Research on the Countermeasures for the Development of Biopharmaceutical Industrial Parks in China

Objective To systematically analyze the current development status of biopharmaceutical industrial park in China,sort out the problems and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.Methods Relevant literature was searched and reviewed to find out the problems faced by the development of biopharmaceutical industrial parks in China.Results and Conclusion Biopharmaceutical industrial parks are developing rapidly due to their unique industrial clustering advantages,but there are problems such as lack of overall planning at the top level,insufficient government support,imperfect talent support services and weak innovation capacity of the parks.It is recommended to promote the rapid development of biopharmaceutical industrial parks and biopharmaceutical enterprises by strengthening top-level design,increasing government support,focusing on talent introduction,and enhancing the innovative strength of the parks.

Research Progress on the Development of Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Park

This paper summarizes the typical models,construction theory and development status of modern agricultural science and technology parks at home and abroad,in order to provide a reference for the sustainable development of modern agricultural science and technology parks in China.It is found that at present,the agricultural science and technology park in China is in the stage of quantitative development,neglecting the qualitative construction of the park.This paper points out that the balanced relationship among ecology,economy and society should be adjusted to promote the sustainable development of the park.

Research on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Programme of College Students in China:Taking Wuming Cloud Project as a Case Study

The innovation and entrepreneurship of college students is a new type of education and research model that takes cultivating students’innovative spirit and ability as the primary value orientation and takes the particular group of college students and graduated college students as the central part of entrepreneurship.In order to comply with the national innovation-driven development strategy,colleges and universities also cultivate innovative talents in line with the talent market through innovation and entrepreneurship training.Under the vital innovation and entrepreneurship atmosphere in the country and universities,we fully understand the regional situation of Nanning and Wuming in Guangxi Province and put forward the“Wuming Cloud Project”.The Wuming Cloud Project aims to create a comprehensive international ethnic and cultural park that integrates Southeast Asian flavours,traditional architecture,and ethnic cultures and attracts tourists through diversified cultural experiences,convenient transportation services,and a variety of promotional tools,which will not only promote the tourism and economic development of Wuming but also bring tourists an immersive experience of Southeast Asian ethnic cultures.The Cultural Park is significant to Nanning in absorbing resources from various parties,displaying particular cultures,and promoting tourism and economic development.

Research and Simulation of Parking Resource Sharing Mode in Old Community—Taking Yingmenkou Community as an Example

In recent years, the number of permanent residents in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, China has continued to grow, and the number of private cars keeps rising. A series of problems caused by difficult parking and random parking in old communities are common. This paper will take the parking problem of the old community in Yingmenkou community, Chengdu, China as an example to summarize the current situation and parking problems of the private car parking facilities in these old communities. Based on Chengdu’s current old community parking management policy, parking facility renovation and expansion policy, this paper researches and establishes a parking resource sharing model suitable for old communities. The simulation results show that this model has a small footprint and is easy to install and disassemble. It can be freely spliced and combined units according to the size of the old community and the needs of residents. It is suitable for old communities with no centralized parking lot and high parking demand by residents.

Increasing Visitor Knowledge of Park History and Natural Resources via Non-Traditional Recreation: An Exploratory Study of Quicksand Enthusiasts

Sinkers are quicksand enthusiasts that crave the sensation of being trapped in deep mud while being sucked downward. Although humans have been interested in quicksand over the years (particularly through film), there remains a void of research into the meaning and value in the lives of those who engage in a recreational pursuit of quicksand, most notably the community of individuals who self-describe as sinkers. The purpose of this exploratory study was to examine if sinking can contribute to a participant’s understanding of history and natural resources at state parks. In order to obtain a better understanding of the effects, a qualitative study was conducted in the summer of 2016 at Stephen C. Foster State Park, a state park adjacent to Okefenokee Swamp. The researchers exercised grounded theory techniques and inductive content analysis to analyze interview data and compile coded text into four main categories: learning, enjoyment, traveling, and economic impact. Findings suggest that participants believed their knowledge of park history and natural resources increased through a recreational pursuit of quicksand.

Improvement of Theme Park Marketing Mode:A Case Study of Theme Parks in Chengdu

Construction of theme park has been launched since the early 1990s in Chengdu City,but ended up as a losing proposition after its short-term prosperity because of similar scale and similarity with those in other cities.As more international well-known theme parks entering the market,theme parks in Chengdu have been faced with the transition,and novel concepts are also introduced into the operation of these parks.To adapt to the market,it is imperative to make marketing strategies and combine marketing elements.Through analyzing current development of local theme parks and introducing successful marketing modes of domestic and overseas theme parks,a favorable marketing mode for theme parks in Chengdu was defined on the basis of fully exploring Ba-Shu culture(Ba and Shu are two ancient kingdoms in the history of Sichuan).By defining a favorable theme,focusing more on visitors'experience,devoting more in developing new products,adopting flexible price strategies,and integrating advertisement marketing,internet marketing,and other marketing methods,outstanding brands will be formed,and tourism cultures with distinguished features of Chengdu will be created.

RESEARCH ON SCIENCE PARKS IN CHINA: 1984-1994

1. The development of science parks (SPs) in China has made big strides since the early 1980s, together with the initiation and development of the structural reforms carried out in the fields of the economy, science and technology, and education. Currently there are 52 SPs in China. They together with the special economic zones (SEZs) and the economical and technological develop ment zones (ETDZs), have given a powerful impetus toeconomic development in China by forming a new framework of accelerated economic development.

大学科技园作为高校科技创新与产业转移的重要载体,在我国高等教育改革和创新驱动发展战略中扮演着重要角色,同时作为高校师生创新创业的主要平台发挥着不可替代的作用。本文旨在对大学科技园的类型进行梳理,并探讨其发展模式。在研究过程中,分析了大学科技园发展中所面临的问题和挑战,如技术转移与转化困境、建设资金和资源不足、创新体系和服务薄弱、公益性和盈利性平衡问题。通过解决这些问题,本文总结出大学科技园应注重技术转移转化、人才引进培养、社会资源整合、创新环境建设。通过本文研究,可以为大学科技园的发展提供参考和借鉴。

从理论初探走向因应实践与引领实践——国家文化公园研究演进方向

对国家文化公园主要学术研究成果进行系统爬梳和适当文献计量分析的结果显示,近年来,国家文化公园研究步入快车道,并且表现出明显的从理论初探走向因应实践、引领实践的发展趋势:在四大递次出现的热点主题中,基础理论研究起步较早,但从不同理论视角推动范式构建的努力仍在进行时。而五大公园实践研究、建设管理研究、文旅融合研究等理论与实践相结合的研究成果后来居上,表现出学术研究对实践需求的灵敏回应。同时,建好用好国家文化公园的深化实践要求学术研究以更深入、系统、科学的理论指导实践。建构国家文化公园的理论共识,探索统一规范的国家文化公园建设管理模式和路径以及推广运用更为客观、科学的研究方法,是领域内研究的发展方向。

基于Stanford TMT的国际智库研究内容挖掘分析

智库研究是当前各学科领域关注的共同热点。文章通过搜集WOS数据库中与智库相关的727篇研究论文,利用Stanford TMT主题模型工具包对研究论文的文本进行了主题挖掘,分析结果表明,当前国际智库研究主要包括智库建设与发展研究、特定领域和问题解决中的智库研究等两大类10个主题;通过本研究的主题挖掘结果,也证明利用Stanford TMT主题模型工具包能够有效挖掘出文献隐含的语义主题,主题模型分析能够对共词分析等文献计量方法进行良好的补充。

杭州城市体育公园优化发展研究

运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、实地考察法等研究方法,对体育公园概念进行界定,梳理城市体育公园的价值结构,并以城北体育公园、拱墅运河体育公园、杭州奥林匹克体育中心为案例样本,总结杭州城市体育公园建设的成功经验以及杭州体育公园的现实价值追求,为今后杭州城市体育公园的建设提供具体策略。结果表明:基于杭州城市体育公园的成功经验以及现实价值追求,提出推动城市体育公园与数字化融合发展,建立城市体育公园网络服务机制;高效利用土地资源,以集约型设计理念为主,合理布局生态环境与运动休闲空间;遵循以人民为中心理念,立足城市居民需求,建立适合不同类型人群的体育运动项目。

美国社区公园研究前沿及其对中国的借鉴意义——2008—2013 Web of Science相关研究文献综述

随着中国城镇化进程的加快,市民对社区公园的游憩需求增长显著,但社区公园的建设实践缺乏理论指导。美国社区公园经历了100余年的发展,其丰富的理论和实践经验颇具借鉴意义。利用Web of Science数据库,借助共词分析法对美国2008—2013年间的社区公园研究文献进行梳理,发掘其研究的热点议题,思辨其前期发展的经验教训,并藉此为参考,提出我国社区公园未来的研究问题和发展方向。

文化服务是生态系统服务(ESs)的重要组成部分,提升国家公园生态系统文化服务(CESs)水平,是贯彻生态文明思想、满足人民对美好生活需求、弥合工业文明造成的物质与精神失衡的有效路径。研究综合CESs理论、实证研究以及国家公园特征,阐述了国家公园CESs概念及内涵;基于国家公园个体需求和特点,提出了“认知-情感-精神-信仰”四位一体的CESs类型框架。基于现有研究,梳理了CESs功能评估、价值测度、具身体验以及保护利用等四个主要议题,从研究内容和方法等方面展开了系统述评。研究认为进一步明晰国家公园CESs内涵、构建CESs功能评估体系、揭示CESs具身体验机制以及创新应用现代科技等,是未来研究的趋向,有助于重塑国家公园CESs认知,拓展相关研究领域,为国家公园发挥更大的生态经济效用提供科学指导,助力国家公园生态保护与利用。

国家文化公园作为塑造中华文化标识的重大文化工程,是我国在文化遗产保护领域的重大创新。本文以中国知网(CNKI)数据库中的文章为样本,采用可视化分析软件CiteSpace与文献计量学方法分析国家文化公园的建设现状,研究热点及发展趋势,研究发现:1.国家注重中华民族重要文化遗产保护与利用;2.利用文化资源优势推动公园旅游产业高质量发展;3.公园的规划建设引入数字化等新技术助力文化遗产多元路径活化;4.统一公园的管理制度形成由中央至地方的完善管理制度及配套激励措施;5.公园亟需促进多学科深度合作的平台。最后在研究结论中对国家文化公园的高质量发展提供未来展望与建议。

国家文化公园建设是新时期推动国家文化建设,传承中华优秀传统文化,提升中华民族认同和文化自信,促进文旅产业和文化消费升级,实现文化强国战略的重要措施。开展相关研究有助于推动对国家文化公园的理解和认识,促进其建设实践的落地。当前,针对国家文化公园的研究已在宏观、中观、微观三个层面基本展开,针对国家文化公园的属性界定、建设方式、重点内容等方面的研究进一步丰富。未来,进一步推动宏观理论的完善、管理建设机制等中观理论的建构、微观建设实践及理论的拓展,关注历史文化内涵的进一步研究及其符号化实现的思路推进,这是推进国家文化公园研究,促进国家文化公园建设的基本方向。
