Intelligent Evidence-Based Management for Data Collection and Decision-Making Using Algorithmic Randomness and Active Learning

We describe here a comprehensive framework for intelligent information management (IIM) of data collection and decision-making actions for reliable and robust event processing and recognition. This is driven by algorithmic information theory (AIT), in general, and algorithmic randomness and Kolmogorov complexity (KC), in particular. The processing and recognition tasks addressed include data discrimination and multilayer open set data categorization, change detection, data aggregation, clustering and data segmentation, data selection and link analysis, data cleaning and data revision, and prediction and identification of critical states. The unifying theme throughout the paper is that of “compression entails comprehension”, which is realized using the interrelated concepts of randomness vs. regularity and Kolmogorov complexity. The constructive and all encompassing active learning (AL) methodology, which mediates and supports the above theme, is context-driven and takes advantage of statistical learning, in general, and semi-supervised learning and transduction, in particular. Active learning employs explore and exploit actions characteristic of closed-loop control for evidence accumulation in order to revise its prediction models and to reduce uncertainty. The set-based similarity scores, driven by algorithmic randomness and Kolmogorov complexity, employ strangeness / typicality and p-values. We propose the application of the IIM framework to critical states prediction for complex physical systems;in particular, the prediction of cyclone genesis and intensification.

Net-Based Task Management System

In net-based collaborative design environment, design resources become more and more varied and complex. Besides common information management systems, design resources can be organized in connection with design activities. A set of activities and resources linked by logic relations can form a task. A task has at least one objective and can be broken down into smaller ones. So a design project can be separated into many subtasks forming a hierarchical structure. Task Management System (TMS) is designed to break down these tasks and assign certain resources to its related task nodes. As a result of decomposition, all design resources and activities could be managed via this system. Based on this idea, we realized a TMS which manages collaborative resources in web environment.

基于BIMBase技术的GIM模型数据轻量化方法研究

近年来,基于电网信息模型(grid information model,GIM)的信息管理研究增多,研究人员需要在地区或场地层面有效地可视化GIM模型对象,并对模型数据进行应用和管理,但GIM模型具有跨度大、精细度高的特点,计算机在可视化和应用GIM模型时容易遇到性能瓶颈。为此,文章基于BIMBase技术提出一种轻量化GIM数据的方法,首先对GIM文件进行解析,并对参数化几何进行网格化处理;然后通过顶点属性保持的合并算法去除网格中的冗余数据;最后设计数据存储结构,将几何、材质和属性解耦存储。GIM模型数据轻量化完成后,对顶点合并、模型加载和解析性能进行比较,均取得了较好效果。

Developing Dependability Requirements Engineering for Secure and Safe Information Systems with Knowledge Acquisition for Automated Specification

Our dependability on software in every aspect of our lives has exceeded the level that was expected in the past. We have now reached a point where we are currently stuck with technology, and it made life much easier than before. The rapid increase of technology adoption in the different aspects of life has made technology affordable and has led to an even stronger adoption in the society. As technology advances, almost every kind of technology is now connected to the network like infrastructure, automobiles, airplanes, chemical factories, power stations, and many other systems that are business and mission critical. Because of our high dependency on technology in most, if not all, aspects of life, a system failure is considered to be very critical and might result in harming the surrounding environment or put human life at risk. We apply our conceptual framework to integration between security and safety by creating a SaS (Safety and Security) domain model. Furthermore, it demonstrates that it is possible to use goal-oriented KAOS (Knowledge Acquisition in automated Specification) language in threat and hazard analysis to cover both safety and security domains making their outputs, or artifacts, well-structured and comprehensive, which results in dependability due to the comprehensiveness of the analysis. The conceptual framework can thereby act as an interface for active interactions in risk and hazard management in terms of universal coverage, finding solutions for differences and contradictions which can be overcome by integrating the safety and security domains and using a unified system analysis technique (KAOS) that will result in analysis centrality. For validation we chose the Systems-Theoretic Accident Model and Processes (STAMP) approach and its modelling language, namely System-Theoretic Process Analysis for safety (STPA), on the safety side and System-Theoretic Process Analysis for Security (STPA-sec) on the security side in order to be the base of the experiment in comparison to what was done in SaS. The concepts of SaS domain model were applied on STAMP approach using the same example @RemoteSurgery.

Managing Value-Based Activity Flexibility on Integrated ERP

On the background of integrated ERP development, activity-value-flexibility management (AVFM) is defined. By using economic-value-added (EVA) and corporate value creation as the objective of AVFM, custom value deviating rate, capital cost deviating rate, cash-flow-out per purchase deviating rate and cash-flow-in per sell deviating rate are developed to be the key responding variates for AVFM, and they also decide the rational quantity range for AVFM tactics. Method for rational AVFM tactics solution could be got by means of redesigning activity information process on integrated ERP.

From institutional merger integration to institutional strategic transformation:A case study of the strategic management paradigm at Shanghai Library

This article attempts to apply the strategic management theory to the subsequent shaping up of a readjusted strategic development policy for Shanghai Library after its merger with the Institute of Scientific and Technological Information of Shanghai(ISTIS)in 1995.It also tries to analyze and explicate such an empirical implementation of institutional reintegration process through strategic management at Shanghai Metropolitan Library.By doing so,it aims to present an objective case study of activities based on the strategic management paradigm at a major Chinese metropolitan public library.

146家医疗机构超说明书用药管理现状调查

目的:了解146家医疗机构超说明书用药的管理现状,为提高超说明书用药管理水平提供参考。方法:通过发放问卷,调查146家医疗机构超说明书用药管理情况,其中三级医院104家,二级医院42家,对基本情况、管理现状、存在的问题、成功经验等方面进行统计分析。结果:146家医疗机构均存在不同程度的超说明书用药,其中125家(占85.62%)开展了超说明书用药管理,管理措施包括建立管理制度(125/125,占100.00%)、制定超说明书用药目录(106/125,占84.80%)、使用过程合理性监管(112/125,占89.60%)等。97.26%(142名)的被调查者认为充分的循证依据是超说明书用药的前提,所在医疗机构超说明书用药证据充分的比例“约50%”的占33.56%(49家),“基本都有”占34.25%(50家),“少数有”占30.14%(44家)。超说明书用药管理面临医师不配合/不重视、不按照规定流程使用(116/146,占79.45%),超说明书现象普遍、难以全面管理(73/146,占50.00%)等问题。超说明书用药管理可采取多部门合作、明确职责,根据循证级别或风险程度分级管理以及引入信息化管理等手段。结论:超说明书现象普遍存在,医疗机构开展超说明书用药管理有一定成效,也面临着困难,应推广成功经验,提升医疗机构超说明书用药管理水平,规范超说明书用药行为。

重症患者失禁性皮炎预防管理的研究进展

阐述了重症患者失禁性皮炎的危险因素及预防管理措施。除一般危险因素外,危重疾病本身也是失禁性皮炎发展的风险因素。重症患者失禁性皮炎的预防管理主要包括基于信息化平台构建失禁性皮炎预防管理系统,基于循证制定预防管理干预措施,以及借助新型敷料与药物实现多元化皮肤干预。提出重症患者失禁性皮炎的预防管理较为复杂,需要临床护理人员进行持续深入探索。

Telematics as a Transformative Agent for the Zimbabwean Auto Insurance Ecosystem

Zimbabwe has witnessed the evolution of Information Communication Technology (ICT). The vehicle population soared to above 1.2 million hence rendering the Transport and Insurance domains complex. Therefore, there is a need to look at ways that can augment conventional Vehicular Management Information Systems (VMIS) in transforming business processes through Telematics. This paper aims to contextualise the role that telematics can play in transforming the Insurance Ecosystem in Zimbabwe. The main objective was to investigate the integration of Usage-Based Insurance (UBI) with vehicle tracking solutions provided by technology companies like Econet Wireless in Zimbabwe, aiming to align customer billing with individual risk profiles and enhance the synergy between technology and insurance service providers in the motor insurance ecosystem. A triangulation through structured interviews, questionnaires, and literature review, supported by Information Systems Analysis and Design techniques was conducted. The study adopted a case study approach, qualitatively analyzing the complexities of the Telematics insurance ecosystem in Zimbabwe, informed by the TOGAF framework. A case-study approach was applied to derive themes whilst applying within and cross-case analysis. Data was collected using questionnaires, and interviews. The findings of the research clearly show the importance of Telematics in modern-day insurance and the positive relationship between technology and insurance business performance. The study, therefore revealed how UBI can incentivize positive driver behavior, potentially reducing insurance premiums for safe drivers and lowering the incidence of claims against insurance companies. Future work can be done on studying the role of Telematics in combating highway crime and corruption.

针对于铁路建设过程中出现监理工作标准化管理不到位、参建人员素质参差不齐、管理人员质量与安全意识淡薄、问题整改重视程度不足等问题,研发了一种基于问题导向的工程监理信息化管理系统,通过系统对于监理单位督促履职、对标检查、强化闭合、考试练习、辅助监理等功能提高了监理单位的管理水平与专业技能,从而为铁路工程建设的质量与安全提供有力的保障,并通过在莱荣、潍烟两个高铁项目建设上的实际应用验证其效果。

信息化管理平台的延续性护理对产后盆底功能障碍患者的肌收缩力影响

目的:探讨基于信息化管理平台的延续性护理对产后盆底功能障碍性疾病(PFD)患者肌收缩力的影响。方法:选择2020年1月-2022年12月在本院接受治疗的产后PFD患者115例,用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组各57例。两组均给予产后盆底康复训练,对照组给予术后常规产后护理,观察组给予基于信息化管理平台的延续性护理。比较两组3个月后临床疗效、盆底肌收缩力、盆底肌疲劳值、盆底障碍影响问卷7(PFIQ-7)、盆底障碍功能调查表(PFDI-20)评分及产后并发症发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(87.9%)高于对照组(71.9%),肌收缩力(263.71±3.58 g/cm^(2))、肌电位(15.35±2.34μV)、静态张力(184.58±36.47 g/cm^(2))及动态张力(242.25±45.23 g/cm^(2))均高于对照组(224.52±46.69 g/cm^(2)、13.88±2.38μV、143.52±37.96 g/cm^(2)、214.58±50.17 g/cm^(2)),I类肌纤维(3.30±0.34%/s)、II类肌纤维疲劳值(3.12±0.31%/s)均低于对照组(3.98±0.65%/s、4.05±0.41%/s),PFIQ-7(12.14±3.24分)、PFDI-20评分(9.14±2.23分)均低于对照组(16.65±3.25分、12.42±4.30分),治疗期间盆底并发症总发生率(5.2%)低于对照组(17.5%)(均P<0.05)。结论:在PFD患者基于信息化管理平台的延续性护理效果较好,可有效改善患者肌收缩力水平,提高生活质量。

信息化肠内营养耐受性动态管理干预在急诊重症监护室患者中的应用效果

目的:探讨信息化肠内营养耐受性动态管理干预在急诊重症监护室患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年12月-2023年2月金乡县人民医院急诊重症监护室收治的危重症患者78例作为研究对象,经随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各39例。对照组实施常规肠内营养,试验组在对照组基础上实施信息化肠内营养耐受性动态管理干预。比较两组喂养不耐受、喂养中断、喂养达标发生率以及营养指标。结果:试验组喂养不耐受率、喂养中断率低于对照组,喂养达标率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组血红蛋白、血清白蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组血红蛋白、血清白蛋白水平高于干预前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:信息化肠内营养耐受性动态管理干预在急诊重症监护室患者中的应用效果较好,能够提高喂养达标率,降低喂养不耐受发生率、喂养中断发生率,同时还能够改善患者的营养状况。
