The hybrid carrier(HC)system rooted in the carrier fusion concept is gradually garnering attention.In this paper,we study the extended hybrid carrier(EHC)multiple access scheme to ensure reliable wireless communication.By employing the EHC modulation,a power layered multiplexing framework is realized,which exhibits enhanced interference suppression capability owing to the more uniform energy distribution design.The implementation method and advantage mechanism are explicated respectively for the uplink and downlink,and the performance analysis under varying channel conditions is provided.In addition,considering the connectivity demand,we explore the non-orthogonal multiple access(NOMA)method of the EHC system and develop the EHC sparse code multiple access scheme.The proposed scheme melds the energy spread superiority of EHC with the access capacity of NOMA,facilitating superior support for massive connectivity in high mobility environments.Simulation results have verified the feasibility and advantages of the proposed scheme.Compared with existing HC multiple access schemes,the proposed scheme exhibits robust bit error rate performance and can better guarantee multiple access performance in complex scenarios of nextgeneration communications. 展开更多

背景:既往有许多学者研究单独的肱骨大结节骨折及其手术方式。但是,对于肱骨大结节劈裂骨折(Liu-GangⅣ型)合并肩袖损伤,几乎没有学者进行深入的细化研究。目的:比较切开复位改良的跟骨接骨板系统联合缝线锚钉和PHILOS锁定内固定系统联... 背景:既往有许多学者研究单独的肱骨大结节骨折及其手术方式。但是,对于肱骨大结节劈裂骨折(Liu-GangⅣ型)合并肩袖损伤,几乎没有学者进行深入的细化研究。目的:比较切开复位改良的跟骨接骨板系统联合缝线锚钉和PHILOS锁定内固定系统联合强生2#号线治疗肱骨大结节劈裂骨折合并肩袖损伤(Liu-GangⅣ型)的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2012年5月至2022年5月30例肱骨大结节劈裂骨折合并肩袖损伤患者(Liu-GangⅣ型)的病历资料,分为改良的跟骨接骨板系统联合缝线锚钉组(A组)和PHILOS锁定内固定系统联合强生2#号线组(B组),每组15例。记录所有患者术中出血量、手术时间和切口长度,术后末次随访(>1年),评估其疼痛目测类比评分、Constant-Murley评分以及肩关节外展、前屈、外旋和背伸活动。结果与结论:①A组手术切口长度、手术时间和出血量均小于B组(P<0.05);②两组目测类比评分和Constant-Murley评分相比差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);③术后末次随访A组患者前屈功能优于B组(P<0.05);A组外展功能、外旋、背伸与B组相比差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);④并发症方面,A组1例肩关节疼痛不适(7%);B组2例肩峰下撞击综合征,2例大结节上移,2例肩关节疼痛(40%),两组并发症发生率相比差异有显著性意义(P=0.031);⑤提示采用改良的跟骨接骨板系统联合缝线锚钉治疗肱骨大结节劈裂骨折(Liu-GangⅣ型),不仅可以更好地恢复肩关节前屈功能,而且手术切口较小、出血量较少、手术时间较短,且并发症较少。 展开更多

This research presents damage causes of the pylons in the ancient Egyptian temples based on 3D finite elements analysis. The main purpose of the research determines the failure causes of the first pylon of the Ramessium temple, which is situated in Upper Egypt, at Luxor “Thebes” on the west bank of the Nile River. The first pylon of Ramessium temple subjected to seismic activity effects on long term, combined with several structural damage factors such as the defects resulting from the construction technique, where the builder used the poor quality of stones in foundations of the pylon, the building materials residue was used as filler for the core of the pylon walls, and it lacked vertical joints between the courses. In addition to it founded on alluvial soil that is vulnerable to contaminated water, it is still suffering damage factors and urban trespasses at the moment. All of the former factors helped the pylon to be affected by the earthquakes loads that occurred on it. The structural behavior of the pylon under self-weight and earthquakes loads were carried out by Numerical analysis to find out the loads and stresses which caused collapsing of the pylon. Results of the study indicated that the pylon subjected to a horizontal displacement due to old earthquakes force, led to collapse of the pylon. Finally, the study represents use of modern technique to study the structural behavior of the most important architectural units in ancient Egyptian temples to identify the causes of its collapse. 展开更多

阴式CY Liu式盆底修复术治疗盆腔器官脱垂的临床效果研究

目的探讨阴式CY Liu式盆底修复术治疗盆腔器官脱垂(POP)的临床效果。方法分析30例行阴式CY Liu式盆底修复术的POP患者的临床资料,观察手术指标、术后疗效、不适症状、主观治愈率和客观治愈率、术后性生活及生活质量情况。结果30例患者... 目的探讨阴式CY Liu式盆底修复术治疗盆腔器官脱垂(POP)的临床效果。方法分析30例行阴式CY Liu式盆底修复术的POP患者的临床资料,观察手术指标、术后疗效、不适症状、主观治愈率和客观治愈率、术后性生活及生活质量情况。结果30例患者全部完成阴式CY Liu式盆底修复术,其中5例为阴道穹窿脱垂,9例未切子宫,16例切除子宫,合并阴道前壁脱垂的同时行阴道前壁修补术,合并阴道后壁脱垂的同时行阴道后壁修补及会阴体重建术,合并尿失禁的行尿道折叠术。同时合并阴式子宫切除手术时间为(64.0±4.3)min、出血量为(42.0±7.9)ml;阴式CY Liu式盆底修复术时间为(30.0±3.6)min,出血量为(20.5±6.2)ml,术后保留尿管时间为(2.6±0.8)d,无术后尿潴留发生,肛门排气时间为(1.1±0.4)d,术后住院时间为(5.3±2.5)d,3例发生术后骶尾部不适,外阴感觉、下肢感觉及肌张力均正常,对症处理物理治疗,疼痛不适感均在5~7 d后自行缓解。出院时均大小便正常,无发热及血肿形成,无术后感染发生,阴道轴向无偏移。术后随访12~24个月,平均随访(6.8±3.6)个月,主观治愈率和客观治愈率均为100%(30/30)。患者术后性生活及生活质量均满意。结论阴式CY Liu式盆底修复术治疗POP的疗效确切,安全可行,值得在临床上推广应用。 展开更多

Mechanisms of the Deterioration of the Wall Reliefs at Shenhur Temple, Upper Egypt and Concepts for Conservation

The Roman Period temple of Isis at Shenhur was built and enhanced amid the rule of Augustus (30 BCE-14 CE) through that of Trajan (98-117 CE). It was built of two sorts of local limestone and decorated with reliefs. Examination of conservation state uncovered that it was collapsed and only partly preserved and it disposed of some still buried rooms. The temple is exposed to different deteriorations processes created by internal and external stresses because of the mineral composition of the building materials, atmosphere variables, salts crystallization and groundwater. In this study, the deterioration problems of the wall reliefs were examined for the aim of its conservation. For this purpose, the chemical, physical and structural characterization were performed by means of X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) and observation of thin section by transmitted light optical microscopy (LOM), polarized microscope, Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) attached with EDX and thermogravimetric (DTA & TGA). Additionally, microbiological study and chemical analyses of ground water were carried out. Results demonstrated that the deterioration of Shenhur was because of the forceful activity of the environment agents and soluble salts such as chlorides and sulphates. These results and information allowed that the identification of the types of salts and deterioration features might be used in the future for conservation purposes. 展开更多
