With the increasing emphasis on energy conservation,emission reduction and environmental protection,the application prospect of SiC power devices is becoming more and more broad.In the high frequency application of Si...With the increasing emphasis on energy conservation,emission reduction and environmental protection,the application prospect of SiC power devices is becoming more and more broad.In the high frequency application of SiC MOSFET,the change rate of voltage and current in the turn-on and turn-off process increases with the increase of switching frequency.Also,the current and voltage spike oscillation phenomenon is gradually intensified due to the influence of circuit stray parameters.Based on the analysis of SiC MOSFET characteristics,the paper discusses the design requirements and design principles of SiC MOSFET drive circuit.Then,taking the SiC module C2M0080120D of Cree Company as an example,a driver circuit design is realized through the ACPL-355JC optocoupler driver module of Broadcom Company.The circuit not only has the characteristics of fast transmission delay and excellent performance,but also has the functions of overload and short circuit protection.The driving circuit is verified by LTspice simulation software,and the switching characteristics of SiC MOSFET under different working conditions are studied in depth.The experimental results show that the driving circuit can improve the switching time of SiC MOSFET and effectively solve the problem of current and voltage spike oscillation,which lays a foundation for the practical application of SiC MOSFET in the future.展开更多
LiNi0.8Co0.2O2 particles were modified by Co3(PO4)2 coating. The effects of the Co3(PO4)2 coating on the structure and electrochemical properties of the LiNi0.8Co0.2O2 cathode material were investigated. The Co3...LiNi0.8Co0.2O2 particles were modified by Co3(PO4)2 coating. The effects of the Co3(PO4)2 coating on the structure and electrochemical properties of the LiNi0.8Co0.2O2 cathode material were investigated. The Co3(PO4)2 coating forms a thin layer on the surface of the LiNi0.8Co0.2O2 material and a solid solution by interacting with the LiNi0.8Co0.2O2 core material during calcination at 700℃ for 4 h. Charge-discharge experiment results show that the Co3(PO4)2 coating improves the cycling stability of the LiNi0.8Co0.2O2 cathode material. The capacity retention of the pristine LiNi0.8Co0.2O2 cathode after 50 cycles is 83.6%, whereas it is 91.7% in the case of the LiNi0.8Co0.2O2 cathode coated with 1 wt.% Co3(PO4)2. Storage tests of the 4.35 V charged electrode at 60℃ after a month show that the Co3(POg)2-coated sample exhibits good storage properties compared with the pristine sample.展开更多
The hydro-viscous drive(HVD)has been widely used in fan transmission in vehicles,fans,and scraper conveyors for step-less speed regulation or soft starting.In the mixed friction stage,the contact,friction,and torque c...The hydro-viscous drive(HVD)has been widely used in fan transmission in vehicles,fans,and scraper conveyors for step-less speed regulation or soft starting.In the mixed friction stage,the contact,friction,and torque characteristics of friction pairs are very complex and change at any time.The characteristics of the frictional and hydrodynamic lubrication states were studied in order to calculate and predict the friction and torque characteristics of the friction pairs in the mixed friction stage.The fluid torque was calculated by applying the average shear stress model and the load-carrying capacity of asperity was determined on the basis of the fractal contact theory.In addition,the contact friction coefficient of the friction pairs was taken into consideration and measured by using the MM1000-Ⅲfriction and wear testing machine.The asperity friction torque and total torque in the mixed friction stage were obtained and finally,the test rig for the torque characteristics was set up.The results show that the contribution to the total torque is shared by the oil film and the asperity friction.The friction coefficient decreases sharply at first and then increases with a change in the relative rotational speed,following the Stribeck curve closely,and the contact frictional coefficient slowly decreases with increase in the pressure between the friction pairs.The torque between the friction pairs is provided by the asperity friction,and the torque due to the oil film reduces to zero.When the thickness of the oil film is small,a major contribution to the total torque is due to the asperity friction.The total torque also increases with the decrease in the film thickness ratio.Therefore,by theoretical analysis and experimental verification,the torque of the friction pairs in the mixed friction stage can be accurately calculated using the average shear stress model and asperity friction torque model.展开更多
In the pump-controlled motor hydraulic transmission system,when the pressure pulsation frequencies seperately generated by the pump and the motor are close to each other,the hydraulic system will generate a strong pre...In the pump-controlled motor hydraulic transmission system,when the pressure pulsation frequencies seperately generated by the pump and the motor are close to each other,the hydraulic system will generate a strong pressure beat vibration phenomenon,which will seriously affect the smooth running of the hydraulic system.However,the modulated pressure signal also carries information related to the operating state of the hydraulic system,and a accurate extraction of pressure vibration characteristics is the key to obtain the operating state information of the hydraulic system.In order to extract the pressure beat vibration signal component effectively from the multi-component time-varying aliasing pressure signal and reconstruct the time domain characteristics,an extraction method of the pressure beat vibration characteristics of the hydraulic transmission system based on variational mode decomposition(VMD)is proposed.The experimental results show that the VMD method can accurately extract the pressure beat vibration characteristics from the high-pressure oil pressure signal of the hydraulic system,and the extraction effect is preferable to that of the traditional signal processing methods such as empirical mode decomposition(EMD).展开更多

The initial starting frequency range is the common range, in which the starting torque should be high enough and the starting current low enough.Some other useful formulas are also derived.These results are significant for electrical drive designers to make the starting schemes. The effects of the increase of the stator and the rotor resistances on the starting torque and the initial starting frequency range are also discussed, which is caused by the skin effects of the high order harmonics present in the PWM inverter output voltage.展开更多

Macroscopic grasp of agricultural carbon emissions status, spatial-temporal characteristics as well as driving factors are the basic premise in further research on China’s agricultural carbon emissions. Based on 23 k...Macroscopic grasp of agricultural carbon emissions status, spatial-temporal characteristics as well as driving factors are the basic premise in further research on China’s agricultural carbon emissions. Based on 23 kinds of major carbon emission sources including agricultural materials inputs, paddy ifeld, soil and livestock breeding, this paper ifrstly calculated agricultural carbon emissions from 1995 to 2010, as well as 31 provinces and cities in 2010 in China. We then made a decomposed analysis to the driving factors of carbon emissions with logarithmic mean Divisia index (LMDI) model. The results show:(1) The amount of agricultural carbon emissions is 291.1691 million t in 2010. Compared with 249.5239 million t in 1995, it increased by 16.69%, in which, agricultural materials inputs, paddy ifeld, soil, enteric fermentation, and manure management accounted for 33.59, 22.03, 7.46, 17.53 and 19.39%of total agricultural carbon emissions, respectively. Although the amount exist ups and downs, it shows an overall trend of cyclical rise; (2) There is an obvious difference among regions:the amount of agricultural carbon emissions from top ten zones account for 56.68%, while 9.84%from last 10 zones. The traditional agricultural provinces, especially the major crop production areas are the main source regions. Based on the differences of carbon emission rations, 31 provinces and cities are divided into ifve types, namely agricultural materials dominant type, paddy ifeld dominant type, enteric fermentation dominant type, composite factors dominant type and balanced type. The agricultural carbon emissions intensity in west of China is the highest, followed by the central region, and the east zone is the lowest; (3) Compared with 1995, efifciency, labor and structure factors cut down carbon emissions by 65.78, 27.51 and 3.19%, respectively;while economy factor increase carbon emissions by 113.16%.展开更多
The karst landform is a typical ecologically vulnerable region,and the problem of karst rocky desertification in southtern and western China has led to impoverishment and a degraded local ecological environment,which ...The karst landform is a typical ecologically vulnerable region,and the problem of karst rocky desertification in southtern and western China has led to impoverishment and a degraded local ecological environment,which severely limits local socioeconomic development.An effective and appropriate control of karst rocky desertification in southtern and western China requires knowledge about its characteristics of variation and driving mechanisms.In this study,we chose eight regions in the southtern and western China as research areas and analysed the characteristics of the changes in karst ecosystem patterns and rocky desertification from 2000 to 2015.Based on these characteristics,we present the mechanisms that drive karst rocky desertification in the southtern and western China by utilizing the redundancy analysis(RDA)ordination method.The results show that the total area of rocky desertification in southtern and western China had been continuously decreasing from 2000 to 2015,revealing a positive development trend in rocky desertification.Rocky desertification variations were mainly affected by human activities.The reduction in farmland area improved farmland management and increased regional gross industrial product,which together with continuously rising gross domestic product of the tertiary industry caused a positive rocky desertification development.However,the local karst tourism has a certain effect on inducing slight rocky desertification.展开更多
Recovery of the coal buried under buildings,railways and water bodies and the residual coal in irregularly arranged fully mechanized mining faces is a common engineering problem facing underground coal mining.In this ...Recovery of the coal buried under buildings,railways and water bodies and the residual coal in irregularly arranged fully mechanized mining faces is a common engineering problem facing underground coal mining.In this study,a mining technology of continuous driving and gangue backfilling(CDGB)was proposed.The technology,which can not only alleviate ground subsidence and gangue discharge,but also release the above-mentioned coals,contributes to green and efficient sustainable development of mining.The stability of the system of the solidified body-reserved coal pillar combination(S-C combination)is crucial to the CDGB technology.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the mechanical and damage characteristics of S-C combination in the synergistic bearing process.First,four sets of differentshaped S-C combination specimens were fabricated and a S-C combination bearing structure in CDGB was constructed to explore the differences in mechanical characteristics and damage modes of different-shaped S-C combination specimens during CDGB.Subsequently,their surface strain field evolutions and acoustic emission(AE)response characteristics in the load-bearing process were obtained with the aid of the digital image correlation technique and the AE signal monitoring system.Furthermore,a damage evolution model based on AE parameters and mechanical parameters was established to clarify the damage evolution law.The following results were obtained:(1)The free area of S-C combination can serve as a quantitative index to evaluate the stability of the overburden control system;(2)The concept of critical value k of the free area was first proposed.When the free area exceeds the critical value k(free area ratio greater than 1.13),the deformation resistance and the free area changes becomes negatively correlated;(3)As the free area expands,the failure of the S-C combination specimen evolves from tensile failure to shear failure.The distribution characteristics of the axial strain field also verified such a change in the failure mode;(4)When the free area expands,the peak AE count gradually changes from“double peaks”to“a single peak”.In this process,the expansion of free area shortens the time for accumulating and releasing energy during loading.Micro cracks generated in the specimen change from a phased steep growth to a continuous increase,and the process in which micro cracks develop,converge,intersect and connect to form macro cracks accelerates.The damage evolution law concluded based on AE parameters and mechanical parameters can well characterize the damage evolution process of S-C combination,providing certain reference for the study on the synergistic bearing of S-C combination during CDGB.展开更多

The dynamic characteristics and non- collocated situation have long been the source of difficulties in motion and vibration control, and deterio- rate the achieved accuracy of the axis motion. In this study, a dynamic model using a frequency-based sub- structure approach is established, considering the flexibilities and their variation. The position-dependent variation of the dynamic characteristics is then fully investigated. A corresponding control strategy, which is composed of a modal characteristic modifier (MCM) and an intelligent adaptive tuning algorithm (ATA), is then developed. The MCM utilizes a combination of peak filters and notch filters, thereby shaping the plant dynamics into a virtual collocated system and avoiding control spillover. An ATA using an artificial neural network (ANN) as a smooth parameter interpolator updates the parameters of the filters in real time in order to cope with the feed drive's dynamic variation. Numerical verification of the effectiveness and robustness of the orooosed strategy is shown for a real feed drive.展开更多
The design of servo controllers for flexible ball screw drives with matched and mismatched disturbances and uncertainties is focused to improve the tracking performance and bandwidth of ball screw drives.A two degrees...The design of servo controllers for flexible ball screw drives with matched and mismatched disturbances and uncertainties is focused to improve the tracking performance and bandwidth of ball screw drives.A two degrees of freedom mass model is established based on the axial vibration characteristics of the transport ball screw,and the controller of an adaptive integral sliding mode is proposed combining the optimal design of state feedback gain matrix K to restrain the vibration and the matched disturbances and uncertainties.Then for the counteraction of the mismatched disturbances and uncertainties,a nonlinear disturbance observer is also developed.The trajectory tracking performance experiments and bandwidth analysis were conducted on experimental setup with the proposed control method.It is proved that the adaptive integral sliding mode controller has a high tracking performance and bandwidth especially for the axial vibration characteristics model of ball screw drives.And the ball screw tracking accuracy also has a considerable improvement with the application of the proposed nonlinear disturbance observer.展开更多

The calculation model is computed by using MATLAB software, and the pattern of the system’s torque-angle characteristic is obtained by analyzing study results. These results indicate that: torque-angle characteristic and the driving torque of the system can be adjusted by changing the electric current of coil, the magnetization of permanent magnetic gear, the inner diameter of permanent magnetic gear, the coupling distance between electromagnet and permanent magnetic gear, the outer diameter of permanent magnetic gear, and the axial length of permanent magnetic gear.展开更多

The mathematics model of the drive control system for this motor is established. The new mode that the added exiting magnetism field could be weakened and the speed of the motor could be controlled automatically is proposed and realized. The method of root locus design is applied to analyze the acceleration control characteristic. The results of simulation show that the new drive motor control system has extraordinary response characteristic and adjustable performance. Experiments of vehicle running show that the drive control system's antijamming ability is strong and the adjustable performance is fast and smooth, it can meet the demand of power characteristic very well.展开更多

Based on this mode...A new ball screw dynamic model was developed under the adequate consideration of the interaction in the screw-nut assembly (not only the mutual-coupling factors but also the self-coupling factors) . Based on this model,the multi-flexible body (MFB)dynamic model of ball screw feed drive system was then founded in order to take full account of the influencing factor of system flexibility and study the dynamic behaviors of the whole mechanical transmissions. Moreover,the MFB based state space modeling was proposed by modal state space method, which extraced the eigenmodes of more dominant modes and applied them into an MFB state space model,and realized the integrated model of servo drives and MFB mechanical transmissions more effectively and efficiently. In conclusion,the comparisons between simulations and experimental results show: the stiffness formulation of the ball screw assembly derived above is a suitable method for achieving accurate MFB models of ball screw mechanical transmission systems,this proposed MFB model is valid,and the integrated model of ball screw feed drive system is accurate and reliable. All these provide the important approaches and guidelines for dynamic characteristic study and selection of control parameters in the machine tool design period.展开更多
Triple-level cell(TLC)NAND flash is increasingly adopted to build solid-state drives(SSDs)for modern computer systems.While TLC NAND flash effectively improves storage density,it faces severe reliability issues;in par...Triple-level cell(TLC)NAND flash is increasingly adopted to build solid-state drives(SSDs)for modern computer systems.While TLC NAND flash effectively improves storage density,it faces severe reliability issues;in partic-ular,the pages exhibit different raw bit error rates(RBERs).Integrating strong low-density parity-check(LDPC)code helps to improve reliability but suffers from prolonged and proportional read latency due to multiple read retries for worse pages.The straightforward idea is that dispersing page-size data across several pages in different types can achieve a low-er average RBER and reduce the read latency.However,directly implementing this simple idea into flash translation lay-er(FTL)induces the read amplification issue as one logic page residing in more than one physical page brings several read operations.In this paper,we propose the Dynamic Request Interleaving(DIR)technology for improving the performance of TLC NAND flash-based SSDs,in particular,the aged ones with large RBERs.DIR exploits the observation that the la-tency of an I/O request is determined,without considering the queuing time,by the access of the slowest device page,i.e.,the page that has the highest RBER.By grouping consecutive logical pages that have high locality and interleaving their encoded data in different types of device pages that have different RBERs,DIR effectively reduces the number of read re-tries for LDPC with limited read amplification.To meet the requirement of allocating hybrid page types for interleaved data,we also design a page-interleaving friendly page allocation scheme,which splits all the planes into multi-plane re-gions for storing the interleaved data and single-plane regions for storing the normal data.The pages in the multi-plane re-gion can be read/written in parallel by the proposed multi-plane command and avoid the read amplification issue.Based on the DIR scheme and the proposed page allocation scheme,we build DIR-enable FTL,which integrates the proposed schemes into the FTL with some modifications.Our experimental results show that adopting DIR in aged SSDs exploits nearly 33%locality from I/O requests and,on average,reduces 43%read latency over conventional aged SSDs.展开更多

A dynamic model of multi-gear driving system is established considering the inertia effects of driving mechanism and cutter head as well as the bending-torsional coupling. By taking into account the nonlinear coupling factors between ring gear and multiple pinions, the influence for meshing angle by bending-torsional coupling and the dynamic load-sharing characteristic of multiple pinions driving are analyzed. Load-sharing coefficients at different rotating cutter head speeds and input torques are presented. Numerical results indicate that the load-sharing coefficients can reach up to 1.2-1.3. A simulated experimental platform of the multiple pinions driving is carried out and the torque distributions under the step load in driving shaft of pinions are measured. The imbalance of torque distribution of pinions is verified and the load-sharing coefficients in each pinion can reach 1.262. The results of simulation and test are similar, which shows the correctness of theoretical model. A loop coupling control method is put forward based on current torque master slave control method. The imbalance of the multiple pinions driving in cutter head driving system of tunneling boring machine can be greatly decreased and the load-sharing coefficients can be reduced to 1.051 by using the loop coupling control method. The proposed research provides an effective solution to the imbalance of torque distribution and synchronous control method for multiple pinions driving of TBM.展开更多

In th...The velocity, pressure and temperature distributions of the flow in the gap between hydro-viscous drive friction disks are the key parameters in the design of hydro-viscous drive and angular velocity controller. In the previous works dealing with the flow in the gap between disks in hydro-viscous drive, few authors considered the effect of Coriolis force on the flow. The object of this work is to investigate the flow with consideration of the effects of centrifugal force, Coriolis force and variable viscosity. A simplified mathematical model based on steady and laminar flow is presented. An approximate solution to the simplified mathematical model is obtained by using the iteration method assuming that the fluid viscosity remains constant. Then the model considering the effect of variable viscosity is solved by means of computational fluid dynamics code FLUENT. Numerical results of the flow are obtained. It is found that radial velocity profile diverges from the ideal parabolic curve due to inertial forces and tangential velocity profile is nonlinear due to Coriolis force, and pressure has two possible solution branches. In addition, it is found that variable viscosity plays an important role on pressure profiles which are significantly different from those of fluid with constant viscosity. The experimental device designed for this work consists of two disks, and one of them is fixed. Experimental pressure and temperature of the flow within test rig are obtained. It is shown that the trend of numerical results is in agreement with that of experimental ones. The research provides a theoretical foundation for hydro-viscous drive design.展开更多

文摘The hydro-viscous drive(HVD)has been widely used in fan transmission in vehicles,fans,and scraper conveyors for step-less speed regulation or soft starting.In the mixed friction stage,the contact,friction,and torque characteristics of friction pairs are very complex and change at any time.The characteristics of the frictional and hydrodynamic lubrication states were studied in order to calculate and predict the friction and torque characteristics of the friction pairs in the mixed friction stage.The fluid torque was calculated by applying the average shear stress model and the load-carrying capacity of asperity was determined on the basis of the fractal contact theory.In addition,the contact friction coefficient of the friction pairs was taken into consideration and measured by using the MM1000-Ⅲfriction and wear testing machine.The asperity friction torque and total torque in the mixed friction stage were obtained and finally,the test rig for the torque characteristics was set up.The results show that the contribution to the total torque is shared by the oil film and the asperity friction.The friction coefficient decreases sharply at first and then increases with a change in the relative rotational speed,following the Stribeck curve closely,and the contact frictional coefficient slowly decreases with increase in the pressure between the friction pairs.The torque between the friction pairs is provided by the asperity friction,and the torque due to the oil film reduces to zero.When the thickness of the oil film is small,a major contribution to the total torque is due to the asperity friction.The total torque also increases with the decrease in the film thickness ratio.Therefore,by theoretical analysis and experimental verification,the torque of the friction pairs in the mixed friction stage can be accurately calculated using the average shear stress model and asperity friction torque model.

文摘In the pump-controlled motor hydraulic transmission system,when the pressure pulsation frequencies seperately generated by the pump and the motor are close to each other,the hydraulic system will generate a strong pressure beat vibration phenomenon,which will seriously affect the smooth running of the hydraulic system.However,the modulated pressure signal also carries information related to the operating state of the hydraulic system,and a accurate extraction of pressure vibration characteristics is the key to obtain the operating state information of the hydraulic system.In order to extract the pressure beat vibration signal component effectively from the multi-component time-varying aliasing pressure signal and reconstruct the time domain characteristics,an extraction method of the pressure beat vibration characteristics of the hydraulic transmission system based on variational mode decomposition(VMD)is proposed.The experimental results show that the VMD method can accurately extract the pressure beat vibration characteristics from the high-pressure oil pressure signal of the hydraulic system,and the extraction effect is preferable to that of the traditional signal processing methods such as empirical mode decomposition(EMD).
文摘When the induction motor is fed from the PWM VSI inverter, with and without torque enhancing function, the variations of the starting torque and the starting current versus the starting frequency are analyzed, based on the steady state equivalent circuit of the induction motor.The corresponding expressions are derived, and the corresponding curves are also drawn, from which the initial starting frequency range can be determined properly and easily. The initial starting frequency range is the common range, in which the starting torque should be high enough and the starting current low enough.Some other useful formulas are also derived.These results are significant for electrical drive designers to make the starting schemes. The effects of the increase of the stator and the rotor resistances on the starting torque and the initial starting frequency range are also discussed, which is caused by the skin effects of the high order harmonics present in the PWM inverter output voltage.

文摘Macroscopic grasp of agricultural carbon emissions status, spatial-temporal characteristics as well as driving factors are the basic premise in further research on China’s agricultural carbon emissions. Based on 23 kinds of major carbon emission sources including agricultural materials inputs, paddy ifeld, soil and livestock breeding, this paper ifrstly calculated agricultural carbon emissions from 1995 to 2010, as well as 31 provinces and cities in 2010 in China. We then made a decomposed analysis to the driving factors of carbon emissions with logarithmic mean Divisia index (LMDI) model. The results show:(1) The amount of agricultural carbon emissions is 291.1691 million t in 2010. Compared with 249.5239 million t in 1995, it increased by 16.69%, in which, agricultural materials inputs, paddy ifeld, soil, enteric fermentation, and manure management accounted for 33.59, 22.03, 7.46, 17.53 and 19.39%of total agricultural carbon emissions, respectively. Although the amount exist ups and downs, it shows an overall trend of cyclical rise; (2) There is an obvious difference among regions:the amount of agricultural carbon emissions from top ten zones account for 56.68%, while 9.84%from last 10 zones. The traditional agricultural provinces, especially the major crop production areas are the main source regions. Based on the differences of carbon emission rations, 31 provinces and cities are divided into ifve types, namely agricultural materials dominant type, paddy ifeld dominant type, enteric fermentation dominant type, composite factors dominant type and balanced type. The agricultural carbon emissions intensity in west of China is the highest, followed by the central region, and the east zone is the lowest; (3) Compared with 1995, efifciency, labor and structure factors cut down carbon emissions by 65.78, 27.51 and 3.19%, respectively;while economy factor increase carbon emissions by 113.16%.

文摘The karst landform is a typical ecologically vulnerable region,and the problem of karst rocky desertification in southtern and western China has led to impoverishment and a degraded local ecological environment,which severely limits local socioeconomic development.An effective and appropriate control of karst rocky desertification in southtern and western China requires knowledge about its characteristics of variation and driving mechanisms.In this study,we chose eight regions in the southtern and western China as research areas and analysed the characteristics of the changes in karst ecosystem patterns and rocky desertification from 2000 to 2015.Based on these characteristics,we present the mechanisms that drive karst rocky desertification in the southtern and western China by utilizing the redundancy analysis(RDA)ordination method.The results show that the total area of rocky desertification in southtern and western China had been continuously decreasing from 2000 to 2015,revealing a positive development trend in rocky desertification.Rocky desertification variations were mainly affected by human activities.The reduction in farmland area improved farmland management and increased regional gross industrial product,which together with continuously rising gross domestic product of the tertiary industry caused a positive rocky desertification development.However,the local karst tourism has a certain effect on inducing slight rocky desertification.

文摘Recovery of the coal buried under buildings,railways and water bodies and the residual coal in irregularly arranged fully mechanized mining faces is a common engineering problem facing underground coal mining.In this study,a mining technology of continuous driving and gangue backfilling(CDGB)was proposed.The technology,which can not only alleviate ground subsidence and gangue discharge,but also release the above-mentioned coals,contributes to green and efficient sustainable development of mining.The stability of the system of the solidified body-reserved coal pillar combination(S-C combination)is crucial to the CDGB technology.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the mechanical and damage characteristics of S-C combination in the synergistic bearing process.First,four sets of differentshaped S-C combination specimens were fabricated and a S-C combination bearing structure in CDGB was constructed to explore the differences in mechanical characteristics and damage modes of different-shaped S-C combination specimens during CDGB.Subsequently,their surface strain field evolutions and acoustic emission(AE)response characteristics in the load-bearing process were obtained with the aid of the digital image correlation technique and the AE signal monitoring system.Furthermore,a damage evolution model based on AE parameters and mechanical parameters was established to clarify the damage evolution law.The following results were obtained:(1)The free area of S-C combination can serve as a quantitative index to evaluate the stability of the overburden control system;(2)The concept of critical value k of the free area was first proposed.When the free area exceeds the critical value k(free area ratio greater than 1.13),the deformation resistance and the free area changes becomes negatively correlated;(3)As the free area expands,the failure of the S-C combination specimen evolves from tensile failure to shear failure.The distribution characteristics of the axial strain field also verified such a change in the failure mode;(4)When the free area expands,the peak AE count gradually changes from“double peaks”to“a single peak”.In this process,the expansion of free area shortens the time for accumulating and releasing energy during loading.Micro cracks generated in the specimen change from a phased steep growth to a continuous increase,and the process in which micro cracks develop,converge,intersect and connect to form macro cracks accelerates.The damage evolution law concluded based on AE parameters and mechanical parameters can well characterize the damage evolution process of S-C combination,providing certain reference for the study on the synergistic bearing of S-C combination during CDGB.

文摘The ball-screw feed drive has varying high-order dynamic characteristics due to flexibilities of the slender screw spindle and joints between components, and an obvious feature of non-collocated control when a direct position measurement using a linear'scale is employed. The dynamic characteristics and non- collocated situation have long been the source of difficulties in motion and vibration control, and deterio- rate the achieved accuracy of the axis motion. In this study, a dynamic model using a frequency-based sub- structure approach is established, considering the flexibilities and their variation. The position-dependent variation of the dynamic characteristics is then fully investigated. A corresponding control strategy, which is composed of a modal characteristic modifier (MCM) and an intelligent adaptive tuning algorithm (ATA), is then developed. The MCM utilizes a combination of peak filters and notch filters, thereby shaping the plant dynamics into a virtual collocated system and avoiding control spillover. An ATA using an artificial neural network (ANN) as a smooth parameter interpolator updates the parameters of the filters in real time in order to cope with the feed drive's dynamic variation. Numerical verification of the effectiveness and robustness of the orooosed strategy is shown for a real feed drive.

文摘The design of servo controllers for flexible ball screw drives with matched and mismatched disturbances and uncertainties is focused to improve the tracking performance and bandwidth of ball screw drives.A two degrees of freedom mass model is established based on the axial vibration characteristics of the transport ball screw,and the controller of an adaptive integral sliding mode is proposed combining the optimal design of state feedback gain matrix K to restrain the vibration and the matched disturbances and uncertainties.Then for the counteraction of the mismatched disturbances and uncertainties,a nonlinear disturbance observer is also developed.The trajectory tracking performance experiments and bandwidth analysis were conducted on experimental setup with the proposed control method.It is proved that the adaptive integral sliding mode controller has a high tracking performance and bandwidth especially for the axial vibration characteristics model of ball screw drives.And the ball screw tracking accuracy also has a considerable improvement with the application of the proposed nonlinear disturbance observer.
文摘The principle and design method of the large gap magnetic drive system is studied in this work. The calculation model of the torque-angle characteristic in the large gap magnetic drive system driven by traveling wave magnetic field is established. The calculation model is computed by using MATLAB software, and the pattern of the system’s torque-angle characteristic is obtained by analyzing study results. These results indicate that: torque-angle characteristic and the driving torque of the system can be adjusted by changing the electric current of coil, the magnetization of permanent magnetic gear, the inner diameter of permanent magnetic gear, the coupling distance between electromagnet and permanent magnetic gear, the outer diameter of permanent magnetic gear, and the axial length of permanent magnetic gear.
文摘The drive control system of the permanent magnetic direct current motor with the enhanced magnetism windings used in the electric transit bus is developed. The mathematics model of the drive control system for this motor is established. The new mode that the added exiting magnetism field could be weakened and the speed of the motor could be controlled automatically is proposed and realized. The method of root locus design is applied to analyze the acceleration control characteristic. The results of simulation show that the new drive motor control system has extraordinary response characteristic and adjustable performance. Experiments of vehicle running show that the drive control system's antijamming ability is strong and the adjustable performance is fast and smooth, it can meet the demand of power characteristic very well.

文摘A new ball screw dynamic model was developed under the adequate consideration of the interaction in the screw-nut assembly (not only the mutual-coupling factors but also the self-coupling factors) . Based on this model,the multi-flexible body (MFB)dynamic model of ball screw feed drive system was then founded in order to take full account of the influencing factor of system flexibility and study the dynamic behaviors of the whole mechanical transmissions. Moreover,the MFB based state space modeling was proposed by modal state space method, which extraced the eigenmodes of more dominant modes and applied them into an MFB state space model,and realized the integrated model of servo drives and MFB mechanical transmissions more effectively and efficiently. In conclusion,the comparisons between simulations and experimental results show: the stiffness formulation of the ball screw assembly derived above is a suitable method for achieving accurate MFB models of ball screw mechanical transmission systems,this proposed MFB model is valid,and the integrated model of ball screw feed drive system is accurate and reliable. All these provide the important approaches and guidelines for dynamic characteristic study and selection of control parameters in the machine tool design period.

文摘Triple-level cell(TLC)NAND flash is increasingly adopted to build solid-state drives(SSDs)for modern computer systems.While TLC NAND flash effectively improves storage density,it faces severe reliability issues;in partic-ular,the pages exhibit different raw bit error rates(RBERs).Integrating strong low-density parity-check(LDPC)code helps to improve reliability but suffers from prolonged and proportional read latency due to multiple read retries for worse pages.The straightforward idea is that dispersing page-size data across several pages in different types can achieve a low-er average RBER and reduce the read latency.However,directly implementing this simple idea into flash translation lay-er(FTL)induces the read amplification issue as one logic page residing in more than one physical page brings several read operations.In this paper,we propose the Dynamic Request Interleaving(DIR)technology for improving the performance of TLC NAND flash-based SSDs,in particular,the aged ones with large RBERs.DIR exploits the observation that the la-tency of an I/O request is determined,without considering the queuing time,by the access of the slowest device page,i.e.,the page that has the highest RBER.By grouping consecutive logical pages that have high locality and interleaving their encoded data in different types of device pages that have different RBERs,DIR effectively reduces the number of read re-tries for LDPC with limited read amplification.To meet the requirement of allocating hybrid page types for interleaved data,we also design a page-interleaving friendly page allocation scheme,which splits all the planes into multi-plane re-gions for storing the interleaved data and single-plane regions for storing the normal data.The pages in the multi-plane re-gion can be read/written in parallel by the proposed multi-plane command and avoid the read amplification issue.Based on the DIR scheme and the proposed page allocation scheme,we build DIR-enable FTL,which integrates the proposed schemes into the FTL with some modifications.Our experimental results show that adopting DIR in aged SSDs exploits nearly 33%locality from I/O requests and,on average,reduces 43%read latency over conventional aged SSDs.

文摘The failure of the key parts, such as gears, in cutter head driving system of tunneling boring machine has not been properly solved under the interaction of driving motors asynchronously and wave tunneling torque load. A dynamic model of multi-gear driving system is established considering the inertia effects of driving mechanism and cutter head as well as the bending-torsional coupling. By taking into account the nonlinear coupling factors between ring gear and multiple pinions, the influence for meshing angle by bending-torsional coupling and the dynamic load-sharing characteristic of multiple pinions driving are analyzed. Load-sharing coefficients at different rotating cutter head speeds and input torques are presented. Numerical results indicate that the load-sharing coefficients can reach up to 1.2-1.3. A simulated experimental platform of the multiple pinions driving is carried out and the torque distributions under the step load in driving shaft of pinions are measured. The imbalance of torque distribution of pinions is verified and the load-sharing coefficients in each pinion can reach 1.262. The results of simulation and test are similar, which shows the correctness of theoretical model. A loop coupling control method is put forward based on current torque master slave control method. The imbalance of the multiple pinions driving in cutter head driving system of tunneling boring machine can be greatly decreased and the load-sharing coefficients can be reduced to 1.051 by using the loop coupling control method. The proposed research provides an effective solution to the imbalance of torque distribution and synchronous control method for multiple pinions driving of TBM.

文摘The velocity, pressure and temperature distributions of the flow in the gap between hydro-viscous drive friction disks are the key parameters in the design of hydro-viscous drive and angular velocity controller. In the previous works dealing with the flow in the gap between disks in hydro-viscous drive, few authors considered the effect of Coriolis force on the flow. The object of this work is to investigate the flow with consideration of the effects of centrifugal force, Coriolis force and variable viscosity. A simplified mathematical model based on steady and laminar flow is presented. An approximate solution to the simplified mathematical model is obtained by using the iteration method assuming that the fluid viscosity remains constant. Then the model considering the effect of variable viscosity is solved by means of computational fluid dynamics code FLUENT. Numerical results of the flow are obtained. It is found that radial velocity profile diverges from the ideal parabolic curve due to inertial forces and tangential velocity profile is nonlinear due to Coriolis force, and pressure has two possible solution branches. In addition, it is found that variable viscosity plays an important role on pressure profiles which are significantly different from those of fluid with constant viscosity. The experimental device designed for this work consists of two disks, and one of them is fixed. Experimental pressure and temperature of the flow within test rig are obtained. It is shown that the trend of numerical results is in agreement with that of experimental ones. The research provides a theoretical foundation for hydro-viscous drive design.
