The effects of pH, total ammonia concentration, extractant concentration, anion species and temperature on zinc extraction were examined. The synergistic mechanism was discussed with regard to the structure of extractant and the extracted zinc complexes. It is found that the increase of total ammonia concentration and pH inhibits zinc extraction for all extraction systems due to the formation of zinc ammine complexes in aqueous phase. This effect of HA with CYANEX923 is evidently smaller than that of HA with LIX84I or HA alone system. Effect of anion species on the zinc extraction by HA with CYANEX923 can be neglected, but this effect of HA alone and the mixture of HA with LIX84I decreases in the order of (NH4)2SO4 〉 NH4NO3 〉 NH4Cl.展开更多

A survey of the synergistic mixture containing dinonylnaphthalene sulfonic acid (HDNNS) and 2-ethylhexly 4-pyridinecarboxylate ester (4PC) for the extraction of cobalt from acidic single metal sulfate solution was carried out to suggest how the physicochemical properties and the morphology of the reverse micelles in the loaded organic phase affect the phase separation. The results show that effective parameters affecting the phase separation are the viscosity and the excess water uptake of the loaded organic phase. It is obvious that the specific settling rate (SSR) decreases with the apparent increase of these two parameters. The measurement of small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) proves that the morphology of the reversed micelles in the loaded organic phase changes evidently with the change of the specific settling rate (SSR).展开更多

To carry out this study, a variation of <em>β</em>-diketone concentrations was used, keeping the concentration of tri-octyl phosphine oxide (TOPO) continuous at 0.05 M. The ratio of organic phase to the aqueous phase (O/A) was also studied. The %E and SF were analyzed and compared in the 1,1,1-trifluoro-2, 4-pentanedione (TFA) with TOPO, and 1,1,1,5,5,5-Hexafluoro-2,4-pentanedione (HFAc) with TOPO in Ionic Liquid (IL) and Kerosene. The one-stage extraction efficiency in IL of La(III) and Ce(III) complexes was 42.13% and 77.48% for the TFA-TOPO system and La(III) and Ce(III) complexes were 94.33% and 97.67% for the HFAc-TOPO system. While the SF between Ce(III) and La(III) complexes was 4.91 for TFA-TOPO and 2.64 for HFAc-TOPO. On the other hand, the one-stage extraction efficiency in Kerosene of La(III) and Ce(III) complexes was 27.57% and 63.70% in the TFA-TOPO system. The one-stage extraction efficiency of La(III) and Ce(III) complexes were 99.87% and 99.73% for the HFAc-TOPO system in Kerosene while the SF between Ce(III) and La(III) complexes was 4.62 for TFA-TOPO and 0.49 for HFAc-TOPO. The main conclusion was that using two extractants (<em>β</em>-diketone and TOPO) produced a synergistic effect improving the extraction capacity and SF of La(III) and Ce(III) complexes for both systems in IL and Kerosene.展开更多

文摘The paraffin wax was used as an organic solvent for 1 phenyl 3 methyl 4 benzoyl 5 pyrazolone (PMBP) and trioctylphousphine oxide (TOPO) in the extraction of rare earth ions (La 3+ , Pr 3+ , Eu 3+ , Yb 3+ and Ho 3+ ) at 70℃. The composition of the extracted specices were given as RE(PMBP) 3(TOPO) 2 by means of slope analysis. The variation of the synergistic extraction equilibrium constant ( K sex ) was studied at 55℃~70℃. The thermodynamic data obtained showed that the synergistic extraction of rare earth ions by PMBP and TOPO in molten paraffin wax is exothermic and the extracted complexes were formed by TOPO bonding to the outer sphere hydration.

文摘Lotus(Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn),a kind of perennial aquatic plant,is widely cultivated and consumed by people in Asian countries.Lotus plumule flavonoids(LPF)have been recognized as a hypoglycemic agent.LPF was optimally obtained using novel ultrasonic-microwave assisted synergistic extraction(UMSE)method by response surface methodology(RSM)on the basis of the results of single-factor experiments.Furthermore, the hypoglycemic activity of LPF was investigated by measuring the body weight, fasting blood glucose(FBG)level, and oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT)and analyzing the physiological indexes in streptozotocin-diabetic mice model. The optimum extraction conditions consisted of microwave power 355 W,ultrasonic power 423 W,extraction time 15 min,solid-liquid ratio 1:40,ultrasound/interval time 1/0,and ethanol concentration 70%with the maximum LPF yield of 2.62%.LPF supplementation significantly decreased the body weight,FBG,OGTT,serum total cholesterol(TC),serum total triglycerides(TG),and insulin levels, indicating the antidiabetic activity of LPF.This research verified that the UMSE technique was highly efficient to extract LPF to the maximum extent and the flavonoids from L.plumule exhibited hypoglycemic activity, which showed broad development and application prospects.
文摘The extraction of Yb3+ by HA [1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-(α-furoyl)-5-pyrazolone] and by HA in combination with a neutral extractant B in toluene have been studied, where B represents n-butyloctyl sulfoxide (BOSO), n-pentylhexyl sulfoxide (PHSO), ethyl-n-dodecyl sulfoxide (EDSO), diphenyl sulfoxide (DPSO) or TBP. The composition of the synergistic extraction complexes have been shown to be YbA3·B and their extraction equilibrium constants have been determined separately.

文摘Phase separation rate is a critical character in determining the usefulness of a solvent extraction system in hydrometallurgy. The measurement of small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) proves that the morphology of the reversed micelles in the loaded organic phase changes evidently with the change of the specific settling rate (SSR).
文摘In this work, an experimental study was carried out to find the best-operating conditions for the study of the extraction percentage (%E) and the separation factor (SF) of La(III) and Ce(III) complexes. The main conclusion was that using two extractants (<em>β</em>-diketone and TOPO) produced a synergistic effect improving the extraction capacity and SF of La(III) and Ce(III) complexes for both systems in IL and Kerosene.

文摘The gadolinium extraction by the mixtures of p-phosphorylated calixarene and 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-benzoylpyrazalone-5 from nitrate medium was studied, which indicated an obvious synergistic effect between these two extractants. The extractants exhibit no interaction with each other before the metal extraction.Gadolinium(Ⅲ)was extracted by the species of Ln(PMBP)_(2)L_(2)(NO_(3))instead of Ln(PMBP)_(3)•(HPMBP)or Ln(NO_(3))_(3)•2L which are extracted by HPMBP or L alone.Thermodynamic functions(ΔG,ΔH,ΔS)were calculated. The extraction of other rare earths was also investigated and compared.Possible single rare earth separation was discussed.

文摘In this study, spent WO_(3)/V_(2)O_(5)-TiO_(2) catalysts used for selective catalytic reduction were treated by a hydrometallurgical process to comprehensively recover valuable metallic elements, such as W,V,and Ti.Al and Si impurities were preferentially removed by selective micro wave-assisted alkali leaching.W and V were leached by enhanced high-pressure leaching with efficiencies estimated at 95% and 81%.The leaching of W and V followed the nuclear shrinkage model controlled by the combination of product layer diffusion and interfacial chemical reaction.A synergistic extraction was applied to separate W and V using an extractant mixture of di-(2-ethylhexyl)phosphoric acid P204 and the primary amine N1923.The extraction efficiencies of V and W reached 86.5% and 6.3%,respectively,with a separation coefficient(V/W) of 95.30.The product was precipitated after extraction to yield ammonium paratung state(APT) and NH_(4)VO_(3).The TiO_(2)catalyst carrier residue meets commercial specifications for reuse. This comprehensive recovery process with the characteristics of high-pressure leaching and synergistic extraction realizes the resourceful utilization of the spent catalysts.

文摘Aqueous Zn-ion batteries(AZIBs)are one of the promising battery technologies for the green energy storage and electric vehicles. As one attractive cathode material for AZIBs,α-MnO2 materials exhibit superior electrochemical properties. However, their long-term reversibility is still in great suspense.Considering the decisive effect of the structure and morphology on theα-MnO2 materials,hierarchicalα-MnO2 materials would be promising to improve the cycle performance of AZIB.Here,we synthesized theα-MnO2 urchin-like microspheres(AUM)via a self-assembled method. The porous microspheres composed of one-dimensionalα-MnO2 nanofibers with high crystallinity, which improved the surface area and active sites for Zn2+intercalation.The AUM-based AZIB realized a high initial capacity of 308.0 mA hg-1,and the highest energy density was 396.7 W hkg-1.The kinetics investigation confirmed the high capacitive contribution and fast ion diffusion of the AUM.Ex-situ XRD measurement further verified the synergistic insertion/extraction of H+and Zn2+ions during the charge/discharge process. The superiority of the AUM guaranteed good electrochemical performance and reversible phase evolution, and this application would promote the follow-up research on the advanced AZIB.
