Two selective stability-indicating HPLC methods are described for determination of rabeprazole sodium (RZ)-mosapride citrate (MR) and RZ-itopride hydrochloride (IO) mixturcs in the presence of their ICH-stress formed degradation products. Separations were achieved on X-Bridge CI 8 column using two mobile phases: the first for RZ-MR mixture consisted of acetonitrile: 0.(125 M KH,PO4 solution: TEA (30:69:1 v/v; pH 7.0); the second for RZ-IO mixture was at ratio of 25:74:1 Iv/v: pH 9.25J. The detection wavelength was 283 nm. The two methods were validated and wdidation acceptance criteria were met in all cases. Peak purity testing using contrast angle theory, relative absorbance and log A versus the wavelengths plots were presented. The % recoveries of the intact drugs were between 99.1% and 102.2% with RSD% values less than 1.6%. Application of the proposed HPLC methods indicated that the methods could be adopted to follow the stability of their formulations. 展开更多

AIM:To evaluate the efficacy and acceptability of magnesium citrate and a single dose of oral sodium phosphate(45 mL) solution for morning colonoscopy bowel preparation. METHODS:A total of 159 patients were randomly assigned to receive two split doses of 90 mg of sodium phosphate(GroupⅠ,n=79) or magnesium citrate(250 mL,the day before the procedure) followed by 45 mL of sodium phosphate(the day of procedure,GroupⅡ,n= 80) .The quality of bowel cleansing and the acceptability of each regimen were compared,including the satisfaction,taste,willing to repeat and adverse effects of each regimen. RESULTS:The quality of bowel cleansing of GroupⅡ was as good as that of GroupⅠ(An Aronchick scale score of good or excellent:70.9%vs 81.0%,respectively,P=0.34;the Ottawa system score:4.4±2.6 vs 3.8 ±3.0,respectively,P=0.76) .There was no statisticallysignificant difference between both groups with regard to acceptability,including the satisfaction,taste and willingness to repeat the regimen.A significantly greater number of older patients(over 65 years old) in Group Ⅱgraded the overall satisfaction as satisfactory(48.1% vs 78.1%,respectively;GroupⅠvs GroupⅡ,P=0.01) . There were no significant adverse reactions. CONCLUSION:Magnesium citrate and a single dose of sodium phosphate was as effective and tolerable as the conventional sodium phosphate regimen and is a satisfactory option. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Research data from patient reports indicate that the least bearable part of colonoscopy is the administration of laxatives for bowel preparation.AIM To observe the intestinal cleansing efficacy and safety of sodium picosulfate/magnesium citrate and to discuss the patients’experiences due to the procedure.METHODS Subjects hospitalized in the International Medical Center Ward of Peking University International Hospital,Beijing,China,from April 29 to October 29,2020,for whom the colonoscopy was planned,were enrolled.Bowel preparation was performed using sodium picosulfate/magnesium citrate.The effect of bowel cleansing was evaluated according to the Ottawa Bowel Preparation Scale,defecation conditions and adverse reactions were recorded,and the comfort level and subjective satisfaction concerning medication were evaluated by the visual analogue scale/score(VAS).RESULTS The bowel preparation procedure was planned for all patients enrolled,which included 42 males and 22 females.The results showed an average liquid rehydration volume of 3000 mL,an average onset of action for the first dose at 89.04 min,an average number of bowel movements of 4.3 following the first dose,an average onset of action for the second dose at 38.90 min and an average number of bowel movements of 5.0 after the second dose.The total average Ottawa Bowel Preparation Scale score was 3.6,with 93.55%of bowel preparations in the“qualified”and 67.74%in the“excellent”grade.The average VAS score of effect on sleep was 0,and the average VAS score of perianal pain was also 0.The average VAS score for ease of taking and taste perception of the bowel cleanser was 10.Side effects included mild to moderate nausea(15.63%),mild vomiting(4.69%),mild to moderate abdominal pain(7.81%),mild to moderate abdominal distension(20.31%),mild palpitation(7.81%)and mild dizziness(4.69%).CONCLUSION Sodium picosulfate/magnesium citrate is effective and safe for bowel preparation before colonoscopy with high subjective patient acceptance,thus improving overall patient compliance. 展开更多

There were several techniques determined for the analysis of citrate and citric acid mixtures in the pharmaceutical dosage forms. Titration methods, photometric and ion chromatographic methods were used for their determination. These methods will restrict too many factors where the accurate quantification of citrate and citric acid is extremely challenging. Citric acid is the natural flavor used as a preservative for many pharmaceutical applications. Deformulation techniques used for the manufacturing of generic drugs require authentic data for their regulatory submissions. Simple accurate and reproducible validated method developed for the determination of citric acid and sodium citrate by titration followed by HPLC analysis. Free citric acid was determined by the titration method and total citric acid was determined by HPLC analysis. After subtracting the free citric acid from total citric acid content, citric acid present in the sodium citrate content was determined. Sodium citrate content was determined by applying sodium correction factor to the subtracted value of the citric acid. The results met all the validation parameters and the method was successfully measured the amount of citric acid and sodium citrate in the marketed ophthalmic/oral solutions. 展开更多

Acute symptomatic hyponatraemia following sodium picosulfate/magnesium citrate as bowel preparation for colonoscopy—A case series

Oral purgatives such as sodium phosphate and sodium picosulfate/magnesium citrate (Picolax) combinations are commonly used as a preparation step for colonoscopies in Ireland. These substances can occasionally cause significant electrolyte disturbances including hyponatraemia. Although this is a rare complication of undergoing a colonoscopy, if not treated promptly and appropriately, these electrolyte abnormalities can be associated with life threatening complications. We report cases of symptomatic hyponatraemia in three women aged 65-75 years, following ingestion of Picolax in preparation for a colonoscopy. All three patients had documented previously normal electrolytes and all three required hospital admission for management of their electrolyte disturbance. However, the clinical presentations were variable and depended upon the severity of the hyponatraemia. Patient 1 presented with nausea and vomiting 7 hours post Picolax ingestion. Plasma sodium was 124 mmol/l. She was diagnosed with mild symptomatic hyponatraemia, and treated with anti-emetics and slow intravenous infusion of 0.9% Saline. Patient 2 developed acute confusion 8 hours following ingestion of Picolax. Plasma sodium was 120 mmol/l and she was clinically dehydrated. She was also treated with intravenous 0.9% Saline. Patient 3 presented with seizures and reduced GCS, 48 hours post Picolax ingestion. Plasma sodium was 111 mmol/l. As she had severe life threatening hyponatraemia with seizures, she was treated with boluses of 3% hypertonic saline. It is recommended that cleansing agents should be used with caution in the elderly, patients with a low seizure threshold, patients with renal impairment, liver cirrhosis, heart failure, and patients on diuretics. These patients should have plasma sodium monitored pre- and post-colonoscopy to ensure early detection of hyponatraemia if present, and to initiate prompt and appropriate management to prevent the serious complications associated with hyponatraemia. 展开更多

This paper investigates the effect of using sodium citrate(NaC6H5O6·2H2O)as sole carbon source for nitrate removal from drinking water.With sodium citrate as sole carbon source, batch experiments have been conducted to study the law of denitrification influenced by pH, C/N and temperature. Results show that a denitrification rate reaching 1.32 g NO-3-N /(g Biomass·d) was obtained when pH was at 7.5,C/N at 1.7(atom ratio), and temperature from 20 ℃ to 30 ℃. Methods: HepG2, fetus and porcine hepatocytes were cultured. The viability, cell cycle and apoptosis, the leakage of LDH, AFP, total protein, glutathione and the changes on morphology of hepatocytes exposured to scP were investigated. Results: (1)Cultured in 10%, 30%, 50%, 100% scP for 24 h, the viability of HepG2 cells was inhibited (F = 40. 108, P = 0. 001). After 48 h, nearly all cells died except 10% scP group. (2)Exposured to scP for 24 h,the percentage of S phase of the cell cycle was significantly increased and apoptosis was also significantly increased compared to control cultures. (3) The leakages of LDH were increased in the HepG2, fetus and porcine hepatocytes following exposure to scP for 5 h. (4) The synthesis of AFP in fetus and porcine hepatocytes were inhibited in medium containing 10% scP for 3 d(t values were 8. 1902, 5. 1034 separately, P<0. 01). Exposure of HepG2 cells to scP within 24 h resulted in a decrease in the total protein synthesis and a increase in the GSH content. (5)Most of HepG2, fetus and porcine hepatocytes died in all except 10% scP groups after 24 h exposed to scP. Conclusion:scP can damage hepatocytes, which results from citric acid and sodium citrate contained in the fluid of blood maintenance. 展开更多

目的探讨局部4%枸橼酸钠注射液在单重血浆置换抗凝中的应用,并评估该方法的安全性。方法回顾性分析2015年1月至2022年6月单重血浆置换的患者52例,根据抗凝方式分为枸橼酸组和低分子肝素组,共进行血浆置换144次。枸橼酸组抗凝方案:4%枸... 目的探讨局部4%枸橼酸钠注射液在单重血浆置换抗凝中的应用,并评估该方法的安全性。方法回顾性分析2015年1月至2022年6月单重血浆置换的患者52例,根据抗凝方式分为枸橼酸组和低分子肝素组,共进行血浆置换144次。枸橼酸组抗凝方案:4%枸橼酸从膜型血浆分离器前输注,根据置换液成分进行调整,置换血浆时,枸橼酸钠流量为120 mL/h;置换白蛋白稀释液、林格注射液时,枸橼酸流量调整为140 mL/h。5%葡萄糖酸钙采用微泵外周静脉输注,根据输注总量和血浆置换时间全程匀速输注。低分子肝素组抗凝方案:根据患者体质量,在治疗前20~30 min一次性静脉注射60~80 IU/kg,治疗期间不另追加。观察两组患者行血浆置换治疗时抗凝效果及不良反应发生情况。结果枸橼酸组共进行血浆置换44次,未发生抗凝失败;低分子肝素组共进行血浆置换100次,发生5次抗凝失败,两组患者未发生明显出血、低钙血症、肌肉痉挛等并发症。枸橼酸组发生滤器血凝级别2~3级、动脉壶血凝块、静脉壶血凝块比例低于低分子肝素组(P<0.05)。枸橼酸抗凝前后比较,离子钙变化差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。结论局部枸橼酸钠抗凝方案在血浆置换治疗中简单易行,相对传统低分子肝素,其抗凝效果更加理想、应用范围更广,且安全有效。 展开更多

为了改善硫铝酸盐水泥注浆材料(HSAC)的注浆效果,降低硼砂对HSAC强度产生的不利影响,测试和分析了单掺和复掺硼砂与柠檬酸钠的HSAC浆体凝结时间、流动度、强度以及微观结构。结果表明:单掺硼砂的缓凝效果显著,但会对HSAC强度产生不利影... 为了改善硫铝酸盐水泥注浆材料(HSAC)的注浆效果,降低硼砂对HSAC强度产生的不利影响,测试和分析了单掺和复掺硼砂与柠檬酸钠的HSAC浆体凝结时间、流动度、强度以及微观结构。结果表明:单掺硼砂的缓凝效果显著,但会对HSAC强度产生不利影响。掺入适量的柠檬酸钠可以有效挽回硼砂导致的HSAC强度损失,且对浆体的流动度与凝结时间无不利影响。其中,硼砂掺量为0.15%时,复掺柠檬酸钠对HSAC强度的提升效果最明显;通过对水泥水化后期结石体中钙矾石(AFt)生成量的测定,发现硼砂掺量一定时,复掺适量的柠檬酸钠能够促进AFt的生成,减少六方板状的Ca(OH)2(CH)生成量,有效减缓HSAC水化速度,从而改善其工作性能。 展开更多

目的 观察甲磺酸萘莫司他(NM)在高出血风险患者连续性血液净化(CBP)中的抗凝应用效果。方法 回顾性收集2023年1月至3月广西壮族自治区人民医院重症医学科收治的34例需要进行CBP的有高出血风险重症患者的临床资料,根据抗凝剂使用情况将... 目的 观察甲磺酸萘莫司他(NM)在高出血风险患者连续性血液净化(CBP)中的抗凝应用效果。方法 回顾性收集2023年1月至3月广西壮族自治区人民医院重症医学科收治的34例需要进行CBP的有高出血风险重症患者的临床资料,根据抗凝剂使用情况将其分为NM组(10例)、枸橼酸钠组(10例)和低分子量肝素组(14例)。比较三组滤器寿命以及临床显著出血事件和其他不良事件发生情况。结果 NM组、枸橼酸钠组和低分子量肝素组的滤器寿命分别为40.00(17.00,51.00)h、36.00(22.00,60.00)h和51.00(45.00,61.50)h,三组比较差异无统计学意义(H=2.096,P=0.351)。在抗凝过程中,NM组无临床显著出血事件发生,枸橼酸钠组和低分子量肝素组分别有3例(30.00%)和4例(28.57%)患者发生临床显著出血事件,三组临床显著出血事件发生率比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=14.171,P=0.001)。低分子量肝素组发生继发性血小板减少6例。NM组未发生过敏反应、高钾血症和粒细胞缺乏症等NM输注相关的不良反应。枸橼酸钠组未发生枸橼酸蓄积、枸橼酸中毒等不良反应。三组患者均未观察到血栓栓塞事件。结论 NM的抗凝效果与枸橼酸钠、低分子量肝素抗凝效果相当,且临床显著出血事件发生率更低,在高出血风险患者中应用的安全性良好。 展开更多

Hydroxyapatite(HA)nanoparticles impart outstanding mechanical properties to organicinorganic nanocomposites in bone.Inspired by the composite structure of HA nanoparticles and collagen in bone,a high performance HA/gelatin nanocomposite was first developed.The nanocomposites have much better mechanical properties(elongation at break 29.9%,tensile strength 90.7 MPa,Young’s modulus 5.24 GPa)than pure gelatin films(elongation at break 9.3%,tensile strength 90.8 MPa,Young’s modulus 2.5 GPa).In addition,the composite films keep a high transmittance in visible wavelength range from 0%to 60%of the HA solid content.These differences in properties are attributed to the homogeneous distribution of HA nanoparticles in the gelatin polymer matrix and the strong interaction between the particle surfaces and the gelatin molecules.This protocol should be promising for HA-based nanocomposites with enhanced mechanical properties for biomedical applications. 展开更多

目的探讨藤甲酸氯化钠配合抗人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)生物蛋白敷料治疗宫颈鳞状上皮内病变HPV感染患者的效果。方法选取2022年9月至2023年3月牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院妇产科收治的100例子宫颈鳞状上皮内病变HPV感染患者作为研究对象,按照随... 目的探讨藤甲酸氯化钠配合抗人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)生物蛋白敷料治疗宫颈鳞状上皮内病变HPV感染患者的效果。方法选取2022年9月至2023年3月牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院妇产科收治的100例子宫颈鳞状上皮内病变HPV感染患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(50例)与试验组(50例)。对照组采用抗HPV生物蛋白敷料治疗,试验组采用抗HPV生物蛋白敷料及藤甲酸氯化钠静脉滴注治疗,比较两组的HPV转阴率、HPV有效率、HPV病毒载量转归有效率、阴道微生物平衡恢复率、实验室指标[白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-12(IL-12)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)]水平。结果试验组患者HPV转阴率、总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者HPV病毒载量转归总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者阴道微生物平衡恢复率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者IL-4低于本组治疗前,IL-12、IFN-γ高于本组治疗前,且试验组患者IL-4低于对照组,IL-12、IFN-γ高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论藤甲酸氯化钠联合抗HPV生物蛋白敷料治疗子宫颈鳞状上皮内病变HPV感染,HPV转阴率、治疗有效率、阴道微生物平衡恢复率更大,实验室指标水平改善幅度更大。 展开更多

目的:分析一次性口服钙剂在单采血小板献血者中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1—7月于扬州市中心血站进行单采血小板的献血者2 456例作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=1 480)与观察组(n=976)。对照组在单采血小板过程中少量多... 目的:分析一次性口服钙剂在单采血小板献血者中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1—7月于扬州市中心血站进行单采血小板的献血者2 456例作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=1 480)与观察组(n=976)。对照组在单采血小板过程中少量多次口服钙剂,观察组在单采血小板前一次性口服钙剂。比较两组钙离子、磷离子、甲状旁腺激素水平及枸橼酸盐中毒反应发生情况。结果:两组采集前甲状旁腺激素、钙离子、磷离子水平以及采集后钙离子、磷离子水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);采集后,两组甲状旁腺激素水平高于采集前,但观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组枸橼酸钠中毒反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.024)。结论:一次性口服钙剂应用于单采血小板的效果较好,献血者枸橼酸钠中毒反应发生率低。 展开更多

Citrate is an essential substrate for energy metabolism that plays critical roles in regulating glucose and lipid metabolic homeostasis.However,the action of citrate in regulating nutrient metabolism in fish remains poorly understood.Here,we investigated the effects of dietary sodium citrate on growth performance and systematic energy metabolism in juvenile Nile tilapia(Oreochromis niloticus).A total of 270Nile tilapia(2.81±0.01 g)were randomly divided into three groups(3 replicates per group,30 fish per replicate)and fed with control diet(35%protein and 6%lipid),2%and 4%sodium citrate diets,respectively,for 8 weeks.The results showed that sodium citrate exhibited no effect on growth performance(P>0.05).The whole-body crude protein,serum triglyceride and hepatic glycogen contents were significantly increased in the 4%sodium citrate group(P<0.05),but not in the 2%sodium citrate group(P>0.05).The 4%sodium citrate treatment significantly increased the serum glucose and insulin levels at the end of feeding trial and also in the glucose tolerance test(P<0.05).The 4%sodium citrate significantly enhanced the hepatic phosphofructokinase activity and inhibited the expression of pyruvate dehydrogenase kinase isozyme 2 and phosphor-pyruvate dehydrogenase E1 component subunit alpha proteins(P<0.05).Additionally,the 4%sodium citrate significantly increased hepatic triglyceride and acetyl-Co A levels,while the expressions of carnitine palmitoyl transferase 1a protein were significantly down-regulated by the 4%sodium citrate(P<0.05).Besides,the 4%sodium citrate induced crude protein deposition in muscle by activating m TOR signaling and inhibiting AMPK signaling(P<0.05).Furthermore,the 4%sodium citrate significantly suppressed serum aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase activities,along with the lowered expression of pro-inflammatory genes,such as nfκb,tnfa and il8(P<0.05).Although the 4%sodium citrate significantly increased phosphor-nuclear factor-k B p65 protein expression(P<0.05),no significant tissue damage or inflammation occurred.Taken together,dietary supplementation of sodium citrate could exhibit a double-edged effect in Nile tilapia,with the positive aspect in promoting nutrient deposition and the negative aspect in causing hyperglycemia and insulin resistance. 展开更多

将柠檬酸钠添加到锌锰系磷化液中配成磷酸盐-柠檬酸盐磷化液体系,然后在该体系中对Q235钢焊接接头进行磷化处理。研究了磷化液体系中柠檬酸钠的质量浓度对Q235钢焊接接头表面磷化膜的微观形貌、成分、厚度和耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:磷... 将柠檬酸钠添加到锌锰系磷化液中配成磷酸盐-柠檬酸盐磷化液体系,然后在该体系中对Q235钢焊接接头进行磷化处理。研究了磷化液体系中柠檬酸钠的质量浓度对Q235钢焊接接头表面磷化膜的微观形貌、成分、厚度和耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:磷化处理后焊接接头的外观呈黑灰色,磷化膜完整地覆盖母材和焊缝区域并且结合紧密。随着柠檬酸钠质量浓度的增加,磷化膜的微观形貌发生明显变化,厚度呈先增加后降低的趋势,导致耐蚀性先提高后下降。柠檬酸钠的质量浓度为2.5 g/L时获得的磷化膜表面结构较致密且厚度最大(约9.4μm),其腐蚀电流密度为1.36×10^(-6)A/cm^(2)且耐点滴时间达到186 s,可以起到较理想的防护作用。在此条件下磷化处理后的Q235钢焊接接头表现出良好的耐蚀性。 展开更多

优化枸橼酸钠剂量在高危出血风险血液透析患者中应用的研究

目的:分析优化枸橼酸钠剂量在高危出血风险血液透析患者中的临床治疗效果。方法:将我院2021年5月—2022年12月80例次高危出血风险血液透析患者(采用随机数字表法把相同血液循环通路类型的患者)分为4组:A、B、C、D,每组20例次,四组单位... 目的:分析优化枸橼酸钠剂量在高危出血风险血液透析患者中的临床治疗效果。方法:将我院2021年5月—2022年12月80例次高危出血风险血液透析患者(采用随机数字表法把相同血液循环通路类型的患者)分为4组:A、B、C、D,每组20例次,四组单位时间内血流量(mL/min)与4%枸橼酸钠抗凝剂总量(mL/h)比例分别为1.0∶0.8、1.0∶1.0、1.0∶1.2及1.0∶1.5。统计4组患者的滤器使用时间、穿刺点压迫时间、部分凝血活酶时间、血钙、血钠、超滤量、尿素氮下降率;比较4组患者的体外循环凝血分级。结果:A组患者的滤器使用时间明显短于B组、B组短于C组、C组短于D组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。4组患者的穿刺点压迫时间和部分凝血活酶时间对比,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。4组患者的血钙、血钠指标对比,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。4组患者的超滤量、尿素清除指数、尿素氮下降率比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。相比于A、B、C组,D组的0级率更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相比于常规剂量,优化后的枸橼酸钠低剂量在高危出血风险血液透析患者中的临床治疗效果更佳,能在稳定患者各项基本指标的基础上,减少出血事件的发生,确保治疗的安全性,减轻患者经济负担。 展开更多

目的探讨枸橼酸钠抗凝回收式自体输血技术在体外循环心脏手术后出血患者中应用的可行性和安全性。方法选取首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院2016年7—12月术中判断可能存在术后出血风险的体外循环心脏手术患者90例,将心包纵隔引流血收集于... 目的探讨枸橼酸钠抗凝回收式自体输血技术在体外循环心脏手术后出血患者中应用的可行性和安全性。方法选取首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院2016年7—12月术中判断可能存在术后出血风险的体外循环心脏手术患者90例,将心包纵隔引流血收集于贮血滤血器,施加负压,连续观察引流情况,根据引流速度向储血罐中加入枸橼酸钠抗凝剂,其中41例引流速度达到2 h>400 ml或3 h>500 ml标准,启动回收式自体输血流程,至术后12 h停止。对洗涤前后的血液成分进行检测,对患者输血前后的凝血功能和电解质水平进行检测。结果引流血液经过洗涤、离心后,白细胞计数(WBC)和Cl-水平均高于洗涤前,血小板计数(PLT)、主要阳性电解质(K+、Na+、Ca2+)、血尿素氮、血乳酸水平均低于洗涤前,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。白细胞、血小板、K+、血尿素氮和血乳酸的清除率分别为(42±18)%、(83±4)%、(90±3)%、(90.0±2.6)%和(93.0±2.9)%。结论应用枸橼酸钠抗凝回收式自体输血技术在体外循环术后出血患者中,可以有效控制Ca2+浓度,达到抗凝效果,未引发凝血功能异常,红细胞回收率和杂质清除率良好,有助于改善重症监护病房患者贫血状态,是一项安全有效的患者血液管理方案。 展开更多

目的探讨不同样本类型同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)检验结果是否具有可比性和一致性。方法选取本院2021年12月至2022年2月期间检测Hcy的201例患者为研究组,选取同期的50例健康体检者为对照组,采集每名受试者同一时间的新鲜血清、肝... 目的探讨不同样本类型同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)检验结果是否具有可比性和一致性。方法选取本院2021年12月至2022年2月期间检测Hcy的201例患者为研究组,选取同期的50例健康体检者为对照组,采集每名受试者同一时间的新鲜血清、肝素锂血浆、乙二胺四乙酸二钾(EDTA-K_(2))血浆及枸橼酸钠血浆样本。比较每名患者同一时间不同类型血液样本Hcy检验结果是否存在显著性差异,及与健康体检者的差异,并判断其一致性。结果与对照组相比,各组患者的血清、血浆中的Hcy检验结果均升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。EDTA-K_(2)血浆样本的Hcy水平高于血清、肝素锂血浆和枸橼酸钠血浆样本的Hcy水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肝素锂血浆和枸橼酸钠血浆样本的Hcy水平与血清样本的Hcy水平相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。血清、肝素锂血浆、EDTA-K_(2)血浆及枸橼酸钠血浆样本的Hcy检验结果均在可接受误差范围内,不同样本类型的Hcy检测结果比对分析一致性良好。结论血清样本、不同抗凝剂血浆样本同一时间检验均可得到检测一致性结果,在确保Hcy准确性的前提下,可减少患者采血量,降低检验工作量。 展开更多
