With the development of technology,the tank crew has being gradually decreased, so the research on two-soldier crew tank has become a hotspot. The workload of tank crew under the conditions of informatization is analyzed based on the combat mission of tank and the typical combat scenarios, and the impact of new technologies on workload is evaluated. The crew members in tank can be reduced from three to two, but it is necessary to substantially improve the automation of target search and the reliability of each subsystem and component.展开更多
目的分析坦克实弹射击对乘员心理和生理的影响因素,探讨干预调控措施,为装甲部队战斗力的提升探索新途径。方法利用症状自评量表(Symptom Checklist 90,SCL-90)、中国军人心理健康量表(Chinese Military Men-tal Health Scale,CMMHS)采...目的分析坦克实弹射击对乘员心理和生理的影响因素,探讨干预调控措施,为装甲部队战斗力的提升探索新途径。方法利用症状自评量表(Symptom Checklist 90,SCL-90)、中国军人心理健康量表(Chinese Military Men-tal Health Scale,CMMHS)采集实弹射击前后坦克乘员心理数据,采集血液检测血糖(glucose,GLU)、血乳酸(lacticacid,LA)、急性反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)、丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)、外周血白细胞(white blood cell,WBC)、皮质醇浓度和五羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)等生化指标,利用DS-100A Durasensor生命体征检测仪监测心率(heart rate,HR)、血氧饱和度(oxygen saturation,SaO2)、舒张压等生理指标。干预组采用心理卫生教育、心理咨询、心理行为训练等的综合心理行为训练方法。通过实验验证调控措施的有效性。结果 126名坦克乘员实弹射击前后SCL-90各因子分值除强迫因子外均有统计学差异(P<0.05或P<0.01);生化指标GLU、LA、CRP、MDA、WBC、5-HT水平比较有统计学差异(P<0.01);HR、SaO2、舒张压等比较有统计学差异(P<0.01)。实弹射击后,干预组SCL-90总分及其躯体化、抑郁、偏执和焦虑因子得分均显著低于对照组(P<0.01),CMMHS得分异常率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),血糖明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论坦克实弹射击对乘员心理生理均产生一定影响,对其进行科学干预和调控,可以有效降低不良心理生理反应发生率,进而提高训练效能和战斗力。展开更多
