译理论史的研究和撰写提供研究模式方面的可能途径,助力中国翻译理论史研究向纵深发展。

社会互构论视域下高校思想政治教育创新路径探赜

社会互构论认为政治社会化具备交互性、多元性、谐变性的基本特征。研究大学生政治社会化应从教化和内化的关系入手,明确互构过程中的多元主体,关注个人主体性的发挥机理。高校思想政治教育在多元联动方法论上存在与多元主体交互的广度和深度不足、利用新兴网络主体赋能的形式尚待发掘的问题,在个人主体性发挥路径方面存在尚未掌握内化规律、尚未充分利用反向型塑功能的问题,导致联动时出现主体单一、交互不足、谐变受阻。针对此,应在宏观层面充分拓展思想政治教育互动空间,探索校内和校外以及虚拟空间中多重场域联动育人功效;在微观层面关注受教育者内化过程,通过锚定“Z世代”的群体特质来制定思想政治教育内容,通过对话沟通建立良性“互构闭环”。

基于PMC指数模型的“十四五”基础教育数字化转型政策评价——以江浙沪地区为例

“十四五”是我国推进基础教育数字化转型的关键阶段,区域政策的制订和引领至关重要,因此有必要对其进行科学的评价和全面的审视。江浙沪是基础教育数字化转型的示范地区,相关政策的科学性和有效性值得深入研究。首先,运用社会网络分析和扎根理论研究对全国29份相关政策文件进行文本挖掘,在此基础上构建基于PMC指数模型的评价指标体系。其次,针对江浙沪地区“十四五”期间八份政策样本进行PMC指数计算,并绘制PMC曲面图,得出政策评价结果(1份优秀、6份良好、1份及格)。再次,基于评价数据发现,相关政策在制定过程中目标规划长远、制度保障完善、政策重点分布广泛合理,且地域间各具特色,但在政策时效、课程建设、教育公平等领域还存在一定问题。最后,综合研究结果和实际情况,地方政府应细化政策阶段目标、提升教育公平认同感、加强课程建设和建立跨省沟通机制。

司法裁判如何实现社会治理

司法裁判的微观修复功能源自司法权的本质,宏观社会功能来自案件传播中的观念磨合与共识形成,司法裁判与社会治理在法理上是相融共通的,也会推进公平正义、稳定秩序、公共理性与个体尊严等社会治理价值目标的实现。司法裁判参与社会治理的方式包括:推动公共政策的形成;规范行政权力的运行;促进法律适用的统一;形塑公众观念和行为。司法裁判发挥社会治理作用需要一定的条件,亦存在被滥用的风险,为了防范这些问题,需要坚持司法的职能定位和基本逻辑,强化裁判文书的释法说理能力,注重司法与民意之间的良性互动,拓展和优化司法裁判的共知共享途径。

扎根理论视角下安全生产责任保险事故预防功能发挥研究

作为安全生产社会治理体系的重要制度设计之一,安全生产责任保险借助社会专业力量防范化解事故风险,是安全生产工作理念实现从“管理”到“治理”的重要推手。为解决现阶段安全生产责任保险推行过程中事故预防功能发挥不显著这一问题,采用扎根理论探究了事故预防技术服务落实不到位的成因机制,包括参与主体内生动力不足、服务覆盖范围不全面、联动协调机制不健全、监管反馈工作未闭环以及规范性文件保障不坚实5个相互关联的主范畴,并通过差异显著性检验验证了主范畴的提炼效果。最后,提出深化宣传、拓宽范围、加强联动、定期评价、严格奖惩与完善标准6项措施建议,旨在推动安全生产责任保险从被动事后赔付向主动风险防控转变。

基于扎根理论的跨境电商品牌形象塑造研究

为指导跨境电商企业更好地在海外市场塑造品牌形象,提升品牌的国际竞争力,文章基于扎根理论,以跨境电商代表性品牌SHEIN为例,对其在社交平台Instagram上发布的956张宣传图片进行内容分析。借助NVivo 11.0软件,完成201个节点编码,并以此生成34个初始范畴、11个主范畴和5个核心范畴。研究发现,基于社交媒体渠道的跨境电商品牌形象塑造,围绕产品特性、消费者形象、品牌价值表达、营销活动、服务互动五个维度展开,其中产品特性与消费者形象传播最为主要,而采用符号化语言的内容输出进一步丰富了品牌跨文化背景下的个性表达。

刑法谦抑性的系统论考察

刑法谦抑原则建立在法律对政治权力的有效抑制的理论基础以及刑法系统功能分出的社会基础上。刑法谦抑成为刑法系统自我指涉与外部指涉的沟通语义结构,为国家暴力的正当化使用提供必要条件。刑法谦抑的“话语—制度”构建,推动了政治系统与刑法系统结构上的耦合机制。暴力适用的合法化(政治权力运作)与个体权利保护(刑法规范运作)并不矛盾,权利与权力具有共生特点。面对当代社会中系统与系统性危害的不断涌现,刑法的适用范围有所扩张,且这种扩张具有正当性。不能将刑法谦抑原则仅仅限定为刑法系统对政治权力决策的外部指涉。借助社会沟通的无主体属性,将刑法谦抑理论视为识别社会诸领域危害的语义结构,这与传统行为主义刑法观下的规范理论具有显著区别。这种路径并不意味着放弃行为概念,而是用功能主义去改造刑法谦抑原则的实质内涵,推动个体权利体系的更新,创造系统沟通连接新的可能性。

社区团购农产品供应链的风险识别与风险网络结构分析——以淘菜菜为例

社区团购农产品供应链风险网络复杂,增加了风险防范的难度。准确识别风险因素,厘清风险外溢路径,对建立与完善社区团购农产品供应链风险管理体系和维持行业健康发展具有重要意义。以电商平台淘菜菜为案例,使用扎根理论及社会网络分析等方法,探究社区团购农产品供应链的风险,构建风险网络,评估风险关联程度,找出风险外溢路径。研究发现:在社区团购农产品供应链的风险网络中,物流方的履约交付、物流方的运输损耗、物流方的节点周转、平台的人员服务、平台的供应链计划、平台的采购交付是关键风险节点,有较强的风险影响能力。风险网络可根据风险节点间的关联程度划分为四个板块,四个板块间存在“溢出—影响—再溢出”的风险外溢路径。当某一风险节点出现问题时,与其隶属同一利益相关者或同一风险范畴的风险节点将会进一步放大风险外溢。鉴于此,找出社区团购农产品供应链的关键风险和外溢路径,有针对性地加强风险管理,强化路径监控,降低关键风险的影响,增强供应链的抗风险能力,可促进社区团购电商平台的可持续发展。
