Two kinds of Tb( Ⅲ ) complexes with tetrapodal ligand, [TbL(NO3)]^3+ and [TbL]^3+ (L: 1,1, 1', 1'-tera ( 2-pyridinecarboxylester )-di ( trimethylpropane)) were intercalated into the interlayer space of montmorillonite (MT) by ion exchange and coordination reaction of L with the Tb^3+ ion existing in the interlayer space of Tb-MT respectively. The obtained luminescent supramolecular composite materials, [ TbL (NO3) ]^2+-MT and [TbL]^3+-MT were characterized by elemental analysis, XRD, FT-IR, UV-vis and thermal analysis. At the same time, the luminescent properties of the materials were also studied. The results show that the intercalated materials with regular layered structure, good thermal stability and the interlayer spacing (d001) approximates to the size of the complex ions which are located in the interlayer space of MT in the form of a monolayer. 展开更多

The polymerization of amphiphilic self assemblies is a promising method to synthesize nano structured materials with novel properties. These materials have many attractive features for their application in biomedical area and materials science, such as catalysis, separation, surface modification, and therapeutics areas. A general review on the polymerization of lipids and surfactant self assemblies to amphiphilic self assemblies is given in this paper with 49 references. The polymerization and the subsequently resulted structure of lipids in different morphologies are summarized. The polymerization of polymerizable surfactants(surfmers) in emulsion and liquid crystalline phases are also discussed. Wearable energy storage devices are desirable to boost the rapid development of flexible and stretchable electronics. Two-dimensional (2D) materials, e.g., graphene, transition metal dichalcogenides and oxides, and MXenes, have attracted intensive attention for flexible energy storage applications because of their ultrathin 2D structures, high surface-to-volume ratio, and unique physical/chemical properties. To achieve commercialization of 2D material-based wearable energy storage devices (2DM-WESDs), scalable and cost-efficient manufacturing is a critical challenge. Among existing manufacturing technologies, solution-based assembly strategies show strong potential to achieve low-cost and scalable production. A timely review of the recent progress in solution-based assembly strategies and the resultant 2DM-WESDs will be meaningful to guide the future development of 2DM-WESDs. In this review, first, a brief introduction of exfoliation and solution preparation of 2D material species from bulk materials is discussed. Then, the solution-based assembly strategies are summarized, and the advantages and disadvantages of each method are compared. After that, two major categories of 2DM-WESDs, supercapacitor and battery, are discussed, emphasizing their state-of-the-art energy storage performances and flexibilities. Finally, insights and perspectives on current challenges and future opportunities regarding the solution assembly of 2DM-WESDs are discussed. 展开更多

In order to acquire the dynamic characteristics of joint surfaces of complex assembled structures, a novel parameter identification technique was adopted. Virtual materials were introduced to simulate the stiffness and damping features of the joint surfaces between two different structures. Properties of the virtual materials, including elasticity modulus, density, and Poisson ratio, were gradually modified. At last, FEM modal results of the assembled structures are consistent with the experimental ones. This proves the feasibility of the simulating method and paves a solid foundation of the further research of the dynamic simulation. 展开更多

Prototype waveguide electro-optic modulators were fabricated using SAS films integrated with low-loss polymeric materials functioning as partial guiding and cladding layers.Promising electro-optic thin film materials including DTPT and PEPCOOH grown from the vapor phase were used for fabrication and test of electro-optic prototype modulators. Finally,the EO coefficient of tens of pm/V was obtained,which can sufficiently support high-speed and small size EO modulators. 展开更多

Ethyl methacrylate (EMA) doped with luminescent ternary terbium complex (Tb(acac) 3·dam) with acetylacetone (Hacac) and diantipylmethane (dam) was incorporated into the microporous silica gel. With the polymerization of EMA, the hybrid material containing Tb(acac) 3·dam was obtained. The hybrid material exhibited good toughness and transparency and higher thermal stability than that of the pure complex and pure polymer matrix. In the range of doping concentration of Tb(acac) 3·dam (0.05%, 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.5%, 1.0%, 2.0% and 5.0%), emission intensity increases with the increasing of corresponding doping concentration and concentration quenching effect has not taken place. 展开更多

The fine-scale heterogeneity of granular material is characterized by its polydisperse microstructure with randomness and no periodicity. To predict the mechanical response of the material as the microstructure evolves, it is demonstrated to develop computational multiscale methods using discrete particle assembly-Cosserat continuum modeling in micro- and macro- scales,respectively. The computational homogenization method and the bridge scale method along the concurrent scale linking approach are briefly introduced. Based on the weak form of the Hu-Washizu variational principle, the mixed finite element procedure of gradient Cosserat continuum in the frame of the second-order homogenization scheme is developed. The meso-mechanically informed anisotropic damage of effective Cosserat continuum is characterized and identified and the microscopic mechanisms of macroscopic damage phenomenon are revealed. c 2013 The Chinese Society of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics. Inorganic NiO_(x) based inverted structure perovskite solar cells (PSCs) is reported to be more stable than that with the organic hole transport materials.In this work,NiO_(x)/MAPbI_(3) interface chemical reaction induced instability of perovskite is unveiled:Ni^(3+) and I^(-) exhibit redox reactions and deprotonation of MA^(+) happens,which result in interface defects and perovskite lattice deformation.Thus the defective interface accelerates the degradation of perovskite by defect pathways from the bottom interface to the perovskite surface contacting H_(2)O/O_(2).Self-assembled interlayer of NH_(2)^(-)end silane on NiO_(x)separates the reactive NiO_(x)and MAPbI_(3),tunes the interface energy states by–NH_(2) end group.As a result,the PSC based on the silane treated NiO_(x)achieves enhanced PCE of 20.1%with decent stability under environmental and extreme conditions (high temperature,high humidity,light infiltration).Our work highlights the interface chemical problem induced PSC instability and a simple interface modification to achieve the stable PSCs. 展开更多

A new approach is developed to the fabrication of high-quality three-dimensional macro-porous copper films. A highly-ordered macroporous copper film is successfully produced on a polystyrene sphere (PS) template that has been modified by sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS). It is shown that this procedure can change a hydrophobic surface of PS template into a hydrophilic surface. The present study is devoted to the influence of the electrolyte solution transport on the nucleation process. It is demonstrated that the permeability of the electrolyte solution in the nanochannels of the PS template plays an important role in the chemical electrodeposition of high-quality macroporous copper film. The permeability is drastically enhanced in our experiment through the surface modification of the PS templates. The method could be used to homogeneously produce a large number of nucleations on a substrate, which is a key factor for the fabrication of the high-quality macroporous copper film. 展开更多

The status of material delivery of an automobile general assembly line is analyzed, and the technique to achieve the real-time tracking of assembly status information is proposed based on RFID( Radio Frequency Identification). Thus the consumption of line-side buffer is obtained dynamically, then the type and quantity of needed material are fed back to the subsystem of material handling; the algorithm for determining the best time departure time of delivery driver based on minimizing of total time penalty function is proposed. This approach makes the material amount of a single delivery trip maximized and improves the efficiency of delivery drivers significantly in the case of does not affect the assembly line normal throughput. Additionally, although this dynamic material handling method is developed for the automobile assembly plant, it should be pointed out that this method is also applicable to other mixed model assembly plants such as electronics, semiconductor and aerospace industry. 展开更多

Nature provides a wealth of bio-inspiration for advanced material research.Assembling various nanomaterials into biomimetic microtextures with bioinspired functionalities has spurred increasing research interests and facilitated technological advances in various applications.In recent years,two-dimensional materials(2DMs)have emerged as important building block units in the biomimicry field due to their distinct chemical,physical,electrical,electrochemical,and catalytic properties.In this review article,various mechanically driven assembly approaches are summarized to fabricate various genealogies of biomimetic 2DM microtextures with bio-inspired multifunctionality.First,sequential deformation strategies are discussed to programmably construct higher dimensional 2DM microtextures,ranging from wrinkles/crumples(one-time deformation)to multiscale hierarchies(multiple deformations).Next,the current progress using higher dimensional 2DM microtextures to imitate different biological structures and/or induce bio-inspired multifunctionality is systematically summarized.Four showcases of bio-inspiration and biomimicry using different 2DM nanosheets are highlighted:(1)wrinkle patterns of an earthworm that spur the design of strain sensors with programmable working ranges and sensitivities,(2)wrinkle appearance of a Shar-Pei dog that motivates the fabrication of stretchable energy storage devices,(3)hierarchical scale textures of a desert lizard that inspire cation-induced gelation platforms for 2DM aerogels,and(4)wrinkle skin of an elephant that influences the development of 2DM protective skin for soft robots.Finally,challenges and future opportunities of adopting 2DM nanosheets to assemble biomimetic microstructures with synergistic functionalities are discussed. 展开更多

关键物料的缺失已成为影响直升机装配生产计划执行的关键因素之一。准确的物料送达时间可指导装配生产计划的制定,一定程度上避免了由缺料导致的生产计划频繁变更。在直升机车间内部数据共享的基础上,一种基于终身学习的物料送达时间预... 关键物料的缺失已成为影响直升机装配生产计划执行的关键因素之一。准确的物料送达时间可指导装配生产计划的制定,一定程度上避免了由缺料导致的生产计划频繁变更。在直升机车间内部数据共享的基础上,一种基于终身学习的物料送达时间预测模型被提出。该模型由门控循环单元(Gated recurrent unit,GRU)网络层、ReLU激活层和全连接层构成,在实时预测时,可快速存储新的记忆且不遗忘旧的。为避免在实时预测中的精度大幅度降低,一种正则化的参数约束方式被提出来对模型参数进行调整。该方法的应用使得模型在目标域数据上的预测误差从0.0329降低到0.0134。使用25个物料清单数据进行模型验证。通过与L2正则化、EWC正则化等常用的正则化方法进行对比,验证了所建立的模型在实时预测上的准确性与实用性。 展开更多
