The maize pollens were implanted with seven different doses of 30 keV N+ beam respectively, The genomic DNA polymorphism from treated pollens were analyzed with 104 primers by using RAPD respectively. The results showed that N^+ beam-induced mutation of maize pollens can result in the change of their DNA bases. The mutation is not properly random and its frequency increases with a rise in 30 keV N+ beam doses. It is conformed with A-G transformation, which is one of the most important factors in DNA bases induced by N+ beam. 展开更多

Ramp-up experiments by means of lower hybrid wave on HT-7 superconducting tokamak have been performed and analyzed. A ramp-up rate of over 300 kA/s is obtained and a conversion efficiency of over 1.0% has been achieved during the ramp-up phase. The study of the dependence of conversion efficiency on plasma density shows that the conversion efficiency is affected by the driven current, which is mainly dominated by the competition of impurity concentration with wave accessibility condition. In addition, the effect of current profile may play an important role in determining the conversion efficiency. 展开更多

This paper proposes a 3-D convection-heat dispersion model for a confined aquifer. The governing equation of the model contains not only the traditional convection and conduction terms, but also a heat dispersion term which has often been overlooked in many similar researches. The model is used to describe a series of aquifer thermal energy storage experiments conducted at the Shanghai experimental site, including single-well injection, double-well injection/production and multiple-well injection/prodution tests. The simulated temperatures agree very well with the field data (relative error: 2.8%-4.5%). A detailed description of the model is given, followed by a detailed comparison of simulated and measured temperature distributions. 展开更多

Dynamical behaviors and stability properties of a flat space Friedmann-Robertson-Walker universe filled with pressureless dark matter and viscous dark energy are studied in the context of standard classical and loop quantum cosmology. Assuming that the dark energy has a constant bulk viscosity, it is found that the bulk viscosity effects influence only the quintessence model case leading to the existence of a viscous late time attractor solution of de- Sitter type, whereas the quantum geometry effects influence the phantom model case where the big rip singularity is removed. Moreover, our results of the Hubble parameter as a function of the redshift are in good agreement with the more recent data. 展开更多

The compression stroke characteristics of free-piston engine generator were studied. The numerical model of the compression stroke was established based on thermodynamics and dynamics equation,and the leak loss,heat loss and friction loss were considered. Through solving numerical equations,the in-cylinder pressure of compression stroke under different compression ratios was calculated,energy transfer and conversion process was analyzed,and the calculated results were experimentally verified. The results showed that the actual effective output of electronic energy and the compression energy stored in the com-pressed gas accounted for about 70%. The compression energy gradually increased with the increasing com-pression ratio. When the compression ratio was more than 7. 5,the actual compression energy increased slowly and the energy error between simulation and test decreased. 展开更多

The reaction kinetics between diazide(4,4'-biphenyl dibenzyl azide) and different diynes(dipropargyl bisphenol A and 1,3-diethynylbenzene) were studied by means of differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(~1H-NMR).DSC was adopted to analyze the reactions under bulk polymerization condition,while ~1H-NMR for solution reaction polymerization was conducted.The apparent activation energies(E_α) calculated by Kissinger's method were 77.96,81.24 k J/mol,which were confirmed by Friedman's method,and 65.45,69.36 k J/mol by ~1H-NMR for dispropargyl bisphenol A/4,4'-biphenyl dibenzyl azide and 1,3-diethynylbenzene/4,4'-biphenyl dibenzyl azide,respectively.The polymerizations between the diazide and diynes were first-order reactions based on calculation from both DSC and ~1H-NMR.The results showed that the reaction between dipropargyl bisphenol A and 4,4'-biphenyl dibenzyl azide was easier than that between 1,3-diethynylbenzene and 4,4'-biphenyl dibenzyl azide,verifying that the reactivity of aliphatic alkyne was higher than that of aromatic alkyne. 展开更多

Optic parameters, such as the probabilities of radiative and non-radiative transition and the cross-relaxation probability between Yb3+ and Ho3+ ions in Yb,Ho:YAG crystal, are calculated on the basis of Judd-Ofelt and Dexter theories. The energy up-conversion process is analyzed by solving the transition rate-equations. The results show that (1) the intensity of the green fluorescence relates to the square of the concentration of the active ions; (2) the intensity increases with the concentration of sensitive ions as well, but the increasing rate goes rather too slow; (3) the efficiency of the energy up-conversion relates with the speed of the energy up-conversion and the quantum efficiency of the transiting from upper level to lower level. 展开更多

The derivation of exact expressions for power transfer and numerical computation are carried on. It is found that the SEA techniques may be appropriate for strong coupled structures and that the general SEA result provides good agreement with the exact calculation when modal overlap is high. The derived formula is applied to predict the coupling loss factor and vibrational energy of substructures. The agreement between the estimated and measured results presents quite well in most cases. 展开更多
