With the rapid development of modern society,the protection and inheritance of traditional culture are becoming increasingly important.As a part of Chinese traditional culture,Tongyu New Year’s Paintings,with their u...With the rapid development of modern society,the protection and inheritance of traditional culture are becoming increasingly important.As a part of Chinese traditional culture,Tongyu New Year’s Paintings,with their unique artistic style and rich cultural connotation,have become an excellent resource for exploring the beauty of tradition and inspiring creativity.Based on this,LH Kindergarten in Baicheng City,Jilin Province,has utilized Tongyu New Year’s Paintings as a curriculum resource to develop a school-based curriculum,“The Beauty of Tongyu New Year’s Paintings:Artistic Exploration for Teachers and Children.”Through diversified learning styles,teachers and children will learn about the history of New Year’s paintings,incorporate certain features of the paintings into their art activities,and cultivate creativity and the spirit of teamwork,so as to pass on the precious essence of traditional culture to children and carry forward the spirit of teamwork in their hearts.This program will lead children to experience the treasures of traditional culture and the rich connotations behind Chinese New Year’s paintings,laying a solid foundation for their growth and lifelong learning.展开更多
A land surface model driven by the continuous three-year observed meteorological data with a time interval of 30 minutes at the Tongyu station, a reference site of the Coordinated Enhanced Observing Period (CEOP), w...A land surface model driven by the continuous three-year observed meteorological data with a time interval of 30 minutes at the Tongyu station, a reference site of the Coordinated Enhanced Observing Period (CEOP), was used to evaluate the observation bias of soil moisture (SM) data and analyze the variation of SM at different time scales. The saline-alkaline soil of the grassland at the Tongyu site makes the measured SM too high, especially in boreal summer of 2003-05. The simulated annual mean SM has the lowest value in 2004 and its three-year variation corresponds to the change of precipitation, whereas the observation shows the increasing trend from 2003 to 2005. Compared to the variation range between -60% and 40% for the anomaly percentage of the simulated daily mean SM during May-October of 2004, the measured data show the higher values more than 40%. The magnitude of the variation trend of the observed daily mean SM in 2003 and 2005 is generally consistent with the simulation. The largest deficiency for the soil moisture observation of the grassland is the overestimated value in the drought year with less precipitation. The simulated monthly mean SM has the lowest value in March due to the large contribution of evaporation relative to precipitation and this phenomenon can not be reproduced in the observation.展开更多
This paper takes the Tongyu County as an example, based on the evaluation indicator system of eco-environmental stress, using the method of the entropy- GM(1,1 ), the eco-environmental stress is evaluated and foreca...This paper takes the Tongyu County as an example, based on the evaluation indicator system of eco-environmental stress, using the method of the entropy- GM(1,1 ), the eco-environmental stress is evaluated and forecasted, Results show that the shortage of water resources, the desertification, the salinization, the grassland degeneration and the population increase are major stress factors of eco-environment worsening in the Tongyu County; eco-environmental stress coefficient from 1994 to 2013 in the region was increasing year by year, and the stress degree jumped from level-Ⅲ to level-Ⅳ. The forecast results show that if the measures don't be taken to protect eco-environment, the stress coefficient still grows, and the stress degree aggravates. In view of the above situation, we take the measures to lighten eco-environment stress, and promote the coordi- nated development of resources, environment and social economy, which is linking rivers and lakes, water resources optimization, preventing and controlling the desertification and the salinization, improving the degenerated grassland.展开更多

Late-stage reworking of theTaihua Group accounts for the enrichment of ore substances. It is a typical syntectonic gold deposit. The formation and evolution of the deposit involved four stages: (Ⅰ) the state of preparation of ore sub-stances, in which primary source beds originated: (Ⅱ) the stage of remobilization of ore substances, in whichregional progressive metamorphism and migmatization and thermodynamic-chemical differentiation led toremobilization of gold and its initial local concentration: (Ⅲ) the stage of gold deposit formation, in which re-gional folding produced concordant and cross shear-slip fractures and under the dynamic action gold was sepa-rated and migrated in a certain direction and concentrated to form a gold deposit: (Ⅳ) the stage ofsuperpositon, reworking and exposure of orebodies, in which the block uplifted and the deposit againunderwent reworking through faulting and mechanical differentiation.Thermodynamic mineralization played adominant role in the formation of the deposit.展开更多
Myocardial ischemia is a serious threat to human health,and vascular dysfunction is its main cause.Buxu Tongyu(BXTY)Granule is an effective traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for treating myocardial ischemia.However,the...Myocardial ischemia is a serious threat to human health,and vascular dysfunction is its main cause.Buxu Tongyu(BXTY)Granule is an effective traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for treating myocardial ischemia.However,the underlying mechanism of BXTY is still unclear.In this study,we demonstrate that BXTY ameliorates myocardial ischemia by activating the soluble guanylate cyclase(sGC)-30,50-cyclic guanosine monophosphate(cGMP)-protein kinase G(PKG)signaling pathway in vascular smooth muscle cells(VSMCs)to dilate the arteries.BXTY was given by gavage for ten consecutive days before establishing an animal model of acute myocardial ischemia in mice via the intraperitoneal injection of pituitrin.The results showed that BXTY alleviated the symptoms of myocardial ischemia induced by pituitrin in mice,including electrocardiogram abnormalities and changes in plasma enzymes.In addition,BXTY dilated pre-constricted blood vessels and inhibited the vasoconstriction of the superior mesenteric artery in a dose-dependent but endothelial-independent manner.These effects were eliminated by preincubating vascular rings with the sGC inhibitors NS 2028 or ODQ,or with the PKG inhibitor KT 5823.Moreover,BXTY increased the protein expression of sGC-b1 and the intracellular second messenger cGMP level in mouse aortic vascular smooth muscle cells(MOVAs).NS 2028 or ODQ reversed these effects of BXTY.The expression level of the cGMP downstream effector protein PKG-1 increased after treating MOVAs with BXTY.NS 2028,ODQ,or KT 5823 also reversed this effect of BXTY.In conclusion,BXTY can improve the symptoms of acute myocardial ischemia in mice,and activating the sGC-cGMP-PKG pathway in VSMCs to induce vasodilation is its key pharmacodynamic mechanism.展开更多
Background:Premature ovarian insufficiency(POI)is a common refractory disease in gynecology,and its etiology and pathogenesis are complex.Psychological stress exerts an impact on women’s physical and mental health,an...Background:Premature ovarian insufficiency(POI)is a common refractory disease in gynecology,and its etiology and pathogenesis are complex.Psychological stress exerts an impact on women’s physical and mental health,and in turn affects the ovarian reserve function,which is one of the important etiologies and pathogenesis of POI.The compound formula Ningxin Tongyu Zishen Tang(NTZT)is composed of Chinese herbal medicines which can nourish heart and tranquilize mind,tonify kidney and supplement essence.By comparing the menstrual symptoms,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptoms and the levels of serum sex hormone before and after treatment,the NTZT is clarified for its curative effect and advantages in patients with POI.Objective:The study aimed to observe the effects of NTZT on menstrual symptoms,TCM symptoms and the levels of serum sex hormone in POI patients.Methods:60 POI patients were divided into two groups,namely observation group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The patients in both groups were treated by hormone replacement therapy(HRT).The observation and control groups received treatment with NTZT and or Liuwei Dihuang Wan(LDW),respectively.All of the patients were treated for 3 months continuously.The menstrual symptoms,TCM symptoms and the levels of serum sex hormone of the two groups were investigated before and after treatment.Results:It was found that the menstrual symptoms,TCM symptoms and the levels of serum sex hormone improved dramatically after treatment in the observation group(P<0.01).By comparison,the menstrual symptoms and the levels of serum sex hormone improved significantly(P<0.01),but no obvious improvement in TCM symptoms(P>0.05)in the control group was observed.Compared with the control group,the observation group showed significant improvement in TCM symptoms and the levels of serum sex hormone(P<0.01),but no significant difference was observed in the menstrual symptoms(P>0.05).In addition,there was no any adverse events such as gastrointestinal dysfunction and drug allergyobserved in both groups,indicating the safety of the two TCM formulas.Conclusion:The study found that NTZT could restore menstruation and improve the levels of sex hormone in patients with POI.It was also found that NTZT could eliminate the feelings of vexation,insomnia and dream-fulness,as well as tidal fever and sweating,aching pain of loins,and vaginal dryness significantly.It can be proved that NTZT is effective in treating patients with POI owing to its effects of nourishing heart and tranquil-izing mind,tonifying kidney and supplementing essence together,leading to elimination of psychological stress,which further promotes the development of the ovaries.展开更多
