It is proved strictly based on general relativity that two important factors are neglected in LIGO experiments by using Michelson interferometers so that fatal mistakes were caused. One is that the gravitational wave changes the wavelength of light. Another is that light’s speed is not a constant when gravitational waves exist. According to general relativity, gravitational wave affects spatial distance, so it also affects the wavelength of light synchronously. By considering this fact, the phase differences of lasers were invariable when gravitational waves passed through Michelson interferometers. In addition, when gravitational waves exist, the spatial part of metric changes but the time part of metric is unchanged. In this way, light’s speed is not a constant. When the calculation method of time difference is used in LIGO experiments, the phase shift of interference fringes is still zero. So the design principle of LIGO experiment is wrong. It was impossible for LIGO to detect gravitational wave by using Michelson interferometers. Because light’s speed is not a constant, the signals of LIGO experiments become mismatching. It means that these signals are noises actually, caused by occasional reasons, no gravitational waves are detected really. In fact, in the history of physics, Michelson and Morley tried to find the absolute motion of the earth by using Michelson interferometers but failed at last. The basic principle of LIGO experiment is the same as that of Michelson-Morley experiment in which the phases of lights were invariable. The postulate of constant speed of light for all reference frames is the foundation of relativity theories. The resultant time dilation and length contraction are generally accepted but still perplexing for most people. By re-examining the historical evidence, this paper confirms Einstein’s postulate and reveals the mechanism for the constant speed of light: the interaction between photons and matter can impart the speed of an inertial frame to the photons and thus result in the same speed of light for different inertial reference frames. This mechanism can consistently explain all major experiments on the constant speed of light. 展开更多

Factors Influencing the Successful Adoption of Human Resource Information System: The Content of Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority

This study examines the key factors that have impact on the successful adoption of Human Resource Information System (HRIS) within the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA)/Jordan. In order to accomplish the purpose of the study four critical factors are inquired. So, four critical factors are inquired: First, TAM Model (Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) and Perceived Usefulness (PU)). Second, Information Technology Infrastructure (ITI). Third, Top Management Support (TMS). Finally, Individual Experience with Computer (IEC). The research model was applied to collect data from the questionnaires answered by 45 users of HRIS as a source of primary data, based on a convenience sample the response rate was about 91%. In addition, the results were analyzed by utilizing the Statistical Package for Social Software (SPSS). Furthermore, the findings were analyzed;multiple Regression analysis indicated that all research variables have significant relationship on successful adoption of HRIS. The findings indicated IT infrastructures have a positive and significant effect on the successful adoption of HRIS. But there is no significant of PU, PEOU, TMS, and IEC on the successful adoption of HRIS. Finally, the results indicated that no significant statistical differences of demographic characteristics on HRIS adoption. Depending on the research’s findings;the researchers proposed a set of recommendations for better adoption of HRIS in SEZA. 展开更多

Interaction between an Accelerated Mass in Straight Motion and a Hidden Energy Reservoir as a Strict Mathematical Consequence of Special Relativity

A. Einstein and H.A. Lorentz had found that the mass of an accelerated body traveling at relativistic velocity appears to depend on whether the acceleration is performed in the direction of motion or in a transverse direction. E.P. Epstein rejected this result in the “Annalen der Physik”;he rather postulated an additional force that turns up when the body is accelerated in the longitudinal direction. It can be shown that the concept of an increased longitudinal mass is based on a simple mathematical error. When correcting this error, it turns out that Epstein’s additional, hidden force is indispensable in order to avoid an inner inconsistency of Special Relativity. It does most of the total work absorbed by the moving object, and is thus responsible for most of the increase in its energy (=mass), given the speed attained is relativistic. In other words: While the total force on the body needed to maintain a constant acceleration <em>a</em><sub>0</sub> is “<span style="white-space:nowrap;">(1-<em>v</em><sup>2</sup>/<em>c</em><sup>2</sup>)<sup>-1</sup><em>m</em><em>a</em><sub>0</sub>=<em>m</em><sub>0</sub>(1-<em>v</em><sup>2</sup>/<em>c</em><sup>2</sup>)<sup>-3/2</sup><em>a</em><sub><em>0</em></sub></span>”, the technical force needed to maintain that acceleration amounts only to “<em>m</em><em>a</em><sub>0</sub>=<em><em>m</em><sub>0</sub>(1 - <em>v</em><sup>2</sup>/<em>c</em><sup>2</sup>)<sup>-1/2</sup><em>a</em><sub><em>0</em></sub></em>”. The total energy of two objects that undergo a symmetrical, elastic head-on collision is therefore not conserved during the collision, thus requiring the involvement of a hidden reservoir of energy. This result is confirmed by calculations that use the concept of momenergy. The phenomenon of an apparent disappearance of energy has been noticed in particle physics already (target-experiment), but its consequences have been ignored. Instead, an explanation has been given (reduced “energy of the center of mass”) which is inconsistent and violates the relativity principle. 展开更多

Einstein’s Special Relativity (ESR) has enjoyed spectacular success as a mathematical construct and in terms of the experiments to which it has been subjected. Possible vulnerabilities of ESR will be explored that break the symmetry of reciprocal observations of length, time, and mass. It is shown how Newton could also have derived length contraction . Einstein’s General Relativity (EGR) will also be discussed occasionally such as a changed perspective on gravitational waves due to a small change in ESR. Some additional questions addressed are: Did Einstein totally eliminate the Ether? Is the physical interpretation of ESR completely correct? Why should there be a maximum speed limit, and should it always be the same? The mass-energy equation is revisited to show that in 1717 Newton could have derived the modern , and not known that it violates the foundation of his mechanics. 断层、陷落柱是影响承压水上煤层开采的主要隐患之一,由于其具有碎石块和泥质充填物(泥石浆)构成的复杂结构,其渗透性的确定通常以定性分析为主,缺少量化模型。为了研究泥石浆型复杂破碎岩体渗透性的量化计算方法,开展了渗流实验研究破... 断层、陷落柱是影响承压水上煤层开采的主要隐患之一,由于其具有碎石块和泥质充填物(泥石浆)构成的复杂结构,其渗透性的确定通常以定性分析为主,缺少量化模型。为了研究泥石浆型复杂破碎岩体渗透性的量化计算方法,开展了渗流实验研究破碎岩体非线性渗流规律,并基于多孔介质分形理论、非线性渗流理论,建立了考虑黏土成分及泥化充填作用的破碎岩体非线性渗流数学模型,最后与实验结果对比验证数学模型的准确性。结果表明:①陷落柱破碎带样品的粒度分布具有一定的分形规律,含有黏土颗粒的破碎带岩体遇水泥化后,分形维数增大,黏土充填封堵了大颗粒岩石碎块内部的大孔隙,降低了破碎岩体的渗透性;②随着破碎带岩体渗透率的降低,非线性开始发生时的临界压力梯度也增大,表明非线性临界压力梯度可以用来量化破碎岩体的阻隔水能力;③非线性开始发生时的临界压力梯度的实验结果与数学模型计算结果吻合,验证了模型的准确性。建立的破碎岩体非线性渗流数学模型首次尝试考虑了黏土成分及泥化充填作用对渗透性的影响,为泥石浆型复杂破碎岩体渗透性的定量计算及水体下、承压水上等特殊开采条件下地质构造的阻隔水性能研究提供了一种新的研究思路。 展开更多

In recent years, with the development of the system integration technology, the outside integrative special vehicles, such as big oil tank, trucks loading with dangerous goods and so on, are becoming more and more important. When the vehicle is under way, it will inevitably encounter the nature environment, including lightning. If the lightning strikes directly or very close to the vehicle, the lightning-induced effects will be very destructive. Therefore, for a better understanding of the lightning-induced effects produced on the special vehicle by the lightning strike, the research on lightning-induced effects of a special vehicle for aerospace system transportation was proposed. In the paper, a numerical simulation model for the special vehicle is established, the lightning-induced effects are analyzed successfully by using tram.smission-line matrix (TLM) algorithm, and the experiment validation example is also implemented. By comparing the numerical simulation with the actual experiment results, the correctness trend of the numerical simulation is validated and a mass of invaluable research data is obtained, which has a deep significance on the lightning research in our country. 展开更多

当前,信息泄露已成为全球性问题,各国纷纷就个人信息权进行立法保护.尽管《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》的出台优化了我国对个人信息权的立法保护,但我国相关规范性文件未能有效衔接,某些规范性文件位阶不明,特殊领域的个人信息权立... 当前,信息泄露已成为全球性问题,各国纷纷就个人信息权进行立法保护.尽管《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》的出台优化了我国对个人信息权的立法保护,但我国相关规范性文件未能有效衔接,某些规范性文件位阶不明,特殊领域的个人信息权立法保护不成体系,部分地方缺乏立法能动性,对公权力的监管规定存在漏洞.相较而言,美国在个人信息权保护方面积累了较多经验和教训.通过比较分析法,对美国就个人信息权保护的立法优势、劣势加以辨别,对我国个人信息权保护的立法提出建议,以期完善我国对个人信息权的立法保护. 展开更多

针对氨基酸和乳蛋白深度水解特殊医学用途婴儿配方食品,建立改进的乙酰氯甲醇法,实现特殊医学用途婴儿配方食品中亚油酸、α-亚麻酸、二十二碳六烯酸(docosahexaenoic acid,DHA)和二十碳四烯酸(arachidonic acid,ARA)的快速、准确测定... 针对氨基酸和乳蛋白深度水解特殊医学用途婴儿配方食品,建立改进的乙酰氯甲醇法,实现特殊医学用途婴儿配方食品中亚油酸、α-亚麻酸、二十二碳六烯酸(docosahexaenoic acid,DHA)和二十碳四烯酸(arachidonic acid,ARA)的快速、准确测定。结果表明,加入6 mL反应试剂、反应时间为60 min、萃取剂异辛烷为最优的前处理条件,亚油酸和α-亚麻酸的检测线性范围分别为0.8~8.0、0.2~2.0 mg/mL,DHA和ARA的检测线性范围均为0.02~0.40mg/mL,决定系数均≥0.9997,方法的检出限为2 mg/100 g,定量限为5 mg/100 g。方法的重复性好(相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation,RSD)≤3.3%)、精密度高(RSD≤3.8%)、稳定性好(RSD≤2.6%)、加标回收结果准确可靠(平均回收率93.1%~101.7%)。该方法有效解决了乙酰氯甲醇法在测定氨基酸和乳蛋白深度水解特殊医学用途婴儿配方食品时样品结块反应不彻底的问题,与传统方法相比,工作效率至少提高了100%。 展开更多

目的了解中医护理专业化护士培训过程的感知情况,为优化中医护理人才培养模式提供思路和依据。方法采用目的抽样法,对2023年8月—10月参加江苏省中医护理专业化护士培训的22名护士进行半结构式深入访谈,运用Colaizzi七步分析法对访谈资... 目的了解中医护理专业化护士培训过程的感知情况,为优化中医护理人才培养模式提供思路和依据。方法采用目的抽样法,对2023年8月—10月参加江苏省中医护理专业化护士培训的22名护士进行半结构式深入访谈,运用Colaizzi七步分析法对访谈资料进行整合与分析。结果共提炼出3个主题:情绪转变与培训进度间的联系,专业能力的感知差异,中医护理适宜技术应用和推广的困境。结论科学合理的培训方案能提高护士的中医护理技能,缓解培训期间的压力。根据护士的需求进行个性化教学,帮助其进行自我专业能力的评估,有助于提升护士的中医护理水平职业认同,在一定程度上促进中医护理适宜技术的推广。 展开更多
