So the element is hard to form any independent deposit. The world annual production of Tl is about 13 ton, most of which is recovered as by\|product from non\|ferrous metal metallurgical products. Reported in this paper is the only large\|sized independent Tl deposit in the world, of which the Tl ores can be mined, ore\|dressed and smelted independently. Bio\|enrichment and hydrothermal reworking are the two important metallogenic mechanisms of this Tl deposit. This paper will give a discussion to the Lanmuchang Tl deposit in the following respects including its geological characteristics, element association of Tl, Hg, As and Au and W, sulfur isotopic composition, involvement of hallogens in metallogenesis and the metallogenic models. 展开更多

铊的地球化学性质受其电子构型和地质地球化学作用制约。铊原子处于基态时的电子构型为6S26P1。铊有两个地球化学价态,正一价和正三价,自然界多数呈正一价。铊的电子构型和地球化学性质,使其具有低温成矿、亲硫;高温分散、亲石的双重地... 铊的地球化学性质受其电子构型和地质地球化学作用制约。铊原子处于基态时的电子构型为6S26P1。铊有两个地球化学价态,正一价和正三价,自然界多数呈正一价。铊的电子构型和地球化学性质,使其具有低温成矿、亲硫;高温分散、亲石的双重地球化学性质。在低温高硫还原环境,铊表现出强烈的亲硫性,不仅与汞、锑、砷、铜、铅、锌、铁、金、银等一道参与有色金属和贵金属矿床的成矿作用,而且形成铊的硫化物矿物、铊矿体和铊矿床;在高温低硫环境中,铊表现出明显的亲石性。由于铊的地球化学和结晶化学性质与钾、铷、铯很相近,因此使铊以类质同象形式进入长石、云母、闪石、白云石、迪开石、高岭石等矿物中,导致铊分散。作者尝试性提出,铊超常富集是指其含量普遍达到大于铊成矿的工业品位(n×10-4)或大于铊地壳丰度(0 75×10-6)100倍以上。铊矿区矿物、岩石、土壤、水体、生物和人体中铊含量明显高,且普遍是判别铊超常富集的标志。 展开更多

贵州兴仁滥木厂铊矿床中主要工业矿物红铊矿 (lorandite)是在沉积成岩时由生物富集形成的铊矿物 ,在铊矿石中可见到大量的微古动物化石 ,其中有孔虫和苔藓虫类占绝大部分。绝大部分微古动物化石都被含铊矿液交代 ,形成保留生物假像的红... 贵州兴仁滥木厂铊矿床中主要工业矿物红铊矿 (lorandite)是在沉积成岩时由生物富集形成的铊矿物 ,在铊矿石中可见到大量的微古动物化石 ,其中有孔虫和苔藓虫类占绝大部分。绝大部分微古动物化石都被含铊矿液交代 ,形成保留生物假像的红铊矿物斜硫砷汞铊矿。生物成因红铊矿的发现为矿床成矿模式和成矿时代的厘定提供新的证据。生物富集成矿和热液改造成矿是该矿床最主要的成矿特征。对生物群时限 ,硫同位素组成和生物富集成矿现象分析表明 ,生物富集成矿阶段发生在晚二叠世 ,即海西晚期 ,而热液改造成矿阶段则发生在中三叠世 ,即印支早期。在热液改造成矿阶段形成的矿石中见不到生物假像铊矿物 ,其完全被典型热液铊矿物所替代。 展开更多

Tl is a dispersed element and it seldom occurs in the form of independent minerals. The world annual production of Tl is about 13 ton, most of which is by-product separated from non-ferrous metal products. Lanmuchang is the only large-size independent Tl deposit in the world. Bio-enrichment and hydrothermal reworking are the two important metallogenic mechanisms of this Tl deposit. Samples of plant and animal organs and villagers’ urine as well as hair and nail (toenail) samples from the Tl mining district were analyzed. Analytical results showed that the contents of Tl, Hg and As are high, suggesting that the residents and villagers in the mining district have been affected by Ti-Hg pollution, and on the other hand, they can serve as the guidelines for ore prospecting. The contents of Tl, Hg, and As in human beings and other organic bodies depend largely on the background values of these metals in rock, ore, soil and water. 展开更多

Starting with the research status of bio-metallogenesis of Tl deposits and their geology, this work deals with the geological background of Tl enrichment and mineralization and the mechanism of bio- metal-logenesis of Tl deposits, as exemplified by Tl deposits in the low-temperature minerogenetic province. This research on the bio-metallogenesis of Tl deposits is focused on the correlations between bio-enrichment and Tl, the enrichment of Tl in micro-paleo-animals in rocks and ores, bio-fossil casts in Tl-rich ores, the involvement of bio-sulfur in minerogenesis and the enrichment of bio-genetic organic carbon in Tl ores. Thallium deposits have experienced two ore-forming stages: syngenetic bio- en-richment and epigenetic hydrothermal reworking (or transformation). Owing to the intense epigenetic hydrothermal reworking, almost no bio-residues remain in syngenetically bio-enriched Tl ores, thereby the Tl deposits display the characteristics of hydrothermally reoworked deposits. 展开更多
