With the promotion of digital currency,how to effectively solve the authenticity,privacy and usability of digital currency issuance has been a key problem.Redactable signature scheme(RSS)can provide the verification o...With the promotion of digital currency,how to effectively solve the authenticity,privacy and usability of digital currency issuance has been a key problem.Redactable signature scheme(RSS)can provide the verification of the integrity and source of the generated sub-documents and solve the privacy problem in digital currency by removing blocks from the signed documents.Unfortunately,it has not realized the consolidation of signed documents,which can not solve the problem of merging two digital currencies.Now,we introduce the concept of weight based on the threshold secret sharing scheme(TSSS)and present a redactable signature scheme with merge algorithm(RSS-MA)using the quasi-commutative accumulator.Our scheme can reduce the communication overhead by utilizing the merge algorithm when transmitting multiple digital currency signatures.Furthermore,this can effectively hide the scale of users’private monetary assets and the number of transactions between users.While meeting the three properties of digital currency issuance,in order to ensure the availability of digital currency after redacting,editors shall not remove the relevant identification information block form digital currency.Finally,our security proof and the analysis of efficiency show that RSS-MA greatly improves the communication and computation efficiency when transmitting multiple signatures.展开更多
To improve the performance of solar energy-driven water generation,two-dimensional(2D)photothermal materials requisite to be optimized by some strategies such as alloying,combination of plasmonic and defect modulation...To improve the performance of solar energy-driven water generation,two-dimensional(2D)photothermal materials requisite to be optimized by some strategies such as alloying,combination of plasmonic and defect modulation.However,the challenges faced in practical utilization are the complex preparation process and insufficient solar spectrum absorption.Herein,we propose a strategy of self-enhancing photothermal performance induced by topological surface states(TSSs).2D WTe_(2)is fabricated on the mixed cellulose ester(MCE)for photothermal device.Compared to the MCE and pure water,WTe_(2)@MCE has an excellent photothermal evaporation rate of 1.09 kg·m^(−2)·h^(−1)upon 1 sun irradiation,promoting 6.1 and 3.1 times,respectively.It can be attributed to the characteristics of 2D Weyl semimetal WTe_(2)with TSSs bringing about high optical absorption capacity,low thermal diffusivity,specific heat capacity,and high carrier density,which are strongly proved by experiments and calculation.More importantly,the contribution of TSSs to the enhancement of optical absorption for efficient solar water generation is revealed by the comparative experiment between 2D WTe_(2)with TSSs and that without TSSs.Furthermore,photothermal conversion mechanism is explored in-depth understanding that the photoexcited electrons recombinate with the holes through nonradiative mode for releasing thermal energy by phonons emission via multiple pathway.This work promotes the application of Weyl semimetal material with TSSs in solar water evaporation.展开更多

Methods: The enrolled p...Objective: To assess the therapeutic effect and adverse reaction of Qufeng Zhidong Recipe (a recipe for dispelling wind to stop abnormal movement) used to treat children with tic disorder (TD). Methods: The enrolled patients were randomized into a TCM group (31 cases) treated with Qufeng Zhidong Recipe and a Western medicine group (30 cases) treated with haloperidol and trihexyphenidyl. Two courses of treatment were observed with 12 weeks as one course. The therapeutic effect and adverse reaction were assessed with Yale Global Tic Severity Scale (YGTSS), Tic Symptom Score Scale (TSSS), TCM Syndrome Score Scale (TCMSSS), Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale (TESS) and laboratory examinations. Results: The total effective rate was 100% in the TCM group and 60% in the Western medicine group with statistical significance in difference (P<0.05). All the scores in the TCM group were better than those in the Western medicine group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Qufeng Zhidong Recipe can obviously relieve the symptoms and signs of TD children without toxic side-effects.展开更多

Full-length cDNAs provide an important resource for gene identification and their precise structural feature determination. It also provides a basis for genomic element definition. As many regulatory elements are around transcription start sites(TSSs), precise localization of TSSs in the genome becomes a critical step for identifying the associated core promoters. Massive parallel snapshot of TSSs at a particular time under a specific experimental condition makes it possible to globally analyze important regulatory elements around TSSs and further construct transcriptional regulatory networks. In this paper, we first reviewed two important full-length cDNA cloning techniques: cap-trapper technique and oligo-capping technique. Then,we introduced deepCAGE, a cap-trapper and deep sequencing-based TSS profiling technique, and its applications in the research of transcriptional regulation.展开更多
