Moreover, for the person still does not improve within limited period, there is daily consecutive penalty provision. For that legal properties of these daily consecutive penalty provisions are administrative order penalty or administrative execution penalty, judicial practice in Taiwan always has different views. The target of "daily consecutive penalty' is compelling doers to fulfill their obligations or improve illegal state by continuously increasing property burden of obligor. The emphasis is fulfilling future responsibility or improving future, but not punishing the past violations. To realize the target of com- pelling obligor to improve,we should take administrative compulsory execution means. So, for the property of daily consecutive penalty,we should cleady position daily consecutive penalty as administrative execution penalty, and not only its penalty target has difference with administrative order penalty, but also made way and law enforcement focus are different from administrative order penalty.展开更多

Present researches on Executive Information Systems (EIS) are limited and less focused on the factors associated with EIS successful usage. This research adopts an extension of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to derive useful variables to address the problem of the low usage of EIS by executives due to social factors, habits and facilitation conditions variables in Triandis' Framework. It reports on the adoption and usage of EIS by the executives in Organizations. The results show that experience in EIS usage was high with most respondents having used EIS for between 0 to 4 years (72.41%), followed by the 5-9 years group with 25.86%. However, in terms of ability to use EIS, most executives were at the expert (knowledgeable), casual user with 37.93%, followed by novice frequent user group with 31.03%. From this research, the authors propose a model that incorporates the habits, social factors and facilitating conditions in an Executive Information Systems.展开更多

The protagonist Mr. Doran is trapped and subjected to the marriage with the heroine Polly under the power of various forces. His subjection is a result of the well-designed trap of the family, the pressure of social convention and his self-subjection. This paper analyzes how those three forces supervise him and force him to subject, using Michel Foucault'panopticism and discipline and punishment, and reflecting men's spiritual paralysis under the manipulation of power.展开更多

It is known that externalizing behavior (EB) could result from individual and environmental risk factors. Individual risk factors included notably social cognition (SC) and executive functions (EF). A high level of EB has usually been related to dysfunction in SC and to poor skills in EF. The aim of the present experimental study is to compare the impact of two very targeted child-oriented trainings in the increasing of social competence and decreasing of EB in preschoolers. One training targeted SC abilities while the second one targeted EF capacities. These two trainings were compared on 48 preschoolers presenting clinically relevant levels of EB. The comparison of those results highlighted how each training could help preschoolers with EB in their behavior, emotion regulation and social adjustment. In comparison to a waiting-list control-group, the two trainings were effective in decreasing EB and differentiated impacts of the two trainings were obtained on different dimensions of profiles of social competence and emotion regulation. Results are discussed for their research and clinical implications.展开更多
