LiNi0.8Co0.2O2 particles were modified by Co3(PO4)2 coating. The effects of the Co3(PO4)2 coating on the structure and electrochemical properties of the LiNi0.8Co0.2O2 cathode material were investigated. The Co3(PO4)2 coating forms a thin layer on the surface of the LiNi0.8Co0.2O2 material and a solid solution by interacting with the LiNi0.8Co0.2O2 core material during calcination at 700℃ for 4 h. Charge-discharge experiment results show that the Co3(PO4)2 coating improves the cycling stability of the LiNi0.8Co0.2O2 cathode material. The capacity retention of the pristine LiNi0.8Co0.2O2 cathode after 50 cycles is 83.6%, whereas it is 91.7% in the case of the LiNi0.8Co0.2O2 cathode coated with 1 wt.% Co3(PO4)2. Storage tests of the 4.35 V charged electrode at 60℃ after a month show that the Co3(POg)2-coated sample exhibits good storage properties compared with the pristine sample. 展开更多

Recovery of the coal buried under buildings,railways and water bodies and the residual coal in irregularly arranged fully mechanized mining faces is a common engineering problem facing underground coal mining.In this study,a mining technology of continuous driving and gangue backfilling(CDGB)was proposed.The technology,which can not only alleviate ground subsidence and gangue discharge,but also release the above-mentioned coals,contributes to green and efficient sustainable development of mining.The stability of the system of the solidified body-reserved coal pillar combination(S-C combination)is crucial to the CDGB technology.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the mechanical and damage characteristics of S-C combination in the synergistic bearing process.First,four sets of differentshaped S-C combination specimens were fabricated and a S-C combination bearing structure in CDGB was constructed to explore the differences in mechanical characteristics and damage modes of different-shaped S-C combination specimens during CDGB.Subsequently,their surface strain field evolutions and acoustic emission(AE)response characteristics in the load-bearing process were obtained with the aid of the digital image correlation technique and the AE signal monitoring system.Furthermore,a damage evolution model based on AE parameters and mechanical parameters was established to clarify the damage evolution law.The following results were obtained:(1)The free area of S-C combination can serve as a quantitative index to evaluate the stability of the overburden control system;(2)The concept of critical value k of the free area was first proposed.When the free area exceeds the critical value k(free area ratio greater than 1.13),the deformation resistance and the free area changes becomes negatively correlated;(3)As the free area expands,the failure of the S-C combination specimen evolves from tensile failure to shear failure.The distribution characteristics of the axial strain field also verified such a change in the failure mode;(4)When the free area expands,the peak AE count gradually changes from“double peaks”to“a single peak”.In this process,the expansion of free area shortens the time for accumulating and releasing energy during loading.Micro cracks generated in the specimen change from a phased steep growth to a continuous increase,and the process in which micro cracks develop,converge,intersect and connect to form macro cracks accelerates.The damage evolution law concluded based on AE parameters and mechanical parameters can well characterize the damage evolution process of S-C combination,providing certain reference for the study on the synergistic bearing of S-C combination during CDGB. 展开更多

The hydro-viscous drive(HVD)has been widely used in fan transmission in vehicles,fans,and scraper conveyors for step-less speed regulation or soft starting.In the mixed friction stage,the contact,friction,and torque characteristics of friction pairs are very complex and change at any time.The characteristics of the frictional and hydrodynamic lubrication states were studied in order to calculate and predict the friction and torque characteristics of the friction pairs in the mixed friction stage.The fluid torque was calculated by applying the average shear stress model and the load-carrying capacity of asperity was determined on the basis of the fractal contact theory.In addition,the contact friction coefficient of the friction pairs was taken into consideration and measured by using the MM1000-Ⅲfriction and wear testing machine.The asperity friction torque and total torque in the mixed friction stage were obtained and finally,the test rig for the torque characteristics was set up.The results show that the contribution to the total torque is shared by the oil film and the asperity friction.The friction coefficient decreases sharply at first and then increases with a change in the relative rotational speed,following the Stribeck curve closely,and the contact frictional coefficient slowly decreases with increase in the pressure between the friction pairs.The torque between the friction pairs is provided by the asperity friction,and the torque due to the oil film reduces to zero.When the thickness of the oil film is small,a major contribution to the total torque is due to the asperity friction.The total torque also increases with the decrease in the film thickness ratio.Therefore,by theoretical analysis and experimental verification,the torque of the friction pairs in the mixed friction stage can be accurately calculated using the average shear stress model and asperity friction torque model. 展开更多

When the induction motor is fed from the PWM VSI inverter, with and without torque enhancing function, the variations of the starting torque and the starting current versus the starting frequency are analyzed, based on the steady state equivalent circuit of the induction motor.The corresponding expressions are derived, and the corresponding curves are also drawn, from which the initial starting frequency range can be determined properly and easily. The initial starting frequency range is the common range, in which the starting torque should be high enough and the starting current low enough.Some other useful formulas are also derived.These results are significant for electrical drive designers to make the starting schemes. The effects of the increase of the stator and the rotor resistances on the starting torque and the initial starting frequency range are also discussed, which is caused by the skin effects of the high order harmonics present in the PWM inverter output voltage. 展开更多

DIR:Dynamic Request Interleaving for Improving the Read Performance of Aged Solid-State Drives

Triple-level cell(TLC)NAND flash is increasingly adopted to build solid-state drives(SSDs)for modern computer systems.While TLC NAND flash effectively improves storage density,it faces severe reliability issues;in partic-ular,the pages exhibit different raw bit error rates(RBERs).Integrating strong low-density parity-check(LDPC)code helps to improve reliability but suffers from prolonged and proportional read latency due to multiple read retries for worse pages.The straightforward idea is that dispersing page-size data across several pages in different types can achieve a low-er average RBER and reduce the read latency.However,directly implementing this simple idea into flash translation lay-er(FTL)induces the read amplification issue as one logic page residing in more than one physical page brings several read operations.In this paper,we propose the Dynamic Request Interleaving(DIR)technology for improving the performance of TLC NAND flash-based SSDs,in particular,the aged ones with large RBERs.DIR exploits the observation that the la-tency of an I/O request is determined,without considering the queuing time,by the access of the slowest device page,i.e.,the page that has the highest RBER.By grouping consecutive logical pages that have high locality and interleaving their encoded data in different types of device pages that have different RBERs,DIR effectively reduces the number of read re-tries for LDPC with limited read amplification.To meet the requirement of allocating hybrid page types for interleaved data,we also design a page-interleaving friendly page allocation scheme,which splits all the planes into multi-plane re-gions for storing the interleaved data and single-plane regions for storing the normal data.The pages in the multi-plane re-gion can be read/written in parallel by the proposed multi-plane command and avoid the read amplification issue.Based on the DIR scheme and the proposed page allocation scheme,we build DIR-enable FTL,which integrates the proposed schemes into the FTL with some modifications.Our experimental results show that adopting DIR in aged SSDs exploits nearly 33%locality from I/O requests and,on average,reduces 43%read latency over conventional aged SSDs. 展开更多

Research on Spatial-Temporal Characteristics and Driving Factor of Agricultural Carbon Emissions in China 被引量:32

Macroscopic grasp of agricultural carbon emissions status, spatial-temporal characteristics as well as driving factors are the basic premise in further research on China’s agricultural carbon emissions. Based on 23 kinds of major carbon emission sources including agricultural materials inputs, paddy ifeld, soil and livestock breeding, this paper ifrstly calculated agricultural carbon emissions from 1995 to 2010, as well as 31 provinces and cities in 2010 in China. We then made a decomposed analysis to the driving factors of carbon emissions with logarithmic mean Divisia index (LMDI) model. The results show:(1) The amount of agricultural carbon emissions is 291.1691 million t in 2010. Compared with 249.5239 million t in 1995, it increased by 16.69%, in which, agricultural materials inputs, paddy ifeld, soil, enteric fermentation, and manure management accounted for 33.59, 22.03, 7.46, 17.53 and 19.39%of total agricultural carbon emissions, respectively. Although the amount exist ups and downs, it shows an overall trend of cyclical rise; (2) There is an obvious difference among regions:the amount of agricultural carbon emissions from top ten zones account for 56.68%, while 9.84%from last 10 zones. The traditional agricultural provinces, especially the major crop production areas are the main source regions. Based on the differences of carbon emission rations, 31 provinces and cities are divided into ifve types, namely agricultural materials dominant type, paddy ifeld dominant type, enteric fermentation dominant type, composite factors dominant type and balanced type. The agricultural carbon emissions intensity in west of China is the highest, followed by the central region, and the east zone is the lowest; (3) Compared with 1995, efifciency, labor and structure factors cut down carbon emissions by 65.78, 27.51 and 3.19%, respectively;while economy factor increase carbon emissions by 113.16%. 展开更多

The karst landform is a typical ecologically vulnerable region,and the problem of karst rocky desertification in southtern and western China has led to impoverishment and a degraded local ecological environment,which severely limits local socioeconomic development.An effective and appropriate control of karst rocky desertification in southtern and western China requires knowledge about its characteristics of variation and driving mechanisms.In this study,we chose eight regions in the southtern and western China as research areas and analysed the characteristics of the changes in karst ecosystem patterns and rocky desertification from 2000 to 2015.Based on these characteristics,we present the mechanisms that drive karst rocky desertification in the southtern and western China by utilizing the redundancy analysis(RDA)ordination method.The results show that the total area of rocky desertification in southtern and western China had been continuously decreasing from 2000 to 2015,revealing a positive development trend in rocky desertification.Rocky desertification variations were mainly affected by human activities.The reduction in farmland area improved farmland management and increased regional gross industrial product,which together with continuously rising gross domestic product of the tertiary industry caused a positive rocky desertification development.However,the local karst tourism has a certain effect on inducing slight rocky desertification. 展开更多

The calculation model is computed by using MATLAB software, and the pattern of the system’s torque-angle characteristic is obtained by analyzing study results. These results indicate that: torque-angle characteristic and the driving torque of the system can be adjusted by changing the electric current of coil, the magnetization of permanent magnetic gear, the inner diameter of permanent magnetic gear, the coupling distance between electromagnet and permanent magnetic gear, the outer diameter of permanent magnetic gear, and the axial length of permanent magnetic gear. 展开更多

During screening operation, blinding or clogging of screen perforations generally occurs to reduce the sieving capacity and efficiency. Recently, the flip-flow screening has been widely recognized as a feasible method to deal with the problem. In this paper, a novel centralized-driving flip-flow screen(CFS) was developed for the separation of fine and moist coal, and the key structures, namely, a centralized-driving mechanism and a quasi-circle beam mounted with the mat were designed for high reliability and stability. By means of a test on an experimental prototype, the effect of some factors, i.e., initial stretch and hardness of the polyurethane panel, respectively, and the rotation speed of the driving motor on the kinematic characteristic of the screen surface was investigated. Results show that without an initial stretch, the sieve mat generates the largest vibratory amplitude while the slacker the sieve mat initially is, the smaller amplitude it will accomplish. And an increase in the rotation speed could cause a rise in the vibratory amplitude. Unlike the two factors, the hardness does not have a definite effect on the kinematic performance, on which a further study is required. Finally, screening processing on a laboratory prototype was conducted to draw the conclusion that the developed CFS also has a high sieving efficiency for the fine and moist coal. 展开更多

The mathematics model of the drive control system for this motor is established. The new mode that the added exiting magnetism field could be weakened and the speed of the motor could be controlled automatically is proposed and realized. The method of root locus design is applied to analyze the acceleration control characteristic. The results of simulation show that the new drive motor control system has extraordinary response characteristic and adjustable performance. Experiments of vehicle running show that the drive control system's antijamming ability is strong and the adjustable performance is fast and smooth, it can meet the demand of power characteristic very well. 展开更多

The design of servo controllers for flexible ball screw drives with matched and mismatched disturbances and uncertainties is focused to improve the tracking performance and bandwidth of ball screw drives.A two degrees of freedom mass model is established based on the axial vibration characteristics of the transport ball screw,and the controller of an adaptive integral sliding mode is proposed combining the optimal design of state feedback gain matrix K to restrain the vibration and the matched disturbances and uncertainties.Then for the counteraction of the mismatched disturbances and uncertainties,a nonlinear disturbance observer is also developed.The trajectory tracking performance experiments and bandwidth analysis were conducted on experimental setup with the proposed control method.It is proved that the adaptive integral sliding mode controller has a high tracking performance and bandwidth especially for the axial vibration characteristics model of ball screw drives.And the ball screw tracking accuracy also has a considerable improvement with the application of the proposed nonlinear disturbance observer. 展开更多

Recently,solid-state drives(SSDs)have been used in a wide range of emerging data processing systems.Essentially,an SSD is a complex embedded system that involves both hardware and software design.For the latter,firmware modules such as the flash translation layer(FTL)orchestrate internal operations and flash management,and are crucial to the overall input/output performance of an SSD.Despite the rapid development of new SSD features in the market,the research of flash firmware has been mostly based on simulations due to the lack of a realistic and extensible SSD development platform.In this paper,we propose SoftSSD,a software-oriented SSD development platform for rapid flash firmware prototyping.The core of SoftSSD is a novel framework with an event-driven programming model.With the programming model,new FTL algorithms can be implemented and integrated into a full-featured flash firmware in a straightforward way.The resulting flash firmware can be deployed and evaluated on a hardware development board,which can be connected to a host system via peripheral component interconnect express and serve as a normal non-volatile memory express SSD.Different from existing hardware-oriented development platforms,SoftSSD implements the majority of SSD components(e.g.,host interface controller)in software,so that data flows and internal states that were once confined in the hardware can now be examined with a software debugger,providing the observability and extensibility that are critical to the rapid prototyping and research of flash firmware.We describe the programming model and hardware design of SoftSSD.We also perform experiments with real application workloads on a prototype board to demonstrate the performance and usefulness of SoftSSD,and release the open-source code of SoftSSD for public access. 展开更多

Compared with traditional solid-state drives(SSDs),open-channel SSDs(OCSSDs)expose their internal physical layout and provide a host-based flash translation layer(FTL)that allows host-side software to control the internal operations such as garbage collection(GC)and input/output(I/O)scheduling.In this paper,we comprehensively survey research works built on OCSSDs in recent years.We show how they leverage the features of OCSSDs to achieve high throughput,low latency,long lifetime,strong performance isolation,and high resource utilization.We categorize these efforts into five groups based on their optimization methods:adaptive interface customizing,rich FTL co-designing,internal parallelism exploiting,rational I/O scheduling,and efficient GC processing.We discuss the strengths and weaknesses of these efforts and find that almost all these efforts face a dilemma between performance effectiveness and management complexity.We hope that this survey can provide fundamental knowledge to researchers who want to enter this field and further inspire new ideas for the development of OCSSDs. 展开更多

A three-dimensional conjugate tooth surface design method for Harmonic Drive with a double-circular-arc tooth profle is proposed. The radial deformation function of the fexspline (FS), obtained through Finite Element (FE) analysis, is incorporated into the kinematics model. By analyzing the FS tooth enveloping process, the optimization of the overlapping conjugate tooth profle is achieved. By utilizing the hobbing process, the three-dimensional machinable tooth surface of FS can be acquired. Utilizing the coning deformation of the FS, simulations are conducted to analyze the multi-section assembly and meshing motion of the machinable tooth surface. The FE method is utilized to analyze and compare the loaded contact characteristics. Results demonstrate that the proposed design method can achieve an internal gear pair consisting of a circular spline with a spur gear tooth surface and the FS with a machinable tooth surface. With the rated torque, approximately 24% of the FS teeth are engaged in meshing, and more than 4/5 of the tooth surface in the axial direction carries the load. The contact patterns, maximum contact pressure, and transmission error of the machinable tooth surface are 227.2%, 40.67%, and 71.24% of those on the spur gear tooth surface, respectively. A new ball screw dynamic model was developed under the adequate consideration of the interaction in the screw-nut assembly (not only the mutual-coupling factors but also the self-coupling factors) . Based on this model,the multi-flexible body (MFB)dynamic model of ball screw feed drive system was then founded in order to take full account of the influencing factor of system flexibility and study the dynamic behaviors of the whole mechanical transmissions. Moreover,the MFB based state space modeling was proposed by modal state space method, which extraced the eigenmodes of more dominant modes and applied them into an MFB state space model,and realized the integrated model of servo drives and MFB mechanical transmissions more effectively and efficiently. In conclusion,the comparisons between simulations and experimental results show: the stiffness formulation of the ball screw assembly derived above is a suitable method for achieving accurate MFB models of ball screw mechanical transmission systems,this proposed MFB model is valid,and the integrated model of ball screw feed drive system is accurate and reliable. All these provide the important approaches and guidelines for dynamic characteristic study and selection of control parameters in the machine tool design period. 展开更多

东北三省农业碳排放时空分异特征及其关键驱动因素 被引量:1

推动农业低碳发展是应对气候威胁和农业面源污染的有效途径。本文基于IPCC和农用物资投入数据核算2000—2019年东北三省农业碳排放,利用空间自相关等方法分析其时空分异特征,通过LMDI指数分解模型和地理探测器探究农业碳排放驱动因素及... 推动农业低碳发展是应对气候威胁和农业面源污染的有效途径。本文基于IPCC和农用物资投入数据核算2000—2019年东北三省农业碳排放,利用空间自相关等方法分析其时空分异特征,通过LMDI指数分解模型和地理探测器探究农业碳排放驱动因素及其交互作用关系。结果表明:1)东北三省2015年农业碳排放总量达到峰值,约为1759.66万t,较2000年(1048.19万t)增加67.88%,年均递增4.53%;研究期整体呈现“先上升后下降”态势,碳排放增量变动可划分为“波动上升期(2000—2009年)—过渡期(2010—2015年)—平稳下降期(2016—2019年)”3个阶段。化肥施用是主要碳源,占比75.12%。2)分解模型测算结果表明,农业生产效率、农业产业结构和农业劳动力规模对碳排放具有抑制作用,其碳减排比例分别为207.31%、21.56%、20.72%;农业经济发展水平对碳排放表现出较强的推动作用,实现349.59%的碳增量。3)相较于单因子来说,农业经济发展水平、农业生产效率与农业产业结构之间交互结果对农业碳排放的影响呈非线性增强特征,农业劳动力规模与其他因素叠加均呈现出双因子增强的作用效果。以上研究结果表明东北三省农业碳排放受周边地区影响且影响程度不断加强,同时碳排放关键驱动因素之间存在协同作用。本研究成果为推动农业低碳发展提供理论基础与政策依据。 展开更多

急倾斜深埋巨厚煤层掘巷冲击地压前兆特征及其灾害防治

随着冲击地压矿井逐渐向深开采,其巷道掘进伴随的冲击显现愈发强烈。针对巷道掘进过程中的冲击地压有效防治问题,以新疆乌东煤矿急倾斜煤层矿井为例,运用微震监测对巷道掘进的冲击地压时空前兆特征加以分析。结合巷道掘进的应力与能量... 随着冲击地压矿井逐渐向深开采,其巷道掘进伴随的冲击显现愈发强烈。针对巷道掘进过程中的冲击地压有效防治问题,以新疆乌东煤矿急倾斜煤层矿井为例,运用微震监测对巷道掘进的冲击地压时空前兆特征加以分析。结合巷道掘进的应力与能量变化数值模拟分析,揭示巷道掘进的冲击地压发生机理,提出急倾斜巨厚煤层巷道冲击地压防治策略,并完成现场工程实践验证。研究结果表明:急倾斜巨厚煤层巷道掘进的冲击地压发生前第2~5天出现微震总能量极低值,或存在至少4 d的能量潜伏期;冲击地压发生前5 d普遍存在3 d以上的最大能量占比高频波动期。冲击地压发生前存在明显缺震现象,发生位置集中分布在距离掘进工作面较近的微震能量极小值区间范围内,或位于微震能量极值区间附近的微震频次极小值区间范围内,且冲击地压事件位于冲击变形能指数较高区域。急倾斜巨厚煤层水平分段综放开采的坚硬覆岩结构不易破断,使得巷道掘进存在上水平采空区两侧“双翼型”应力集中,掘进工作面前方与巷道底部受顶底板岩层相互挤压的应力集中分布且能量积聚显著,随着巷道掘进深度增加其应力集中与能量积聚进一步增强,容易诱发冲击地压等动力灾害。综合分析形成急倾斜巨厚煤层巷道掘进的工作面爆破卸压、巷道钻孔卸压与补强支护、复杂区域架蓬的冲击地压防治策略。结合冲击地压时空前兆异常为及时加强卸压力度提供时机。通过工作面与巷道卸压使得掘进期间未发生单日累计1×105 J以上微震能量,在对支护优化调整与复杂区域重点防护后,巷道掘进日均微震能量降至2.2 kJ,其1 kJ以上微震事件占比下降且巷道断面整体平整。研究结果为急倾斜巨厚煤层巷道安全掘进提供了科学依据。 展开更多
