HOTCAP:a new software package for high-speed oscilloscopebased three-dimensional bunch charge and position measurement

A software package to be used in high-speed oscilloscope-basedthree-dimensionalbunch-by-bunch charge and position measurement is presented.The software package takes the pick-up electrode signal waveform recorded by the high-speed oscilloscope as input,and it calculates and outputs the bunch-by-bunch charge and position.In addition to enabling a three-dimensional observation of the motion of each passing bunch on all beam position monitor pick-up electrodes,it offers many additional features such as injection analysis,bunch response function reconstruction,and turn-by-turn beam analysis.The software package has an easy-to-understand graphical user interface and convenient interactive operation,which has been verified on the Windows 10 system.

Various Software Packages for Analysis of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopic Data

The magnetic resonance spectroscopy(MRS)results are greatly influenced by reconstruction of the spectrum and quantitative analysis.Because of this requirement a number of programs dedicated to MRS data analysis were developed.The selection and use of appropriate software is crucial not only in clinical procedures,but also while carrying out scientific research.The choice of the software to suit the user's needs should be based on the analysis of the functionality of the program.It is particularly important from the user's viewpoint to identify what data can be loaded and processed in the program.The specific programs allow the user different degree of control over analysis parameters.Moreover,the programs for MRS data analysis differ in terms of the applied signal processing algorithms.The aim of this work,therefore,is to review available packages designed for MRS data analysis,taking into account their capabilities and limitations.

Development on the Calculation Software Package of the Contribution Rate of Mechanization in Agriculture

Examine the Reliability of Econometrics Software: An Empirical Comparison of Time Series Modelling

Researchers must understand that naively relying on the reliability of statistical software packages may result in suboptimal, biased, or erroneous results, which affects applied economic theory and the conclusions and policy recommendations drawn from it. To create confidence in a result, several software packages should be applied to the same estimation problem. This study examines the results of three software packages (EViews, R, and Stata) in the analysis of time-series econometric data. The time-series data analysis which presents the determinants of macroeconomic growth of Sri Lanka from 1978 to 2020 has been used. The study focuses on testing for stationarity, cointegration, and significant relationships among the variables. The Augmented Dickey-Fuller and Phillips Perron tests were employed in this study to test for stationarity, while the Johansen cointegration test was utilized to test for cointegration. The study employs the vector error correction model to assess the short-run and long-term dynamics of the variables in an attempt to determine the relationship between them. Finally, the Granger Causality test is employed in order to examine the linear causation between the concerned variables. The study revealed that the results produced by three software packages for the same dataset and the same lag order vary significantly. This implies that time series econometrics results are sensitive to the software that is used by the researchers while providing different policy implications even for the same dataset. The present study highlights the necessity of further analysis to investigate the impact of software packages in time series analysis of economic scenarios.

REAL-TIME SOFTWARE SYSTEM FOR PRODUCTION PROCESS SUPERVISION

The real-time software system for production process supervision is a inte-gral system,including on-line function subsystem for supervision and off-line auxiliarysubsystem for development and diagnosis.This paper introduces a real-time software sys-tem which has been used in a power station for monitoring a large capacity thermal gener-ating unit.The subsystems,environment,performance and development of the system areexplained,and the common problems about real-time software system are described.

ExpDes: An R Package for ANOVA and Experimental Designs

Analysis of variance (ANOVA) is a usual way for analysing experiments. However, depending on the design and/or the analysis scheme, it can be a hard task. ExpDes, acronym for Experimental Designs, is a package that intends to turn such task easier. Devoted to fixed models and balanced experiments (no missing data), ExpDes allows user to deal with additional treatments in a single run, several experiment designs and exhibits standard and easy-to-interpret outputs. It was developed at the Exact Sciences Institute of the Federal University of Alfenas, Brazil. Stable versions of package ExpDes are available on CRAN (Comprehensive R Archive Network) since 2012. Based on users’ feedback, the package was used to illustrate graduation and post-graduation classes and to carry out data analysis, in Brazil and many other countries. Package ExpDes differs from the other R tools in its easiness in use and cleanliness of output.

Meta to the Rescue—Augmented Metamodels for Better Deployment of Pre-Packaged Applications

Recent estimates indicate that more than half the software market belongs to enterprise applications. One of the greatest challenges in these is in conducting the complex process of adaptation of pre-packaged applications, such as Oracle or SAP, to the organization needs. Although very detailed, structured and well documented methods govern this process, the consulting team implementing the method must spend much manual effort in making sure that the guidelines of the method are followed as intended by the method author. The problem is exacerbated by the diversity of skills and roles of team members, and the many sorts of communications of collaboration that methods prescribe. By enhancing the metamodel in which the methods are defined, we automatically produce a CASE tool (so to speak) for the applications of these methods. Our results are successfully employed in a number of large, ongoing projects with demonstrable, non-meager saving.

介绍了Thermo Calc和DICTRA软件系统及其在高性能钢研制中的最新应用。结果表明 ,采用该软件系统可对奥氏体转变 ,碳化物溶解与粗化以及渗氮层形成等钢中相变过程进行模拟 ,为准确制定热处理工艺参数提供参考 ,同时还可预测钢中各组元对相变的影响并据此进行成分优化设计 ,说明该软件系统在高性能钢的研制与开发方面具有良好的发展前景。

COSINE多相场子通道程序格架模型开发与评估

格架模型作为子通道程序中的重要模块,对大破口事故中再淹没工况下热工水力学参数的计算具有重要意义,COSINE多相场子通道程序包括格架的压降模型、壁面传热增强模型、相间传热增强模型、液滴破裂模型、格架再湿模型、格架温度模型等。本研究选取棒束传热实验装置(RBHT)典型再淹没工况进行建模分析,评估格架模型对再淹没工况下热工水力学参数计算的影响。计算结果表明:采用格架模型后,程序计算的通道换热能力显著增强,格架模型可提高计算的骤冷前沿速度,加快包壳冷却及蒸汽温度的下降,并显著降低燃料包壳峰值温度(PCT),程序计算结果与实验数据符合良好;程序计算的格架温度变化趋势与实验值符合良好;程序中采用的液滴破裂模型可模拟格架前后的液滴尺寸变化,可精准预测液滴直径散射比;程序预测的格架附近液滴速度随时间的变化与实验趋势符合良好。COSINE多相场子通道程序中采用的格架模型可有效提高程序对再淹没工况下热工水力学参数的预测能力,程序中采用的格架模型是有效且合理可靠的。

基于SiP技术的信号处理通道设计

随着军用无人机等航电系统不断朝着小型化、智能化、综合化的方向发展,如何有效满足装备的低SWaP(Size,Weight and Power)要求成为一大难题。介绍了某型宽带综合化数字预处理模块的研制,利用“裸芯片+高密度基板”系统级封装(SiP)的方式对信号处理平台(DSP、FPGA、SerDes和DDR芯片)进行集成,替代目前业界普遍采用的“封装芯片+印制板+平面集成”的传统方式,实现宽带综合化数字信号处理模块的高密度集成。在主要性能指标(可编程逻辑资源、定点处理能力、浮点处理能力、数据传输速率)不变的情况下,使得信号处理模块的面积降低为45 mm×45 mm,重量降低到103 g。

应用Java的加密解密算法实验教学软件包

为培养学生信息加密解密技术的综合能力,本文提出了一个基于Java编写的加密解密算法实验教学软件包。该软件包从信息安全课程实验的角度出发,通过研究加密、解密过程的基本原理,将算法加密、解密过程拆分为算法选择、参数添加和执行三个阶段,不仅可以集成常用的已有加密算法,也可以添加自选的加密算法。软件包既可作为课程实验,满足学生学习信息安全课程的需要,也可用于实际信息加密过程中,方便非专业人士使用。

基于ANSYS Workbench的铅蓄电池包装件可靠性仿真分析

运用三维设计软件对包装件建立几何模型,应用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对包装件进行跌落仿真分析和随机振动分析,对包装件在包装运输环境中的可靠性进行模拟,得到在现实常规试验中无法获取的试验数据,为蓄电池包装件设计提供参考依据。

Refactoring Software Packages via Community Detection in Complex Software Networks

An intrinsic property of software in a real-world environment is its need to evolve, which is usually accompanied by the increase of software complexity and deterioration of software quality, making software maintenance a tough problem. Refactoring is regarded as an effective way to address this problem. Many refactoring approaches at the method and class level have been proposed. But the research on software refactoring at the package level is very little. This paper presents a novel approach to refactor the package structures of object oriented software. It uses software networks to represent classes and their dependencies. It proposes a constrained community detection algorithm to obtain the optimized community structures in software networks, which also correspond to the optimized package structures. And it finally provides a list of classes as refactoring candidates by comparing the optimized package structures with the real package structures. The empirical evaluation of the proposed approach has been performed in two open source Java projects, and the benefits of our approach are illustrated in comparison with the other three approaches.

Development and application of software packages in welding engineering

The weldabiUty of some material is analyzed with simple calculating program in this paper, and weldability testing data are shared through database system. The welding procedures are designed with help of expert systems, and the knowledge is shared among welding engineers. Not only the preparing progress of the welding documents is completed with database systems but also the complex decision on the necessity of the qualification test according to the present procedure qualification records （PQRs） and manufacture codes is made. Moreover, the artificial neural network （ANN） technique is proven to be one of the effective ways to predict mechanical properties of welded joints when there are enough tested data to train the models. Finally, the achievements in modeling microstructure of welded joints are introduced, especially in solid transformation and grain growth in both heat-affected zone （HAZ） and welded molten pool.

ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING AND VENDOR SUPPORT QUALITY BY THE USAGE OF APPLICATION SOFTWARE PACKAGES:A STUDY OF ASIAN ENTREPRENEURS

In this paper we study how organizational learning impacts organizational behavior, and how vendor support quality enhances product adoption and usage behavior. These constructs were verified using Application Software Packages (ASP) - a prewritten, precoded, commercially available set of programs that eliminates the need for individuals or organizations to write their own software programs for certain functions. The relationship between ASP usage, usage outcomes and use processes were also investigated. Two hundred and ninety-five Chinese, Indian, and Malay entrepreneurships were studied. It was found that usage outcome strongly determines usage, while use process has only an indirect relationship (via outcome) on usage. The impact of organizational learning and vendor service quality on usage, usage outcome, and use process were robust. Theoretical and practical implications of the research are discussed.

Thermo-Calc calculations and studies of the heating process of Fe_(83)Si_4B_(13) alloy

The microstructural changes of Fe83Si4B13 amorphous mother alloy during the heating process were investigated by Laser Scanning Confocal Microscopy （LSCM） ,and the phase transformation was determined by the Thermo-Calc calculations. The differences in the melting points measured by Differential Scanning Calorimetry （DSC） and LSCM, and those obtained by Thermo-Calc calculations were also discussed. It is found that the melting points measured by DSC and LSCM are relatively similar, whereas the onset and end of the melting temperatures calculated by Thermo-Calc software are higher than those measured by DSC and observed by LSCM.

Package Coupling Measurement in Object-Oriented Software

The grouping of correlated classes into a package helps in better organization of modern object-oriented software. The quality of such packages needs to be measured so as to estimate their utilization. In this paper, new package coupling metrics are proposed, which also take into consideration the hierarchical structure of packages and direction of connections among package elements. The proposed measures have been validated theoretically as well as empirically using 18 packages taken from two open source software systems. The results obtained from this study show strong correlation between package coupling and understandability of the package which suggests that proposed metrics could be further used to represent other external software quality factors.
