Planning and Design Practices for Coping with Climate Change in Urban Parks in Berlin,Germany:A Case Study of EVFBS Cemetery Park

Urban parks,as a vital component of green infrastructure,significantly contribute to alleviating the impacts of climate change and enhancing the urban ecosystem.This paper examines the EVFBS Cemetery Park in Berlin as a case study to elucidate the significant role of centralized urban greening,exemplified by urban cemetery parks,in addressing the challenges posed by urban climate change.Through field research,data collection,and various methodologies,this study examines the specific planning and design measures employed to address climate-related challenges,including air purification,temperature regulation,and mitigation of the urban heat island effect.Additionally,it explores the multifaceted roles of urban parks in enhancing the quality of the urban ecological environment,promoting biodiversity,and providing recreational spaces for residents.The aim is to elucidate the significance of diverse urban parks within the climate regulation strategies of contemporary metropolises.By comparing and discussing relevant practices and successful experiences in climate-adaptive design from Berlin,and summarizing advanced concepts and planning experiences that may serve as valuable references for the development of urban green spaces in China,it examines the significance of urban park greening for climate regulation in contemporary cities.

Ecological Restoration and Landscape Construction of Wetland——A Case Study of Planning and Design of Mi River Wetland Park in Linqu of Shandong

Based on geological characteristic of Mi River Wetland Park in Linqu of Shandong,the paper had illustrated historical and cultural spirits of Linqu,and then proposed planning strategies and contents of Mi River Wetland Park.It discussed new approaches for wetland restoration and landscape construction from the perspectives of ecological restoration of wetland system,overall construction of leisure system,and full display of regional characteristic.The construction of wetland system laid stress on water system design,terrain treatment,vegetation construction,and biological diversity creation.Wetland system would be overlaid with leisure system,divided into wetland leisure zone,wetland entertainment zone,humanity landscape zone,wetland science popular zone and wetland experience zone,all of which would be constructed with characteristic respectively.On the basis of site character,the paper had searched an energy balance and substance transformation method between rivers,plants,earth and humans,of certain practicality.

Park Planning and Design Integrated with Regional Features

Natural environment and historical humanities are the two elements constituting regional features.The construction of urban park should search design language from regional features.The author,taking Dongshan Park in Qianxi County,Hebei Province as an example,discussed how to search local natural environment features,reasonably exploit cultural resources and integrate regional features from the establishment of planning theme to the expression of designing details.

Planning and Design of Agricultural Greenhouse Park

By taking the Agricultural Greenhouse Park in Songjiang District,Tianjin City for an example,the construction principles of this park were introduced,such as "ecological","economic","landscaping","satisfying functional demands","popularization of science" and "organic combination of emotions and plants".The park was divided into 4 parts:"New Agricultural Technology","Vegetable Tree","Southland Orchard" and "Vegetable Bar".Landscape layouts,design schemes and plant furnishings in each garden were respectively analyzed.Functions of the greenhouse park such as popularization of science,recreation and entertainment were highlighted as well as its characteristics of "combining artificial landscapes and hi-new agriculture,integrating art and agriculture",so as to provide practical references for the future planning and design of such parks.

Planning and Design of Suocao Bay Wetland Park in Maoji Experimental Area of Huainan City

The coal resources are abundant in Huainan City,but with development and utilization of coal mine,the water surface formed by mining subsidence increases gradually,and more and more people pay great attention on the research of the wetland in the subsidence area. Through on-site review,the status of the wetland resources is explored,and wetland ecosystem of the region is analyzed. In this paper,the red line delimitation,functional zoning,overall layout and basic engineering planning and design of Suocao Bay Wetland Park are carried out. The planning and design of Suocao Bay Wetland Park mean to provide new support for ecological protection,accelerate the ecological restoration in Maoji Experimental Area,vigorously carry forward the wetland culture,and make it become an important wetland demonstration base in coal mine subsidence area.

Based on disaster-prevention functions of urban public green spaces, necessity and significance of emergency shelters in a city were analyzed. Taking Living Water Park in Chengdu for example, planning of urban public disaster-prevention green spaces was analyzed to further explore planning of urban disaster-prevention green space system and refugee spaces, and provide instructions for the planning and construction of urban disaster-prevention green spaces in China.

Pursuing Harmony between Form and Meaning:A Case Study of Plan and Design of Gongbo Folk Custom Park

Taking Gongbo Folk Custom Park as the thread,this paper expounded the importance of sticking to the cultural and historical concept in landscape design,and made a preliminary exploration of application in actual landscape design.In the plan and design,it pursued unique characteristics through cultural refinement,focused on the study of connotation of Gongbo regional culture,refined and manifests the essence of culture in the design,and provided a brand new and colorful modern cultural living space for Tibetan people.

Application of Eco-design in Jiuxi Wetland Park in Yuxi City of Yunnan Province

Based on the site analysis,functional orientations of this wetland park were determined by classifying it into wetland and dry land,to settle conflicts between wetland and park.Eco-design concepts was applied in the whole process of planning,this study focused on tourists' experiencing natural landscapes,cultural landscapes and site cultures,adopted vernacular buildings and local plants,employed permeable pavement materials instead of traditional pipes for rainwater management.Traditional gardening techniques were applied and natural laws were followed in the overall planning of this park;accessibility and security were attached sufficient importance in its traffic organization.In this way,the expected ecological,social and economic effects would be realized.

循环经济理念下的产业园4.0规划设计——以广州中创产业园为例

在国家推进碳中和的背景下,实现经济高质量发展尤为重要。循环经济具有降低能源消耗和碳排放的关键作用,是实现经济高质量发展的必由之路。以广州中创产业园为例,引入循环经济理念,对产业园区规划存在的问题进行分析,并进行系统性规划设计。同时,基于循环经济理念对产业园进行功能结构布局,进一步探讨物质循环系统、生态循环系统和智慧园区具体的规划策略。探索广州中创产业园4.0实现循环经济发展的路径与对策,为我国其他工业化地区建设面向循环经济的工业园区4.0提供参考。

城市蓄滞洪区生态水景公园概念规划及景观节点详细设计:以宋庄蓄洪生态水景公园为例

宋庄蓄滞洪区是北京城市副中心防洪格局通州堰中的重要组成部分,其防洪功能至关重要。为了使蓄滞洪区既满足汛期防洪调蓄的作用,降低洪水对周边地区的影响,保障市民的生命财产安全,又满足市民非汛期生态休闲目的,以宋庄蓄洪生态水景公园为例,结合现状条件和洪水的启示,打破原有水绿界限,提出全新的设计理念,重视前期规划设计,通过融合多种功能、塑造立体空间、打造技术亮点等方法与水系串联、土方平衡、湿地净化、绿化种植等措施相结合,构建绿色、生态、健康的开放式生态水景公园——宋庄沁园,实现宋庄蓄洪区的综合利用。以生态水景的形态与东郊森林公园、温榆河河堤自然串联为一个整体,保障副中心的防洪安全,提高蓄洪调度能力,有效降低洪水风险,提升周边生态环境,满足市民观景、休闲、健身等活动需求,充分展示水生态、水文化、水技术等科普知识,成为副中心“通州堰”生态水景观体系的点睛之笔。

考虑地域建筑特色偏好的城市主题公园景观规划设计

城市主题公园作为传承和促进城市文化发展的载体,其规划设计非常重要。基于当前城市主题公园景观规划设计中存在的不足,文章在考虑地域建筑特色偏好的基础上提出城市主题公园景观规划设计方法,并进行仿真实验。实验结果表明:该方法提取城市建筑屋顶轮廓较为精准,规划设计城市主题公园驳岸视线、指标以及防洪涝灾害效果均较好,具备较强的城市主题公园景观规划设计能力。

基于鸟类栖息地营建的城市湿地公园景观设计——以佳木斯柳树岛为例

城市湿地公园具有极高的生态价值与社会价值,鸟类作为生态系统的重要指示物种,为其营造适宜生存的栖息地,对于维护城市湿地生物多样性具有重要意义。为了给东北地区城市湿地公园中鸟类栖息地的修复、规划及管理提供参考,以黑龙江省佳木斯柳树岛为研究对象,通过解析柳树岛景观类型,调查鸟类资源,分析不同景观斑块与鸟类多样性的关系,提出基于鸟类栖息地营建的城市湿地公园景观设计策略,主要包括:对鸟类栖息地进行分区保护、退化生境修复、生态廊道构建、自然岸线及水环境恢复、营建适宜生存的植被群落和后期监测管理等。

基于儿童友好理念的城市公园设计研究——以承德南山公园为例

目前很多城市公园缺少儿童友好理念的植入,在设计规划上更多的是从成人的视角出发,导致真正适合儿童休闲娱乐的空间较少,影响儿童的身心发展。文章以儿童友好理念为切入点,并通过实地调研探究城市公园存在的问题和公园延续发展的设计思路,总结儿童友好城市公园设计的原则。城市公园在设计过程中应充分考虑儿童的心理、生理及行为特征,以期为城市公园进一步改善儿童发展环境、优化儿童公共服务、加强儿童权利保障、拓宽儿童成长空间提供基础和保障,建设出儿童所需的真正友好的城市公园。

“产业—空间”融合视角下的新兴产业园全流程规划策略——以广州花都预制菜产业园为例

随着全球新技术、新业态的涌现,各类新兴产业快速发展,对产业载体的品质提出了新要求。针对传统产业园区中“产业与空间匹配度不足”的问题,本研究基于“产业—空间”融合发展目标,提出“以需定供、适配设计”的新兴产业园区规划方法。以预制菜产业为例,选取国内外50个典型预制菜产业园为样本,通过现场调研、拓扑分析与归纳总结,梳理产业特征和空间需求。结合广州花都预制菜产业园规划实践,转变“先规划空间,后引产业”的传统思路,提出“资源定选址,联系定结构,工艺定设计”的规划策略,通过招商前置摸清企业需求,结合区域资源禀赋确定选址,明确产业发展方向;根据各生产环节的协作关系,形成“量体裁衣”的布局结构;根据生产工艺要求,为企业提供“定制化+标准化”单体空间。研究从宏观、中观到微观层面提出了园区全流程规划建议,以期提升产业与空间的适配性、土地要素配置的精准性。

城市公园设施配置标准与设计原则研究——以广州为例

城市公园设施的高质量建设对促进公园游憩服务效益的发挥起到重要作用。目前有关城市公园设施的相关学术研究与标准化工作虽然探讨了部分设施的设计方法与要求,但尚未形成专门且系统的研究结论或设计标准。通过对相关研究与标准化进程的梳理,以及对当前广州市城市公园设施配置情况的调查与分析,试图理清城市公园设施的评价与配置原则。认为城市公园设施宜包括游憩设施、服务设施、管理设施三大类,并提出应从设施的种类、规模、布局、品质四方面的合理性、适宜性和实用性进行设计。以期为今后城市公园设施的新建、改建、扩建工作提供方法借鉴及经验参考,为相关标准的制定提供原则性指导。
