In the present work, new thermally stable polymers containing 1,3,4-oxadiazole units have been synthesized through Huisgen reaction of the aromatic bis-tetrazole compounds with the aromatic/aliphatic bis-acid chlorides in pyridine as solvent. The obtained polymers are insoluble or slightly soluble in polar aprotic solvents such as DMSO and DMF. Thermal analyses of the polymers using DSC and TGA techniques showed that the polymers had improved thermal stabilities. The model reaction was also investigated and the resulting bis-1,3,4-oxadiazole compounds were characterized by conventional spectroscopic methods. 展开更多

Lead-free halide double perovskite has received widespread attention due to its excellent optical performance.However,the lack of deep red light and poor heat quenching resistance severely limit its application in plant lighting field.In this work,Ho^(3+) was introduced into the thermally stable Cs_(2)NaScCl_(6)host,exhibiting a deep red emission of 660 nm.By constructing an energy transfer channel between Sb^(3+)and Ho^(3+),the photo luminescence quantum yield(PLQY) of Cs_(2)NaScCl_(6):1%Sb^(3+),40%Ho^(3+) rises up to53.8%,that is increased by 17 times,and its emission intensity can still be maintained by 80% at 423 K,exhibiting good heat quenching resistance.The obtained Cs_(2)NaScCl_(6):1%Sb^(3+),40%Ho^(3+) and Cs_(2)NaScCl_(6):1%Sb^(3+) with blue light emission were employed for fabricating a light-emitting diode(LED) device with a340 nm UV chip,and its emission spectrum matches well the absorption spectra of chlorophyll A and chlorophyll B with the high resemblance of 70% and 75%,making it suitable for use as an artificial light source to control the growth process of plants in the field of plant lighting. 展开更多

Thermally stable polymers containing 1,3,4-oxadiazole units have been synthesized through Huisgen reaction of the aromatic/aliphatic bis-tetrazole compounds with the aromatic/aliphatic bis-acid chlorides in pyridine as solvent.The obtained polymers are insoluble or slightly soluble even in polar aprotic solvents such as DMSO and DMF.Relatively high inherent viscosity values(0.61-1.33 dL/g,in 0.125%H_2SO_4 at 25℃) were observed for these compounds.Thermal analyses of the polymers using DSC and TGA techniques showed that the polymers have improved thermal stabilities.The glass transition temperature has not been observed in the fully aromatic polymers,but the polymers obtained from 5-[6-(1H-tetrazol -5-yl)hexyl]-lH-tetrazole(Ⅳ) showed very clear T_g.A model reaction was also investigated and the resulting bis-1,3,4-oxadiazole compound was characterized by conventional spectroscopy methods. 展开更多

In this study, the use of a thermally stable Ir/Ce0.9La0.1O2 catalyst was investigated for the dry reforming of methane. The doping of La203 into the CeO2 lattice enhanced the chemical and physical properties of the Ir/Ce0.9La0.1O2 catalyst, such as redox properties, Ir dispersion, oxygen storage capacity, and thermal stability, with respect to the Ir/CeO2 catalyst. Hence, the Ir/Ce0.9La0.1O2 catalyst exhibits higher activity and stabler performance for the dry reforming of methane than the Ir/CeO2 catalyst. This observation can be mainly attributed to the stronger interaction between the metal and support in the Ir/Ce0.9La0.1O2 catalyst stabilizing the catalyst structure and improving the oxygen storage capacity, leading to negligible aggregation of Ir nanoparticles and the Ce0.9La0.1O2 support at high temperatures, as well as the rapid removal of carbon deposits at the boundaries between the Ir metal and the Ce0.9La0.1O2 support. 展开更多

In order to synthesize new polyamide(PA) 5 and copolyamides(Co PA) 7a-7d, a new-type of dicarboxylic acid containing triazine ring was successfully synthesized from 2,4-dichloro-6-methoxy-s-triazine 1 and 4-aminobenzoic acid. New polyamide 5 containing triazine moiety was prepared from 4,4'-(6-methoxy-1,3,5-triazine-2,4-diyl)bis(azanediyl)dibenzoic acid 3 and 4,4′-diaminodiphenylether by direct polycondensation reaction. Then new series thermally stable copolyamides 7a-7d with high solubility in common organic solvents were synthesized from the direct polycondensation reaction of diacid 3 as a first monomer, aliphatic-aromatic diacids 6a-6d as second diacids and 4,4′-diaminodiphenylether. All of the above polymers were fully characterized by 1H-NMR and FTIR spectroscopy, elemental analysis(CHN), inherent viscosity, solubility tests, gel permeation chromatography(GPC), differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA). The resulted Co PAs 7a-7d have shown good inherent viscosities, solubility and thermal properties. 展开更多

High efficiency, stable organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) based on 2-pheyl-4'-carbazole-9-H-Thioxanthen-9- one-10, 10-dioxide (TXO-PhCz) with different doping concentration are constructed. The stability of the encap- sulated devices are investigated in detail. The devices with the 10 wt% doped TXO-PhCz emitter layer (EML) show the best performance with a current efficiency of 52.1 cd/A, a power efficiency of 32.71re^W, and an external quantum efficiency (EQE) of 17.7%. The devices based on the lOwt%-doped TXO-PhCz EML show the best operational stability with a half-life time (LTSO) of 8Oh, which is 8 h longer than that of the reference devices based on fac-tris(2-phenylpyridinato)iridium( Ⅲ) (Ir(ppy)a). These indicate excellent stability of TXO-PhCz for redox and oxidation processes under electrical excitation and TXO-PhCz can be potentially used as the emitters for OLEDs with high efficiency and excellent stability. The high-performance device based on TXO-PhCz with high stability can be further improved by the optimization of the encapsulation technology and the development of a new host for TXO-PhCz. 展开更多

A series of poly[(methylsilylene ethynylenephenyleneethynylene)-co-(dimethylsilylene ethynylenephenyleneethynylene)]s were synthesized by the incorporation of various ratios of methylsilylene to dimethylsilylene u... A series of poly[(methylsilylene ethynylenephenyleneethynylene)-co-(dimethylsilylene ethynylenephenyleneethynylene)]s were synthesized by the incorporation of various ratios of methylsilylene to dimethylsilylene units into the polymer chain backbone. The resultant copolymers were soluble in a variety of common organic solvents at room temperature. The copolymers were characterized by FT-IR, ^1H-NMR, GPC, rheological analysis, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The results showed that the copolymers exhibited good processability and cured at low temperatures like 200℃. The curing reactions involved in hydrosilylation of Si-H and alkyne groups and the polymerization of alkynes. Td5 (5% weight loss) of the cured copolymers ranged from 629℃ to 686℃, and the decomposition residues of cured copolymers at 1000℃ ranged from 88.1% to 90.9% under nitrogen. Thermal stability of the copolymers increased with the introduction of methylsilylene traits into polymer chains. The cured copolymers were sintered at 1450℃, and the results of X-ray diffraction analysis showed that β-SIC was formed in the sintered products. 展开更多

Five new optically active polyamides (PAs) 6a-6e were prepared by direct polycondensation reaction of 2-(1,3- isoindolinedione-2-yl)-glutaric acid 4 as a new chiral diacid with various aromatic diamines 5a-Se in a medium consisting of triphenyl phosphite (TPP), calcium chloride, pyridine (Py) and N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP). The polycondensation reaction produced a series of polyamids 6a-6e in quantitative yields with inherent viscosities of 0.26-0.39 dL/g. The resulting polymers were fully characterized by means of ^1H-NMR, FT-1R spectroscopy, elemental analysis, inherent viscosity and specific rotation. Thermal properties of these polymers were investigated using thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) and differential thermal gravimetry (DTG). Phthalimide rings as a bulky pendent group in the polymer chains disturb the interchain and intrachain interactions and make these PAs readily soluble in polar, aprotic solvents such as N,N-dimethyl acetamide (DMAc), N,N-dimethyl formamide (DMF), dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) and sulfuric acid. 展开更多

Mechanical strength is an essential parameter that influences and limits the lifetime performance of antireflective (AR) coatings in optical devices. Speciflcally, amphiphobic AR coatings with reduced reflectance are of great significance as they considerably enlarge the range of fundamental applications. Herein, we describe the design and fabrication of amphiphobic AR coatings with reduced reflectance and enhanced mechanical resilience. Introducing a thin polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) layer on top of the bilayer SiOz coating via vapor deposition method makes it highly liquid repellent. We achieved reduced reflectance (〈 1%) over the entire visible wavelength range, as well as tunability according to the desired wavelength region. The fabricated film showed better thermal stability (up to 300℃) with stable AR efficiency, when an ultrathin dense coat of Al2O3 was deposited via atomic layer deposition (ALD) on the polymer-based bilayer SiO2 antireflective coating (P-BSAR). The experimental results prove that the omnidirectional AR coating in this study exhibits multifunctional properties and should be suitable for the production of protective optical equipment and biocompatible polymer films for the displays of portable electronic devices. 展开更多

A potential biodegradable and optically active bulky chiral aromatic amide-imidic diacid monomer,(2S,3S)-5-(3- methyl-2-phthalimidylpentanoylarnino)isophthalic acid(7),containing a rigid phthalimide and flexible L-isoleucine pendant group was synthesized in three steps.New aromatic polyamides including pendant phthalimido groups and flexible side spacers have been synthesized by direct polycondensation reaction of equimolar amounts of different aromatic diamines with an optically active diacid 7,using N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone(NMP) as a solvent and triphenyl phosphite/CaCl_2/pyridine as a condensing agent.These polyamides were characterized by FTIR,~1H-NMR spectroscopy,specific rotation, thermogravimetric and elemental analysis.The resulting polymers have inherent viscosities in the range of 0.21-0.45 dL/g. Amino acid existence in this backbone results in optically active polymers.Due to introduction of bulky and flexible groups in these polyamides,they show improved solubility in polar aprotic solvents such as NMP and dimethylacetamide and also good thermal stability(10%weight loss temperatures in excess of 330℃,and char yields at 600℃in nitrogen higher than 62%). 展开更多
