This article proposes an orderly charging mechanism based on TOU price. To build an orderly charging model by researching TOU price and user price reaction model. This article research the impact of electric vehicle charging on grid load by orderly charging model. The five formulations of optimal demand are developed to solve optimal contract capacity for TOU （time of use） customer. Results indicated that, the CSO algorithm is highly helpful to Taiwan Residents industries on the optimal demand decision. Also the CSO is superior to PSO （particle swarm optimization） in the fast convergence and better performance to find the global best solution in the same iterations.展开更多

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of...In this study, seven alkaloids were detected in Wu-tou decoction using ultra performance liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry （UPLC-MSn）. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus, Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus, Pinelliae Rhizoma in different ratios with Wu-tou decoction （2：1, 1：1, 1：2） by measuring the therapeutic effects in Wu-tou decoction of main seven alkaloids including benzoylaconitine （BA）, benzoylmesaconitine （BM）, benzoylhypaconitine （BH）, hypaconitine （HA）, fuziline （FU）, niaolin （NE） and deoxyaconitine （DA）. The permeability of aconitum alkaloids extract through a Caco-2 cell monolayer was analyzed in the absence and presence of Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus, Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus, and Pinelliae Rhizoma, respectively. The results showed that Pinelliae Rhizoma could reduce the absorption of the alkaloids and increase the excretion of the alkaloids, which would attenuate the therapeutic effects of Wu-tou decoction. Therefore, Pinelliae Rhizoma is an incompatible herb of Wu-tou decoction because of the inhibition of the absorption of alkaloids in the intestine. And that Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus and Fritillariae rhunbergii Bulbus showed the effects to improve the permeability of the alkaloids in Wu-tou decoction. These effects of these two herbs were similar, but the former was stronger than the latter, which most likely is due to the fact that the compositions of these two traditional Chinese medicines are similar. The in vitro data suggests that the compounds such as fritillary presented in alkaloids in the formula maybe improve the therapeutic function caused by the increased bioavailability of alkaloids in intestine.展开更多

In this research,novel epidemic models based on fractional calculus are developed by utilizing the Caputo and Atangana-Baleanu(AB)derivatives.These models integrate vaccination effects,additional safety measures,home ...In this research,novel epidemic models based on fractional calculus are developed by utilizing the Caputo and Atangana-Baleanu(AB)derivatives.These models integrate vaccination effects,additional safety measures,home and hospital isolation,and treatment options.Fractional models are particularly significant as they provide a more comprehensive understanding of epidemic diseases and can account for non-locality and memory effects.Equilibrium points of the model are calculated,including the disease-free and endemic equilibrium points,and the basic reproduction number R0 is computed using the next-generation matrix approach.Results indicate that the epidemic becomes endemic when R0 is greater than unity,and it goes extinct when it is less than unity.The positiveness and boundedness of the solutions of model are verified.The Routh-Hurwitz technique is utilized to analyze the local stability of equilibrium points.The Lyapunov function and the LaSalle’s principle are used to demonstrate the global stability of equilibrium points.Numerical schemes are proposed,and their validity is established by comparing them to the fourth-order Runge-Kutta(RK4)method.Numerical simulations are performed using the Adams-Bashforth-Moulton predictor-corrector algorithm for the Caputo time-fractional derivative and the Toufik-Atangana numerical technique for the AB time-fractional derivative.The study looks at how the quarantine policy affected different human population groups.On the basis of these findings,a strict quarantine policy voluntarily implemented by an informed human population can help reduce the pandemic’s spread.Additionally,vaccination efforts become a crucial tool in the fight against diseases.We can greatly lower the number of susceptible people and develop a shield of immunity in the population by guaranteeing common access to vaccinations and boosting vaccination awareness.Moreover,the graphical representations of the fractional models are also developed.展开更多
