A flux linkage compensation field oriented control (FOC) method was proposed to suppress the speed and torque ripples of a brushless wound-field synchronous motor in its starting process. The starting process was analyzed and the model of wound-field synchronous electric machine was established. The change of field current of the electric machine was described mathematically for simplified exciter and rotate rectifier. Based on the traditional field control, the flux linkage compensation was introduced in d-axis current to counteract the flux ripple. Some simulation and preliminary experiments were implemented. The results show that the proposed method is feasible and effective. 展开更多

In order to improve the cold start performance of heavy duty diesel engine, electronically controlling the preheating of intake air by flame was researched. According to simulation and thermodynamic analysis about the partial working processes of the diesel engine, the amount of heat energy, enough to make the fuel self ignite at the end of compression process at different temperatures of coolant and intake air, was calculated. Several HY20 preheating plugs were used to heat up the intake air. Meanwhile, an electronic control system based on 8 bit micro controller unit (MCS 8031) was designed to automatically control the process of heating intake air. According to the various temperatures of coolant and ambient air, one plug or two plugs can automatically be selected to heat intake air. The demo experiment validated that the total system could operate successfully and achieve the scheduled function. 展开更多

Start-up phase plasma discharge design of a tokamak via control parameterization method

The tokamak start-up is a very important phase during the process to obtain a suitable equalizing plasma, and its governing model can be described as a set of nonlinear ordinary differential equations(ODEs). In this paper, we first estimate the parameters in the original model and set up an accurate model to express how the variables change during the start-up phase, especially how the plasma current changes with respect to time and the loop voltage. Then, we apply the control parameterization method to obtain an approximate optimal parameters selection problem for the loop voltage design to achieve a desired plasma current target. Computational optimal control techniques such as the variational method and the costate method are employed to solve the problem, respectively. Finally, numerical simulations are performed and the results obtained via different methods are compared. Our numerical parameterization method and optimization procedure turn out to be effective. 展开更多

A line of research tend... Transmission control protocol (TCP) has undergone several transformations. Several proposals have been put forward to change the mechanisms of TCP congestion control to improve its performance. A line of research tends to reduce speed in the face of congestion thereby penalizing itself. In this group are the window based congestion control algorithms that use the size of congestion window to determine transmission speed. The two main algorithm of window based congestion control are the congestion avoidance and the slow start. The aim of this study is to survey the various modifications of window based congestion control. Much work has been done on congestion avoidance hence specific attention is placed on the slow start in order to motivate a new direction of research in network utility maximization. Mathematical modeling of the internet is discussed and proposals to improve TCP startup were reviewed. There are three lines of research on the improvement of slow start. A group uses the estimation of certain parameters to determine initial speed. The second group uses bandwidth estimation while the last group uses explicit request for network assistance to determine initial startup speed. The problems of each proposal are analyzed and a multiple startup for TCP is proposed. Multiple startups for TCP specify that startup speed is selectable from an n-arry set of algorithms. We then introduced the e-speed start which uses the prevailing network condition to determine a suitable starting speed. 展开更多

针对TCP慢启动机制门限值参数难于设置以及突发流量引起网络抖动的问题,提出了一种基于带宽测量及分阶段实施的TCP慢启动改进算法。该方法利用在线网络带宽测量技术,探测出网络带宽,从而根据网络状态的动态变化实现慢启动门限值的动态更... 针对TCP慢启动机制门限值参数难于设置以及突发流量引起网络抖动的问题,提出了一种基于带宽测量及分阶段实施的TCP慢启动改进算法。该方法利用在线网络带宽测量技术,探测出网络带宽,从而根据网络状态的动态变化实现慢启动门限值的动态更新,同时,采用分阶段方法调节拥塞窗口的增加,在拥塞窗口大于门限值一半时,拥塞窗口增幅为门限值和拥塞窗口差值的一半,逐步迭代逼近门限值,使拥塞窗口在连接启动和过渡到拥塞避免阶段增加幅度比较小,而在中间阶段窗口增加幅度比较大。有效避免了多个分组丢失现象的发生,实现了连接的平滑接入和过渡到拥塞避免阶段;为提高改进算法的性能,设计了一种灵活的参数化的模型和自适应参数设置方案。大量仿真实验结果表明MP-Start能在多种网络环境下有效改善网络性能,如降低分组丢弃数、减少数据传输时间、降低共享链路分组队列长度、保持连接的传输平滑性。 展开更多

发动机怠速自动起停是轻度混合动力车的重要工作模式,它能避免发动机在怠速工况下运行,可减少燃油消耗及尾气排放。该文对集成起动机/发电机(ISG)轻度混合动力车发动机起动动力学和发动机Start/Stop系统控制策略进行了研究,同时在Matlab... 发动机怠速自动起停是轻度混合动力车的重要工作模式,它能避免发动机在怠速工况下运行,可减少燃油消耗及尾气排放。该文对集成起动机/发电机(ISG)轻度混合动力车发动机起动动力学和发动机Start/Stop系统控制策略进行了研究,同时在Matlab/Simulink中建立了整车控制器模型,在NEDC循环工况下对发动机和ISG电机的协调输出转矩进行了仿真分析,最后进行了发动机起动及整车转鼓对比试验。仿真及试验结果表明,Start/Stop系统能保证发动机在怠速工况下正常停机,通过Start/Stop系统的协调控制,发动机在整个循环工况下运转平稳,转矩输出值在低油耗区;和传统车相比,加装Start/Stop系统的轻度混合动力车HC和CO排放下降明显,百公里油耗由8.60L下降到7.30L,节油效果显著。 展开更多

In the case of adding interference errors associated with rudder angle error and starting time error, the simulation analysis of impact point dispersion is done and its lateral and longitudinal correction abilities at different targeting angles are simulated to identify the effects of these factors on characteristics and control precision of the rudder control rocket, which provides the relevant reference for high-precision design of rudder control system. 展开更多

Ultrasonic vibration feeding(UVF) method which can quantitatively feed and precisely deposit fine powder is a potential technique for micro feeding.The excitation sources transmit vibration to capillary though the third medium for most UVF devices.The vibrator is directly touched with the capillary can transmit mechanical energy on the capillary as much as possible,and the powder feeding can be controlled more precise.However,there are few reports about it.A direct UVF system which integrates the function of micro feeding,process observing,and powder forming was developed in this work.In order to analyze the effect of the system factors on feeding,a group of L9(3^3) orthogonal experiments are selected to confirm the effect of level change of factors.The three factors are capillary nozzle diameter,amplitude and signal.The flow rate was stable for each combined factors,and the optimum combination for the minimum flow rate are choosing small capillary,small amplitude,and triangular wave orderly.The whole process of feeding includes start point,middle stage and stop stage.Starting of feeding was synchronized to vibration when the amplitude of capillary nozzle is larger than critical amplitude.Then,the feeding process enters the middle stage,the feeding state is observed by the CCD,and it is very stable in the middle stage.Overflow of feeding can't be eliminated during the stop stage.The features of the deposited powder lines are analyzed; the overflow can be diminished by choosing small capillary and appropriate ratio of the capillary nozzle diameter to the particle size.Chinese characters lattices were deposited to validate the ability of quantitatively feeding and fixed feeding of UVF.Diameters of all powder dots show normal distribution,and more than 60% dots are concentrated from 550 μm to 650 μm,and the average diameter for all the dots is 597 μm.Most dots positions are well approached to their scheduled positions,and the maximum deviation is 0.27 mm.The new direct UVF system is used to implement experiments,which confirms the precise controllable of feeding.According improve the feeding technique,it suits well for rapid prototyping,chemistry,pharmaceutics and many other fields,which require precise measurement and feed minim powder. 展开更多

In order to study the application of dual clutch transmission (DCT) on tracked vehicles, a simulation moclel and two control methods were performed for starting analysis. Based on a certain transmission of an existing tracked vehicle, a DCT structure was proposed. Matlab/Simulink was a dopted as a platform to develop the simulation model. The engine speed was controlled to follow the target speed as a launch strategy. Two control methods, a proportional integral derivative ( PID ) control method and a fuzzy control method, were proposed to control the engine throttle and oil pressure in order to track the target engine speed. Simulation results show that either the PID control or fuzzy control method can improve the starting performance compared with no loop control meth od. Fuzzy control method can lead a better starting quality compared with PID control method. 展开更多

Controlling the poloidal field (PF) in the HT-7U superconducting tokamak is critical to the realization of the mission of advanced tokamak research. Plasma start-up, plasma position, shape, current control and plasma shape reconstruction have been performed as a part of its design process. The PF coils have been designed to produce a wide range of plasmas. Plasma start-up can be achieved for multiple conditions. Fast controlling coils for plasma position inside the vacuum vessel are used for controlling the plasma vertical position on a short timescale. The PF coils control the plasma current and shape on a slower timescale. VXI (VME bus extensions for Instrumentation) Bus system and DSP (Digital Signal Processor is a basic unit of the feedback control system), the response time of which is about (2-4) ms. The basic unit of this system, the shape-controlling algorithms of a few critical points on plasma boundary and real-time equilibrium fitting (RTEFIT) will be described in this paper. 展开更多

由于具有成本低、体积重量小和可靠性高等特点,送端采用二极管整流器(DRU)、受端采用模块化多电平换流器(MMC)的送出方案在远海风电送出领域备受关注。鉴于DRU不能构建交流电网且无法倒送有功功率,文中提出一种具备黑启动和构网能力的... 由于具有成本低、体积重量小和可靠性高等特点,送端采用二极管整流器(DRU)、受端采用模块化多电平换流器(MMC)的送出方案在远海风电送出领域备受关注。鉴于DRU不能构建交流电网且无法倒送有功功率,文中提出一种具备黑启动和构网能力的远海风电经DRU-MMC送出方案。所提方案在DRU-MMC送出技术的基础上增加了常规小容量电压源型辅助换流器、耗能单元和必要的快速开关,通过直流海缆复用和快速开关倒闸重构拓扑,分别构建黑启动电源低压回路和风电传输高压回路,实现黑启动和功率传输2种工况在线切换;提出辅助换流器在不同运行阶段的构网控制策略,解决海上交流电网构建、DRU无功补偿和谐波抑制等问题,消除DRU-MMC送出方案对风电场类型的限制。最后,通过经济性分析和算例仿真,验证了所提方案的优越性和有效性。 展开更多

It stands for Dynamic Congestion control for Mobile networks. New metrics have been newly invented and introduced like normalized advancing index (NAI) and complete transmission time (CTT). The simulations are done for a simple single-hop-topology (sender-router-receiver). The outcomes of this protocol are excellent and, in most cases, better than other approaches. The excellent properties of our proposed protocol were possible through tracking the available slow-start threshold. We achieved performance improvement, minimized end-to-end delay and large reduction in transmission time. DCM+ was able to combine many advantages at same time of the protocols NewReno and Westwood+. The results show, that DCM+ is extremely adequate for different types of networks. Feedback as main principle of control theory was used to control the congestion in the network. The parameters Round-Trip-Time (RTT) and Retransmission Timeout (RTO) are used as feedback signals to adjust the next congestion window (cwnd). 展开更多

纯电动汽车电机控制技术对车辆纵向平顺性和动力性有着重要影响。分析一般反馈控制可能会造成汽车起步时的倒溜现象,以模拟液力变矩器起步加速工况为目标,提出纯电动汽车的冲击度、驻坡坡度和无油门下的最大稳定车速评价指标,并建立整... 纯电动汽车电机控制技术对车辆纵向平顺性和动力性有着重要影响。分析一般反馈控制可能会造成汽车起步时的倒溜现象,以模拟液力变矩器起步加速工况为目标,提出纯电动汽车的冲击度、驻坡坡度和无油门下的最大稳定车速评价指标,并建立整车动力学模型,基于液力变矩器驱动特性试验数据,提出有无制动踏板信号两个阶段的无油门起步控制策略和有油门的起步加速控制策略,力求实现纯电动汽车具有与液力变矩器相同的性能,能在一定坡度上平稳起步加速,无后溜趋势,动力性与平顺性俱佳。基于MATLAB/Simulink平台对纯电动汽车起步加速过程进行仿真分析,结果表明,文章提出的起步加速控制策略能显著改善纯电动汽车的动力性与平顺性,实现无溜车控制。 展开更多

当前新能源大量引入至电力系统,为了使其代替传统的水电、燃气机组作为黑启动电源,文中研究了基于光储联合系统的电网分段恢复策略。首先,根据光储系统的结构和控制方式,提出由储能系统建立稳定的并网母线线电压,光伏系统分步并网的启... 当前新能源大量引入至电力系统,为了使其代替传统的水电、燃气机组作为黑启动电源,文中研究了基于光储联合系统的电网分段恢复策略。首先,根据光储系统的结构和控制方式,提出由储能系统建立稳定的并网母线线电压,光伏系统分步并网的启动方式;其次,为了增强光伏发电系统的惯性阻尼支撑,提出在光伏系统逆变器侧加入虚拟同步控制;最后,在待启动机组和系统负荷并网过程中,利用储能系统配置附加阻尼控制器抑制电网黑启动产生的次同步振荡,保证电网稳定恢复。在PSCAD/EMTDC中搭建光储联合系统黑启动的电磁暂态仿真模型并进行分析,结果表明系统恢复过程中母线线电压偏差不超过0.65%、系统频率偏差不超过1%,满足黑启动要求,验证了文中所提启动策略的可行性。 展开更多
