Based on some analyses of existing chaotic image encryption frameworks and a new designed three-dimensional improved logistic chaotic map(3D-ILM),an asymmetric image encryption algorithm using public-key Rivest–Shamir–Adleman(RSA)is presented in this paper.In the first stage,a new 3D-ILM is proposed to enhance the chaotic behavior considering analysis of time sequence,Lyapunov exponent,and Shannon entropy.In the second stage,combined with the public key RSA algorithm,a new key acquisition mathematical model(MKA)is constructed to obtain the initial keys for the 3D-ILM.Consequently,the key stream can be produced depending on the plain image for a higher security.Moreover,a novel process model(NPM)for the input of the 3D-ILM is built,which is built to improve the distribution uniformity of the chaotic sequence.In the third stage,to encrypt the plain image,a pre-process by exclusive OR(XOR)operation with a random matrix is applied.Then,the pre-processed image is performed by a permutation for rows,a downward modulo function for adjacent pixels,a permutation for columns,a forward direction XOR addition-modulo diffusion,and a backward direction XOR addition-modulo diffusion to achieve the final cipher image.Moreover,experiments show that the the proposed algorithm has a better performance.Especially,the number of pixels change rate(NPCR)is close to ideal case 99.6094%,with the unified average changing intensity(UACI)close to 33.4634%,and the information entropy(IE)close to 8. 展开更多

This paper presents an automated method for discontinuity trace mapping using three-dimensional point clouds of rock mass surfaces.Specifically,the method consists of five steps:(1)detection of trace feature points by normal tensor voting theory,(2)co ntraction of trace feature points,(3)connection of trace feature points,(4)linearization of trace segments,and(5)connection of trace segments.A sensitivity analysis was then conducted to identify the optimal parameters of the proposed method.Three field cases,a natural rock mass outcrop and two excavated rock tunnel surfaces,were analyzed using the proposed method to evaluate its validity and efficiency.The results show that the proposed method is more efficient and accurate than the traditional trace mapping method,and the efficiency enhancement is more robust as the number of feature points increases. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Posterior malleolar fractures have been reported to occur in<40%of ankle fractures.AIM To reveal the recurrent patterns and characteristics of posterior malleolar fractures by creating fracture maps of the posterior malleolar fractures through the use of computed tomography mapping.METHODS A consecutive series of posterior malleolar fractures was used to create threedimensional reconstruction images,which were oriented and superimposed to fit an ankle model template by both aligning specific biolandmarks and reducing reconstructed fracture fragments.Fracture lines were found and traced in order to generate an ankle fracture map.RESULTS This study involved 112 patients with a mean age of 49,comprising 32 pronationexternal rotation grade IV fractures and 80 supination-external rotation grade IV fractures according to the Lauge-Hansen classification system.Three-dimensional maps showed that the posterior ankle fracture fragments in the supinationexternal rotation grade IV group were relatively smaller than those in the pronation-external rotation grade IV group after posterior malleolus fracture.In addition,the distribution analyses on posterior malleolus fracture lines indicated that the supination-external rotation grade IV group tended to have higher linear density but more concentrated and orderly distribution fractures compared to the pronation-external rotation grade IV group.CONCLUSION Fracture maps revealed the fracture characteristics and recurrent patterns of posterior malleolar fractures,which might help to improve the understanding of ankle fracture as well as increase opportunities for follow-up research and aid clinical decision-making. 展开更多

Balanced Functional Maps for Three-Dimensional Non-Rigid Shape Registration

Three-dimensional(3D)shape registration is a challenging problem,especially for shapes under non-rigid transformations.In this paper,a 3D non-rigid shape registration method is proposed,called balanced functional maps(BFM).The BFM algorithm generalizes the point-based correspondence to functions.By choosing the Laplace-Beltrami eigenfunctions as the function basis,the transformations between shapes can be represented by the functional map(FM)matrix.In addition,many constraints on shape registration,such as the feature descriptor,keypoint,and salient region correspondence,can be formulated linearly using the matrix.By bi-directionally searching for the nearest neighbors of points’indicator functions in the function space,the point-based correspondence can be derived from FMs.We conducted several experiments on the Topology and Orchestration Specification for Cloud Applications(TOSCA)dataset and the Shape Completion and Animation of People(SCAPE)dataset.Experimental results show that the proposed BFM algorithm is effective and has superior performance than the state-of-the-art methods on both datasets. 展开更多

The 3D reconstruction and concision of body internal organs can be built with such high quality that they are better than those obtained from the traditional methods. Electro-Anatomical Approach to Membranous Septal Aneurysm: Potential as a Focus of Critical Ventricular Arrhythmias

However, underlying mechanisms have not been addressed in its long history. We report first 3-D electro-anatomical mapping of MSA during and three years following the surgery. An elderly patient underwent a surgery for MSA. In the mapping, we located the His bundle near MSA and observed delayed potentials around MSA. Our report showed that electrophysiological character of myocardium was changed around MSA and this change might be a reason for ventricular tachycardia and atrioventricular block. An ordinary surgery for MSA might not resolve this problem since we still observed delayed potentials three years after the surgery. 展开更多

利用多枝柽柳(Tamarix ramosissima Ledeb.)茎秆CT扫描图像,构建年轮三维解剖模型,获取年轮生长速率(TRGR)和年木材材积量(ATV)等生长参数。结果对树木长势评估、干旱区年轮水文响应和气候响应、林业碳汇计量等研究领域具有参考价值。... 利用多枝柽柳(Tamarix ramosissima Ledeb.)茎秆CT扫描图像,构建年轮三维解剖模型,获取年轮生长速率(TRGR)和年木材材积量(ATV)等生长参数。结果对树木长势评估、干旱区年轮水文响应和气候响应、林业碳汇计量等研究领域具有参考价值。研究通过对多枝柽柳茎秆CT扫描和平板扫描,分别获得其茎秆CT和平板二维横切扫描图。使用Python深度学习方法,获得CT年轮U-net语义分割模型。结合前期研究已构建的平板扫描年轮图像U-net语义分割模型,研究分别获取两种轮盘扫描图像年轮早材区域。轮盘扫描及语义分割后的结果经图像处理、GIS配准赋坐标后,借助GIS编辑和测量工具,完成多枝柽柳年轮周长、基部断面积生长增量、TRGR及ATV指标的计算。利用CT图像提取的年轮线状CAD图,根据CT切片顺序和间隔,在Sketchup 3D软件中重构多枝柽柳年轮三维解剖图,立体刻画年轮结构特征。研究测量结果通过成对样本t检验,Pearson相关系数检验和Bland-Altman定量一致性分析,评价多枝柽柳CT和平板扫描图年轮测量结果的一致性,检验CT扫描图年轮参数的提取准确性。研究结果表明基于CT图像测量的TRGR指标和平板扫描测量结果一致。成对样本t检验TRGR序列定量均值比较的P值均大于0.05,表明两种来源所得测量结果间无统计学差异。Pearson相关系数为0.9984(P<0.0001),表明两种测量结果间具有强相关性。Bland-Altman定量一致性分析,两种测量途径中有95.625%的样本差异位于一致性界限内,表明两种方法测量的结果具有一致性。基于CT图像通过GIS测量所得的多枝柽柳年轮生长参数经验证,结果准确。研究构建的CT图像年轮生长参数测量方法,可推广到农业和林业各类树木年轮参数的测量。研究结果对树木年轮无损测量技术的发展,未来树木年木材材积量的测算,以及利用年轮研究水文响应和气候响应具有参考价值。 展开更多

Multispectral image compression and encryption method based on tensor decomposition in wavelet domain

Multispectral image compression and encryption algorithms commonly suffer from issues such as low compression efficiency,lack of synchronization between the compression and encryption proces-ses,and degradation of intrinsic image structure.A novel approach is proposed to address these is-sues.Firstly,a chaotic sequence is generated using the Lorenz three-dimensional chaotic mapping to initiate the encryption process,which is XORed with each spectral band of the multispectral image to complete the initial encryption of the image.Then,a two-dimensional lifting 9/7 wavelet transform is applied to the processed image.Next,a key-sensitive Arnold scrambling technique is employed on the resulting low-frequency image.It effectively eliminates spatial redundancy in the multispectral image while enhancing the encryption process.To optimize the compression and encryption processes further,fast Tucker decomposition is applied to the wavelet sub-band tensor.It effectively removes both spectral redundancy and residual spatial redundancy in the multispectral image.Finally,the core tensor and pattern matrix obtained from the decomposition are subjected to entropy encoding,and real-time chaotic encryption is implemented during the encoding process,effectively integrating compression and encryption.The results show that the proposed algorithm is suitable for occasions with high requirements for compression and encryption,and it provides valuable insights for the de-velopment of compression and encryption in multispectral field. 展开更多

The quality of the mapping algorithm used di- rectly affects the communication efficiency between IP cores and plays an important role in the optimization of power consumption and throughput of the whole chip. In this paper, ba- sic concepts and related work of three-dimensional network on chip are introduced. Quantum-behaved particle swarm op- timization algorithm is applied to the mapping problem of three-dimensional network on chip for the first time. Sim- ulation results show that the mapping algorithm based on quantum-behaved particle swarm algorithm has faster con- vergence speed with much better optimization performance compared with the mapping algorithm based on particle swarm algorithm. 目的探讨Carto-Merge技术指导存在左肺静脉共干的阵发性房颤患者行导管消融术的临床效果。方法选择存在左肺静脉共干的阵发性房颤患者27例,随机分为A组13例与B组14例。B组在Carto3技术建立的电解剖标测(FAM)模型指导下进行双侧肺静脉导... 目的探讨Carto-Merge技术指导存在左肺静脉共干的阵发性房颤患者行导管消融术的临床效果。方法选择存在左肺静脉共干的阵发性房颤患者27例,随机分为A组13例与B组14例。B组在Carto3技术建立的电解剖标测(FAM)模型指导下进行双侧肺静脉导管消融术,A组在Carto-Merge技术建立的影像融合模型(术前CT三维图像融合Carto3系统指引下建立的FAM模型)指导下进行双侧肺静脉导管消融术。记录并比较A组FAM模型与CT三维图像、B组FAM模型的左肺静脉相关参数(上下径、前后径、开口面积)及左心房容积,比较两组消融环相关参数(消融环上下径、前后径、横截面积、上下径比值、前后径比值及消融环横截面积/左肺静脉开口面积)。两组术后随访6个月,记录消融结局相关指标(双侧肺静脉电隔离完成情况、左右肺静脉消融时间及肺动脉压增高、窦性心律维持情况)。结果A组CT三维图像的左肺静脉开口面积、左心房容积均小于FAM模型(P均<0.05),两组FAM模型的左肺静脉上下径、前后径、开口面积及左心房容积比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。A组消融环前后径、横截面积、前后径比值、消融环横截面积/左肺静脉开口面积均大于B组(P均<0.05)。两组消融环上下径、上下径比值及左、右肺静脉消融时间比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。两组均顺利完成双侧肺静脉电隔离,其肺动脉压增高率、窦性心律维持率比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论采用Carto-Merge技术指导存在左肺静脉共干的阵发性房颤患者进行导管消融术时不会增加手术时间,其消融效果与传统Carto3技术相当且安全性较高,有助于复杂肺静脉解剖结构的识别和消融。 展开更多

目的:探讨CARTO3三维标测系统快速解剖建模在阵发性心房颤动(房颤)射频消融术中的安全性及有效性。方法 :2013-01至2015-07连续入选诊断为阵发性房颤行射频消融治疗的患者共120例,随机分为对照组(60例)、治疗组(60例),均用CARTO 3系统... 目的:探讨CARTO3三维标测系统快速解剖建模在阵发性心房颤动(房颤)射频消融术中的安全性及有效性。方法 :2013-01至2015-07连续入选诊断为阵发性房颤行射频消融治疗的患者共120例,随机分为对照组(60例)、治疗组(60例),均用CARTO 3系统进行标测。对照组:选择性肺静脉造影后,常规点对点方式构建左心房模型引导阵发性房颤的射频消融;治疗组:选择性肺静脉造影后,术中用快速解剖建模方式构建左心房模型作为阵发性房颤消融过程中标测与消融电极的路标指导消融。两组患者术中其余操作步骤及方法,如穿刺房间隔及环肺静脉消融等步骤均相同。分别记录两组手术操作时间,X线曝光时间,成功率及并发症的发生率。结果:120例入选的阵发性房颤患者均顺利完成了阵发性房颤的消融治疗。与对照组比较,治疗组左心房建模时间延长(8.5±3.6)min vs(5.2±2.3)min,而肺静脉定口时间(12.0±5.6)min vs(25.0±8.4)min、环肺静脉消融时间(95.0±22.0)min vs(115.0±25.0)min、X线曝光时间(15.0±6.3)min vs(24.0±5.5)min缩短,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组手术成功率及并发症的发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:CARTO3快速解剖建模指导阵发性房颤的射频消融治疗是安全、有效的,可减少术中X线曝光时间及手术操作时间,对阵发性房颤的射频消融具有重要的指导意义。 展开更多

耳廓上分布着的耳穴与人体的内脏器官在形态上往往呈现"投影"的相似对应关系。当人体器官出现病症或在患病早期时,可导致与患病器官相对应的特定耳穴上呈现电阻降低等病理性阳性反应。目前存在的耳穴检测仪功能单一,缺乏对耳... 耳廓上分布着的耳穴与人体的内脏器官在形态上往往呈现"投影"的相似对应关系。当人体器官出现病症或在患病早期时,可导致与患病器官相对应的特定耳穴上呈现电阻降低等病理性阳性反应。目前存在的耳穴检测仪功能单一,缺乏对耳穴电阻值的定量测量、统计分析和对耳穴电阻值地形图的伪彩色图像的直接表征;而且,缺乏对解剖分区和神经分区内的穴位点电阻值的统计处理和穴位所对应的器官及神经功能的综合分析诊断。设计研发了新型耳穴检测系统,实现了用3种不同功能对人体耳穴阻值的定量检测;对解剖分区和神经分区的耳穴阻值分别进行统计计算和分析;另外,利用伪彩色图像的方法表征出了耳穴等阻值区间的分布图,为临床的定量、直观检测提供了方便。 展开更多

目的比较常规电生理标测与三维电解剖标测系统(Carto XP/Carto3)标测指导下行导管射频消融治疗特发性右室流出道室性早搏(right ventricular outflow tract premature ventricular contraction,RVOT-PVC)的有效性和安全性。方法分析2013... 目的比较常规电生理标测与三维电解剖标测系统(Carto XP/Carto3)标测指导下行导管射频消融治疗特发性右室流出道室性早搏(right ventricular outflow tract premature ventricular contraction,RVOT-PVC)的有效性和安全性。方法分析2013年3月至2015年10月于我科进行射频消融治疗的144例室早病例:36例室早患者采用常规电生理标测指导下射频消融(常规组),108例室早采用Carto XP/Carto3标测指导下射频消融(Carto XP/Carto3组)。从靶点标测、消融、术中X线曝光以及手术总耗时等时间方面对两种标测方法进行比较;检测两组术前及术后1 d和3 d C反应蛋白(C reactive protein,CRP)、血清肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(serum cardiac troponinⅠ,c TnⅠ)和磷酸肌酸激酶同工酶(creatine kinase-MB,CK-MB)的变化,观察随访疗效。结果 Carto XP/Carto3组在室早靶点标测、成功消融、X线曝光以及手术总时间方面均较常规电生理标测组明显缩短(P<0.01),心肌损伤指标CRP、c TnⅠ和CK-MB均明显降低(P<0.01);两组的即刻成功率分别为94.4%(34/36)和100%(108/108),差异有统计学意义;术后1个月随访时,常规组即刻成功的34例患者中有3例室早复发,Carto XP/Carto3组无复发病例。术后3个月时,两组均无新的复发病例。结论 Carto XP/Carto3标测指导的消融靶点定位更精准,手术安全性及有效性更好;常规电生理标测指导的射频消融仍具有较高成功率,手术费用相对便宜,为经济困难而又确实需要消融治疗的患者提供了一种可行的选择方案。 展开更多

目的:研究快速解剖映射(FAM)技术在主动脉窦内起源室性早搏(简称室早)导管消融中的应用价值。方法:应用FAM技术对20例起源于主动脉窦内室早患者进行主动脉窦的解剖建模、激动标测和射频消融。观察消融即刻成功率、手术时间、消融时间和... 目的:研究快速解剖映射(FAM)技术在主动脉窦内起源室性早搏(简称室早)导管消融中的应用价值。方法:应用FAM技术对20例起源于主动脉窦内室早患者进行主动脉窦的解剖建模、激动标测和射频消融。观察消融即刻成功率、手术时间、消融时间和X射线曝光时间以及并发症情况。通过随访评价导管消融的远期疗效。结果:主动脉窦内室早位于左冠窦6例(30.0%),右冠窦7例(35.0%),左右冠窦交界区7例(35.0%)。放电(2.3±0.2)次室早完全终止,放电时间(66.3±5.7)s,手术时间(1.9±0.8)h,X线曝光时间(8.4±3.5)min。所有患者术中即刻均达到消融终点,随访(10±2)个月,无一例复发。结论:采用FAM技术导管消融治疗主动脉窦内起源的室早安全、有效。 展开更多

目的:探讨三维电解剖标测系统(Carto3系统)指导下阵发性室上性心动过速(阵发性室上速)射频消融的可行性及安全性。方法 :180例经电生理检查证实为阵发性室上速的患者,按手术日期及电生理诊断以1:1的比例分为三维组和二维组,每组... 目的:探讨三维电解剖标测系统(Carto3系统)指导下阵发性室上性心动过速(阵发性室上速)射频消融的可行性及安全性。方法 :180例经电生理检查证实为阵发性室上速的患者,按手术日期及电生理诊断以1:1的比例分为三维组和二维组,每组各90例。三维组在Carto3系统指导下进行瓣环三维重建,在三维模型指导下行射频消融。二维组在常规X线照射下行射频消融。观察两组患者的手术时间、X线曝光时间、手术成功率、并发症发生率、术后6月心动过速复发率、手术费用等指标。结果 :两组手术时间比较,三维组略延长[(58±16)min vs(54±20)min],差异无统计学意义(P=0.1403),但X线曝光时间三维组明显缩短[(2.1±0.7)min vs(7.8±3.6)min,P〈0.0001],以右侧旁道组X线曝光时间的缩短最显著[(3.4±0.7)min vs(20.2±7.1)min,P〈0.0001],房室结双径路患者三维组X线曝光时间也明显缩短[(1.1±0.3)min vs(5.5±1.7)min,P〈0.0001]。三维组除1例希氏束旁旁道未消融外其余全部消融成功;二维组有3例(2例右侧旁道、1例房室结双径路)消融不成功,更换三维电解剖标测系统指导下行射频消融治疗。三维组无并发症发生,也无复发病例。二维组有1例房室结双径路(男,9岁)消融中出现完全性房室传导阻滞,随访12个月动态心电图示II°-III°房室传导阻滞。二维组有2例复发,1例为房室结双径路,再次消融成功;1例为右侧旁道前传恢复,食道调搏检查不能诱发心动过速未再消融。而三维组会增加手术费用。结论 :Carto3指导阵发性室上速的射频消融切实可行,可大大减少X线照射,从而保护了电生理医生和患者,同时减少并发症发生,提高成功率。 展开更多
