In cross-cultural communication(CC),due to the different cultural backgrounds and values,there are great differences between Chinese and Western thinking patterns,which often lead to cultural conflicts.Cultural differences cover a wide range,and this paper analyzes the great influence of cultural differences on CC from the perspectives of thinking patterns and value orientation in daily life in China and the West,and intends to find out the reasons behind and come up with solutions.

In this research paper, we conduct research on the flexible yoga training mode based on Yin and Yang theory of dialectical thinking pattern. Yoga become modem young people are increasingly keen on sports exercise program, at the same time, as more ferocious originated in India yoga culture, even beyond the native of the popularity of the tai chi culture in China, in view of this kind of social cultural phenomenon, the author think it is necessary to carry out the two of fitness culture contrast research, to more deep understanding from angle of culturology of tai chi chuan and the Indian yoga in development in our country, as well as the similarities and differences of inheritance, development and research of its better to provide theoretical reference. We discuss the combination of the cutures and propose the flexible yoga training mode which is innovative.

English and Chinese thinking patterns distinguish each other by contrastive analysis.Contrastive linguistics maintain that languages with great difference caused the diversity of our thinking pattern.Sapir-W horf hypothesis believes that language could mold our way of thinking.Languages and thinking patterns correspond to each other,yet their differences are the research ob-jectives of the article.The deep-seated causes are that thinking patterns are influenced by our living environment and practicing experiences.People living in a different environment will have different practice experience,and their thinking patterns would be different as well.

Christianity, by far the most influential religion in the west, touches every phase of man's life so much so that it has shaped the western civilization more decisively and become the blood of western culture. William Shakespeare is the greatest humanist, but he is also a Christian rooted in western culture, so it is observed that Shakespeare's thinking pattern and writing were influenced by Christianity.
