Overview of Researches on Rural Industrial Development in China's New Socialist Countryside Construction

From the perspective of rural industrial development, this paper summed up representative research results of China's new countryside construction, including approval of criteria for classification of rural industrial structure, definition and scope of rural industrial development, introduction and application of industrial development theory, existing problems, causes and countermeasures of three times of industrial development in rural areas, and experience of foreign rural industrial development model. Among these researches, most researches are general and narrow about achievements in rural industrial development, while the causes are little touched upon. In future, it is expected that the research on rural industrial development in new socialist countryside construction will be deepened and specified.

Reconstruction of Village Administration Mode in Building New Socialist Countryside

Firstly, definition of village administration is introduced. Then, through analysis of history, complexity and innovation characteristics of village administration, it points out that village administration plays a significant role in the reform of grass-roots government. Based on these, existing problems in village administration mode are discussed. It is believed that the administration subject (government), object (farmers), and administration measures have potential to explore. Survey and research of new socialist countryside construction in Hebei Province are favorable for determining approaches and construction mode of new socialist countryside in other areas,and favorable for advancing the urban and rural integration in Hebei Province. With the aid of GIS technology,it is able to create spatial information database,correlate with rural statistical data and spatial information. Then,in the form of thematic map,it can visually indicate current situations of rural economy,and existing problems of development. Finally,it is expected to promote rural information construction and guide new countryside planning,to facilitate inquiry and search of information,and to provide supporting decisions for new socialist countryside construction.

Suggestions for New Socialist Countryside Construction Based on Current Situations

According to our field survey,we analyzed current situations and existing problems in the new socialist countryside construction of Hebei Province. Based on these,we put forward our suggestions: put the government and farmers in correct place; improve farmers' quality and educational level; implement the new socialist countryside construction under the guidance of overall rural plan and combining natural and economic conditions of rural areas; and ensure continuous and long-term work.

通过对泰安市6所高校在社会主义核心价值观引领下大学文化的现状进行调查分析,总结提炼大学文化建设取得的成就以及存在的不足,在此基础上提出了社会主义核心价值观引领下大学文化建设的目标与原则,并探索建立在社会主义核心价值观引领下大学精神文化、物质文化、行为文化、制度文化四个方面建设的实践路径,进而实现将社会主义核心价值观内化于心、外化于行、固化于制、贴近于常的目标。

十余年来国内社会思潮变化的规律性认识——基于年度社会思潮的调查

社会思潮是意识形态建设所关注的重要对象之一,对社会思潮的分析研究和有效引领是加强和改进意识形态工作的重要抓手,长时段关注社会思潮的演进规律和变化趋势有助于对意识形态建设的阶段性重点进行有效研判。十余年来国内社会思潮总体上仍然体现为种类繁多且覆盖面广、代表性社会思潮出现频次较高、与社会热点议题和热点事件关联度较高的普遍状况。在具体变化上体现为:新自由主义、宪政思潮和普世价值等主张“西方化”社会思潮的影响力显著下降;民族主义、民粹主义等受国际大环境影响较大的社会思潮强势崛起;消费主义、泛娱乐主义、网络民粹、生态主义、女性主义等与日常生活关联度更高的社会思潮日益引发关注和重视的总体趋势。这些总体趋势一方面反映出一些积极的变化,如中国式现代化建设道路上的共识空前扩大、国民的国家民族认同感和自信心空前强化,也佐证了习近平总书记关于“意识形态领域已经发生整体性、根本性变化”的结论。与此同时,在下一阶段引领社会思潮的工作中,也要注意出现的一些新趋向和新问题,这理应成为新时代社会思潮分析研究的重点。
