Evaluation of Technical Education by Using a Modern Structured MOODLE Laboratory Course, in Relation to Recent Data

E-learning platforms support education systems worldwide, transferring theoretical knowledge as well as soft skills. In the present study high-school pupils’, and adult students’ opinions were evaluated through a modern structured MOODLE interactive course, designed for the needs of the laboratory course “Automotive Systems”. The study concerns Greek secondary vocational education pupils aged 18 and vocational training adult students aged 20 to 50 years. The multistage, equal size simple random cluster sample was used as a sampling method. Pupils and adult students of each cluster completed structured 10-question questionnaires both before and after attending the course. A total of 120 questionnaires were collected. In general, our findings disclosed that the majority of pupils and adult students had significantly improved their knowledge and skills from using MOODLE. They reported strengthening conventional teaching, using the new MOODLE technology. The satisfaction indices improved quite, with the differences in their mean values being statistically significant.

Evaluation of Impact of Life-planning Skills Training among Senior High School Students in Shangcai County

Objective To evaluate the impact of sex and reproductive health education using lifeplanning skills training among senior high school students in a rural county. Methods The study was conducted in three senior high schools of Shangcai County with comparable socio-cultural, economic, and demographic characteristics, two as intervention sites and one as the control. A three-month life-planning skills training course was conducted among all grade one students in the intervention schools. The baseline survey was conducted prior to the intervention, once again three months after the intervention was initiated. Data were collected through questionnaires, FGDs and 1Dis to evaluate the effect of the intervention program. Results After the intervention, the median score of reproductive health knowledge was higher in the intervention group （55.66） than that in control group （38.68）. Students from the intervention group were also more comfortable with their developmental changes which were going through, In the end line survey, 92.70% of the students in the intervention group suggested that reproductive health education should be carried out among all middle school students in Shangcai County. Multivariate analysis also indicated that peers and family had a significant effect on students＇ sex-related knowledge, attitudes and behaviors. Conclusion Sex and reproductive health education via provision of life-planning skills training can significantly increase students＇ sex and reproductive health knowl- edge and was welcomed by students, teachers and parents.

Strategies for Improving the Training Quality of International Students in China

In recent years,the new measures for opening up have transitioned from concept to action,and from vision to reality,with good outcomes.China is becoming the target country for students from countries around the world to further their studies,and important changes have taken place in the source structure and major selection of international students.Quality is the lifeline of education in China.The key to improving international competitiveness is to improve the training quality.In order to improve the training quality of international students,the principle of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude needs to be implemented,the teaching methods that meet the characteristics of international students should be used,modern information means based on“Internet+Teaching”should be used,and joint training between schools and enterprises should be carried out,so as to promote both,classroom teaching and practical teaching.

Analysis onto Competence-oriented Engineering Education System:A Perspective into the Differences between Chinese and German Engineering Education

Through engineering education, a set of didactical programs and activities are planned to bring the essential knowledge, expertise and training to the students from the corresponding discipline and make them gain the competence of coping with various professional problems independently. Although holding the same views on the importance of developing competence, China and Germany construct the respective education systems in consideration of the different circumstances. In this paper, we propose the analysis onto the engineering education systems in the two countries and characterize the systems as competence-oriented. Through reflecting the differences, we mainly propose three suggestions as the theoretical contribution for deriving advantages from the German engineering education system.

Interprofessional education in nursing: The impact of collaboration between physical and mental health care professionals

Objectives:lnterprofessional collaboration in the training of nursing and psychology students helps provide students of both disciplines with the ability and competences they need to best attend to their patients.This study implemented and analyzed a method for developing the competences of each discipline in a scenario of joint clinical simulation that incorporates mental and physical health simultaneously,and measured the caring ability of the participating students.Methods:Participants took a self-applied survey measuring their own caring ability.After,a clinical simulation was performed where nursing students performed clinical interviews on psychology students,who acted as standardized patients.Caring abilities were measured in the nursing students,and the psychology students implemented an intervention service measuring caring ability and brief-debrief simulation by coaching to nursing students.Results:The results indicated that the self-applied questionnaire of caring ability resulted in scores significantly higher than what was measured by observers.Conclusions:The results contribute to the development of protocols,training and collaborative work practices in interprofessional education,which allow the scaling of these competences.

Effect of simulation-based teaching on nursing skill performance: a systematic review and meta-analysis

Objective:To summarize and produce aggregated evidence on the effect of simulation-based teaching on skill performance in the nursing profession.Simulation is an active learning strategy involving the use of various resources to assimilate the real situation.It enables learners to improve their skills and knowledge in a coordinated environment.Methods:Systematic literature search of original research ar ticles was carried out through Google Scholar,Medline,and Cochrane Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature(CINAHL)databases.Studies conducted on simulation-based teaching and skill performance among nursing students or clinical nursing staff from 2010 to 2019,and published in the English language,were included in this study.Methodological quality was assessed by Joanna Briggs Institute,and the risk of bias was also assessed by Cochrane risk of bias and the risk of bias assessment tool for non-randomized studies(ROBINS-I)checklists.Results:Initially,638 titles were obtained from 3 sources,and 24 original studies with 2209 study par ticipants were taken for the final analysis.Of the total studies,14(58.3%)used single group prep post design,7(29.1%)used high fidelity simulator(HFS),and 7(29.1%)used a virtual simulator(VS).Twenty(83.3%)studies reported improved skill performance following simulation-based teaching.Simulation-based teaching improves skill performance among types of groups(single or double),study regions,high fidelity(HF),low fidelity(LF),and standard patient(SP)users.But the effect over virtual and medium fidelity simulators was not statistically significant.Overall,simulation-based teaching improves the skill performance score among the experimental group(d=1.01,95%confidence interval[CI][0.69–1.33],Z=6.18,P<0.01,93.9%).Significant heterogeneity and publication bias were observed during the pooled analysis.Conclusions:Simulation did improve skill performance among the intervention groups,but the conclusion is uncer tain due to the significant heterogeneity.The large extent of difference among original research has necessitated the development of well-defined assessment methods for skills and standardized simulation set-up for proper assessment of their effects.

Entrepreneurship Education in Malaysia： Nurturing Entrepreneurial Interest Amongst Students

In its effort towards becoming a developed nation in the next decade, Malaysia has incorporated its education system with National Higher Education Action Plan initiatives to produce a next generation of populace who are no more dependent on the government for various aids. For the past decade, creation of entrepreneurs through a formal education has become the mainstay of the local Higher Education Institutions （HEI）. Pursuing of an entrepreneurship education by means of a degree programme has emerged as one of the popular choice among undergraduates as an option for rewarding and full time career. Because of this. there has been an increased demand for entrepreneurship education and training in Malaysia to nurture entrepreneurial characteristics. The national agenda is to encourage the younger generations to be nurtured into becoming job-creators rather than job-seekers once they leave the educational system. Given this trend, HEIs need to undertake some policy changes, including faculty or school overall legislation and the development of alternative specialized programs, to be more accommodating to future entrepreneurs. This paper provides an insight into entrepreneurship education, as one of the programs that can generate interest among undergraduates to enhance entrepreneurial characteristics in order to create good entrepreneurs.

“科教+产教”双驱动融合的计算机类研究生创新人才培养模式探索

面对传统科教与产教中计算机类研究生培养存在的耦合性不足,该文探索“科教+产教”双驱动融合视域下计算机类研究生创新人才培养模式。该模式从思想转变和理念建设、体系构建和规划、资源保障和人才培养三个层面提出总体框架,并针对性地提出多条具体举措,充分诠释“科教+产教”双驱动融合的教育理念,最后阐明所提出的创新人才培养模式的两点特色。研究成果能够在促进教育发展、推动科技创新的同时,成就更多适应新时代计算机类产业需求的高素质创新人才。

基于职业发展视角下的高职学生职业素养培养研究

新时期的职业教育改革发展,对职业人才职业素养的教育提出更高要求。以职业发展为核心的职业教育体系建设,要围绕提升职业人才的职业素养做好教育布局与教育设计,充分以产业发展、经济发展及企业发展为主体,培养具备高素质、高水平的职业人才,并利用强化职业信念教育、加强职业道德教育引导及深化职业潜力挖掘等基础策略,不断提升职业人才的就业发展水平,促使高职的职业人才教育输送,能有效填补我国职业人才的行业缺口。

[目的/意义]深入研究大学生AI素养能力现状以及其与实际应用、态度、兴趣等因素之间的关系,探讨高校在AI时代培养学生拥有良好AI素养的可行性与举措,为推动AI素养教育提供实证支持和理论指导。[研究设计/方法]采用定量研究方法,通过调查和数据分析,分析了高校学生的AI素养水平现状以及其与教育培训背景、实际应用经验、态度和兴趣之间的相关性。研究设计强调实践性经验对于提高学生AI素养水平的关键性作用,并多角度考察了教育培训、学科背景、态度、兴趣等因素对AI素养的影响。[结论/发现]在数字化时代,实践性经验对于提高高校学生的AI素养水平至关重要。通过实际使用AI技术或产品,学生更容易将理论知识转化为实际技能,全面提升其在AI素养方面的水平。此外,学生的积极态度、兴趣与AI素养之间呈正相关性关系。[创新/价值]为高校学生AI素养水平测量提供了有针对性的量表,并验证了影响AI素养水平高低的因素。为未来深入探讨AI实际使用与理论学习之间关系、设计有针对性的教育培训框架提供了基础。

基于创新人才培养的高校图书馆知识产权素养教育研究

[目的/意义]高校是国家创新人才培养的重要阵地,在中国实施人才强国和创新型国家战略背景下,知识产权素养已成为高校学生适应社会需求必备的基本素质。研究基于创新人才培养的知识产权素养教育,以期共同探讨高校图书馆在创新人才培养中知识产权素养教育模式。[方法/过程]将大学生创新人才培养的知识产权素养教育分为4个阶段:创新创业认知阶段、综合素养教育阶段、创新能力提升阶段和专业技能应用阶段,根据不同教育阶段对知识产权素养需求特点,制定了知识产权素养教育目标。[结果/结论]高校创新人才知识产权素养教育是一项系统工程,需要图书馆不断地实践与改革,才能为创新人才培养注入活力。

“三全育人”视角下新时代普通高校学生军训育人体系的构建

新时代需要普通高等学校学生军事技能训练提质增效。学生军事技能训练既是学校国防教育的重要载体和有效形式,也是深化“三全育人”综合改革的有效途径。学生军训育人离不开对全员、全过程、全方位的“三全育人”核心理念理解与践行,其中全员育人是学生军训育人的基本保障,全过程育人是学生军训育人的发展方向,全方位育人是学生军训育人的必由之路,“三全育人”有力推进学生军训育人高质量发展。本文以“三全育人”视角,围绕北京科技大学学生军事技能训练实践,构建了“四相结合,五育并举”的新时代普通高校学生军训育人体系的构建,为深化学生军训改革提供参考建议。

影像学住培学员思政层面的德育提升路径探究

通过深入探讨医学影像学住院医师规范化培训学员(以下简称“住培学员”)德育素质的现状及其原因,分析目前存在的问题,并针对医学影像学领域的特点,提出在思政团队层面上的德育提升策略。其中,针对导师团队提出要强调学术规范意识;针对实验平台团队要贯彻“减替优”原则;针对课程教学团队提出要将思政教育融入课程中。通过对思政团队层面的德育提升策略进行探讨,以期为医学影像学住培学员的德育培养提供有益的借鉴和启示。

机械工程专业学位研究生培养体系研究

在智能制造背景下,针对机械工程专业学位研究生培养过程中存在的实践创新能力不足等问题,分析了专业学位教育学术化、工程教育理科化、实践教学虚拟化的原因。提出基于产教融合的研究生实践创新能力提升方法。在机械专业学位研究生培养目标确立、课程体系设置、双导师队伍建设、实践能力评价等方面进行了探索。构建了产教深度融合的研究生培养体系,有效提升了机械专业学位研究生工程实践与创新能力,可为专业学位研究生培养体系的改革提供借鉴。

基于我国研究生教育全面收费的背景,在分析资源环境领域研究生培养面临的新形势、新矛盾、新问题的基础上,武汉科技大学面向冶金钢铁行业、湖北加速建成中部地区崛起重要战略支点、资源环境领域学科专业以及学生的发展需求,创新“家国情怀教育、科学前沿引领”的教育基本内涵,构建“三协同三提升”的资源环境领域研究生培养思路,共建、共治、共享研究生科研、教学、实践的资源,探究“大资源大环境”学科专业融合的研究生培养模式,分析科产教协同的引领型人才培养路径,凝练研究生教育成本分担背景下资源环境领域引领型人才育成体系的成效。

三全育人理念下高校大学生就业工作探索——以广州番禺职业技术学院旅游商务学院为例

就业是最基本的民生,有效提升高校毕业生的就业工作质量应该是全社会关注的重点。随着“三全育人”教育理念的提出,全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人在高校毕业生就业指导工作过程中逐渐凸显出优势。高校应加大将三全育人理念融入大学生就业指导工作的力度,提高学生的专业能力和综合素质,提升学生就业质量。广州番禺职业技术学院旅游商务学院在三全育人理念指引下,以学生为中心,尊重学生个性化发展需求,不断探索和实践就业指导工作,取得了一定成效。

不同高度跳深训练对提升体育专业男生下肢快速力量的影响

为探究跳深替代杠铃、发展下肢快速力量的简捷训练方法,运用实验法对60名浙江师范大学体育与健康科学学院(2021级)男大学生进行了为期8周的跳深训练实验,比较分析各实验组的力峰值、峰值功率、30 m跑成绩及立定跳远成绩,探究哪种高度与地面组合的跳深训练最为适宜.结果表明:1)实验后,各实验组的下肢快速力量水平都有所提高;2)实验后,相同高度的人工草地跳深训练效果要优于塑胶地面;3)实验后,60 cm高度与人工草地组合的训练效果最好.结论:1)60 cm高度是体育专业男大学生进行跳深训练的适宜高度;2)在人工草地上进行跳深训练比较适宜;3)采用60 cm高度与人工草地组合的跳深训练对发展体育专业男大学生下肢快速力量是一种简捷有效的训练方法.
