Energetic structural materials(ESMs)are a new type of structural materials with bearing and damage characteristics.In this work the microstructure,mechanical properties and energy release characteristics of multi-elem...Energetic structural materials(ESMs)are a new type of structural materials with bearing and damage characteristics.In this work the microstructure,mechanical properties and energy release characteristics of multi-element Ti-Zr-Ta alloys with good casting performance were studied.The microstructure of the Ti_(x)ZrTa alloys gradually change from BCC+HCP to single BCC structure with the increase of Ti.While the Ti_(2)Zr_(y)Ta alloys was still uniform and single BCC structure with the increase of Zr.The evolution of microstructure and composition then greatly affect the mechanical properties and energy-release characteristics of Ti-Zr-Ta alloys.The synergistic effect of dual phase structure increases the fracture strain of Ti_(x)ZrTa(x=0.2,0.5)with the Ti content decreases,while the fracture strain of Ti_(x)ZrTa(x=2.0,3.0,4.0)gradually increase with the Ti content increases caused by the annihilation of the obstacles for dislocation movement.And as Zr content increases,the fracture strain of Ti_(2)Zr_(y)Ta alloys decrease,then the oxidation reaction rate and fragmentation degree gradually increase.The higher oxidation rate and the lager exposed oxidation area jointly leads the higher releasing energy efficiency of Ti_(x)ZrTa alloys with low Ti content and Ti_(2)Zr_(y)Ta alloys with high Zr content.展开更多
The resource of Fenneropenaeus chinensis has declined sharply due to excessive fishing intensity,ecological changes and diseases.In order to supplement the fishing yield and restore resources of F.chinensis,the releva...The resource of Fenneropenaeus chinensis has declined sharply due to excessive fishing intensity,ecological changes and diseases.In order to supplement the fishing yield and restore resources of F.chinensis,the relevant authorities have carried out the activities of stock enhancement and releasing.It can increase biomass and recover resources.However,compared with increasing biomass,there were still few reports on its effect on the recovery of resources.Resource recovery is a process related to whether the released individuals can form a reproductive population.Up to now,there has been a lack of evidence whether the released F.chinensis can complete the entire life history,and form reproduction population.In this study,gravid female shrimp after spawning migration were captured from coastal waters of Haiyang,Qingdao,and Yellow Sea.After identifying parentage relationships using simple sequence repeat(SSR)and mtDNA haplotype,it was finally confirmed that there were eight released individuals in the recapture samples.It was confirmed for the first time that at least part of the released F.chinensis can complete overwintering and reproductive migration,and maintain the migration habits as their wild counterparts.Therefore,we infered that the released shrimp can reproduce under natural conditions,these F.chinensis can form reproductive populations theoretically if without human intervention.These results indicated that enhancenment and release activities have a positive effect on resource recovery.展开更多

Method: This study included 581 children and adolescents aged 4 - 19 years who were suspected of having tuberculosis, were latently infected with Mycobacterium tuberculosis, and had received at least one dose of BCG vaccine between April 17, 2019, and February 24, 2021. The study evaluated the TST results of 106 patients who had a positive Quantiferon test and were suspected of having tuberculosis. Results: The study included 581 patients aged between 4 and 19 years. Of these, 106 patients tested positive for the Quantiferon test, while 19 were indeterminate and 456 were negative. The Quantiferon test positivity rate was 18.24%. Among the 106 QFT-Plus-positive cases, 23 patients also tested positive for TST. The difference in distribution was found to be statistically significant. Conclusion: The QFT-Plus test is considered an alternative to TST and other microbiological diagnostic methods for early tuberculosis diagnosis, particularly in children and adolescents.展开更多

The results show that the quick release valve can effectively accelerate the rising speed of the train brake pipe pressure during the initial release, as the accelerated release effect is evident before the train brake pipe pressure reaches582 k Pa. The quick release valve can effectively accelerate the release of the rear cars, reducing the longitudinal coupler force impact due to time delay of the release process. The quick release valve can effectively reduce the tensile coupler force in the train by as much as 20% in certain cases.展开更多
In the process of mining coalbed methane(CBM),an unsteady state often arises due to the rapid extraction,release and pressure relief of CBM.In this case,the effective stress of coal changes dynamically,affecting the s...In the process of mining coalbed methane(CBM),an unsteady state often arises due to the rapid extraction,release and pressure relief of CBM.In this case,the effective stress of coal changes dynamically,affecting the stability of the gassy coal seam.In this paper,gas release tests of gassy coal under conventional triaxial compression were performed,and the dynamic effective stress(DES)during gas release was obtained indirectly based on a constitutive equation and deformation of coal.The results show that the maximum increases in DES caused by the release of free gas and adsorbed gas under the stress of 1.1 MPa were 0.811 and 5.418 MPa,respectively,which seriously affected the stress state of the coal.During the gas release,the free gas pressure and the adsorbed gas volume were the parameters that directly affected the DES and showed a positive linear relationship with the DES with an intercept of zero.The DES of the coal sample increased exponentially with time,which was determined by the contents of free and adsorbed gas.Based on the experimental results and theoretical analysis,an effective stress model was obtained for loaded gassy coal during gas release.The results of verification indicated accuracy greater than 99%.展开更多
Citral(Eo)exhibits excellent fungicidal activities.However,it is difficult to maintain long-term fungicidal activity due to its strong volatility.Herein,a controlled-release strategy by using biomass-derived porous ca...Citral(Eo)exhibits excellent fungicidal activities.However,it is difficult to maintain long-term fungicidal activity due to its strong volatility.Herein,a controlled-release strategy by using biomass-derived porous carbon(BC)was developed to overcome the drawback of Eo.New composite materials were prepared by loading Eo on tea stem porous carbon(BC@Eo),and their controlled-release fungicidal activity against Exobasidium vexans was assessed.BC with a large specific surface area of 1001.6 m2/g and mesoporous structure was fabricated through carbonization tempera-ture of 700℃.The BC@Eo materials were characterized using Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray powder diffraction.The results suggested that chemical and physical interactions occurred in BC@Eo.The Eo release profile suggested a biphasic pattern with an initial fast release on days 1–14 and a subsequent controlled phase on days 14–30.The in vitro cumulative release percentage of Eo from BC@Eo was 51%during one month,and this result was significantly lower than that from free Eo(cumulative release percentage of Eo of 82%in one week).The anti-fungal activities of Eo and BC@Eo against E.vexans were determined using the inhibition zone method.The results indicated that Eo and BC@Eo formed large inhibition zones of 19.66±0.79 and 21.92±0.77 mm,respectively.The influence on the hyphal structure of E.vexans was observed by scanning electron microscopy on day 30.The hyphal structure of E.vexans treated with BC@Eo was more shrunken than that treated with Eo at 30 days,suggesting that BC@Eo prolongs the fungicidal activity against E.vexans.This study demonstrated that the encapsulation of Eo in BC for developing the BC@Eo materials could be a promising strategy to inhibit volatility and maintain the fungicidal activity of Eo and provide a potential alternative for the reuse of abundant tea biomass waste resources.展开更多

The low utilization rate of pesticides makes the migration of pesticides in water and soil,which brings great harm to the ecosystem.The development of pesticide carriers with good drug loading capacity and release con...The low utilization rate of pesticides makes the migration of pesticides in water and soil,which brings great harm to the ecosystem.The development of pesticide carriers with good drug loading capacity and release control abil-ity is an effective method to realize effective utilization of pesticides and reduce pesticide losses.In this work,fosthiazate-stearic acid/expanded perlite sustained-release particles were successfully prepared by vacuum impregnation using expanded perlite(EP)as carrier,fosthiazate(FOS)as model pesticide and stearic acid(SA)as hydrophobic matrix.The structure and morphology of the samples were studied by BET,FT-IR,TGA,XRD,DSC and SEM.The effects of different mass ratios of FOS to SA on loading capacity and release rate at 24 h were investigated.The sustained release behavior of FOS-SA/EP at different temperatures and pH values was investigated by static dialysis bag method.The results showed that FOS and SA were adsorbed in EP pores by physical interaction.With the mass ratios of FOS to SA decreasing from 7:3 to 3:7,the 24 h release rate of FOS-SA/EP decreased from 18.77%to 8.05%,and the drug loading decreased from 461.32 to 130.99 mg/g.FOS-SA/EP showed obvious temperature response at 25℃,30℃ and 35℃,the cumulative release rate(CRR)of 200 h were 33.38%,41.50%and 51.17%,respectively.When pH=5,the CRR of FOS was higher than that of pH=7,and the CRR of FOS for 200 h were 49.01%and 30.12%,respectively.At different temperatures and pH=5,the release mechanism of FOS-SA/EP belongs to the Fickian diffusion mechanism;When pH=7,the diffusion mechanism is dominant,and the dissolution mechanism is complementary.展开更多

Tree peony bud endodormancy is a common survival strategy similar to many perennial woody plants in winter,and the activation of the GA signaling pathway is the key to breaking endodormancy.GA signal transduction is i...Tree peony bud endodormancy is a common survival strategy similar to many perennial woody plants in winter,and the activation of the GA signaling pathway is the key to breaking endodormancy.GA signal transduction is involved in many physiological processes.Although the GA-GID1-DELLA regulatory module is conserved in many plants,it has a set of specific components that add complexity to the GA response mechanism.DELLA proteins are key switches in GA signaling.Therefore,there is an urgent need to identify the key DELLA proteins involved in tree peony bud dormancy release.In this study,the prolonged chilling increased the content of endogenously active gibberellins.PsRGL1 among three DELLA proteins was significantly downregulated during chilling-and exogenous GA3-induced bud dormancy release by cell-free degradation assay,and a high level of polyubiquitination was detected.Silencing PsRGL1 accelerated bud dormancy release by increasing the expression of the genes associated with dormancy release,including PsCYCD,PsEBB1,PsEBB3,PsBG6,and PsBG9.Three F-box protein family members responded to chilling and GA3 treatments,resulting in PsF-box1 induction.Yeast two-hybrid and BiFC assays indicated that only PsF-box1 could bind to PsRGL1,and the binding site was in the C-terminal domain.PsF-box1 overexpression promoted dormancy release and upregulated the expression of the dormancy-related genes.In addition,yeast two-hybrid and pull-down assays showed that PsF-box1 also interacted with PsSKP1 to form an E3 ubiquitin ligase.These findings enriched the molecular mechanism of the GA signaling pathway during dormancy release,and enhanced the understanding of tree peony bud endodormancy.展开更多
MicroRNAs(miRNAs)are non-coding RNAs that interact with target genes and are involved in many physiological processes in plants.miR172-AP2 mainly plays a role in the regulation of f lowering time and floral organ diff...MicroRNAs(miRNAs)are non-coding RNAs that interact with target genes and are involved in many physiological processes in plants.miR172-AP2 mainly plays a role in the regulation of f lowering time and floral organ differentiation.Bud dormancy release is necessary for forcing culture of tree peony in winter,but the mechanism of dormancy regulation is unclear.In this study,we found that a miR172 family member,PsmiR172b,was downregulated during chilling-induced bud dormancy release in tree peony,exhibiting a trend opposite to that of PsTOE3.RNA ligase-mediated(RLM)5-RACE(rapid amplification of cDNA ends)confirmed that miR172b targeted PsTOE3,and the cleavage site was between bases 12(T)and 13(C)within the complementary site to miR172b.The functions of miR172b and PsTOE3 were detected by virus-induced gene silencing(VIGS)and their overexpression in tree peony buds.PsmiR172b negatively regulated bud dormancy release,but PsTOE3 promoted bud dormancy release,and the genes associated with bud dormancy release,including PsEBB1,PsEBB3,PsCYCD,and PsBG6,were upregulated.Further analysis indicated that PsTOE3 directly regulated PsEBB1 by binding to its promoter,and the specific binding site was a C-repeat(ACCGAC).Ectopic expression in Arabidopsis revealed that the PsmiR172b-PsTOE3 module displayed conservative function in regulating f lowering.In conclusion,our results provided a novel insight into the functions of PsmiR172-PsTOE3 and possible molecular mechanism underlying bud dormancy release in tree peony.展开更多
Prunus pusilliflora is a wild cherry germplasm resource distributed mainly in Southwest China.Despite its ornamental and economic value,a high-quality assembled P.pusilliflora genome is unavailable,hindering our under...Prunus pusilliflora is a wild cherry germplasm resource distributed mainly in Southwest China.Despite its ornamental and economic value,a high-quality assembled P.pusilliflora genome is unavailable,hindering our understanding of its genetic background,population diversity,and evolutionary processes.Here,we de novo assembled a chromosome-scale P.pusilliflora genome using Oxford Nanopore,Illumina,and chromosome conformation capture sequencing.The assembled genome size was 309.62 Mb,with 76 scaffolds anchored to eight pseudochromosomes.We predicted 33035 protein-coding genes,functionally annotated 98.27%of them,and identified repetitive sequences covering 49.08%of the genome.We found that P.pusilliflora is closely related to Prunus serrulata and Prunus yedoensis,having diverged from them∼41.8 million years ago.A comparative genomic analysis revealed that P.pusilliflora has 643 expanded and 1128 contracted gene families.Furthermore,we found that P.pusilliflora is more resistant to Colletotrichum viniferum,Phytophthora capsici,and Pseudomonas syringae pv.tomato(Pst)DC3000 infections than cultivated Prunus avium.P.pusilliflora also has considerably more nucleotide-binding site-type resistance gene analogs than P.avium,which explains its stronger disease resistance.The cytochrome P450 and WRKY families of 263 and 61 proteins were divided into 42 and 8 subfamilies respectively in P.pusilliflora.Furthermore,81 MADS-box genes were identified in P.pusilliflora,accompanying expansions of the SVP and AGL15 subfamilies and loss of the TM3 subfamily.Our assembly of a high-quality P.pusilliflora genome will be valuable for further research on cherries and molecular breeding.展开更多
Three polyamines(PAs)(spermidine(Spd),spermine(Spm),and putrescine(Put))were used as growth regulators to the marine macroalgae Gracilariopsis lemaneiformis and to female gametophyte and reproductive tissues(cystocarp...Three polyamines(PAs)(spermidine(Spd),spermine(Spm),and putrescine(Put))were used as growth regulators to the marine macroalgae Gracilariopsis lemaneiformis and to female gametophyte and reproductive tissues(cystocarps were constructed),which led to early maturation of cystocarps and spore release.Laboratory cultivation revealed that exogenous PA application accelerated the development of cystocarps,and the mean sporeling growth rate was 20%–50%/d during the initial week of cultivation.The spore count(SC),survival rate(SR),and germination rate(GR)of G.lemaneiformis showed different responses to PA(10-6 mol/L and 10-3 mol/L)treatments under different temperatures(18,26,and 34℃),light intensities(30,60,and 90μmol photons/(m^(2)·s)),salinities(25,30,and 35),and nutrient levels(25꞉2.5,50꞉5.0,and 75꞉7.5μmol/L NH4Cl꞉K2HPO4),and the optimal conditions were 26℃,light intensity of 60μmol/(m^(2)·s),salinity of 35,and nutrient level of 50꞉5.0μmol/L NH4Cl꞉K2HPO4.Under the optimum conditions,the SC per cystocarp increased by 82.38%,and the spore SR and GR increased by 33.07%and 46.44%,respectively.Each experiment lasted for 7 days,with the highest SC on Day 4 and plateauing on Day 7.The results indicate that PAs could promote the early maturation,spore release,survival,and germination of G.lemaneiformis under laboratory conditions.展开更多
Phase change materials(PCMs)have attracted much attention in the field of solar thermal utilization recently,due to their outstanding thermal energy storage performance.However,PCMs usually release their stored latent...Phase change materials(PCMs)have attracted much attention in the field of solar thermal utilization recently,due to their outstanding thermal energy storage performance.However,PCMs usually release their stored latent heat spontaneously as the temperature below the phase transition temperature,rendering thermal energy storage and release uncontrollable,thus hindering their practical application in time and space.Herein,we developed erythritol/sodium carboxymethylcellulose/tetrasodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate(ERY/CMC/EDTA-4Na)composite PCMs with novel spatiotemporal thermal energy storage properties,defined as spatiotemporal PCMs(STPCMs),which exhibit the capacity of thermal energy long-term storage and controllable release.Our results show that the composite PCMs are unable to lose latent heat due to spontaneous crystallization during cooling,but can controllably release thermal energy through cold crystallization during reheating.The cold-crystallization temperature and enthalpy of composite PCMs can be adjusted by proportional addition of EDTA-4Na to the composite.When the mass fractions of CMC and EDTA-4Na are both 10%,the composite PCMs can exhibit the optical coldcrystallization temperature of 51.7℃ and enthalpy of 178.1 J/g.The supercooled composite PCMs without latent heat release can be maintained at room temperature(10-25℃)for up to more than two months,and subsequently the stored latent heat can be controllably released by means of thermal triggering or heterogeneous nucleation.Our findings provide novel insights into the design and construction of new PCMs with spatiotemporal performance of thermal energy long-term storage and controllable release,and consequently open a new door for the development of advanced solar thermal utilization techniques on the basis of STPCMs.展开更多
The traditional soil-based rice seedling production methods for mechanical transplanting are resource-intensive,time consuming and laborious.The improvement and optimization of nutrient management in soil-less nursery...The traditional soil-based rice seedling production methods for mechanical transplanting are resource-intensive,time consuming and laborious.The improvement and optimization of nutrient management in soil-less nursery raising methods like tandem long-mat seedlings(TLMS)are necessary for the resource-efficient cultivation of rice.In the present study,a controlled-release fertilizer(CRF)-polymer-coated compound fertilizer with 3 months release period(PCCF-3M)was applied as seedling fertilizer(SF),and five different dosages of SF(SF-0,SF-10,SF-20,SF-30,and SF-40)were compared with an organic substrate as the control(CK).Among all SF treatments,the best results were obtained with the application of 20 g/tray of SF(SF-20),as the seedling quality and machine transplanting quality were comparable to those of CK.In contrast,the lower dosages(SF-0 and SF-10)resulted in low nitrogen content and reduced shoot growth,while the higher dosages(SF-30 and SF-40)resulted in toxicity(increased malondialdehyde accumulation)and inhibited the root growth.Similarly,SF-20 increased panicle number(5.6-7.0%)and yield(4.3-5.3%)compared with CK,which might be related to the remaining SF entangled in the roots supporting the tiller growth of rice seedlings in the field.Moreover,SF-20 reduced the seedling block weight(53.1%)and cost of seedling production(23.5%)but increased the gross margin,indicating that it was easy to handle and economical.Taken together,our results indicate that SF-20 is a cost-effective way to promote the growth and transplanting efficiency of rice seedlings.To our knowledge,this study is the first to determine the optimum dosage of CRF for the soil-less production of rice seedlings.展开更多
Reducing ammonia(NH3) and nitrous oxide(N2O) emissions have great effects on mitigating nitrogen(N) nutrient loss and greenhouse gas emissions. Controlled release urea(CRU) can control the N release rate, which reduce...Reducing ammonia(NH3) and nitrous oxide(N2O) emissions have great effects on mitigating nitrogen(N) nutrient loss and greenhouse gas emissions. Controlled release urea(CRU) can control the N release rate, which reduces reactive N loss and increases nitrogen use efficiency relative to conventional urea(CU). However, the crucial factors influencing the responses of NH3and N2O emissions to CRU relative to CU are still unclear. In this study, we evaluated the responses of NH3and N2O emissions to CRU based on collected field data with a meta-analysis. CRU reduced the NH3and N2O emissions by 32.7 and 25.0% compared with CU, respectively. According to subgroup analysis, CRU presented better mitigation of NH3and N2O emissions in soils with pH 6.5–7.5(–47.9 and –23.7%) relative to either pH<6.5(–28.5and –21.4%) or pH>7.5(–29.3 and –17.3%), and in the rice season(–34.8 and –29.1%) relative to the wheat season(–19.8 and –22.8%). The responses of NH3and N2O emissions to CRU increased from rainfed(–30.5 and –17.0%) to irrigated(–32.5 and –22.9%), and then to paddy(–34.8 and –29.1%) systems. In addition, the response of N2O emission mitigation increased with increases in soil total nitrogen(TN);however, soil TN did not significantly affect the response of NH3volatilization. The reduction in NH3emission was greater in sandy-textured soil(–57.7%) relative to loam-textured(–32.9%) and clay-textured(–32.3%) soils, whereas soil texture did not affect N2O emission. Overall, CRU was a good option for reducing the NH3and N2O emissions relative to CU in agricultural production. This analysis improves our understanding of the crucial environmental and management factors influencing the mitigation of NH3and N2O emissions under CRU application, and these site-specific factors should be considered when applying CRU to reduce reactive N loss and increase NUE.展开更多
In the present study,the distribution of Ag in the coating formed on Mg-Ag alloy by plasma electrolytic oxidation(PEO)and its ionic release kinetics when exposed to a 0.9 wt.%Na Cl solution at 37℃have been investigat...In the present study,the distribution of Ag in the coating formed on Mg-Ag alloy by plasma electrolytic oxidation(PEO)and its ionic release kinetics when exposed to a 0.9 wt.%Na Cl solution at 37℃have been investigated.Both metallic Ag and Ag oxide particles with~5 to~40 nm in diameters were observed in the PEO coating.Further,an Ag-enriched layer of~20 nm in thickness at the substrate/coating interface was also observed.The PEO coating on the Mg-Ag alloy not only increases its corrosion resistance with the corrosion current density decreasing by up to 3 orders of magnitude from 8.04×10^(-3)to 4.03×10^(-6)A/cm^(2),but also controls the release of Ag+to the level that is sufficient for anti-infective efficacy without causing cytotoxicity to mammal cells.展开更多
The unreasonable observation arrangements in the satellite operation control center(SOCC)may result in the observation data cannot be downloaded as scheduled.Meanwhile,if the operation instructions released by the sat...The unreasonable observation arrangements in the satellite operation control center(SOCC)may result in the observation data cannot be downloaded as scheduled.Meanwhile,if the operation instructions released by the satellite telemetry tracking center(STTC)for the on-board payloads are not injected on the specific satellites in time,the corresponding satellites cannot perform the observation operations as planned.Therefore,there is an urgent need to design an integrated instruction release,and observation task planning(I-IRO-TP)scheme by efficiently collaborating the SOCC and STTC.Motivated by this fact,we design an interaction mechanism between the SOCC and the STTC,where we first formulate the I-IRO-TP problem as a constraint satisfaction problem aiming at maximizing the number of completed tasks.Furthermore,we propose an interactive imaging task planning algorithm based on the analysis of resource distribution in the STTC during the previous planning periods to preferentially select the observation arcs that not only satisfy the requirements in the observation resource allocation phase but also facilitate the arrangement of measurement and control instruction release.We conduct extensive simulations to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm in terms of the number of completed tasks.展开更多

文摘Energetic structural materials(ESMs)are a new type of structural materials with bearing and damage characteristics.In this work the microstructure,mechanical properties and energy release characteristics of multi-element Ti-Zr-Ta alloys with good casting performance were studied.The microstructure of the Ti_(x)ZrTa alloys gradually change from BCC+HCP to single BCC structure with the increase of Ti.While the Ti_(2)Zr_(y)Ta alloys was still uniform and single BCC structure with the increase of Zr.The evolution of microstructure and composition then greatly affect the mechanical properties and energy-release characteristics of Ti-Zr-Ta alloys.The synergistic effect of dual phase structure increases the fracture strain of Ti_(x)ZrTa(x=0.2,0.5)with the Ti content decreases,while the fracture strain of Ti_(x)ZrTa(x=2.0,3.0,4.0)gradually increase with the Ti content increases caused by the annihilation of the obstacles for dislocation movement.And as Zr content increases,the fracture strain of Ti_(2)Zr_(y)Ta alloys decrease,then the oxidation reaction rate and fragmentation degree gradually increase.The higher oxidation rate and the lager exposed oxidation area jointly leads the higher releasing energy efficiency of Ti_(x)ZrTa alloys with low Ti content and Ti_(2)Zr_(y)Ta alloys with high Zr content.

文摘The resource of Fenneropenaeus chinensis has declined sharply due to excessive fishing intensity,ecological changes and diseases.In order to supplement the fishing yield and restore resources of F.chinensis,the relevant authorities have carried out the activities of stock enhancement and releasing.It can increase biomass and recover resources.However,compared with increasing biomass,there were still few reports on its effect on the recovery of resources.Resource recovery is a process related to whether the released individuals can form a reproductive population.Up to now,there has been a lack of evidence whether the released F.chinensis can complete the entire life history,and form reproduction population.In this study,gravid female shrimp after spawning migration were captured from coastal waters of Haiyang,Qingdao,and Yellow Sea.After identifying parentage relationships using simple sequence repeat(SSR)and mtDNA haplotype,it was finally confirmed that there were eight released individuals in the recapture samples.It was confirmed for the first time that at least part of the released F.chinensis can complete overwintering and reproductive migration,and maintain the migration habits as their wild counterparts.Therefore,we infered that the released shrimp can reproduce under natural conditions,these F.chinensis can form reproductive populations theoretically if without human intervention.These results indicated that enhancenment and release activities have a positive effect on resource recovery.
文摘Background: This study aimed to evaluate the diagnostic value of interferon-γ release assay (IGRA), a sensitive microbiological diagnostic method, in children and adolescents with suspected tuberculosis in a country with a high burden of tuberculosis. Method: This study included 581 children and adolescents aged 4 - 19 years who were suspected of having tuberculosis, were latently infected with Mycobacterium tuberculosis, and had received at least one dose of BCG vaccine between April 17, 2019, and February 24, 2021. The study evaluated the TST results of 106 patients who had a positive Quantiferon test and were suspected of having tuberculosis. Results: The study included 581 patients aged between 4 and 19 years. Of these, 106 patients tested positive for the Quantiferon test, while 19 were indeterminate and 456 were negative. The Quantiferon test positivity rate was 18.24%. Among the 106 QFT-Plus-positive cases, 23 patients also tested positive for TST. The difference in distribution was found to be statistically significant. Conclusion: The QFT-Plus test is considered an alternative to TST and other microbiological diagnostic methods for early tuberculosis diagnosis, particularly in children and adolescents.

文摘We establish a simulation model based on the theory of air flow to analyze the accelerated release effect of the quick release valve inside the air brake control valve.In addition, the combined simulation system of train air brake system and longitudinal train dynamics is used to analyze how the parameters of the quick release valve in the 120/120–1 brake control valve affect the propagation characteristics of the train brake pipe pressure wave, the release action range of the accelerated brake, and the longitudinal coupler force for a 20,000-ton heavy haul train on the section of the Datong–Qinhuangdao Railway. The results show that the quick release valve can effectively accelerate the rising speed of the train brake pipe pressure during the initial release, as the accelerated release effect is evident before the train brake pipe pressure reaches582 k Pa. The quick release valve can effectively accelerate the release of the rear cars, reducing the longitudinal coupler force impact due to time delay of the release process. The quick release valve can effectively reduce the tensile coupler force in the train by as much as 20% in certain cases.

文摘In the process of mining coalbed methane(CBM),an unsteady state often arises due to the rapid extraction,release and pressure relief of CBM.In this case,the effective stress of coal changes dynamically,affecting the stability of the gassy coal seam.In this paper,gas release tests of gassy coal under conventional triaxial compression were performed,and the dynamic effective stress(DES)during gas release was obtained indirectly based on a constitutive equation and deformation of coal.The results show that the maximum increases in DES caused by the release of free gas and adsorbed gas under the stress of 1.1 MPa were 0.811 and 5.418 MPa,respectively,which seriously affected the stress state of the coal.During the gas release,the free gas pressure and the adsorbed gas volume were the parameters that directly affected the DES and showed a positive linear relationship with the DES with an intercept of zero.The DES of the coal sample increased exponentially with time,which was determined by the contents of free and adsorbed gas.Based on the experimental results and theoretical analysis,an effective stress model was obtained for loaded gassy coal during gas release.The results of verification indicated accuracy greater than 99%.

文摘Citral(Eo)exhibits excellent fungicidal activities.However,it is difficult to maintain long-term fungicidal activity due to its strong volatility.Herein,a controlled-release strategy by using biomass-derived porous carbon(BC)was developed to overcome the drawback of Eo.New composite materials were prepared by loading Eo on tea stem porous carbon(BC@Eo),and their controlled-release fungicidal activity against Exobasidium vexans was assessed.BC with a large specific surface area of 1001.6 m2/g and mesoporous structure was fabricated through carbonization tempera-ture of 700℃.The BC@Eo materials were characterized using Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray powder diffraction.The results suggested that chemical and physical interactions occurred in BC@Eo.The Eo release profile suggested a biphasic pattern with an initial fast release on days 1–14 and a subsequent controlled phase on days 14–30.The in vitro cumulative release percentage of Eo from BC@Eo was 51%during one month,and this result was significantly lower than that from free Eo(cumulative release percentage of Eo of 82%in one week).The anti-fungal activities of Eo and BC@Eo against E.vexans were determined using the inhibition zone method.The results indicated that Eo and BC@Eo formed large inhibition zones of 19.66±0.79 and 21.92±0.77 mm,respectively.The influence on the hyphal structure of E.vexans was observed by scanning electron microscopy on day 30.The hyphal structure of E.vexans treated with BC@Eo was more shrunken than that treated with Eo at 30 days,suggesting that BC@Eo prolongs the fungicidal activity against E.vexans.This study demonstrated that the encapsulation of Eo in BC for developing the BC@Eo materials could be a promising strategy to inhibit volatility and maintain the fungicidal activity of Eo and provide a potential alternative for the reuse of abundant tea biomass waste resources.

文摘Specific and sustained release of nutrients from capsules to the gastrointestinal tract has attracted many attentions in the field of food and drug delivery.In this work,we reported a monoaxial dispersion electrospraying-ionotropic gelation technique to prepare multicore millimeter-sized spherical capsules for specific and sustained release of fish oil.The spherical capsules had diameters from 2.05 mm to 0.35 mm with the increased applied voltages.The capsules consisted of uniform(at applied voltages of≤10 k V)or nonuniform(at applied voltages of>10 k V)multicores.The obtained capsules had reasonable loading ratios(9.7%-6.3%)due to the multicore structure.In addition,the obtained capsules had specific and sustained release behaviors of fish oil into the small intestinal phase of in vitro gastrointestinal tract and small intestinal tract models.The simple monoaxial dispersion electrospraying-ionotropic gelatin technique does not involve complicated preparation formulations and polymer modification,which makes the technique has a potential application prospect for the fish oil preparations and the encapsulation of functional active substances in the field of food and drug industries.

文摘The low utilization rate of pesticides makes the migration of pesticides in water and soil,which brings great harm to the ecosystem.The development of pesticide carriers with good drug loading capacity and release control abil-ity is an effective method to realize effective utilization of pesticides and reduce pesticide losses.In this work,fosthiazate-stearic acid/expanded perlite sustained-release particles were successfully prepared by vacuum impregnation using expanded perlite(EP)as carrier,fosthiazate(FOS)as model pesticide and stearic acid(SA)as hydrophobic matrix.The structure and morphology of the samples were studied by BET,FT-IR,TGA,XRD,DSC and SEM.The effects of different mass ratios of FOS to SA on loading capacity and release rate at 24 h were investigated.The sustained release behavior of FOS-SA/EP at different temperatures and pH values was investigated by static dialysis bag method.The results showed that FOS and SA were adsorbed in EP pores by physical interaction.With the mass ratios of FOS to SA decreasing from 7:3 to 3:7,the 24 h release rate of FOS-SA/EP decreased from 18.77%to 8.05%,and the drug loading decreased from 461.32 to 130.99 mg/g.FOS-SA/EP showed obvious temperature response at 25℃,30℃ and 35℃,the cumulative release rate(CRR)of 200 h were 33.38%,41.50%and 51.17%,respectively.When pH=5,the CRR of FOS was higher than that of pH=7,and the CRR of FOS for 200 h were 49.01%and 30.12%,respectively.At different temperatures and pH=5,the release mechanism of FOS-SA/EP belongs to the Fickian diffusion mechanism;When pH=7,the diffusion mechanism is dominant,and the dissolution mechanism is complementary.

文摘Tree peony bud endodormancy is a common survival strategy similar to many perennial woody plants in winter,and the activation of the GA signaling pathway is the key to breaking endodormancy.GA signal transduction is involved in many physiological processes.Although the GA-GID1-DELLA regulatory module is conserved in many plants,it has a set of specific components that add complexity to the GA response mechanism.DELLA proteins are key switches in GA signaling.Therefore,there is an urgent need to identify the key DELLA proteins involved in tree peony bud dormancy release.In this study,the prolonged chilling increased the content of endogenously active gibberellins.PsRGL1 among three DELLA proteins was significantly downregulated during chilling-and exogenous GA3-induced bud dormancy release by cell-free degradation assay,and a high level of polyubiquitination was detected.Silencing PsRGL1 accelerated bud dormancy release by increasing the expression of the genes associated with dormancy release,including PsCYCD,PsEBB1,PsEBB3,PsBG6,and PsBG9.Three F-box protein family members responded to chilling and GA3 treatments,resulting in PsF-box1 induction.Yeast two-hybrid and BiFC assays indicated that only PsF-box1 could bind to PsRGL1,and the binding site was in the C-terminal domain.PsF-box1 overexpression promoted dormancy release and upregulated the expression of the dormancy-related genes.In addition,yeast two-hybrid and pull-down assays showed that PsF-box1 also interacted with PsSKP1 to form an E3 ubiquitin ligase.These findings enriched the molecular mechanism of the GA signaling pathway during dormancy release,and enhanced the understanding of tree peony bud endodormancy.

文摘MicroRNAs(miRNAs)are non-coding RNAs that interact with target genes and are involved in many physiological processes in plants.miR172-AP2 mainly plays a role in the regulation of f lowering time and floral organ differentiation.Bud dormancy release is necessary for forcing culture of tree peony in winter,but the mechanism of dormancy regulation is unclear.In this study,we found that a miR172 family member,PsmiR172b,was downregulated during chilling-induced bud dormancy release in tree peony,exhibiting a trend opposite to that of PsTOE3.RNA ligase-mediated(RLM)5-RACE(rapid amplification of cDNA ends)confirmed that miR172b targeted PsTOE3,and the cleavage site was between bases 12(T)and 13(C)within the complementary site to miR172b.The functions of miR172b and PsTOE3 were detected by virus-induced gene silencing(VIGS)and their overexpression in tree peony buds.PsmiR172b negatively regulated bud dormancy release,but PsTOE3 promoted bud dormancy release,and the genes associated with bud dormancy release,including PsEBB1,PsEBB3,PsCYCD,and PsBG6,were upregulated.Further analysis indicated that PsTOE3 directly regulated PsEBB1 by binding to its promoter,and the specific binding site was a C-repeat(ACCGAC).Ectopic expression in Arabidopsis revealed that the PsmiR172b-PsTOE3 module displayed conservative function in regulating f lowering.In conclusion,our results provided a novel insight into the functions of PsmiR172-PsTOE3 and possible molecular mechanism underlying bud dormancy release in tree peony.

文摘Prunus pusilliflora is a wild cherry germplasm resource distributed mainly in Southwest China.Despite its ornamental and economic value,a high-quality assembled P.pusilliflora genome is unavailable,hindering our understanding of its genetic background,population diversity,and evolutionary processes.Here,we de novo assembled a chromosome-scale P.pusilliflora genome using Oxford Nanopore,Illumina,and chromosome conformation capture sequencing.The assembled genome size was 309.62 Mb,with 76 scaffolds anchored to eight pseudochromosomes.We predicted 33035 protein-coding genes,functionally annotated 98.27%of them,and identified repetitive sequences covering 49.08%of the genome.We found that P.pusilliflora is closely related to Prunus serrulata and Prunus yedoensis,having diverged from them∼41.8 million years ago.A comparative genomic analysis revealed that P.pusilliflora has 643 expanded and 1128 contracted gene families.Furthermore,we found that P.pusilliflora is more resistant to Colletotrichum viniferum,Phytophthora capsici,and Pseudomonas syringae pv.tomato(Pst)DC3000 infections than cultivated Prunus avium.P.pusilliflora also has considerably more nucleotide-binding site-type resistance gene analogs than P.avium,which explains its stronger disease resistance.The cytochrome P450 and WRKY families of 263 and 61 proteins were divided into 42 and 8 subfamilies respectively in P.pusilliflora.Furthermore,81 MADS-box genes were identified in P.pusilliflora,accompanying expansions of the SVP and AGL15 subfamilies and loss of the TM3 subfamily.Our assembly of a high-quality P.pusilliflora genome will be valuable for further research on cherries and molecular breeding.

文摘Three polyamines(PAs)(spermidine(Spd),spermine(Spm),and putrescine(Put))were used as growth regulators to the marine macroalgae Gracilariopsis lemaneiformis and to female gametophyte and reproductive tissues(cystocarps were constructed),which led to early maturation of cystocarps and spore release.Laboratory cultivation revealed that exogenous PA application accelerated the development of cystocarps,and the mean sporeling growth rate was 20%–50%/d during the initial week of cultivation.The spore count(SC),survival rate(SR),and germination rate(GR)of G.lemaneiformis showed different responses to PA(10-6 mol/L and 10-3 mol/L)treatments under different temperatures(18,26,and 34℃),light intensities(30,60,and 90μmol photons/(m^(2)·s)),salinities(25,30,and 35),and nutrient levels(25꞉2.5,50꞉5.0,and 75꞉7.5μmol/L NH4Cl꞉K2HPO4),and the optimal conditions were 26℃,light intensity of 60μmol/(m^(2)·s),salinity of 35,and nutrient level of 50꞉5.0μmol/L NH4Cl꞉K2HPO4.Under the optimum conditions,the SC per cystocarp increased by 82.38%,and the spore SR and GR increased by 33.07%and 46.44%,respectively.Each experiment lasted for 7 days,with the highest SC on Day 4 and plateauing on Day 7.The results indicate that PAs could promote the early maturation,spore release,survival,and germination of G.lemaneiformis under laboratory conditions.

文摘Phase change materials(PCMs)have attracted much attention in the field of solar thermal utilization recently,due to their outstanding thermal energy storage performance.However,PCMs usually release their stored latent heat spontaneously as the temperature below the phase transition temperature,rendering thermal energy storage and release uncontrollable,thus hindering their practical application in time and space.Herein,we developed erythritol/sodium carboxymethylcellulose/tetrasodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate(ERY/CMC/EDTA-4Na)composite PCMs with novel spatiotemporal thermal energy storage properties,defined as spatiotemporal PCMs(STPCMs),which exhibit the capacity of thermal energy long-term storage and controllable release.Our results show that the composite PCMs are unable to lose latent heat due to spontaneous crystallization during cooling,but can controllably release thermal energy through cold crystallization during reheating.The cold-crystallization temperature and enthalpy of composite PCMs can be adjusted by proportional addition of EDTA-4Na to the composite.When the mass fractions of CMC and EDTA-4Na are both 10%,the composite PCMs can exhibit the optical coldcrystallization temperature of 51.7℃ and enthalpy of 178.1 J/g.The supercooled composite PCMs without latent heat release can be maintained at room temperature(10-25℃)for up to more than two months,and subsequently the stored latent heat can be controllably released by means of thermal triggering or heterogeneous nucleation.Our findings provide novel insights into the design and construction of new PCMs with spatiotemporal performance of thermal energy long-term storage and controllable release,and consequently open a new door for the development of advanced solar thermal utilization techniques on the basis of STPCMs.

文摘The traditional soil-based rice seedling production methods for mechanical transplanting are resource-intensive,time consuming and laborious.The improvement and optimization of nutrient management in soil-less nursery raising methods like tandem long-mat seedlings(TLMS)are necessary for the resource-efficient cultivation of rice.In the present study,a controlled-release fertilizer(CRF)-polymer-coated compound fertilizer with 3 months release period(PCCF-3M)was applied as seedling fertilizer(SF),and five different dosages of SF(SF-0,SF-10,SF-20,SF-30,and SF-40)were compared with an organic substrate as the control(CK).Among all SF treatments,the best results were obtained with the application of 20 g/tray of SF(SF-20),as the seedling quality and machine transplanting quality were comparable to those of CK.In contrast,the lower dosages(SF-0 and SF-10)resulted in low nitrogen content and reduced shoot growth,while the higher dosages(SF-30 and SF-40)resulted in toxicity(increased malondialdehyde accumulation)and inhibited the root growth.Similarly,SF-20 increased panicle number(5.6-7.0%)and yield(4.3-5.3%)compared with CK,which might be related to the remaining SF entangled in the roots supporting the tiller growth of rice seedlings in the field.Moreover,SF-20 reduced the seedling block weight(53.1%)and cost of seedling production(23.5%)but increased the gross margin,indicating that it was easy to handle and economical.Taken together,our results indicate that SF-20 is a cost-effective way to promote the growth and transplanting efficiency of rice seedlings.To our knowledge,this study is the first to determine the optimum dosage of CRF for the soil-less production of rice seedlings.

文摘Reducing ammonia(NH3) and nitrous oxide(N2O) emissions have great effects on mitigating nitrogen(N) nutrient loss and greenhouse gas emissions. Controlled release urea(CRU) can control the N release rate, which reduces reactive N loss and increases nitrogen use efficiency relative to conventional urea(CU). However, the crucial factors influencing the responses of NH3and N2O emissions to CRU relative to CU are still unclear. In this study, we evaluated the responses of NH3and N2O emissions to CRU based on collected field data with a meta-analysis. CRU reduced the NH3and N2O emissions by 32.7 and 25.0% compared with CU, respectively. According to subgroup analysis, CRU presented better mitigation of NH3and N2O emissions in soils with pH 6.5–7.5(–47.9 and –23.7%) relative to either pH<6.5(–28.5and –21.4%) or pH>7.5(–29.3 and –17.3%), and in the rice season(–34.8 and –29.1%) relative to the wheat season(–19.8 and –22.8%). The responses of NH3and N2O emissions to CRU increased from rainfed(–30.5 and –17.0%) to irrigated(–32.5 and –22.9%), and then to paddy(–34.8 and –29.1%) systems. In addition, the response of N2O emission mitigation increased with increases in soil total nitrogen(TN);however, soil TN did not significantly affect the response of NH3volatilization. The reduction in NH3emission was greater in sandy-textured soil(–57.7%) relative to loam-textured(–32.9%) and clay-textured(–32.3%) soils, whereas soil texture did not affect N2O emission. Overall, CRU was a good option for reducing the NH3and N2O emissions relative to CU in agricultural production. This analysis improves our understanding of the crucial environmental and management factors influencing the mitigation of NH3and N2O emissions under CRU application, and these site-specific factors should be considered when applying CRU to reduce reactive N loss and increase NUE.

文摘In the present study,the distribution of Ag in the coating formed on Mg-Ag alloy by plasma electrolytic oxidation(PEO)and its ionic release kinetics when exposed to a 0.9 wt.%Na Cl solution at 37℃have been investigated.Both metallic Ag and Ag oxide particles with~5 to~40 nm in diameters were observed in the PEO coating.Further,an Ag-enriched layer of~20 nm in thickness at the substrate/coating interface was also observed.The PEO coating on the Mg-Ag alloy not only increases its corrosion resistance with the corrosion current density decreasing by up to 3 orders of magnitude from 8.04×10^(-3)to 4.03×10^(-6)A/cm^(2),but also controls the release of Ag+to the level that is sufficient for anti-infective efficacy without causing cytotoxicity to mammal cells.

文摘The unreasonable observation arrangements in the satellite operation control center(SOCC)may result in the observation data cannot be downloaded as scheduled.Meanwhile,if the operation instructions released by the satellite telemetry tracking center(STTC)for the on-board payloads are not injected on the specific satellites in time,the corresponding satellites cannot perform the observation operations as planned.Therefore,there is an urgent need to design an integrated instruction release,and observation task planning(I-IRO-TP)scheme by efficiently collaborating the SOCC and STTC.Motivated by this fact,we design an interaction mechanism between the SOCC and the STTC,where we first formulate the I-IRO-TP problem as a constraint satisfaction problem aiming at maximizing the number of completed tasks.Furthermore,we propose an interactive imaging task planning algorithm based on the analysis of resource distribution in the STTC during the previous planning periods to preferentially select the observation arcs that not only satisfy the requirements in the observation resource allocation phase but also facilitate the arrangement of measurement and control instruction release.We conduct extensive simulations to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm in terms of the number of completed tasks.
