“古今之变”是审视liberal arts流变的中心线索。古典liberal arts是具有内在统一性并指向完满品格的整全性知识体系。欧洲三次文艺复兴对liberal arts的再造展现了其历史流变中的不变逻辑,即为特定时代的受教育者提供共同价值。德国古典大学赋予了liberal arts在古典意义上的完美形态,而新人文主义的自我塑造观念孕育了博雅教育的现代转向。科学革命终结了古典学术的内在统一性与道德理想,瓦解了古典liberal arts。美国现代大学则借助古典资源,经由三次改革浪潮重建了liberal arts。然而,古典教育凝聚文明精华的共同价值、塑造意义与学术整合力量,同现代科学的智识自由、价值分殊与学科分化特性相冲突,这是古今之变为现代大学再造liberal arts所深植的困境,liberal arts只能在钟摆的两端之间不断权衡。

A Discussion of Artificial Intelligence in Visual Art Education

Since ChatGPT emerged on November 30, 2022, Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been increasingly discussed as a radical force that will change our world. People have become used to AI in which such ubiquitous technologies as Siri, Google, and Netflix deploy AI algorithms to answer questions, impart information, and provide recommendations. However, many individuals including originators and backers of AI have recently expressed grave concerns. In this paper, the authors will assess what is occurring with AI in Visual Arts Education, outline positives and negatives, and provide recommendations addressed specifically for teachers working in the field regarding emerging AI usage from kindergarten to grade twelve levels as well as in higher education.

Research on the Strategies for Integrating Mental Health Education into Art Education

This article aims to explore strategies for integrating mental health education into art education to address students’mental health issues and enhance their emotional intelligence and creative thinking skills.It identifies the current problems in teaching,including a lack of comprehensive methods,insufficient teacher training,and inadequate assessment and feedback.Based on these issues,strategies for curriculum design,teacher training and support,and student engagement and feedback are proposed.These strategies are expected to promote the effective integration of art education and mental health education,providing support for the comprehensive development of students.

Innovation Transformation and Industry-Education Integration:A Study on the Integration Path of Guangxi Zhuang’s Intangible Cultural Heritage and Master of Arts Education in China

This study focuses on the master of arts education in higher education institutions in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of China,explores the path of integrating Guangxi Zhuang’s intangible cultural heritage with the teaching of master of arts,and puts forward the teaching mode of“thinking guidance-autonomous judgement-program construction.”A theoretical model of innovative transformation of intangible cultural heritage is also summarized.Through the development of this study,it is expected to further enrich the practical teaching mechanism of master of arts education in Chinese universities and form a master of arts teaching model with strong local cultural characteristics.At the same time,the teaching reform based on the integration of Guangxi Zhuang’s intangible cultural heritage and master of arts education also has strong practical significance for promoting the inheritance and innovation of Chinese intangible cultural heritage,promoting the development of cultural and creative industries,and serving the economic and social development of Guangxi.

An Exploration of Higher Vocational English Teachers’Professional Development on Students’Learning Ability in the Context of New Liberal Arts

The concept of New Liberal Arts,a multidisciplinary combined integrator with Chinese values at its core,has brought new challenges to the teaching methods and professional development of higher-level English teachers.Based on the evolving professional development process of higher vocational English teachers in the context of the New Liberal Arts,this article analyzes how English teachers can integrate multidisciplinary knowledge and adopt advanced educational technology in the teaching process.On this basis,it discusses the role of teachers’professional development in enhancing students’learning ability,such as through deepening disciplinary understanding,adopting innovative teaching strategies,and implementing personalized teaching.At the end of the article,based on a variety of pedagogical theories,we put forward suggestions,including continuous professional training,interdisciplinary cooperation,and the application of innovative teaching techniques,which are mainly aimed at helping higher vocational English teachers get rid of the dilemma of the new situation,adapt to the needs of the new liberal arts education as soon as possible,and then effectively improve students’abilities.

基于ART优化选择策略的遗传算法生成测试数据方法

测试数据自动生成方法是软件测试领域研究的热点。基于遗传算法的启发式搜索算法是一种路径覆盖生成测试数据的方法。文中提出了一种基于自适应随机测试(Adaptive Random Testing,ART)算法更新种群的方法,将ART融入遗传算法,优化选择操作,动态更新种群,从而增加种群进化过程中的个体多样性,提高了收敛速度,有效地减少了陷入局部最优。实验结果显示,与传统遗传算法生成测试数据的方法相比,改进的算法明显提高了路径覆盖率,减少了种群平均进化代数。

基于CiteSpace科学知识图谱分析的国内Art Deco装饰风格研究综述

Art Deco风格是上世纪初流行于全世界的装饰风格,我国几大通商口岸城市也曾深受其影响。文章基于中国知网、万方数据和维普期刊1988—2021年间的309篇相关文献,以文献计量学的方法,通过CiteSpace软件生成可视化图谱,解读其研究热点和发展趋势,梳理概括了各阶段研究的特征,总结现阶段研究存在的不足,并对未来Art Deco风格的研究提出展望。

ART3功能及其与精子发生关系的研究进展

ADP核糖基转移酶3(ADP-ribosyl transferases 3,ART3)是ADP核糖基转移酶(ADP-ribosyl transferases,ARTs)家族成员之一,与非阻塞性无精症及癌症高度相关,干扰ART 3基因或抑制该基因编码蛋白的表达,会导致精子密度降低、畸形率升高和曲细精管生精细胞脱落。ART3在精子发生过程中不可或缺,因此,深入研究其功能很有必要。目前,ART3在精子发生中的具体作用机制尚不清楚,并且相关研究报道较少。笔者综述了ARTs家族成员蛋白结构及其在精子发生中的作用,ART3蛋白结构预测及其在睾丸组织中的定位,并通过分析其在三阴性乳腺癌和黑色素瘤中的功能和作用,探讨其可能参与的调控通路,以期为揭示ART3在精子发生中的功能及作用机制提供科学参考,为提升动物精液品质、解决雄性不育等问题提供思路。

基于高精地图的自动化码头ART动态路径规划研究

针对自动化集装箱码头ART路径规划问题,在分析运输车辆运动学特性的基础上,提出一种基于动态高精地图的自动化码头ART动态路径规划方法,通过高精地图实时存储和更新港区道路信息,利用北斗卫星定位技术精准获取ART位置,设计A-star算法为ART规划全局最优作业路径,结合局部精细化引导和单车执行控制策略完成ART转弯和避障等动作,为作业过程中ART规划出最优行驶路径。与现有技术相比,该方法根据道路实际情况动态调整线路,可缩短运输行车时间,提高水平运输效率。

Reform and Practice of Art Courses in Agricultural Universities and Colleges:A Case Study of Flower Art of Tianjin Agricultural University

Taking the flower art major in Tianjin Agricultural University as an example,the paper discusses and practices series courses of flower art in agricultural universities and colleges,strengthens the integration of courses and highlights the characteristics.The teaching quality of flower art series courses has been significantly improved by optimizing high-level teaching team,constructing scientific course system,improving teaching methods and teaching means,using network teaching platform to assist teaching,compiling high-quality teaching materials and implementing whole process assessment mode.

Compliance with First-Line AntiRetroViral Treatment (ART) for HIV Infection in the Era of Dolutegravir in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo

Context: Two years after the transition to Dolutegravir (DTG), at the national level, data on compliance with the execution of this transition and the rational use of the new molecule are not available. Objective: The objective of this study was to determine compliance with first-line ART prescriptions among People Living with HIV starting AntiRetroViral treatment in Kinshasa during the Dolutegravir era. Methods: This study is a descriptive cross-sectional study to determine compliance with first-line ART prescriptions among people living with HIV during the Dolutegravir era in Kinshasa. Sixteen Outpatients Treatment Centers (OTCs) were included in the study for their expertise in the care of PLHIV, their technical collection platform and their accessibility. The parameters of interest were: age, sex, outpatient treatment centers, and medical prescription. Results: One hundred and nineteen (119) patients were included in this work in accordance with the inclusion criteria;67 (56.3%) are female, giving a sex ratio of 1.29 in favor of women. The average age of the patients included is 39.87 ± 12.36 years with extremities of 18 to 69 years. The most represented age group is that of 36 to 45 years with 37 patients (31.9%). One hundred and nineteen (119) patients were received from 16 centers in Kinshasa, according to 6 OTC for the district of Funa, 4 OTC for Tshangu and 3 OTC respectively for Lukunga and Mont-Amba. All the centers respect the new recommendations of the National Program;all patients (100%) are on the Tenofovir (TDF) + Lamivudine (3TC) + Dolutegravir (DTG) combination. Conclusion: Compliance with the prescription of DTG as a first-line ARV in the DRC is effective in the city province of Kinshasa.

Biological Profile of People Living with Human Immunodeficiency Virus Starting Treatment in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo

Context: The biochemical assessment is a real-time indicator of the state and evolution of an infection. Among other things, it makes it possible to determine the right moment when it becomes necessary to start or change a treatment. Objective: The objective of this study is to present the Biological profile of People Living with HIV starting AntiRetroViral treatment in Kinshasa in the era of Dolutegravir. Methods: The present study is a descriptive cross-sectional to determine the biological profile of People Living with HIV (PLHIV) starting AntiRetroViral Treatment (ART). The patient inclusion period was from October 4, 2021 to February 15, 2022. Sixteen centers were included. A sample of 5 ml of blood was taken in a tube with EDTA. Patients were randomly included consecutively in the centers during consultations. The population was made up of adults aged over 18, infected with HIV and starting ART. The parameters of interest retained for the present study were: sex, age, hemoglobin level, blood sugar, urea, creatinine, transaminases, total cholesterol, triglycerides, proteins total, as well as amylase. Results: 119 patients were included in this study in accordance with the inclusion criteria;67 (56.3%) are female, giving a sex ratio of 1.29 in favor of women. The average age of the patients is 39.87 ± 12.36 years. The most represented age group is that of 36 to 45 years with 37 patients (31.9%). The mean values of the biological parameters of the patients at the start of ART are as follows: 31.61 ± 20.71 IU/L for ALT/SGPT, 25.81 ± 19.96 IU/L for AST/SGOT, 79.35 ± 49.49 IU/L for Amylase, 108.13 ± 62.17 mg/dl for Total Cholesterol, 2.77 ± 1.27 mg/dl for Creatinine, 72.53 ±22.23 mg/dl for Glycaemia, 10.30 ± 2.33 g/dl for Hemoglobin, 7.91 ± 1.75 g/dl for Total Protein, 131.23 ± 68.80 mg/dl for Triglycerides, and 33.61 ± 26.27 mg/dl for Urea. Conclusion: Mean values of PLHIV are, for the most part, within the normal range. The average creatinine is higher than the normal average value while the average total cholesterol is below the limit values.

The Use of Art Therapy in Alleviating Mental Health Symptoms in Refugees: A Literature Review

There are over thirty million refugees globally with severe experiences of trauma.Art therapy intervention allows for nonverbal expression and could alleviate mental health symptomatology among refugees.The present review’s aim was to integrate and summarize the previous research which examined the effects of visual arts on alleviating psychological conditions of refugees.However,due to the paucity of studies which solely used visual arts,we included studies that used visual arts alongside other modalities as part of an expressive arts therapy intervention.The present review synthesizes studies that examined the effect of art therapy on mental health issues of refugees from January 2000 to March 2021.Seven studies(child and adolescent sample,N=5 and adult sample,N=2)with a total of 298 refugee participants(n=298)met our inclusion criteria.The participants were from the Middle East and North Africa(MENA),Southeast Asia,and Europe.We found three commonly reported mental health disorders,namely Post Traumatic Stress Disorder(PTSD),anxiety,and Major Depression Disorder.The research highlights how art therapy interventions could be a great starting point to alleviate symptomatology among refu-gees.Four additional benefits of art therapy which were commonly reported across the seven studies emerged from this review:working with traumatic experience/loss,rebuilding social connection and trust,nonverbal com-munication and self-expression of loss and trauma,and retelling stories.Art therapy interventions could be used as a starting point in the healing process of traumatized refugees to encourage verbal articulation of their feelings and reduce mental health symptoms.Despite these promisingfindings,due to a dearth of robust methodologies,further research is required to assess the long-term effectiveness of art therapy.
