A total of 299 samples were obtained about agricultural biological resources related to production and living of Hani People. According to purpose of utilization, samples were divided into grain crops, medicinal plants, vegetables, fruit trees, and oil crops, taking up 48. 2%,21. 7%,18. 4%,7. 7%,and 2. 0% of the samples respectively. The survey indicated that planting industry and breeding industry take up the dominant role in rural social economy of Hani People,so agricultural biological resources are the fundamental means of production maintaining rural social development of Hani People. The current situation of agricultural biological resources of Hani People in Yunnan, reasons for growth and decline were analyzed, and the utilization, protection and development of agricultural biological resources were discussed.展开更多

Methods The L. dumoffii strain Tex-KL was mutated using the Tn903 derivative, Tn903 d IIlac Z. After screening 799 transposon insertion mutants, we isolated one defective mutant. We then constructed the gene-disrupted mutant, KL16, and studied its invasion of and intracellular growth in He La and A549 cells, and in A/J mice survival experiments. The structure of traC-traD operon was analyzed by RT-PCR. Results The transposon insertion was in a gene homologous to Salmonella typhi tra C, which is required for the assembly of F pilin into the mature F pilus structure and for conjugal DNA transmission. Results from RT-PCR suggested that the traC-traD region formed an operon. We found that when the tra C gene was disrupted, invasion and intracellular growth of L. dumoffii Tex-KL were impaired in human epithelial cells. When mice were infected by intranasal inoculation with a tra C deficient mutant, their survival significantly increased when compared to mice infected with the wild-type strain. Conclusion Our results indicated that the traC-traD operon is required for the invasion and intracellular growth abilities of L. dumoffii Tex-KL in epithelial cells.展开更多

Building upon a trade model with multiproduct firms, we discover that the effect of trade agreement depth on export diversification is multifaceted, depending on the relative magnitude of the “market expansion effect” and the “competition intensification effect.” Through empirical analysis of China's exports to 132 countries (or regions) from 2000 to 2015, we find that the deepening of trade agreements affected China's export diversification negatively. This negative correlation was predominantly due to the similarity in comparative advantages between China and its trade partners, leading to the “competition intensification effect” overshadowing the “market expansion effect.” We also note that “natural” agreements, when deepened, were more likely to affect China's export diversification adversely than their “non-natural” counterparts. Moreover, as export diversification increased, the marginal impact of deepening trade agreements exhibited an inverted U-shaped trajectory.展开更多
