However, the linear relationship between oscillation frequency and momentum coefficient in a sweeping jet actuator makes it difficult to determine the dominant factors that affect control effectiveness. Decoupling the oscillation frequency and momentum coefficient, as well as determining the control mechanism, is the focus of studying the sweeping jet actuator. In this study, a novel sweeping jet actuator is designed using synthetic jets instead of feedback channels and applied to the flow separation control of NACA0018 airfoil. This article studies the control effect under three oscillation frequencies of F+ = f × c/U∞ = 1, 10, 100 and three momentum coefficients of Cμ = 0.45%, 0.625%, 0.9%. The numerical results indicate that all three oscillation frequencies have good control effects on flow separation, and the control effect is best when F+ = 1, with the maximum lift coefficient increasing by approximately 14% compared to the other two cases. And the sweeping jet actuator has a better ability to control flow separation as the momentum coefficient increases. By decoupling the characteristics of the sweeping jet actuator and conducting numerical analysis of the flow control effect, it will promote its better engineering application in the field of flow control. .展开更多

文摘Enhancing host immunity is an effective way to reduce morbidity in chickens.Heterophil to lymphocyte ratio(H/L)is associated with host disease resistance in birds.Chickens with different H/L levels show different disease resistances. However, the utility of the H/L as an indicator of immune function needs to be further analyzed. In this study,a H/L directional breeding chicken line(Jingxing yellow chicken)was constructed, which has been bred for 12 generations. We compared the function of heterophils, and combined statistical analysis to explore the candidate genes and pathways related to H/L.The oxidative burst function of the heterophils isolated from the H/L selection line(G12)was increased(P=0.044)compared to the non-selection line(NS).The 22.44 Mb genomic regions which annotated 300 protein-coding genes were selected in the genome of G9(n=92)compared to NS(n=92)based on a genome-wide selective sweep.Several selective regions were identified containing genes like interferon induced with helicase C domain 1(IFIH1)and moesin(MSN)associated with the intracellular receptor signaling pathway,C–C motif chemokine receptor 6(CCR6),dipeptidyl peptidase 4(DPP4)and hemolytic complement(HC)associated with the negative regulation of leukocyte chemotaxis and tight junction protein 1(TJP1)associated with actin cytoskeleton organization. In addition,45 genome-wide significant indels containing 29 protein-coding genes were also identified as associated with the H/L based on genome-wide association study(GWAS).The expression of protein tyrosine phosphatase non-receptor type 5(PTPN5)(r=0.75,P=0.033)and oxysterol binding protein like 5(OSBPL5)(r=0.89,P=0.0027)were positively correlated with H/L.Compared to the high H/L group, the expressions of PTPN5 and OSBPL5 were decreased(P<0.05)in the low H/L group of Beijing you chicken. The A/A allelic frequency of indel 5_13108985(P=3.85E–06)within OSBPL5 gradually increased from the NS to G5 and G9,and the individuals with A/A exhibited lower H/L than individuals with heterozygote A/ATCT(P=4.28E–04)and homozygous ATCT/ATCT(P=3.40E–05).Above results indicated oxidative burst function of heterophils were enhanced, and 22.44 Mb genomic regions were selected with the directional selection of H/L.In addition,PTPN5 and OSBPL5 genes were identified as H/L-related candidate genes. These findings revealed the complex genetic mechanism of H/L related to immunity and will allow selection for improving chicken immunity based on the H/L.

文摘Background Sharply increased beef consumption is propelling the genetic improvement projects of beef cattle in China.Three-dimensional genome structure is confirmed to be an important layer of transcription regulation.Although genome-wide interaction data of several livestock species have already been produced, the genome structure states and its regulatory rules in cattle muscle are still limited. Results Here we present the first 3D genome data in Longissimus dorsi muscle of fetal and adult cattle(Bos taurus). We showed that compartments, topologically associating domains(TADs),and loop undergo re-organization and the structure dynamics were consistent with transcriptomic divergence during muscle development.Furthermore,we annotated cis-regulatory elements in cattle genome during myogenesis and demonstrated the enrichments of promoter and enhancer in selection sweeps. We further validated the regulatory function of one HMGA2 intronic enhancer near a strong sweep region on primary bovine myoblast proliferation. Conclusions Our data provide key insights of the regulatory function of high order chromatin structure and cattle myogenic biology, which will benefit the progress of genetic improvement of beef cattle.
文摘The 60-meter band range is tremendously useful in telecommunication, military and governmental applications. The I.T.U.(International Telecommunication Union)required isolationism to former radio frequency services because the various frequency bands are extremely overloaded. The allocation of new frequency bands are a lengthy procedure as well as time taking. As a result, the researchers use bidirectional, amateur radio frequency communication for 60-meter band, usually the frequency slot of 5250-5450 KHz,although the entire band is not essentially obtainable for all countries. For transmission and reception of these frequencies,a local oscillator is used in the mixer unit to generate the local signal for mixing the input and reference signals. For this function different type of oscillators are used.In this paper,a three-stage ring oscillator is designed with 1 V supply.Ring oscillators(RO)is the base to explore like to identifying, specify with modelling resources in the disparity in behaviour of the circuit in terms of industrialized design and layout parameters. This type of oscillators are free from noise as inductor is not used to the circuit as in LC oscillator,Heartly oscillator,Colpitt and tuned oscillators. The present approach of circuit designing, the scaling of CMOS(Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor)transistor will moderate, the procedure variability. In the forthcoming article,a ring oscillator with fixed capacitor(1 pF)and with variable capacitors(1 to 100 pF)is analysed. The frequency analysis with different capacitor is performed. The total delay of 3-stage oscillator is 4.82 ns with 5.2 MHz oscillation frequency. The overall Power dissipation of the circuit is 1.852μWat 1 V supply. The simulation analysis is performed on 45 nm CMOS technology with both transistor width are 278 and 420 nm.

文摘Fixed-point fast sweeping WENO methods are a class of efficient high-order numerical methods to solve steady-state solutions of hyperbolic partial differential equations(PDEs).The Gauss-Seidel iterations and alternating sweeping strategy are used to cover characteristics of hyperbolic PDEs in each sweeping order to achieve fast convergence rate to steady-state solutions.A nice property of fixed-point fast sweeping WENO methods which distinguishes them from other fast sweeping methods is that they are explicit and do not require inverse operation of nonlinear local systems.Hence, they are easy to be applied to a general hyperbolic system. To deal with the difficulties associated with numerical boundary treatment when high-order finite difference methods on a Cartesian mesh are used to solve hyperbolic PDEs on complex domains, inverse Lax-Wendroff(ILW)procedures were developed as a very effective approach in the literature. In this paper,we combine a fifthorder fixed-point fast sweeping WENO method with an ILW procedure to solve steadystate solution of hyperbolic conservation laws on complex computing regions.Numerical experiments are performed to test the method in solving various problems including the cases with the physical boundary not aligned with the grids.Numerical results show highorder accuracy and good performance of the method.Furthermore, the method is compared with the popular third-order total variation diminishing Runge-Kutta(TVD-RK3)time-marching method for steady-state computations.Numerical examples show that for most of examples, the fixed-point fast sweeping method saves more than half CPU time costs than TVD-RK3 to converge to steady-state solutions.
文摘As an active flow control technology and with the advantages of no moving components, the Sweeping jet actuator has become a hotspot in the field of flow control. By decoupling the characteristics of the sweeping jet actuator and conducting numerical analysis of the flow control effect, it will promote its better engineering application in the field of flow control. .
