The three-dimensional localization problem for noncircular sources in near-field with a centro-symmetric cross array is rarely studied.In this paper,we propose an algorithm with improved estimation performance.We decompose the multiple parameters of the steering vector in a specific order so that it can be converted into the products of several matrices,and each of the matrices includes only one parameter.On this basis,each parameter to be resolved can be estimated by performing a one-dimensional spatial spectral search.Although the computational complexity of the proposed algorithm is several times that of our previous algorithm,the estimation performance,including its error and resolution,with respect to the direction of arrival,is improved,and the range estimation performance can be maintained.The superiority of the proposed algorithm is verified by simulation results. 展开更多

Polarization rotation and vector field steering of electromagnetic wave are of great significance in modern optical applications.However,conventional polarization devices are bulky,monofunctional and lack of tunability,which pose great challenges to the miniaturized and multifunctional applications.Herein,we propose a meta-device that is capable of multi-state polarization rotation and vector field steering based on phase change metasurface.The supercell of the meta-device consists of four Ge2Sb2Te5(GST)elliptic cylinders located on a SiO2 substrate.By independently controlling the phase state(amorphous or crystalline)of each GST elliptic cylinder,the meta-device can rotate the polarization plane of the linearly polarized incident light to different angles that cover from 19.8°to 154.9°at a wavelength of 1550 nm.Furthermore,by merely altering the phase transition state of GST elliptic cylinders,we successfully demonstrated a vector field steering by generating optical vortices carrying orbital angular momentums(OAMs)with topological charges of 0,1 and–1,respectively.The proposed method provides a new platform for investigating dynamically tunable optical devices and has potential applications in many fields such as optical communications and information processing. 展开更多

This paper studies the adaptive beamforming algorithm based on the frequency diverse array(FDA)array where the interference is located at the same angle(but different range)with the target.We take the cross subarray-based FDA with sinusoidal frequency offset(CSB sin-FDA)as the receiving array instead of the basic FDA.The sampling covariance matrix under insufficient snapshot can be corrected by the automatic diagonal loading method.On the basis of decomposing the mismatched steering vector error into a vertical component and a parallel one,this paper searches the vertical component of the error by the quadratic constraint method.The numerical simulation verifies that the beamformer based on the CSB sin-FDA can effectively hold the mainlobe at the target position when the snapshot is insufficient or the steering vector is mismatched. 展开更多

Based upon the diagonal loading technique and the structure of the space-time adaptive processors, a novel anti-jamming method of satellite navigation is proposed. According to matrix in- verse theorem, the range of the diagonal loading values for space-time adaptive wideband signal pro- cessing structure is deduced, and the optimum equation of diagonal loading beam forming algorithm of space-time structure is obtained. Then, by the analysis of two-dimensional oriented vector in di- rection of the perturbation interference, the wideband interference covariance matrix obtained in the weights training period is modified. Finally, the optimum weight of multi-linear constrained space- time adaptive beam-forming alogrithm is derived for anti-interference filter processing. The performance of adaptive array beamform-ing algorithms substantially degrades in practice because of a slight mismatch between actual and presumed array res-ponses to the desired signal.A novel robust adaptive beam-forming algorithm based on Bayesian approach is therefore proposed.The algorithm responds to the current envi-ronment by estimating the direction of arrival(DOA)of the actual signal from observations.Computational com-plexity of the proposed algorithm can thus be reduced com-pared with other algorithms since the recursive method is used to obtain inverse matrix.In addition,it has strong robustness to the uncertainty of actual signal DOA and makes the mean output array signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio(SINR)consistently approach the optimum.Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm is bet-ter in performance than conventional adaptive beamform-ing algorithms. 展开更多
