In this study,we used the modified CRISPR/Cas9 system to produce targeted point mutations in cauliflower.Acetolactate synthase(ALS)and Centromere-specific histone H3 variant(CENH3)genes were selected as the base-editing targets and hypocotyls of cauliflower were used as explants.For ALS gene,a C-to-T conversion in the Pro182 codon(CCT)can alter the encoded amino acid,likely resulting in herbicide resistance,and a C-to-T mutation in the Leu133 codon(CTT)in the CENH3 gene may produce a haploid inducer.Results indicated that the transformation efficiency was 1.8%–4.5%and the mutation efficiencies for the ALS and CENH3 genes were approximately 22%and 87%,respectively.The ALS mutant cauliflower showed strong herbicide resistance,with possible immediate implications for broadleaf weed control in cauliflower fields. 展开更多

An algorithm for detecting moving IR point target in complex background is proposed, which is based on the Reverse Phase Feature of Neighborhood (RPFN) of target in difference between neighbor frame images that two positions of the target in the difference image are near and the gray values of them are close to in absolute value but with inverse sign. Firstly, pairs of points with RPFN are detected in the difference image between neighbor frame images, with which a virtual vector graph is made, and then the moving point target can be detected by the vectors' sequence cumulated in vector graphs. In addition, a theorem for the convergence of detection of target contrail by this algorithm is given and proved so as to afford a solid guarantee for practical applications of the algorithm proposed in this paper. Finally, some simulation results with 1000 frames from 10 typical images in complex background show that moving point targets with SNR not lower than 1.5 can be detected effectively. 展开更多

A space-borne synthetic aperture radar (SAR), a high frequency surface wave radar (HFSWR), and a ship automatic identification system (AIS) are the main remote sensors for vessel monitoring in a wide range. These three sensors have their own advantages and weaknesses, and they can complement each other in some situations. So it would improve the capability of vessel target detection to use multiple sensors including SAR, HFSWR, and A/S to identify non-cooperative vessel targets from the fusion results. During the fusion process of multiple sensors' detection results, point association is one of the key steps, and it can affect the accuracy of the data fusion and the efficiency of a non-cooperative target's recognition. This study investigated the point association analyses of vessel target detection under different conditions: space- borne SAR paired with AIS, as well as HFSWR, paired with AIS, and the characteristics of the SAR and the HFSWR and their capability of vessel target detection. Then a point association method of multiple sensors was proposed. Finally, the thresholds selection of key parameters in the points association (including range threshold, radial velocity threshold, and azimuth threshold) were investigated, and their influences on final association results were analyzed. 展开更多

An iterative approximate 3-D line searching algorithm based upon the geometric representation of lines (for non-maneuvering targets in space) in a 3-D space is derived. The convergency of the algorithm is proved. An analysis is performed of the theoretical detection performance of the algorithm. The statistical experiment results show high effectiveness and computational efficiency of the algorithm in the case of low SNR. The idea may be employed to satisfy the real-time processing requirement of an IR system. 展开更多

Firstly, the SPRT is developed aiming at the heuristic segments formed by correlation analysis. In order to avoid missing detection the threshold is chosen much lower. Secondly, by adding samples and choosing the one most similar to the heuristic segment to make state estimation FSS is implemented. This time we choose a higher threshold. Moreover in preprocessing the compound kernel estimation is designed to depress varying background clutter. Multiple experimental sequences validate that the method is more suitable for the dim targets detection and tracking compared with the scheme choosing the higher intensity pixel in tracking. It not only has perfect detection performance but also can greatly enhance tracking performance. 展开更多

Based on the principle of statistical linear regression, a set of n + 2 sigma points instead of 2n + 1 sigma points used in the unscented Kalman filter (UKF), is constructed to approximate the system state. And filter accuracy is second order. Real-time of modified UKF is improved. In order to describe accurately the maneuvering target, the "current" statistical model is used. And the equation of acceleration error covariance is modified at every sample time of the filter. The modified adaptive UKF is presented for estimating the position, velocity and acceleration of maneuvering target. Monte Carlo simulations show the modified adaptive UKF acquires good performance for tracking position of maneuvering target. The modified adaptive UKF has better computational efficiency than UKF. 展开更多

In this paper we propose a new approach in processing of the Infrared image sequence for moving dim point targets detection built on the transformation of the IR-image sequence into 4-vectors for each frame in the sequence. The results of testing the proposed approach on a set of frames having a simple single pixel target performing a different motion patterns show the validity of the approach for detecting the motion, with simplicity in calculation and low time consumption. 展开更多

针对自动驾驶场景下远距离及遮挡目标识别问题,对PointPillars算法进行了改进。引入了并行的空间注意力和通道注意力机制,增强了目标的位置信息及有用特征通道权重,提高了远距离目标的检测精度。在2D CNN骨干网络中引入了自适应空间特... 针对自动驾驶场景下远距离及遮挡目标识别问题,对PointPillars算法进行了改进。引入了并行的空间注意力和通道注意力机制,增强了目标的位置信息及有用特征通道权重,提高了远距离目标的检测精度。在2D CNN骨干网络中引入了自适应空间特征融合模块,解决了特征拼接的信息丢失问题,提高了遮挡目标的检测精度。基于KITTI数据集在3种不同场景难度下分别对SECOND、PointPillars、改进PointPillars这3种算法进行了定量分析验证,并将改进的PointPillars算法进行可视化分析。定量分析表明,改进PointPillars算法在鸟瞰图模式下目标检测精度最大提升2.75%;在三维模式下目标检测精度最大提升2.93%;在AOS模式下目标检测精度最大提升4.05%,可视化结果表明改进的PointPillars算法能有效检测远距离及遮挡目标。 展开更多

Quantum search for unknown number of target items by hybridizing fixed-point method with trail-and-error method

For the unsorted database quantum search with the unknown fraction λ of target items, there are mainly two kinds of methods, i.e., fixed-point and trail-and-error.(i) In terms of the fixed-point method, Yoder et al. [Phys. Rev. Lett.113 210501(2014)] claimed that the quadratic speedup over classical algorithms has been achieved. However, in this paper, we point out that this is not the case, because the query complexity of Yoder’s algorithm is actually in O(1/λ01/2)rather than O(1/λ1/2), where λ0 is a known lower bound of λ.(ii) In terms of the trail-and-error method, currently the algorithm without randomness has to take more than 1 times queries or iterations than the algorithm with randomly selected parameters. For the above problems, we provide the first hybrid quantum search algorithm based on the fixed-point and trail-and-error methods, where the matched multiphase Grover operations are trialed multiple times and the number of iterations increases exponentially along with the number of trials. The upper bound of expected queries as well as the optimal parameters are derived. Compared with Yoder’s algorithm, the query complexity of our algorithm indeed achieves the optimal scaling in λ for quantum search, which reconfirms the practicality of the fixed-point method. In addition, our algorithm also does not contain randomness, and compared with the existing deterministic algorithm, the query complexity can be reduced by about 1/3. Our work provides a new idea for the research on fixed-point and trial-and-error quantum search. 展开更多

针对三维不规则的点云格式和密度不均匀的问题,提出了一种融合多注意力机制与PointRCNN网络用于三维点云目标检测。本实验主要对PointRCNN两阶段网络分别进行改进,首先,把通道注意力与空间注意力机制串行通过调节输入到第一阶段各网络... 针对三维不规则的点云格式和密度不均匀的问题,提出了一种融合多注意力机制与PointRCNN网络用于三维点云目标检测。本实验主要对PointRCNN两阶段网络分别进行改进,首先,把通道注意力与空间注意力机制串行通过调节输入到第一阶段各网络层的分布,批量归一化进一步快速识别三维特征;其次,引入交叉位置注意力机制到第二阶段网络为了避免交叉路径出现位置偏差,从而进一步精细化三维目标位置以进行特征提取。在KITTI数据集上实验结果表明:相比于PointRCNN检测网络,改进的网络在小汽车和行人测试上平均均值精度(mAP)分别提高了1.2%、1.9%。因此改进的方法在解决了点云格式不规则和密度不均匀问题的同时还保证了检测精度。 展开更多

对海监视中航迹实时关联与轨迹融合任务是安全防控、区域态势监视、远程精确打击等军民应用领域的热点和难点问题,高质量的数据集对推动目标跟踪与融合技术在该领域的研究有重要作用。本研究针对目标跟踪与融合领域技术研究的数据需求... 对海监视中航迹实时关联与轨迹融合任务是安全防控、区域态势监视、远程精确打击等军民应用领域的热点和难点问题,高质量的数据集对推动目标跟踪与融合技术在该领域的研究有重要作用。本研究针对目标跟踪与融合领域技术研究的数据需求以及目前公开数据集所存在的数据缺乏、场景设计针对性差、数据格式单一、数据描述不全等问题,通过仿真软件对复杂场景中多传感器多目标探测数据进行仿真,提供了一套面向典型对海监视场景(以舰船为探测对象的2D雷达与侦察传感器﹝ESM﹞)的目标跟踪与航迹融合数据集。其中仿真软件包括剧情发生器和传感器模拟器两部分,是一套成熟的目标跟踪场景仿真环境,提供逼真的探测数据模拟能力。本数据集涵盖的传感器对象包括2D雷达与侦察传感器,目标包括典型的海上舰船类别,并支持携带辐射源配置,设计了高速运动、密集交通、多传感器数据融合、特定舰船侦测和交叉定位等多种典型场景。本数据集中共包含368155条目标点迹,舰船数量为101条,时间范围15000秒,数据格式符合实际设备上报情景、探测误差模型符合实际。本数据集通过对数据误差进行正态性检验、对检测率、虚警率的场景检验以及实地调研,完成了对数据的准确性评估与数据完备性控制,可为舰船目标跟踪、轨迹融合等算法研究与验证提供基础数据。 展开更多

At low SNR cases, the distinction between spatial point-target and interferences as decoys is still a very difficult problem. Based on the characteristics that target and interferences as decoys and noise had different radiation intensity and radiation changing frequency, the concept of the equivalent blackbody temperature (EBT) was built and the calculation model of EBT was designed. The model could effectively reduce the interference of the space environment and fully show the radiation differences between point-target and interferences as decoys. It would be very effective in the detection of the target. In order to detect the target, the effective estimator of EBT was designed according to the observed data, and the system error and the variation range of the estimator of EBT were estimated. Finally the multi-frame estimator was designed to improve the estimation stability of EBT, and the use of this estimator would identify the point-target more effectively. 展开更多

Recently there have been researches about new efficient nonlinear filtering techniques in which the nonlinear filters generalize elegantly to nonlinear systems without the burdensome lineafization steps. Thus, truncation errors due to linearization can be compensated. These filters include the unscented Kalman filter (UKF), the central difference filter (CDF) and the divided difference filter (DDF), and they are also called Sigma Point Filters (SPFs) in a unified way. For higher order approximation of the nonlinear function. Ito and Xiong introduced an algorithm called the Gauss Hermite Filter, which is revisited in [5]. The Gauss Hermite Filter gives better approximation at the expense of higher computation burden, although it's less than the particle filter. The Gauss Hermite Filter is used as introduced in [5] with additional pruning step by adding threshold for the weights to reduce the quadrature points. 展开更多

The intelligent fuzing is a kind of perfect way to optimize detonation location.The fuze can autonomously configure the warhead detonation mode to optimize the desired effects against the target.For the air target,the fuze can sense the impact in the impact mode then detonate the warhead on impact,otherwise,it will operate in the proximity mode and detonate at a closest approach to the target.The anti-jamming ability is also added on fuze's full digital signal processing platform.The method for burst point's controlling is analyzed and the digital intelligent fuze system based on system on programmable chip(SOPC) is designed. 展开更多
