At present, however, its etiologies and risk factors are unknown. Transmembrane α-amino-3-hydroxy-5-methyl-4-isoxazolepropionicacid(AMPA) receptor regulatory protein γ-8(TARP γ-8,also known as calcium voltage-gated channel auxiliary subunit gamma 8(CACNG8)) is an auxiliary AMPA receptor(AMPAR) subunit. Here, we report an association between TARP γ-8 and ADHD,whereby adolescent TARP γ-8 knockout(KO) mice exhibitedADHD-likebehaviors,including hyperactivity, impulsivity, anxiety, impaired cognition,and memory deficits. Human single-nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) analysis also revealed strong associations between intronic alleles in CACNG8genes and ADHD susceptibility. In addition,synaptosomal proteomic analysis revealed dysfunction of the AMPA glutamate receptor complex in the hippocampi of TARP γ-8 KO mice.Proteomic analysis also revealed dysregulation of dopaminergic and glutamatergic transmissions in the prefrontal cortices of TARP γ-8 KO mice.Methylphenidate(MPH), which is commonly used to treat ADHD, significantly rescued the major behavioral deficits and abnormal synaptosomal proteins in TARP γ-8 KO mice. Notably, MPH significantly reversed the up-regulation of Grik2 and Slc6a3 in the prefrontal cortex. MPH also significantly improved synaptic AMPAR complex function by up-regulating other AMPAR auxiliary proteins in hippocampal synaptosomes. Taken together, our results suggest that TARP γ-8 is involved in the development of ADHD in humans.This study provides a useful alternative animal model with ADHD-like phenotypes related to TARP γ-8deficiency, which has great potential for the development of new therapies.展开更多
目的探讨经口寰枢椎复位钢板(TARP)内固定术后椎前软组织(PVST)肿胀的特征及临床意义。方法回顾性分析施行TARP内固定术(TARP内固定组)、C3/4前路减压椎体内固定手术(C3/4减压组)及C5/6前路减压椎体内固定手术(C5/6减压组)3组患者的临...目的探讨经口寰枢椎复位钢板(TARP)内固定术后椎前软组织(PVST)肿胀的特征及临床意义。方法回顾性分析施行TARP内固定术(TARP内固定组)、C3/4前路减压椎体内固定手术(C3/4减压组)及C5/6前路减压椎体内固定手术(C5/6减压组)3组患者的临床资料,每组32例。记录患者性别、年龄、身高、体质量、病因、美国脊髓损伤协会(ASIA)分级、手术前后白细胞(WBC)及白蛋白(ALB)、手术时间、术中出血量、补液量、拔管时间,记录术后再插管和吞咽困难例数。测量患者术前及术后3 d C2~C43个节段的PVST厚度。结果与C3/4减压组、C5/6减压组比较,TARP内固定组患者以女性居多、均由疾病所致、平均身高较矮、ASIA D级占比多、手术时间长、拔管延迟、术后WBC显著较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而3组患者年龄、体质量、术中出血量及补液量、手术前后ALB水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3组患者均未出现术后再插管及吞咽困难。术前3组患者PVST厚度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后3 d 3组患者C2~C43个节段的PVST厚度均显著大于术前(P<0.05),且TARP内固定组C2~C43个节段的PVST厚度增幅显著大于C3/4减压组、C5/6减压组(P<0.05),增幅为后2组的1.29~2.5倍。结论TARP内固定术后3 d C2~C43个节段的PVST仍呈现明显肿胀,厚度显著大于C3/4及C5/6前路减压椎体内固定手术患者,术后需加强气道管理,严格掌握拔管指征,严防PVST肿胀导致的气道梗阻和吞咽困难等并发症。展开更多

MTFs achi...In this article, the approach of simulating ideal tarp scene was proposed to determine the MTF for CCD camera on CBERS-02. The MTF acquired from this technique was compared to those from some common methods. MTFs achieved from different approaches were employed to compensate the CCD images based on three restoration algorithms: the iterative method, the Wiener filter and the modified inverse filter (MIF). The two-dimensional MTF was established with the value at frequency 0.5 for 45° directional MTF as the value at its four corners. This article addressed the variations of the restored CCD images with different techniques of constructing two-dimensional MTF, restoring algorithms and determining the in-flight MTFs. Results showed images restored with the MTF determined from the technique of simulating ideal tarp scene represent the real scene best. And the restoration technique based on the MIF would produce better restored images than the other two techniques. This research also demonstrated that the two-dimensional MTF used for restoration should be interpolated under the control of the MTF for 45° axis, rather than by multiplying the cross-orbit MTF with along-orbit MTF.展开更多
