Comprehensive Evaluation on Drought Tolerance of Widely-used Rice Varieties with Subordinate Function Method

Using drought-tolerant cultivar IAPAR 9 （upland rice from Brazil） and drought-sensitive varieties IR64 as the controls, the drought tolerances of total 26 rice varieties widely used in production were evaluated with subordinate function method based on morphological, physiological and yield traits. The results showed that the trait values of grain yield per plant （GYP）, effective panicles per plant （EPP）, seed-setting rate （SSR）, panicle length （PL）, leaf relative water content （RWC） and chlorophyll content （SPAD） in all tested varieties decreased significantly under the conditions of drought stress. The subordinate function values of these traits of all tested rice varieties were thus calculated varieties. Based on the aver- age subordinate function values of all these traits, total 7 （i.e. Y Liangyou 1） and 3 （i.e. Liangyou Peijiu） rice varieties were identified as drought-tolerant and drought- sensitive varieties, respectively.

TM9SF1 promotes bladder cancer cell growth and infiltration

BACKGROUND Bladder cancer(BC)is the most common urological tumor.It has a high recur-rence rate,displays tutor heterogeneity,and resists chemotherapy.Furthermore,the long-term survival rate of BC patients has remained unchanged for decades,which seriously affects the quality of patient survival.To improve the survival rate and prognosis of BC patients,it is necessary to explore the molecular mechanisms of BC development and progression and identify targets for treatment and intervention.Transmembrane 9 superfamily member 1(TM9SF1),also known as MP70 and HMP70,is a member of a family of nine transmembrane superfamily proteins,which was first identified in 1997.TM9SF1 can be expressed in BC,but its biological function and mechanism in BC are not clear.AIM To investigate the biological function and mechanism of TM9SF1 in BC.Overexpression of TM9SF1 increased the in vitro proliferation,migration,and invasion of BC cells by promoting the entry of BC cells into the G2/M phase.Silencing of TM9SF1 inhibited in vitro proliferation,migration,and invasion of BC cells and blocked BC cells in the G1 phase.CONCLUSION TM9SF1 may be an oncogene in BC.

ON CERTAIN CLASS OF ANALYTIC FUNCTIONS DEFINED BY DIFFERENTIAL SUBORDINATION

In this paper, the new subclass B-n(lambda,alpha,A,B) of analytic functions is introduced. Its subordination relations, inclusion relations, the inequality properties and convering theorem are discussed. The results obtained in this paper are sharp, which generalize the related works of some authors and some other new results are obtained.

Coefficient Estimates for a Class of m-fold Symmetric Bi-univalent Function Defined by Subordination

In this paper, we investigate the coefficient estimates of a class of m-fold bi-univalent function de?ned by subordination. The results presented in this paper improve or generalize the recent works of other authors.

THIRD-ORDER DIFFERENTIAL SUBORDINATION RESULTS FOR ANALYTIC FUNCTIONS INVOLVING THE GENERALIZED BESSEL FUNCTIONS

In the present paper, we derive some third-order differential subordination results for analytic functions in the open unit disk, using the operator Bcκf by means of normalized form of the generalized Bessel functions of the first kind, which is defined as z（Bκ＋1^c f（z））′= κBκ^c f（z）-（κ- 1）Bκ＋1^c f（z）,where b, c, p ∈ C and κ = p ＋（b ＋ 1）/2 ∈ C ／ Z0^-（Z0^-= {0,-1,-2, … }）. The results are obtained by considering suitable classes of admissible functions. Various known or new special cases of our main results are also pointed out.

SUBORDINATION PROPERTIES OF MULTIVALENT FUNCTIONS INVOLVING AN EXTENDED FRACTIONAL DIFFERINTEGRAL OPERATOR

The object of this article is to investigate inclusion, radius, and other various properties of subclasses of multivalent analytic functions, which are defined by using an extended version of the Owa-Srivastava fractional differintegral operator Ω（λ,p）.

DIFFERENTIAL SUBORDINATIONS AND α-CONVEX FUNCTIONS

This article presents some new results on the class SLMα of functions that are analytic in the open unit disc U = {z ： ｜z｜〈 1} satisfying the conditions that f（0） =0, f＇（0）= 1, and α（1＋zf＇＇（z）/f＇（z）＋（1-α）zf＇（z）/f（z）∈p（U）for all z ∈ U, where αis a real number and p（z）=1＋r^2z^2/1-Tz-T^2z^2（z∈ U）. The number T = （1 -√5）/2 is such that T^2 = 1 ＋ T. The class SFLMa introduced by J. Dziok, R.K. Raina, and J. Sokot [3, Appl. Math. Comput. 218 （2011）, 996-1002] is closely related to the classes of starlike and convex functions. The article deals with several ideas and techniques used in geometric function theory and differential subordinations theory.

Subordination Results for p-Valent Meromorphic Functions Associated with a Linear Operator

In this paper, by making use of the Hadamard products, we obtain some subordination results for certain family of meromorphic functions defined by using a new linear operator.

In this paper, we introduce certain new subclasses of analytic functions defined by generalized multiplier transformation. By using the differential subordination, we study and investigate various inclusion properties of these classes. Also inclusion properties of these classes involving the integral operator are considered.

On new classes of strongly Janowski type functions of complex order

We investigate some new subclasses of analytic functions of Janowski type of complex order.We also study inclusion properties,distortion theorems,coefficient bounds and radius of convexity of the functions.Moreover,analytic properties of these classes under certain integral operator are also discussed.Our findings are more comprehensive than the existing results in the literature.

Fekete-Szego Problem for Certain Subclass ofp-Valent Analytic Functions usingQuasi-Subordination

In this paper, a new certain class of р-valent analytic functions with quasisubordination is defined and the Fekete-Szeg? problems for functions belonging to the class are derived. The results presented here provide extensions of those given in some earlier works.

20个青贮玉米品种在陇东南地区的生产性能和营养价值评价

为筛选出适合陇东南地区(甘肃天水)种植的优质高产青贮玉米(Zea mays)品种,本研究以20个青贮玉米品种为材料,测定并分析了各品种农艺性状、生物产量、营养物质含量及产量,并采用隶属函数法进行了综合评价。结果表明:粗蛋白含量与绿叶数、果穗数、有效果穗数、果穗长、鲜果穗重和黄叶数显著相关(P<0.05);酸性洗涤纤维和中性洗涤纤维含量与株高、穗位高、全株叶片数和黄叶数极显著相关(P<0.01);淀粉含量与穗位高、全株叶片数、单株鲜重和株高显著相关(P<0.05)。本研究中鲜草产量达到60 t·hm^(-2)以上的品种有5个,干物质产量达到15 t·hm^(-2)以上的品种有6个,‘先玉1620’的总可消化营养物产量最高。综合评价得出,在本试验条件下,青贮综合生产性能高的品种为‘先玉1620’‘文玉3号’和‘科大101’,可以大面积在陇东南地区作为全株青贮玉米品种推广种植。

外源钙对甘草生长及生理特性的影响

【目的】为揭示宁夏中部干旱带甘草优质高产栽培过程中甘草对不同钙浓度的适应机制,探究了外源钙对甘草生长及生理生化特性的影响。【方法】以乌拉尔甘草为试验材料,设置0(CK)、5(G_(1))、10(G_(2))、15(G_(3))、20 mmol/L(G_(4))5个钙浓度,分析比较了不同浓度外源钙处理下甘草生长、光合特性及抗氧化酶活性的变化,同时采用主成分分析和隶属函数法综合评价出适宜甘草生长的外源钙施用浓度。【结果】随着钙浓度的增加,甘草主根长、主根直径、单根鲜质量呈先增加后下降的趋势,且不同处理之间差异不显著;甘草叶片叶绿素含量、净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO_(2)浓度(Ci)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性整体呈现先升后降的趋势,钙浓度为10 mmol/L时,Tr、Pn、Gs、SOD活性、CAT活性均达到峰值,且Pn、Gs显著高于对照(P<0.05)。MDA含量随着钙浓度的增加呈先下降后上升的趋势,各浓度处理间差异显著(P<0.05),钙浓度为10mmol/L时的MDA含量最低。综合评价结果表明,钙浓度为10mmol/L时,隶属函数值的均值最大,为0.739。【结论】施用外源钙有利于改善甘草的生理生化特性,促进生长发育;10mmol/L钙浓度是甘草生长的最佳施用量,可为干旱地区甘草的栽培模式提供理论依据。

不同山葡萄品种CO_(2)响应模型拟合及评价

为探索不同山葡萄品种叶片CO_(2)响应特征差异,以5 a生山葡萄‘北冰红’‘北国红’‘双红’和‘雪兰红’为试材,采用Li-6400便携式光合仪,测定果实膨大期山葡萄叶片光合-二氧化碳响应曲线(photosynthetic CO_(2)response curve,P_(n)-C_(i))以及胞间CO_(2)浓度(intercellular CO_(2)concentration,C_i)、气孔导度(stomatal conductance,G_s)、水分利用率(water use efficiency,WUE)和蒸腾速率(transpiration rate,T_r)等气体交换参数,基于直角双曲线模型、Michaelis-Menten模型和直角双曲线修正模型3种模型拟合山葡萄叶片P_(n)-C_(i)响应曲线。结果表明,直角双曲线修正模型拟合的山葡萄P_(n)-C_(i)响应曲线,其拟合参数与实测值最为接近,可直接计算CO_(2)饱和点(CO_(2)saturation point,CSP)。随大气CO_(2)浓度(atmospheric CO_(2)concentration,C_a)的增加,4个山葡萄品种C_i呈线性递增趋势;G_s和T_r总体呈先升后降趋势;WUE先降后升,呈“U”型变化趋势。主成分分析提取出2个主成分,累计贡献率达84.613%。综合评价‘雪兰红’得分最高,光能转化利用率最高,在低C_a环境下的适应性最佳;‘双红’在不同C_a水平下均可保持较高光合效率,排名第2。综上所述,直角双曲线修正模型拟合山葡萄叶片P_(n)-C_(i)响应曲线效果最优。

汉语复句的分类问题

汉语复句的分类是汉语语法研究中的基本问题,也是难点问题之一。根据复句小句的表达功能与信息地位,可以对汉语复句进行重新分类。据此,以复句中小句能否被提问、能被怎样提问作为形式测试手段,将汉语复句分为并列类复句和主从类复句两个大类,其中主从类复句又有时间复句、因果复句、条件复句三个次类。相较以前的汉语复句分类,新的分类具有更强的可操作性和解释力。

一个由拟从属定义的有关对称点的双单叶函数类的系数估计

根据拟从属关系定义了一类单位圆盘内有关对称点的双单叶解析函数,利用拟从属的性质研究了它们的系数|a_(2)|和|a_(3)|的估计,推广了已有结论,改进了以往的证明技巧.

不同引种竹子对低温胁迫的生长生理响应

本研究以遂昌雷竹、黄槽早竹、红壳雷竹、临安雷竹、花秆早竹、雷竹和绿槽毛竹(对照)的2年生母竹移栽苗为材料,连续6年研究了自然低温胁迫下不同竹子9个形态与生长生理指标的响应,并采用主成分分析法和隶属函数法对其抗寒性进行了评价。结果表明:自然低温胁迫下,不同竹子的形态均发生明显变化,出现黄化叶片、卷叶等现象;不同竹子之间的生长指标和叶绿素荧光指标的变化幅度存在显著差异,表明不同竹子受到低温胁迫的伤害有所不同。采用主成分分析法,9个单项指标集约于2个主成分,累计贡献率为88.4%。通过隶属函数值D评价抗寒性的强弱,从强到弱依次表现为遂昌雷竹>黄槽早竹>红壳雷竹>雷竹>临安雷竹>花秆早竹。此研究旨在筛选抗寒性较强的优良竹种,为南竹北移提供参考。

不同轻型基质对杉木容器苗生长与养分积累的影响

为筛选出适合杉木优良无性系洋-061容器苗生长的轻型基质配方。采用单纯形-重心混料试验设计,以泥炭土、珍珠岩、杉木皮和稻谷壳为材料,并以黄心土为对照(CK),研究不同轻型基质配比对杉木生长、根系形态和养分积累的影响。结果表明,1)不同轻基质配方(T1-T14)和对照(CK)处理的苗高、地径和生物量均表现出相同的生长规律,即随时间增加而逐渐增大。2)当苗木培育360 d时,不同轻型基质处理苗高、地径和苗木质量指数均高于CK,其中,苗高在T6处理最大,较CK增加了54.89%,地径和苗木质量指数在T6和T1处理时达到最大,分别较CK提高33.04%和48.65%,T14处理下生物量最大;3)不同轻型基质处理有效促进了杉木幼苗根系的发育,而且其总根长、根表面积、根直径及根体积分别在T2、T14、T9和T14处理时达到最大;4)杉木植株养分含量对不同轻型基质响应存在差异,其中轻型基质T5、T3和T12处理显著促进植株氮的积累,轻型基质T8、T3和T13处理苗木全磷含量显著高于其他处理,而T8、T9和T2植株全钾含量显著高于其他处理;5)利用隶属函数对幼苗生长指标进行综合分析,综合评价排名前3的依次是T14(20%泥炭土+27%珍珠岩+27%杉木皮+26%稻谷壳)、T5处理(60%泥炭土+40%珍珠岩)和T1处理(100%泥炭土)。考虑到泥炭土成本较高,因此,T5和T14处理为本研究中适合于杉木洋-061容器苗生长的轻型基质配方。
