In this paper, we conduct theoretical research on British and American literature research and development trend based on cognitive theory and style analysis. Literature as a form of historical culture, the culture of different era, can better reflect the social culture background. Into contact with the cultural background of English-speaking countries, for teachers of English teaching and students＇ English learning has great significance. Under the basic influence of cultural background in English countries, learning English, will quickly understand the characteristics of syntax and understand the charm of language. Works covered by historical background, English can help students experience a good text artistic conception, thus extended thinking. Under this background, we integrate the basic cognitive theory and style analysis to propose the literature research and development trend that will assist the English community to find better developmental orientation.

Attachment Styles are Related to ERPs Elicited to Angry Faces in an Oddball Paradigm

Attachment theory suggests that anxious attachment is associated with hypervigilance to threatening social stimuli, and avoidant attachment with avoidance or suppression of processing such stimuli. Twenty-five students viewed angry, fearful and neutral female faces in four visual oddball tasks, and completed the Attachment Style Questionnaire, the Autonomy-Connectedness Scale, and Anxiety and Depression subscales of the Symptom Checklist-90. When the oddballs were angry faces in a background of neutral frequents, we found higher levels of autonomy and secure attachment to be related to larger N100 and smaller P300 amplitudes;higher levels of anxious attachment were, on the contrary, associated with smaller N100 and larger P300 amplitudes. Variation in attachment is related to approaching, or withdrawing from threatening stimuli, and ERP-techniques add to our understanding of how the attachment system actually works.

The Big Five Theory is considered as the most prominent personality theoretical approach in psychology.This paper aims to discuss the contribution of the Big Five Theory in the modern workplace.Which personality traits are more predictive for job performance?Which traits should organizations take more in consideration during recruitment and selection processes?What is the meaning of motivation in the workplace and how employers could locate individuals who can be more productive,efficient,and engaged to the organization’s goals according to the Big Five personality model?The above questions are answered through the systematic review of previous contemporary studies.After the collection and review of several recent publications,regarding this subject,it was concluded that the application of this model positively affects employees’and group performance,working relationships,managers’work performance as well as innovation in workplace.

Flexural resonance vibrations of piezoelectric ceramic tubes in Besocke-style scanners

Flexural resonance vibrations of piezoelectric ceramic tubes in Besocke-style scanners with nanometer resolution are studied by using an electro-mechanical coupling Timoshenko beam model. Meanwhile, the effects of friction, the first moment, and moment of inertia induced by mass loads are considered. The predicted resonance frequencies of the ceramic tubes are sensitive to not only the mechanical parameters of the scanners, but also the friction acting on the attached shaking ball and corresponding bending moment on the tubes. The theoretical results are in excellent agreement with the related experimental measurements. This model and corresponding results are applicable for optimizing the structures and performances of the scanners.

Effects of ramp vibrational states on flexural intrinsic vibrations inBesocke-style scanners

For both the vibrating and steady supporting surfaces of a scanning disk in a Besocke-style piezoelectric scanner, a theoretical model is given by considering the nonlinear lateral friction at the micro-contact interface between the positioning legs and the supporting surface. Numerical simulations demonstrate that unexpected flexural vibrations can arise from a vibrating ramp, and their frequencies are lower than the eigenfrequencies of the scanner in the linearly elastic regime. The vibrations essentially depend on 1） the vibrational states of the supporting ramp and the steel ball tips on the three piezo- electric positioning legs, and 2） the tribological characteristics of the contacts between the tips and the ramp. The results give an insight into the intrinsic vibrations of the scanners, and are applicable in designing and optimizing piezoelectric scanning systems.

基于数量化理论Ⅰ的女西服款式感性评价

为了设计出符合消费者感性需求的服装产品,以女西服为研究对象,提出感性工学与数量化理论Ⅰ相结合的款式设计研究方案。首先通过语意差异法获取消费者对女西服样本的感性评价,利用SPSS软件对感性评分进行分析,提取感性因子,创建女西服二维感性分布空间。同时分析款式特征,归纳出女西服主要设计要素,在此基础上应用数量化理论Ⅰ,通过线性回归分析得出感性因子与设计要素之间的关联预测,并构建数学模型。经验证,该模型实测值与预测值之间拟合度较高,符合正态分布要求,模型有效可行。最后通过案例设计与验证,进一步证明该模型能够实现人的感性需求与女西服设计要素之间的有效转换,对女西服款式设计与感性评价提供一定借鉴作用。

中国式现代化与关系社会学理论创新

中国式现代化为中国社会学理论创新提出了时代任务。西方社会学的现代化理论聚焦社会行为从传统向现代的模式转变,但囿于欧美中心主义和二元对立的哲学理念,欧美社会学家提出的论断漠视世界其他国家的现代化经验,忽视传统与现代之间的连续性,轻视社会行为背后的联系性研究。中国主体话语的关系社会学继承和发展了中国社会学派的联系性理论视角,创立十余年来获得了中国关系纽带、关系机制、关系文化、关系网络等四个方面的理论突破。从中国式现代化的五大中国特色出发,就关系社会学的未来研究议题提出了新的理论命题,包括人口规模巨大视域下的社会关系模式渐变命题和代际关系调适命题、全体人民共同富裕视域下的促进型和抑制型关系机制命题、物质文明与精神文明协调发展视域下的关系纽带变迁命题和关系行为惯习命题、人与自然和谐共生视域下加强环保意识和强化环保行为的关系作用命题、走和平发展道路视域下的中国关系网络相对优势命题。

促进中国式现代化的发展法学理论创新

旨在解决发展问题、促进全面发展的发展法学学科,与中国式现代化发展战略存在高度耦合,提供了研究中国式现代化的新视角。中国式现代化的新发展战略与发展法学的理论创新存在双向互动关系:一方面,中国式现代化的新发展战略,构造了发展法学的新背景,要求从系统主义维度进一步创新发展法学理论;另一方面,系统主义发展法学理论在方法论、制度体系、理论体系三个维度的递进式创新,有助于促进与保障中国式现代化的实现。具体而言,在方法论创新方面,发展法学作为一门系统科学,应融入系统论方法以及结构—功能分析方法,进行以中国发展问题为中心的新综合研究,指导制度体系和理论体系的创新;在制度体系创新方面,系统发展法学理论应从促进全面发展出发,通过合理配置发展权利、义务与责任,创新促进中国式现代化的包容型制度体系;在理论体系创新方面,系统发展法学理论应从发生论、本体论、价值论、规范论、运行论、范畴论方面进一步创新,在发展研究领域建构中国自主的法学知识体系,为世界法学理论之进步与世界共同发展之实践,贡献中国方案。

父母回应幼儿消极情绪的方式与幼儿问题行为的关系研究

采用《儿童消极情绪回应问卷》《长处与困难问卷》对220位幼儿的父母分别进行调查,探究父母回应幼儿消极情绪的方式与幼儿问题行为的关系,并进一步比较父母回应方式的单独效应与联合效应,为幼儿问题行为的家庭干预提供依据。研究结果显示:母亲/父亲的低支持性回应/高非支持性回应在不同程度上增加幼儿的问题行为,父亲的影响范围更广;父母的支持性回应一致低/非支持性回应一致高在不同程度上增加幼儿的问题行为,父母回应方式的联合效应与单独效应存在差异,部分支持加法模型。父母回应幼儿消极情绪的方式直接影响幼儿的问题行为,且存在累积效应,父母应给予一致的支持性回应来减少幼儿的问题行为。

基于赋能理论的延续性干预对脑梗死患者应对情况及心理状态的影响

目的探讨基于赋能理论的延续性干预对脑梗死患者应对情况及心理状态的影响。方法采用随机数字表法,将2021年7月至2022年3月在河北医科大学第二医院接受治疗的脑梗死患者112例分为对照组和观察组,每组56例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上,采用基于赋能理论的延续性干预,2组均干预6个月。比较2组干预后的治疗依从性及满意度,干预前后的医学应对方式问卷(MCMQ)、神经功能缺损量表(NIHSS)、日常生活活动能力(ADL)、脑卒中残损评定法量表(SIAS)、生活质量评分、心理状况[汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)]。结果2组回避、屈服、NIHSS、HAMA、HAMD评分干预后较干预前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);面对、ADL、SIAS、CD-RISC、生活质量各项评分升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的治疗总依从性高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于赋能理论的延续性干预应用于脑梗死患者中,能够帮助调节患者的负性情绪,改善其神经功能,促进其身体功能恢复,提升生活质量、心理弹性恢复能力以及生活的自理能力,患者对其有较高的满意度,且能够提高患者面对疾病的信心,使其更加配合治疗。

高管特征与企业生态创新:研究进展与述评

生态创新是实现经济增长与环境恶化之间脱钩,降低生产和消费对环境压力的重要方式。高层管理者及其团队是制定和实施生态创新战略的代表性群体。高阶理论能够解释不同类型高管特征对于企业生态创新的影响。围绕高管特征与企业生态创新,论文对国内外相关文献进行了系统梳理。结果发现:CEO的性别、受教育水平等人口统计学特征,性格、领导风格等心理认知因素对企业的生态创新具有影响作用,高管团队的构成、心理认同、内部协作、交互记忆等也对企业生态创新产生影响;环境注意力、研发投入、吸收能力等变量在高管特征对企业生态创新的影响过程中起到中介作用;高管特征对企业生态创新的影响作用受到组织和环境两大类因素的调节。从高阶理论的视角,全面系统地整合了企业生态创新的驱动因素及其机理,对未来进一步完善生态创新研究具有一定的借鉴意义。

目的本文以叙事理论为指导,针对“粤字号”农业品牌IP形象设计研究,旨在探索新时代下叙事策略在农业品牌IP形象设计中的方法,为我国农业品牌建设提供新的思路。方法首先,概述了叙事理论的基本概念,分析了“粤字号”农业品牌的发展现状和存在的问题;其次,通过品牌叙事的逻辑,探讨了叙事理论在品牌IP形象设计中的应用方法;最后,通过西关香香IP形象元素的设计实践,总结了“粤字号”农业品牌IP形象的叙事策略。结果通过叙事逻辑的分析,在“粤字号”农业品牌的实践中找到了叙事的核心价值,并通过叙事表达和叙事传播完成了叙事的心理认知。结论品牌叙事从品牌文化、品牌形象和品牌传播等方面形成品牌认知的逻辑关系,为“粤字号”农业品牌IP形象设计提供了系统的方法论,对农业品牌IP形象设计的故事进行挖掘,提升消费者对品牌IP形象的体验感和认知度,提高“粤字号”农产品品牌的市场价值,为农业品牌IP设计提供了有价值的参考。

中国式现代化海外研究的张力语境、话语建构与理论反思

现代化理论发端于西方。然而,近百年来西方现代化发展暴露出的诸多不可克服之矛盾,使部分海外学者的研究旨趣转向对“非西方”现代化模式的关注,中国式现代化因而成为海外对华研究的重要面向。海外学者对中国式现代化的研究,萌发于对中国改革开放之中现代化目标的关注,伴随着中国现代化进程而不断深化。从仅仅将现代化作为中国发展的政治口号加以解析,到将“中国现代化”设置为研究议题,再到对所谓“威权现代化”话语的争论和反思;从以意识形态偏见为基点挖掘中国现代化发展道路的不利因素,到在现代化与自由化之辩中明确“中国式现代化”的特殊性及其历史必然性,再到对“中国模式”可持续性与可复制性的讨论,逐渐形成了对于“中国式现代化”的整体印象。尽管其研究中意识形态的偏见与理论观点争辩一直存在,但对于中国式现代化的开放性讨论,拓展了现代化的理论范畴,亦激发了人们对于中国发展的畅想。审慎对待海外学者对中国式现代化的研究,注意其研究立场、方法和视角的变化,有利于深化现代化理论研究、建构中国式现代化多元叙事、促进中国话语的国际传播。

中国本土卫浴陶瓷行业在中国风格设计转化过程中的技术路径探究

目的面向中国本土卫浴陶瓷行业,选取国内某龙头卫浴陶瓷企业的资深卫浴陶瓷设计师,探究中国风格在本土卫浴陶瓷设计转化过程中的设计层级及具体设计转化路径。方法在扎根理论的研究框架下,通过半结构深度访谈的形式对14名一线设计专家展开深度访谈,经过对原始资料的编码归纳、合并整理,结合该企业曾发售过的中国风格卫浴陶瓷实际案例来展开中国风格设计转化路径探究。结果最终得到包含中国风格卫浴陶瓷产品外观元素层、中国风格卫浴陶瓷产品及人的影响因素层、中国风格卫浴陶瓷产品深层文化观念层等三层设计转化路径,各层级内又包含不同的中国风格卫浴陶瓷具体设计手法。结论明确中国风格在卫浴陶瓷设计转化过程中的具体设计路径有助于本土卫浴陶瓷行业从更整体视角展开中国风格卫浴陶瓷的设计制造,通过三层设计路径的联动配合,进一步提升中国美学风格在卫浴陶瓷设计中的有效传达,增强中国本土卫浴陶瓷的核心竞争力和文化辨识度。
