Methods: 120 anesthesiology residents from January 2018 to the end of December 2019 were selected, and divided into a control group and an observation group of 60 each according to the time sequence of admission. The control group adopted the conventional teaching mode, and the observation group adopted the WeChat platform combined PBL teaching method. The scores of theoretical knowledge and anesthesia skills operation after training, the scores of the teaching interest survey, and the satisfaction with the teaching mode between the two groups were compared. Results: The scores of theoretical knowledge and anesthesia skills operation in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the indicators of teaching interest in the observation group were also higher than those in the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The satisfaction degree of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was also statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The WeChat platform combined with the PBL teaching method is beneficial to improve the training effect of anesthesiology residents, stimulating autonomous learning ability, ensuring the effective practice of theoretical knowledge, and promoting them to move towards a higher standard of anesthesia skills.展开更多

The necessity of implementation of learning strategies training in the field of English teaching practice still remains disputable. This essay first introduces the different reactions towards the field; then advances the idea of combining English teaching strategies with English learning strategies attempting the implementation of learning strategies training in the classroom teaching. Finally, some thinking produced in the process of practicing the strategies training is raised to reexamine this teaching mode.展开更多

Each student completed a multiple-choice quiz after completing 18 hours(six three-hour sessions) of the study module, and a score was recorded. The simulative training module was completed only by the study group;the 'control' group was assigned in-class discussions for the same amount of time covering the same content as the study group. The final course scores, which included both comprehensive and group task-based tests were compared between these two groups. The study used a descriptive and comparative approach for quantitative data analysis.Tests of independency between the multiple choice scores and the simulation scores were also performed. Finally, anonymous surveys were conducted. Results:The study group performed better than the 'control' group with a significantly higher average score for the group scenario task-based test score, and consequently the study group's final course score was significantly higher than the 'control' group. As per chi-square tests,no significant associations were found between the multiple choice scores and the simulated training scores. The final surveys showed students overwhelmingly agreed that STS training improved their knowledge and skills, their ability to recognize a potential critical event, and their initial response for trauma care at pre-hospital settings. The survey responses of the study group were noteworthy as they indicated that students recognized the importance of simulative training, appreciated the realism of the simulation, and were able to fight/adjust to the stressful feelings in order to focus on the task.Conclusion:Computer-based STS may be an effective teaching model to help students improve their capability in providing pre-hospital trauma care, and in their effectiveness in disaster response.展开更多

文摘Objective: To explore and analyze the effect of the WeChat platform combined with the PBL teaching method in the standardized training of anesthesia residents. Conclusion: The WeChat platform combined with the PBL teaching method is beneficial to improve the training effect of anesthesiology residents, stimulating autonomous learning ability, ensuring the effective practice of theoretical knowledge, and promoting them to move towards a higher standard of anesthesia skills.
文摘General medicine is an emerging secondary clinical discipline that aims to serve the society and family health management, and it plays a key role in hierarchical diagnosis and treatment.General practitioners are the leading providers of primary medical services and are responsible for comprehensive work such as diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, health record management, and referral of common and frequently-occurring diseases. They play an essential role in the health care system, providing comprehensive medical services to communities and families to improve people’s overall health.Developing and promoting general medicine are significant to establishing a sound medical and healthcare system, and improving primary medical services. Therefore, general practitioners require a broader range of knowledge than specialists, and the training model also differs from that of specialists.Given the short training time and heavy teaching tasks for ophthalmology, this article will combine the professional characteristics of ophthalmology to explore the application of appropriate teaching methods in a short period in order to achieve exemplary teaching results. In this process,it is necessary to comprehensively consider the professional characteristics of ophthalmology and the limitations of general practitioner training time, and discover appropriate teaching methods to improve the teaching effect and ensure the all-round development of students.

文摘Objective:A computer-based STS(simulative training system) in providing pre-hospital trauma care at a disaster site was applied to teaching nursing students in the Second Military Medical University,China. This article reports on the teaching effectiveness of this system. Methods:Among 92 participants,46 were in the study group and 46 were in the 'control' group. The survey responses of the study group were noteworthy as they indicated that students recognized the importance of simulative training, appreciated the realism of the simulation, and were able to fight/adjust to the stressful feelings in order to focus on the task.Conclusion:Computer-based STS may be an effective teaching model to help students improve their capability in providing pre-hospital trauma care, and in their effectiveness in disaster response.
文摘Inquiry training model gives children directions to explore the new areas effectively which can help students develop the intellectual discipline and skills necessary to raise questions and search out answers stemming from their curiosity. Applying this model in teaching, process skills of the students can be improved, like observing, collecting, organizing data, identifying and controlling variables, formulating and testing hypotheses, and inferring. Besides, students will develop logical thinking and they will form the attitude that all knowledge is tentative.
文摘This paper mainly deals with the comprehensive knowledge system of learning strategy. Then it tries to probe the steps of strategy training and it's significance to English teaching.
