To break through the restrictions of traditional organizational forms,systems,and mechanisms and quickly respond to the innovative development requirements of CASC,the innovation team has gradually become a crucial or...To break through the restrictions of traditional organizational forms,systems,and mechanisms and quickly respond to the innovative development requirements of CASC,the innovation team has gradually become a crucial organizational form within CASC.One of the biggest differences between the innovation team and traditional orga-nizational structure lies in knowledge heterogeneity.Existing studies present different conclusions on the relationship between knowledge heterogeneity and innovation performance,which should be analyzed according to specific situ-ations.Therefore,this paper takes the innovation team of CASC as the research object to conduct an empirical study on 186 team members,propose conceptual models and hypotheses,and study the relationship among knowledge heterogeneity,knowledge sharing,and innovation performance.The research results indicate that the two dimensions of knowledge heterogeneity—explicit knowledge heterogeneity and implicit knowledge heterogeneity—are beneficial to innovation performance when they are to a great extent.Knowledge sharing plays a partially mediating role between knowledge heterogeneity and collaborative innovation performance.It reveals the influence of knowledge heterogene-ity on innovation performance in the innovation team of CASC,aiming to provide a certain reference for the establish-ment and development of CASC’s innovation team.展开更多

文摘With the rapid development of China’s economy and society,the concept of innovation is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,and the construction of an innovative country is imminent.As a cradle of cultivating talents,how to effectively enhance college students’awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship,how to effectively improve college students’innovation and entrepreneurship,and how to effectively cultivate college students’ability to innovate and innovate is very important and urgent.Innovative entrepreneurship as a complex social giant system,training contemporary college students’awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship is the key.Based on the idea of"granting people and fishing"and applying practice as the purpose,this paper starts with the analysis of the current situation of the cultivation of college students’innovation and entrepreneurship awareness,the goal of cultivating contemporary college students’awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship,and the basic strategy for cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship awareness.
文摘Improving the ability of innovation and Entrepreneurship of impoverished college students in local colleges and universities could alleviate employment pressure to a certain extent, solve employment difficulties and help college students realize their self-worth, which are related to social stability and economic development. By using the methods of questionnaire and individual interviews, this paper investigates some of the students who set up files for poverty alleviation in northwest local colleges and universities, and understand the current situation of innovation and Entrepreneurship of poor college students. It is hoped that the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship can be improved by enhancing the awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship, improving the education system, innovating learning mode, building a practical platform and implementing quality management.

文摘This study addressed the causal association of entrepreneurial performance as predicted by entrepreneurial skills and innovative behavior.Respondents of this research comprised 205 business graduate students from colleges and universities in SOCSARGEN Region in the Philippines.In a quantitative design and through purposive sampling,survey questionnaires were adopted,validated,and utilized.The researcher used the mean and multiple regression as tools in analyzing the data.Findings revealed that business graduate students’entrepreneurial skills,innovative behavior,and entrepreneurial performance were high.This means that business graduate students possessed entrepreneurial skills,innovative behavior was evident,and a very satisfactory entrepreneurial performance.On the individual capacity,entrepreneurial skills did not significantly influence business performance while innovative behavior significantly influenced entrepreneurial performance.

文摘The improvement of college and university students'innovative quality and ability is necessary for colleges and universities to carry out the fundamental task of establishing moral education and cultivating innovative talents for the Party and the country.At present,there are several problems in the innovation of college and university students,including imperfect system and mechanism,incomplete integration of resources,insufficient understanding of themselves,and so on.In view of these problems,this study actively explores the path to enhance the innovative quality and ability of college and university students by improving the system and mechanism at the macro level,integrating resources to form synergy at the meso level,and motivating college and university students to engage in the process of ascending at the micro level.

文摘Knowledge transfer within university-led innovative research teams helps to maximally gather knowledge sources and promote knowledge dissemination,exchange and digestion among different disciplines. T he effect of transfer directly affects the team's capacity of knowledge innovation and its outcomes. In this paper,a WSB-based research framework for the influencing factors of knowledge transfer within university-led innovative research teams is established by means of grounded theory with help of in-depth interviews,in which five fundamental categories that affect knowledge transfer within teams,namely,knowledge source,knowledge receiver,knowledge transfer context,knowledge characteristics and knowledge transfer medium,are proposed to elaborate on the relationship between the fundamental categories and the effect of knowledge transfer within teams.Finally,a theoretical saturation test is conducted to verify the rationality and scientific tenability of this theoretical framework.

文摘To break through the restrictions of traditional organizational forms,systems,and mechanisms and quickly respond to the innovative development requirements of CASC,the innovation team has gradually become a crucial organizational form within CASC.One of the biggest differences between the innovation team and traditional orga-nizational structure lies in knowledge heterogeneity.Existing studies present different conclusions on the relationship between knowledge heterogeneity and innovation performance,which should be analyzed according to specific situ-ations.Therefore,this paper takes the innovation team of CASC as the research object to conduct an empirical study on 186 team members,propose conceptual models and hypotheses,and study the relationship among knowledge heterogeneity,knowledge sharing,and innovation performance.The research results indicate that the two dimensions of knowledge heterogeneity—explicit knowledge heterogeneity and implicit knowledge heterogeneity—are beneficial to innovation performance when they are to a great extent.Knowledge sharing plays a partially mediating role between knowledge heterogeneity and collaborative innovation performance.It reveals the influence of knowledge heterogene-ity on innovation performance in the innovation team of CASC,aiming to provide a certain reference for the establish-ment and development of CASC’s innovation team.
