The appli- cation of silver nanowires such as transparent conductive film electrode, conductive silver adhesive and nanowelding technology was introduced herein. Principles and charac- teristics of different synthesizing methods of silver nano- wires were reviewed in this paper, including template method, liquid polyol method, self-assembly method, ultrasonic reduction method and wet chemical method.
