醒脑静治疗老年性脑出血神经功能缺损、脂蛋白水平及相关血清学指标的变化 被引量:2

目的探讨醒脑静治疗老年性脑出血神经功能缺损、脂蛋白水平及相关血清学指标的变化。方法急性脑出血老年患者100例,随机分为两组,对照组50例,实施常规疗法。观察组50例,在对照组上加用醒脑静注射液。入院第一天和治疗后30天评价神经功... 目的探讨醒脑静治疗老年性脑出血神经功能缺损、脂蛋白水平及相关血清学指标的变化。方法急性脑出血老年患者100例,随机分为两组,对照组50例,实施常规疗法。观察组50例,在对照组上加用醒脑静注射液。入院第一天和治疗后30天评价神经功能缺失情况,并抽晨起静脉血检测血脂、C反应蛋白、D-二聚体、内皮素、血小板凝聚率等。应用SPSS 16.0软件,所获数据采用方差分析、t检验和X^2检验。结果对照组有效率60.00%。观察组有效率84.00%。两组比较,P<0.01。两组治疗后神经功能缺损治疗前评分情况比较,P>0.05;两组治疗后神经功能缺损第7天、第14天、第30天评分情况比较,P均<0.0005。两组治疗后生活能力Barthel指数评分情况比较第7天、第14天、第30天评分情况比较,P<0.0005。对照组治疗前后高密度脂蛋白水平变化比较,P>0.05;对照组治疗前后低密度脂蛋白水平变化比较,P<0.0005;对照组治疗前后甘油三酯水平变化比较,P>0.05;对照组治疗前后胆固醇水平变化比较,P<0.05。观察组治疗前后高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯、胆固醇水平变化比较,P均<0.0005。两组治疗前后高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯、胆固醇水平变化比较,P均<0.0005。对照组治疗前后超敏C反应蛋白、D-二聚体、内皮素水平变化情况比较,P均<0.0005。观察组治疗前后超敏C反应蛋白、D-二聚体、内皮素水平变化情况比较,P均<0.0005。两组治疗后超敏C反应蛋白、D-二聚体、内皮素水平变化情况比较,P均<0.0005。对照组治疗前后血小板一分钟聚集率、血小板最大聚集率、颗粒膜蛋白选择素水平变化情况比较,P均<0.0005;对照组治疗前后PAg5水平变化情况比较,P<0.005。观察组治疗前后血小板一分钟聚集率、血小板五分钟聚集率、血小板最大聚集率水平变化情况比较,P均<0.0005;观察组治疗前后颗粒膜蛋白选择素水平变化情况比较,P<0.001。两组治疗后血小板一分钟聚集率、血小板五分钟聚集率、颗粒膜蛋白选择素水平变化情况比较,P均>0.05。两组治疗后血小板最大聚集率水平变化情况比较,P<0.05。结论急性期老年脑出血加用醒脑静注射液治疗,患者死亡率、致残率均降低,临床症状好转,安全有效,具有推广价值。 展开更多

DFTracker: detecting double-fetch bugs by multi-taint parallel tracking

A race condition is a common trigger for concurrency bugs. As a special case, a race condition can also occur across the kernel and user space causing a doublefetch bug, which is a field that has received little research attention. In our work, we first analyzed real-world doublefetch bug cases and extracted two specific patterns for doublefetch bugs. Based on these patter ns, we proposed an approach of multi-taint parallel tracking to detect double-fetch bugs. We also implemented a prototype called DFTracker (doublefetch bug tracker), and we evaluated it with our test suite. Our experiments demonstrated that it could effectively find all the double-fetch bugs in the test suite including eight realworld cases with no false negatives and minor false positives. In addition, we tested it on Linux kernel and found a new double-fetch bug. The execution overhead is approximately 2x for single-file cases and approximately 9x for the whole kernel test, which is acceptable. To the best of the authors1 knowledge, this work is the first to introduce multi-taint parallel tracking to double-fetch bug detection—an innovative method that is specific to double-fetch bug features—and has better path coverage as well as lower runtime overhead than the widely used dynamic approaches. 展开更多
