Background:Risk perception and COVID‑19 anxiety in pregnant women restrict access to health services,cause pregnant women to resort to alternative channels such as the Internet,and affect prenatal care quality(PCQ)neg...Background:Risk perception and COVID‑19 anxiety in pregnant women restrict access to health services,cause pregnant women to resort to alternative channels such as the Internet,and affect prenatal care quality(PCQ)negatively.Purpose:The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of risk perception and COVID‑19 anxiety in pregnancy on decision‑making via the Internet(DMI)and PCQ with multivariate analysis.Materials and Methods:This cross‑sectional study was conducted with 406 pregnant women selected using the convenience sampling method in a training and research hospital,in Turkey.The data were collected using the information form,the perception of pregnancy risk questionnaire,the Coronavirus Anxiety Scale,the DMI Scale,and the PCQ Scale.The data obtained were subject to descriptive analysis and the multivariate analysis of variance.Results:Approximately 24.9%of the pregnant women were found to have a high perception of risk and 18%had symptoms of COVID‑19 anxiety.Pregnant women with high COVID‑19 anxiety and a higher perception of risk perceived the Internet as less influential for decision‑making(P<0.05).Pregnant women with a high‑risk perception had lower PCQ(P<0.05).Conclusion:The findings can be used to enhance mental health and resilience in pregnant women and to formulate appropriate intervention strategies.展开更多
To evaluate the quality and accuracy of websites written to the public on inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) (Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis) and assess their readability level.METHODSGoogle™, Bing™, and Yahoo™...To evaluate the quality and accuracy of websites written to the public on inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) (Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis) and assess their readability level.METHODSGoogle™, Bing™, and Yahoo™ search engines were searched independently by three researchers in December 2014. Only English-language websites were selected on the basis of predetermined inclusion and exclusion criteria. Researchers independently evaluated the quality of each website by using the DISCERN and the HONcode instruments. The readability levels were calculated using two formulas; the Flesch-Kincaid Grade Level Index, and the Coleman-Liau Readability Index. The agreement between the evaluators was calculated using Cohen kappa coefficient.RESULTSEighty-four websites were finally identified. Scores varied from a minimum DISCERN score of 18 to a maximum of 68 [mean ± SD, 42.2 ± 10.7; median = 41.5, interquartile range, interquartile range (IQR) = 15.8] and a minimum score of HONcode of 0.14 and a maximum of 0.95 (mean ± SD, 0.16 ± 0.19; median = 0.45, IQR = 0.29). Most of these websites were reviewed in 2014 and 2015 (n = 51). The creators of these websites were: universities and research centers (n = 25, 30%), foundations and associations (n = 15, 18%), commercial and pharmaceutical companies (n = 25, 30%), charities and volunteer work (n = 9, 10%), and non-university educational bodies (n = 10, 12%). The Flesch-Kincaid Grade Level readability score (mean ± SD) was 11.9 ± 2.4 and the Coleman-Liau Readability Index score was 12.6 ± 1.5. Significant correlation was found between the two readability scores (R<sup>2</sup> = 0.509, P = 0.001). The overall agreement between evaluators measured by Cohen kappa coefficient was in the range of 0.804-0.876; rated as 'Good'.CONCLUSIONThe DISCERN and the HONcode scores of websites varied and the readability levels of most websites were above the public readability level. The study highlights the areas that need further improvement and development in patient education online materials about IBD.展开更多
In recent years,with the continuous advancement of the intelligent process of the Internet of Vehicles(IoV),the problem of privacy leakage in IoV has become increasingly prominent.The research on the privacy protectio...In recent years,with the continuous advancement of the intelligent process of the Internet of Vehicles(IoV),the problem of privacy leakage in IoV has become increasingly prominent.The research on the privacy protection of the IoV has become the focus of the society.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing location privacy protection system structure and algorithms,proposes a privacy protection system structure based on untrusted data collection server,and designs a vehicle location acquisition algorithm based on a local differential privacy and game model.The algorithm first meshes the road network space.Then,the dynamic game model is introduced into the game user location privacy protection model and the attacker location semantic inference model,thereby minimizing the possibility of exposing the regional semantic privacy of the k-location set while maximizing the availability of the service.On this basis,a statistical method is designed,which satisfies the local differential privacy of k-location sets and obtains unbiased estimation of traffic density in different regions.Finally,this paper verifies the algorithm based on the data set of mobile vehicles in Shanghai.The experimental results show that the algorithm can guarantee the user’s location privacy and location semantic privacy while satisfying the service quality requirements,and provide better privacy protection and service for the users of the IoV.展开更多

Upon the coming of a new year, we especially invited Mr. Jiang Lintao, a famous communication expert and the chief engineer of China Academy of Telecommunication Research of the Ministry of Information Industry, to give us his opinions on the opportunities and challenges brought by the Internet. According to Mr. Jiang, the appearance of the Internet has brought great impact on telecommunications networks. It has broken the monopoly of the telecom industry in telecom services and promoted the development of technologies. Characterized by continuous innovation and aggressiveness, Internet services guarantee their dominating position in broadband networks, and put the telecom industry in a quite passive position. The telecom industry is still looking for new development direction and breakthroughs in technology so as to regain its leading position. 文摘The advent of the Internet era has triggered profound changes in national governance,and the profound complexity and highly uncertain nature of governance have imposed new requirements on political identification in the new era.Whether seen environmentally from the point of view of the governance environment or from the point of view of the subjects and structures of governance,the changes brought about by the Internet to national governance have challenged political identity.Therefore,in response to the challenges to political identification posed by changes in Internet governance in the context of the new era,it is necessary to reconstruct new bonds for the political identity of the mass of the people by promoting the modernization of Internet governance on the basis of maintaining a firm grip on domination of cyberspace ideology:implementing integrated governance to achieve developmental identity;strengthening service-oriented governance to build subject identification;and promoting responsive governance to enhance sustainable identity.
文摘From 26 to 27 October 2017, the Centre for Cross-Border Commercial Law in Asia of Singapore Management University (SMU) Law School held an international conference entitled "Future of Law Conference: The Internet of Things, Smart Contracts and Intelligent Machines" in Singapore. The conference brought together the leading thinkers in academia and practice in the field of information technology law to discuss the legal and regulatory implications of recent technological developments. 文摘In recent years,the Internet of Things technology has developed rapidly,and smart Internet of Things devices have also been widely popularized.A large amount of data is generated every moment.Now we are in the era of big data in the Internet of Things.The rapid growth of massive data has brought great challenges to storage technology,which cannot be well coped with by traditional storage technology.The demand for massive data storage has given birth to cloud storage technology.Load balancing technology plays an important role in improving the performance and resource utilization of cloud storage systems.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study how to improve the performance and resource utilization of cloud storage systems through load balancing technology.On the basis of studying the read strategy of Swift,this article proposes a reread strategy based on load balancing of storage resources to solve the problem of unbalanced read load between interruptions caused by random data copying in Swift.The storage asynchronously tracks the I/O conversion to select the storage with the smallest load for asynchronous reading.The experimental results indicate that the proposed strategy can achieve a better load balancing state in terms of storage I/O utilization and CPU utilization than the random read strategy index of Swift.
