Clinical surgery-oriented subject librarian services in medical colleges and schools

Regarding subject librarian services for clinical studies, researchers outside China have been focusing on subject service performance,evidence-based medicine, and comprehensive consulting services. In contrast, Chinese researchers have concentrated on service systems and methods but have not established mature systems and methods for clinical surgery-oriented services. Therefore,subject librarians in medical schools should become involved in clinical research and expand their perspective on medical library research. In addition, they should collaborate with clinicians to improve the overall level of research in hospitals while increasing the impact of subject librarian services in medical colleges and schools.

The Comparative Study on the Subject Librarians System of University Libraries at Home and Abroad

本文通过对国内外高校图书馆学科馆员的职责、素质、管理模式和服务模式等进行比较研究，提出构建阶梯式学科馆员服务模式。

Innovations of subject service in National Science Library,Chinese Academy of Sciences and the implications

Looking at the development of subject librarians and subject services in Chinese libraries during the past decade,this paper highlights the innovative concepts and practices of subject librarians in National Science Library(NSL),Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS).After a two-year trial period,NSL,CAS,with 39 full-time subject librarians,has begun to provide personalized,subject-specific,and knowledge-based services to the end-users since 2006.Such a practice manifests that subject librarians and subject services should be embedded into the research process and working environment.And,the subject service should be made available to the users beyond the space restriction and time limit,and finally create a congenial environment for users.Librarians should develop new expertise to offer the user-oriented service,changing the role from book keepers to research instructors,advisors,even chief information officer(CIO)or chief knowledge officer(CKO).

Information literacy course design based on student survey: The practice of subject librarians at NSL, CAS

Purpose: This paper aims to explore best practices in academic and research libraries in providing information literacy(IL) instruction to science and engineering graduate students.Design/methodology/approach: Using the questionnaire survey method, we conducted an IL assessment study on 114 graduate students enrolling in graduate courses offered by College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Graduate University of Chinese Academy of Sciences(GUCAS).Findings: The current situation of graduate students' IL competencies and the need to develop them are revealed. An IL course was designed by subject librarians of National Science Library(NSL), Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS), with three patterns addressing the development of graduate students' IL competencies.Research limitations: It is only about the practice of subject librarians at NSL, CAS, in designing IL courses for graduate students enrolling in graduate courses offered by College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, GUCAS.Practical implications: The results can provide a lot of useful information for the improvement of IL competencies of graduate students in science and technology disciplines.Originality/value: It is significant for assisting future subject librarians in incorporating IL skills into their course, especially for academic and research librarians to prepare and develop IL courses for science and engineering graduate students.

Discussion on Subject Knowledge Service Pattern of Agricultural University Libraries

Taking Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University as an example, the discipline service practice was explored from the aspects such as free network resources and tool use, subject navigation, subject librarians, information sharing space and information literacy education. The typical cases were provided;the optimization of utilization method of network resources was put forward;the subject theme navigation was developed;and the information sharing space of specific discipline and other working strategies were carried out. The experience and enlightenment of active service for subject construction, priority service for key subjects, subject service by lay and step and seizing of the opportunity of subject service were summarized, which developed ideas and provided reference to the establishment of deep subject services of general libraries of colleges and universities.

To design and construct an embedded knowledge integration service platform:Taking ISCAS subject group platform as an example

Purpose:As scientific resources are widely distributed,researchers often have difficulties in acquiring information from different individual sources.This paper intends to present a new approach to construct a subject-knowledge-based integration platform which was carried out by the Institute of Software,Chinese Academy of Sciences(ISCAS).Our aim is to use technique tools to strengthen the library service by combining a variety of information service resources with knowledge tools.Design/methodology/approach:Based on the analysis of users’ needs,we established a collaborative team across ISCAS Library,National Science Library of CAS(NSL CAS),and ISCAS’ research groups or research labs.With the service tools developed by ISCAS Library,we embedded other multipurpose utility tools of knowledge integration into the platform as to make full use of software tools in knowledge integration,knowledge fusion,and intelligent push of library services to end users.Findings:With a hard effort of the construction team,the ISCAS subject group platform(hereinafter as ISCAS Platform) has integrated such information resources as institutional repository(IR) of ISCAS,open resources from websites and subject resources of computer sciences.Up to date,ISCAS platform can provide integrated information services including data collection for computer science and intelligent generation of citation reports,by means of embedding self-developed discovering tools for domain experts and subject content,and generation tools for scientific citation reports.Research limitations:Knowledge organization need be further improved in the ISCAS subject group platform.In addition,functions for academic exchanges need be maximized as to meet the individual demands of researchers for library services at the Platform.Practical implications:Since we Platform has been put into use through the Library website of the ISCAS in June 2012,many academic libraries from both domestic universities and CAS institutes have showed their strong interest for our self-developed tools,among which more than 10 cooperation partnerships have been formed.Originality/value:Through self-developed service tools and the integration of multiple-type resources,our Platform has solved such key problems as timely access and update of the trusted resources from a third party,and the rapid fusion and extension of library resources while establishing subject knowledge environment.So the ISCAS library can provide a flexible customization of library services according to the need of different users.

A study of subject-focused liaison services to its academic constituents under an IC^2 conceptualized program at Shanghai Jiao Tong University Library

This paper stipulates that the subject-based library liaison service to a university's teaching and research programs with certain embedded distinctive features should become the mainstream modus operandi of its library service. It takes the innovative service program based on an IC2 conceptualized program at Shanghai Jiao Tong University Library(thereafter abbreviated as SJTUL) as a concrete example to elucidate the merit of such an endeavor. Specifically, this paper discusses the particular development background, overall objectives and service contents of the IC2 motivated program at SJTUL. By presenting a detailed account of some of the key measures, major achievements and also possible future directions of library service development under the guiding principles of SJTUL's IC2 program, these authors hope that its innovative library practice may serve as a reference for other academic librarians to gain some inspirations for their own parallel service innovations or refinement focused on subject-oriented library liaison service to their constituents and parent institution's curricula and research projects.

Efficient Spam Filtering System Based on Smart Cooperative Subjective and Objective Methods

Most of the spam filtering techniques are based on objective methods such as the content filtering and DNS/reverse DNS checks. Recently, some cooperative subjective spam filtering techniques are proposed. Objective methods suffer from the false positive and false negative classification. Objective methods based on the content filtering are time consuming and resource demanding. They are inaccurate and require continuous update to cope with newly invented spammer’s tricks. On the other side, the existing subjective proposals have some drawbacks like the attacks from malicious users that make them unreliable and the privacy. In this paper, we propose an efficient spam filtering system that is based on a smart cooperative subjective technique for content filtering in addition to the fastest and the most reliable non-content-based objective methods. The system combines several applications. The first is a web-based system that we have developed based on the proposed technique. A server application having extra features suitable for the enterprises and closed work groups is a second part of the system. Another part is a set of standard web services that allow any existing email server or email client to interact with the system. It allows the email servers to query the system for email filtering. They can also allow the users via the mail user agents to participate in the subjective spam filtering problem.

“双减”背景下课后服务协同治理的现实困境与纾解策略

课后服务是深入推进“双减”政策的重要制度补充和保障,从“自上而下”的行政推动走向“上下互动”的协同治理是提升课后服务质量的必然选择。课后服务协同治理的核心是通过“价值共识—权力配置—行动网络—制度支持”四维联动,重构政府、学校、社会、家庭等多元主体之间的新型关系,协同推进课后服务质量的提升。基于课后服务协同治理分析框架发现,当前课后服务协同治理存在价值目标分离、多元主体权责模糊、协同合作机制缺位、制度保障供给不足等问题。课后服务协同治理应构建以公共利益为核心的目标导向,重构政府主导、学校主阵地、家庭主人翁、社会积极参与的多元治理主体权责关系,搭建合作、互动、协商的行动网络,持续增加资源、制度供给创新,构建良好的课后服务治理生态,助推“双减”走深走实。

医药类高校图书馆精准化学科服务发展现状及服务模式研究

文章采用文献调研法和网络调研法,从部门和人员设置、基础服务、科研支持服务、管理与决策支持服务等角度,对2022年软科医科类大学排名前30的高校图书馆学科服务现状进行调研。针对调研中发现的问题,构建基于数据驱动的全景式精准化学科服务模式,以期为医药类高校图书馆学科服务的发展提供参考。

国家公园生态系统文化服务多元利益主体认知比较——基于实证调查分析

探明不同利益主体对生态系统文化服务(CES)的价值认知,对于实现国家公园生态系统的科学管理具有重要理论价值与现实意义。以钱江源国家公园体制试点区为例,基于建立的CES评价指标体系,通过1073份有效调查问卷分析,探明居民、管理人员、游客等多元核心利益主体对CES的认知,并在此基础上,利用熵值法与综合模糊评价法对国家公园CES重要性与水平进行综合评价。结果表明:(1)居民和管理人员都对生态改善服务的价值认知最高,具有一定趋同性;而游客则对保健服务认知程度最高(2.44),这与其旅行目的相关。居民、管理人员与游客认知程度最低的CES分别是系统治理(1.89)、民俗文化普及(2.12)、精神崇拜(1.86)服务。(2)在重要性方面,3类主体均认为人文关怀服务>自然体验服务>社会服务,在具体指标层面,居民最看重民俗文化普及服务(0.1355)、管理人员和游客最看重精神崇拜服务。(3)3类主体对CES认知评价排序为管理人员(4.24)>游客(4.11)>居民(3.99),管理人员与居民分别作为重要的政策制定执行者与利益获得者,体现了不同政策参与主体利益需求对CES认知评价的驱动作用。(4)CES认知的权衡关系主要体现在管理人员,居民与游客的CES认知为协同关系。协同性最强的CES是管理人员对于生态改善和艺术灵感服务的认知、权衡性最强的是荒野保护与科普教育服务之间的认知。CES认知与不同主体的内在利益需求和自身认知难易程度有关,研究结果将为国家公园政策制定提供参考。

数智赋能高校图书馆学科服务转型:理论思考、现实依据与实现路径

文章阐释数智赋能高校图书馆学科服务转型的必要性,通过调研42家“双一流”高校图书馆,总结数智赋能学科服务现状与现实困境,据此提出数智赋能高校图书馆学科服务转型路径,即完善智慧学科服务高质量发展的制度体系,利用数智技术丰富智慧学科服务场景,多措并举提升学科馆员智慧素养,构建虚实交融、功能优化的智慧学科服务空间,搭建开放共享、优质高效的智慧学科服务平台。

协同用户构建个人学科文献资源空间初探——以博硕士学位论文开题为例

文献信息资源海量增长,给信息全面准确获取带来了一定难度,有一部分用户对自己研究方向的信息资源了解不够清晰,或者用户想全面掌握某些学科、研究方向的经典文献,而图书馆可提供丰富的文献信息资源和精准的文献检索服务,保证资源查找全面准确。博硕士研究生学位论文开题阶段是其撰写学位论文的重要开端,是构建个人学科资源空间的起点,也是个人信息素质养成的重要时期。本研究调研了国内外高校图书馆文献检索服务的相关文献和具体实施情况,深入研究北京大学图书馆开题文献检索服务现阶段的工作内容和实施成效,并对未来工作进行了展望。

价值共创促进葡萄酒文旅深度融合探究——以贺兰山东麓为例

葡萄酒文旅融合是以葡萄酒产业为核心的文化旅游融合的实践,其实质是葡萄酒文化旅游产业为主导下的多元主体参与的价值共创过程。随着消费升级和文旅融合推进,葡萄酒文化旅游发展需要优化利益相关者之间的互动机制,这就离不开对价值共创的解读。该文以价值共创理论为基础,结合宁夏贺兰山东麓的案例,对价值共创与葡萄酒文旅融合的关系、价值共创推动葡萄酒文旅深度融合的内在逻辑和作用机理进行分析,在此基础上对贺兰山东麓葡萄酒文旅深度融合提出策略建议。该研究有助于调整供需关系,探索中国葡萄酒文旅深度融合的实践路径,助力葡萄酒文旅产业高质量发展。

当代少年儿童图书馆员快乐指数、工作满意度与组织承诺水平研究

文章运用问卷调查法,总结少儿图书馆员样本的人口学特征,从快乐指数、工作满意度、组织承诺水平三方面完整测量、系统分析少儿图书馆员职业评价状况及其影响因素,并提出提升少儿图书馆员幸福感的针对性建议。研究发现:少儿图书馆员整体学历水平偏低,专业化程度有待提升;少儿图书馆员快乐指数、工作满意度与组织承诺水平均较高;少儿图书馆员收入显著影响其主观幸福感,多项人口学特征显著影响其组织承诺水平,但对工作满意度无显著影响。

新时代教师教育的内涵、使命与发展方向——专访北京师范大学朱旭东教授

朱旭东教授作为我国教师教育领域的权威专家之一,在教师教育理论和实践领域都有着深厚的学术造诣。朱旭东教授在我国率先提出了师范教育向教师教育转变的观点,并从国际比较、制度设计、理论研究和实践创新等多个方面进行积极探索,取得了丰硕的成果,有力地推动了我国教师教育事业的发展。朱旭东教授重点论述了新时代背景下教师教育的内涵、时代使命和发展方向。在对教师教育内涵的分析中,朱旭东教授认为教师教育是聚焦教师终身发展的立体化教育体系,既包含教师的职前职后教育体系,也包含教师教育机构和制度体系。朱旭东教授认为教师教育学科具有三重属性:既是一项国家事业,也是一个学术范畴,同时还是一项实践性工作。教师教育不但要实现自身的现代化发展,还要促进高质量教师队伍建设,为实施科教兴国战略贡献力量。朱旭东教授还指出,我国教师教育的发展方向是建设均衡而有质量的特色化教师教育体系,尤其要重视发展学科教师教育,由此推动高质量教师教育体系建设,让教师教育学科为国家基础教育发展发挥促进作用。

新文科建设赋能高校图书馆高质量发展路径研究

文章梳理新文科建设背景下信息资源管理学科发展的研究论述,指出其应坚守人文内核、坚持创新融合发展方向,基于此,分析新文科建设背景下高校图书馆的定位及面临的发展困境,提出增强自身角色认同感、发挥多学科实验场所的空间功能、融合新兴信息技术构建嵌入式学科服务模式等新文科建设赋能高校图书馆高质量发展路径。

基于主客观评价的社区生活圈公共服务设施优化策略研究——以南宁市中心城区为例

社区生活圈已成为当前“以人为本”理念下城市更新实施和评价的重要工具。然而传统的社区生活圈规划主要基于公共服务设施覆盖率和可达性等空间绩效评价方法,较少关注居民的实际生活体验和需求。以广西壮族自治区南宁市中心城区为例,通过社区居民满意度调查,根据客观评价(设施服务水平)和主观评价(居民满意度)之间的相关性程度,将公共服务设施分为强相关、中等相关、弱相关和不相关4种类型;进而根据各类设施的相关性特征及潜在影响因素,结合典型社区生活圈实地调研,提出社区生活圈公共服务设施的分类优化策略,以期为全国其他城市提供可借鉴的经验。

高校图书馆数学阅读推广研究

数学阅读是认识和学习数学的主要方法,也是提高数学素养和养成阅读习惯的重要途径。高校图书馆在学科阅读理念下开展数学阅读推广体现了阅读推广的细分化和精准化,对于创新阅读推广主题、丰富阅读推广资源、拓展阅读推广渠道具有重要意义。问卷调查发现,大学生数学阅读存在阅读质量不高、阅读能力薄弱、阅读指导欠缺和宣传推广乏力等问题。基于调查结果,提出建设分众书目、多元主体联动、嵌入课堂教学和借力实践活动等数学阅读推广策略。

国外图书馆嵌入式学科服务研究内容演变及启示

随着嵌入式服务的不断拓展,学科馆员们所面临的问题也在发生着变化。如何为当下高层次用户继续提供满意的嵌入式学科服务,留住用户资源,是学科馆员们共同面对的问题之一。文章从引文视角出发,引入因子分析,对国外图书馆嵌入式学科服务主题下的研究领域进行界定、研究热点进行辨析,结合文献梳理从嵌入式学科服务提供者、提供服务主体单位以及服务用户需求等方面阐述国外嵌入式学科服务的研究内容及演变方向。在此基础上,结合国内实践案例抽象出“面向融合”的嵌入式学科服务工作思维导图。
