In this paper, we obtain a distortion theorem of Jacobian matrix for biholomorphic subclasses of starlike mappings along a unit direction on the unit polydisc. These results extend the classical distortion theorem of starlike mappings to higher dimensions. We then give an upper bound estimate for biholomorphic subclasses of starlike mappings along a unit direction in a complex Banach space. 展开更多

The issue of document management has been raised for a long time, especially with the appearance of office automation in the 1980s, which led to dematerialization and Electronic Document Management (EDM). In the same period, workflow management has experienced significant development, but has become more focused on the industry. However, it seems to us that document workflows have not had the same interest for the scientific community. But nowadays, the emergence and supremacy of the Internet in electronic exchanges are leading to a massive dematerialization of documents;which requires a conceptual reconsideration of the organizational framework for the processing of said documents in both public and private administrations. This problem seems open to us and deserves the interest of the scientific community. Indeed, EDM has mainly focused on the storage (referencing) and circulation of documents (traceability). It paid little attention to the overall behavior of the system in processing documents. The purpose of our researches is to model document processing systems. In the previous works, we proposed a general model and its specialization in the case of small documents (any document processed by a single person at a time during its processing life cycle), which represent 70% of documents processed by administrations, according to our study. In this contribution, we extend the model for processing small documents to the case where they are managed in a system comprising document classes organized in subclasses;which is the case for most administrations. We have thus observed that this model is a Markovian <i>ML×K/ML×K/</i>1 queues network. We have analyzed the constraints of this model and deduced certain characteristics and metrics. <span style="white-space:normal;"><i></i></span><i>In fine<span style="white-space:normal;"></span></i>, the ultimate objective of our work is to design a document workflow management system, integrating a component of global behavior prediction. 展开更多

Background: Various genetic technologies have been employed in the identification of genomic complexity and refinement of prognostic classification of clinically heterogeneous disease of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). Objective: The present study of interphase cytogenetics and conventional karyotyping was undertaken to perform comprehensive analysis of CLL genetics with an approach to refine early prognostication of disease. Material & Methods: Retrospective analysis by fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) was carried out on total 671 patients of CLL at diagnosis between 2008 and 2015. Conventional cytogenetics studies were performed in 50 of 671 patients using CPG Oligonucleotide + IL-2 and TPA (12-O-Tetradecanyl Phorbol 13-acetate) for stimulation of lymphocytes cultures. Results: Interphase cytogenetics could detect recurrent abnormalities such as del(13q14), +12, del(17p13), del(11q22), del(6q23) in 71% of cases. The incidence of del(13q) was higher in Rai stage 0, I, II (p = 0.0005);whereas patients with ≥2 aberrations were more common in advance stage III, IV (p = 0.001). Frequency of IgH translocation was 7%. Morphology and immunophenotypic analysis revealed atypical CLL with higher frequency of t(14;19) than t(14;18). Conventional karyotype could detect abnormal karyotype in 97% of cases which displayed targeted FISH abnormalities along with additional non-targeted chromosomal abnormalities. Patients with negative FISH markers showed clonal non-recurrent numerical and structural changes. The complex karyotype was identified in 24% cases which included targeted FISH aberrations as well as non-targeted numerical and structural abnormalities like deletions, and unbalanced translocations. A significant association was observed between complex karyotype and coexistence of ≥2 FISH markers (p = 0.009) and del(11q22) &/or del(17p) (p = 0.03). Conclusion: Our data of interphase FISH with integration of conventional karyotyping revealed genomic complexity that helped identification of biological subclasses with clinical impact at diagnosis. Further, these cytogenetic subclasses along with molecular markers are likely to evolve more refined prognostic groups, which will help design risk-adapted therapies in B-CLL. 展开更多

Let K be the familiar class of normalized convex functions in the unit disk.In[14],Keogh and Merkes proved that for a function f(z)=z+∑k=2∞a k z k in the class K,|a 3−λa 22|≤max{13,|λ−1|},λ∈C.The above estimate is sharp for eachλ.In this article,we establish the corresponding inequality for a normalized convex function f on U such that z=0 is a zero of order k+1 of f(z)−z,and then we extend this result to higher dimensions. These results generalize some known results. 展开更多

Objective Hyperspectral remote sensing has attracted much attention in remote sensing research during recent years. It can elaborately identiry spectral characteristics of different objects by acquiring continuous spectral curves of ground objects, and can thus provide more information for geological research (Zhao Yingjun et al., 2015). With the deepening hyperspectral remote sensing research, scholars have focused from the classification of alteration minerals to the identification of subclass minerals in order to explore their significance fbr ore prospecting. This work utilized hyperspectral remote sensing technology in the Xitan region of Gansu Province to identify limonite and two types of sericite subclass minerals, and conducted field verification and geochemical survey. In addition, we analyzed the geological environment of subclass sericite minerals (Van Ruitenbeek et al., 2006) to provide evidence for gold ore prospecting. 展开更多

In most cases, it occurs in patients with immune deficiency. Its exceptional location at the wrist can maintain doubt with rheumatic causes which are more frequent. IgG4 deficiency found in this patient was the only cause that could be impugned. We report the case of a young woman of 46 years without any evident cause of immunodeficiency and any particular risk factor, managed for septic arthritis of the wrist due to Streptococcus pneumoniae. This case without any apparent risk factors demonstrates that pneumococcal infection in a more distant articulation of the ENT is still possible. Scan has been a very significant contribution in confirming the positive diagnosis that leads to surgical drainage. The approach of the systematic search for the gateway must be done. In the study of the patient’s immune status, the realization of the protein profile could be interesting and then guide the practitioner in the decision to vaccinate the patient against Streptococcus pneumoniae if he was not. We recommend looking always for a cause of immunodeficiency including primary Ig defiencies even among adult. 展开更多

Accurate high-resolution maps of oil palm plantations underpin effective management of environmental and socio-economic impacts at global, regional, and national levels. However, young industrial and highly irregular small-holder plantations are mostly unmapped and not included in official FAO statistics. This issue is addressed here by discriminating global oil palm plantation in 2020 into four subclasses:Industrial Mature Oil Palm(IMOP);Industrial Young Oil Palm(IYOP);Smallholder Mature Oil Palm(SMOP);and Smallholder Young Oil Palm(SYOP).Data, resolved to 4.77 m,from Planet&NICFI,Sentinel-1/2,were combined with other layers using the image-oriented classification and regression tree(CART)algorithm which performed best in classification tests. Results show that SMOP dominates distributional extent, but it was also the most accurately mapped subclass typically found at 500–1000 m altitude.IMOP had the most extensive altitude range of 500–1300 m,while IYOP and SYOP were found at similar altitudes of 500–800 m and 500–900 m respectively.Recent developments in South East Asia show oil palm plantations expanding into new areas with a slope of 24 degrees. Results provide data to support Sustainable Development Goal by assisting future oil palm-related development planning and monitoring in the world’s major oil palm-growing countries. 展开更多

Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection occurs primarily in hepatocytes in the liver with release of infectious virions and non-infectious empty surface antigen particles into the bloodstream. HBV replication is non-cytopathic. Transient infections run a course of several months, and chronic infections are often life-long. Chronic infections can lead to liver failure with cirrhosis and hepatocellniar carcinoma. It is generally accepted that neutralizing anti-HBs antibodies plays a key role in recovery from HBV infection by containing the spread of infection in the infected host and facilitating the removal and destruction of viral particles. However, the immune response initiated by the T-cell response to viral antigens is also important for viral clearance and disease pathogenesis in HBV infection. The three structural forms of the viral proteins, the HBsAg, the particulate HBcAg, and the nonparticulate HBeAg, may preferentially elicit different Th cell subsets. The different IgG subclass profiles of anti-HBs, anti-HBc, and anti-HBe in different HBV infection status were revealed. Moreover, the different IgG subclass profiles in chronic carriers did not change with different ALT and AST levels and may reflect the difference between stimulating antigens, immune response, and the stages of viral disease and provide the basis for the use of vaccines and prophylactic treatments for individuals at high risk of human HBV infection. This review elucidates the detailed understanding of the immune responses induced during transient and persistent infection, and the development of immunotherapy and immunodiagnosis in patients with HBV infection, and possible means of reducing the liver damage. 展开更多

The serum IgG subclass concentrations in 47 cases and specific IgG subclass antibodies against pneumococcal polysaccharides (PnPs) were measured in 18 cases with iron deficiency. IgG subclass deficiencies were found in 28 (59.6%) cases with the frequency in order as IgG4 (27.7%, 13 / 47), IgGl (21.3%, 10/47), IgG3 (14.9%, 7/47), and IgG2 (2.1%, 1 / 47). Compared with age-atched healthy children, the mean concentration of serum IgG4 and IgGl, and PnPs specific IgGl, IgG2 antibodies were decreased in children with iron deficiency. Decreased CD4 cells and CD4 / CD8 ratio in peripheral blood, low interleukin? (IL-6) activity, reduced lymphocyte proliferative responsiveness and increased recurrent respiratory tract infections (RRTI) were found in iron deticiency children. These results suggested that serum IgG subclass and PnPs specific IgG subclass antibody deficiencies caused by dysfunction of the regulation of T lymphocyte on B lymphocyte may be related to the susceptibility to RRTI in children with iron deficiency. 展开更多

Immunoglobulin G(IgG)subclasses in human health and immunity have only be sporadically studied in the half century since their discovery.Different patterns of IgG subclass production are seen if the immune response is deviated towards type 1 versus type 2.The current state of our knowledge of IgG subclasses in liver transplantation is reviewed here. While several studies have been conducted in liver disease, only four relatively small studies have been undertaken in liver transplant recipients.Total IgG4 elevation in serum is related to sclerosing pancreatico-cholangiopathy that is sensitive to treatment with steroids.Conventional immunosuppressive regimes, especially with a combination of tacrolimus and sirolimus, reduce the production of all IgG subclasses after transplantation but it is not known if they deviate the immune response.Presence of anti-donor IgG3 before transplantation,or its expansion after transplantation, has been associated with rejection and liver graft loss.Anti-GSTT1 IgG4 production after transplantation is associated with de-novo immune hepatitis.Greater knowledge of anti-donor IgG subclass responses after transplantation will allow us tailor novel treatments for greater effect. 展开更多

Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is a heterogeneous disease and the second most common cause of cancer-related death worldwide.Marked developments in genomic technologies helped scientists to understand the heterogeneity of HCC and identified multiple HCC-related molecular subclasses. An integrative analysis of genomic datasets including 196 patients from The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)group has recently reported a new HCC subclass, which contains three subgroups(iCluster1,iCluster2,and iCluster3).However,the transcriptional molecular characteristics underlying the iClusters have not been thoroughly investigated.Herein,we identified a more aggressive subset of HCC patients in the iCluster1,and re-clustered the TCGA samples into novel HCC subclasses referred to as aggressive(Ag),moderate-aggressive(M-Ag),and less-aggressive(L-Ag)subclasses.The Ag subclass had a greater predictive power than the TCGA iCluster1,and a higher level of alpha fetoprotein, microscopic vascular invasion, immune infiltration, isocitrate dehydrogenase 1/2 mutation status, and a worse survival than MAg and L-Ag subclasses.Global transcriptomic analysis showed that activation of hedgehog signaling in the Ag subclass may play key roles in tumor development of aggressive HCC.GLI1,a key transcriptional regulator of hedgehog signaling upregulated in the Ag subclass, was correlated with poor prognosis of HCC,and may be a potential prognostic biomarker and therapeutic target for Ag subclass HCC patients. 展开更多

Objective To explore the mechanism of autoimmune hemolysis and establish a more sensitive test for autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AIHA) Methods IgG subclasses were tested in 40 patients with idiopathic or secondary AIHA by Coombs test with monoclonal antibodies Hb, TBil, RC and FHb, as hemolytic parameters, were used to analyze the clinical implications of subclasses of AIHA warm autoantibody IgG Results In most patients IgG incomplete warm autoantibody was IgG1(27 patients), but IgG3(20 patients), rarely IgG2(14 patients) and IgG4(9 patients) also occurred Three groups were analyzed: Group A included 20 patients with IgG3; Group B included 14 patients with IgG1 but without IgG3; Group C included 6 patients without IgG1 and IgG3 There were significant differences ( P <0 01) between groups in Hb, TBil, RC and FHb Moreover, we also found that the sensitivity of Coombs test with polyclonal antiserums was 90 0%, while that of Coombs test with monoclonal antibodies was 97 5% The effect of treatment was worst in patients with positive IgG3 autoantibody, whose hemolysis recurred frequently Conclusion IgG3 autoantibody was the most effective in bringing about red cell destruction, IgG1 autoantibody was less effective, IgG2 even less, whereas IgG4 autoantibody was shown to hardly affect red cell survival Coombs test with monoclonal antibodies was more sensitive than that with polyclonal antiserums Patients’ respondence to treatment correlated with the type of IgG subclasses 展开更多

Inactivated coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)vaccines such as CoronaVac and BBIBP-CorV have been widely used in China. However, more investigation is still needed to understand antibodies'duration and effectiveness against severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)variants in the real world. In this study,575 participants who had been vaccinated with two or three doses of the inactivated vaccine were recruited.Serum samples were collected and tested for anti-spike IgG and neutralizing antibodies against SARS-CoV-2(original strain,Dela, and Omicron).Unsurprisingly,a third dose of the vaccine significantly enhanced antibody responses against SARS-CoV-2 and its variants. However, despite a booster dose, the neutralizing antibody levels against Omicron, particularly the BA.5.2 subvariant, remained low. There was no sex bias, but an age bias was observed.Notably, the predominant IgG subclass antibodies were IgG1 and IgG2,with a much lower level of IgG4.After the booster shot, the ratio of IgG4 to IgG1 significantly increased. The observation of IgG1 to the IgG4 class switch after repeated inactivated vaccinations underscores the importance of continuous monitoring of subclass antibody responses.Further clinical investigations are required to understand the implications of this class switch for optimizing immunization strategies. 展开更多
