The Docking of Talent Training Strategies and Job Market in Higher Vocational Colleges Under the Background of Slow and Difficult Employment

Students in higher vocational colleges are faced with difficult problems such as slow employment,which highlights the dislocation between education and the market.This study surveyed thousands of students and hundreds of enterprises,and put forward docking strategies.The analysis shows that the mismatch between skills adaptation and literacy is the main cause of slow employment.To this end,research and design training programs,including curriculum restructuring,school-enterprise cooperation practice platforms,and employment-oriented quality improvement plans are imperative.At the same time,we will develop teaching modules for career planning to enhance competitiveness and ensure that the content is synchronized with industry standards.After the implementation,the employment rate of students increased by 15%within six months,the degree of interconnection increased by 20%,and the degree of enterprise recognition increased by 25%.The research effectively promotes the docking of higher vocational education with the market,and has far-reaching significance for easing slow employment.

Exploring the Application Effect of Flipped Classroom Combined with Problem-Based Learning Teaching Method in Clinical Skills Teaching of Standardized Training for Resident Doctors of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective: To explore the application effect of flipped classroom combined with problem-based learning teaching method in clinical skills teaching of standardized training for resident doctors of traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods: The study used the experimental control method. The study lasted from September to November 2022. The subjects of this study were 49 students of standardized training for resident doctors of traditional Chinese Medicine from grades 2020, 2021 and 2022 of Dazhou integrated TCM & Western Medicine Hospital. They were randomly divided into experiment group (25) and control group (24). The experiment group adopted flipped classroom combined with problem-based learning teaching method, and the control group adopted traditional teaching method. The teaching content was 4 basic clinical skill projects, including four diagnoses of traditional Chinese Medicine, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, dressing change procedure, acupuncture and massage. The evaluation method was carried out by comparing the students’ performance and a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the students’ evaluation of the teaching method. Results: The test scores of total scores in the experimental group (90.12 ± 5.89) were all higher than those in the control group (81.47 ± 7.96) (t = 4.53, P P Conclusions: The teaching process of the flipped classroom combined with problem-based learning teaching method is conducive to improving the efficiency of classroom teaching, cultivating students’ self-learning ability, and enhancing students’ willingness to learn.

Study on the Training Strategy of High Skilled Talents of Spray Coatings for Automobile in Secondary Vocational School——from the Perspective of Made in China 2025 Strategy

Made in China 2025 Strategy requires a large number of high skilled talents,which the high-skilled talents are the core backbone of skilled workers and a significant force to promote technological innovation and realize the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.In this study,combined with automotive spraying industry characteristics,four cultivation strategies are established by the construction of the system of high-skilled talent formation,training mode of on-campus+on-job highskilled talents,the common trail of national certification and enterprise certification and the star system spiraling excitation in order to create a new growth path for the cultivation of high-skilled talents in automobile spraying.

Nurses’ movements within and between various paths when improving their communication skills—An evaluation of validation method training

Aims and objectives: To explore any changes in nurses’ skills at communicating with residents with dementia disease when using the validation method, as observed in one-to-one videotaped conversations. Background: Communication difficulties due to cognitive impairment among residents with dementia disease may complicate care situations. Training can improve nurses’ communication skills and increase care quality. The validation method aims to facilitate communication with residents with dementia disease through empathic and confirmatory approaches. Evaluations of the validation method have primarily focused on the residents’ perspective, and reports on nurses’ experiences are sparse. Improved communication and relationships with residents after validation method training have been described previously. Videotaped data could provide additional information about these earlier results. Design: A descriptive qualitative design. Methods: Eight nurses participated in a year of validation method training, including videotaped conversations with eleven residents. Videotapes with at least five months between the first and last recording were analysed and compared qualitatively. Results: The analysis revealed an overall pattern: nurses’ movements within and between various paths when improving their communication skills. This was based on three sub-patterns: from controlling communication towards developing attentiveness in communication, from ambiguous communication towards developing coherence in communication, and from being open and attentive towards having a refined attuned communication. Conclusions: All nurses developed their communication skills during the programme, albeit to different degrees. The findings are in congruence with the experiences described by nurses, and so it is reasonable to believe that the programme helped to improve the nurses’ skills in communicating with residents with dementia disease. Relevance to clinical practice: A validation method training programme could give nurses the possibility to develop their skills in communicating with residents with dementia disease.

Cultivation of Teaching Skills： Problems and Solutions

The training of normal students' skills in higher normal universities is the premise and basis for their future employment. At present,there are a lot of problems in normal universities in the training of teachers' skills,such as unscientific arrangement of curriculum in normal universities,lack of vocational skills training,discrepancy between knowledge and skills,shortage of the training,the poverty of the methods and imperfection of evaluation system and so on. In order to improve the modern information teaching skills of the students of normal universities,broaden the paths of employment and improve the level of running a school,we should adjust the curriculum set,strengthen the teachers' quality,deal with the relationship between theory and practice appropriately,pay attention to integration of academic skills training,and build a scientific evaluation system.

Cross-Cultural Communication Skills Training Strategies in College English Education

With the increasing exchange of countries,the role of English as an international official language has become more and more prominent.First and foremost,how to improve the comprehensive quality of students in the teaching process and further en hance students'cross-cultural communication ability is what teachers should think about in the course of teaching.English,as the second language of students,has its own language characteristics and cultural backgrounds,starting from the root of culture,which lay the foundation for students'cross-cultural communication abilities,but also require a better environment for students to master English.After all,English learning is not only about reading and writing,but also about the comprehensive use of hearing and un derstanding.This paper mainly discusses the value of cross-cultural communicative ability training in college English education and the strategy of cross-cultural communicative ability in college English education.

Metacognitive Strategy Training Outside the Classroom in Higher Vocational English Teaching

In order to remedy individual learner difference in English learning,a brief survey subjects' needs was made before Metacognitive strategy training began.A Metacognitive strategy training is implemented outside the classroom.The method is that the teacher signs contracts with every student.Results from this training indicate that Metacognitive strategy training outside the classroom can improve different sides of different students more effectively in higher vocational English teaching.

5A教学模式在普通外科住院医师规范化培训中的应用

目的探讨5A教学模式在普通外科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法采用随机对照研究方法,以2020年1月至2022年12月在解放军总医院第一医学中心普通外科医学部接受住院医师规范化培训并进入本研究团队主诊组轮转学习的学员为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组20名,采用5A教学模式;对照组20名,采用传统教学模式。对2组学员进行理论考核、临床技能考核和综合能力考核,记录考核成绩,并比较2组的教学效果。结果相对于对照组,试验组学员在消毒铺巾、切开缝合和腔镜技能考核3个方面的成绩得到提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组学员在团队协作和科学研究2个方面的成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组学员带教满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论5A教学模式可以显著提高学员的临床实践操作、团队协作和科学研究能力,可作为普通外科住院医师规范化培训的有效教学方法。

情景模拟教学法在临床基本技能培训中的应用研究

目的基于PDCA循环理论探索情景模拟教学法在临床基本技能培训中的应用模式。方法选取哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院2019级临床医学专业96名学生作为研究对象,分别设置实验组和对照组,每组48名学生,于2022年3—12月开展技能培训。对照组采用传统方式培训,实验组采用基于PDCA循环的情景模拟教学法培训。比较分析对照组和实验组的培训效果及培训满意度。结果在实验组学生的培训效果调查中,临床基本技能操作中多方面评价结果均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。在适当且安全的操作方式方面,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在培训满意度调查中,实验组学生对培训满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在临床基本技能培训中应用基于PDCA循环的情景模拟教学法,有助于提升临床基本技能培训质量和学生满意度。

高职院校学生职业技能与职业精神融合培养路径研究

为了解决高职院校学生毕业难和就业难问题,首先分析职业精神在高职职业技能培养体系所面临的问题,详细阐述职业精神融入高职职业技能培养的重要意义,其次提出通过创新人才培养方案为核心、实施校企合作产教融合活动、发挥人文素质课的优势、重视建设师资队伍和打造科学的评价体系,最后实现职业精神在职业技能培养中的有机融合。最终完成国家职业教育培养出企业真正需要的高技能高素质复合型人才的使命。

开放教育技能人才培养的困境与优化策略研究——以北京开放大学现代家政服务与管理专业为例

经济转型发展的关键时期,我国需要大量的高素质高技能专业人才。当前开放教育技能人才培养面临人才培养定位不能满足市场需求、课程体系重理论轻实践、师资队伍实践教学经验不足、教学中技能实操环节薄弱、教学质量难以科学地评价并监管等突出问题。开放教育与职业教育技能人才培养存在较大差距、开放教育缺少线下实操教学条件,其中社会传统观念影响是开放教育技能人才培养成为困境形成的主要原因。以北京开放大学的家政专业为例,通过文献分析和实践研究,探索开放教育技能人才培养的优化发展策略,可以为推进开放教育技能人才培养的专业化和规模化提供借鉴。

互联网+微格教学法结合复盘教学方式在外科腹腔镜技能培训中的应用

目的:探讨互联网+微格教学法结合复盘教学方式在外科腹腔镜技能培训的应用效果。方法:选取在本院普通外科进行住院医师规范化培训且既往未受过其他腹腔镜培训的2020级学员30名,随机分为对照组及试验组,每组15人。对照组依照传统培训方式进行技能培训,试验组采用互联网+微格教学法结合复盘教学方式进行培训。分别于培训初始时,培训第8周对两组学员进行操作考核,所有培训结束后对两组学员进行满意度调查。分析两组学员的考核成绩以及教学满意度调查结果。结果:每个模块的考核成绩试验组均明显优于对照组(P<0.001);满意度方面,试验组在培训的教学方式、培训内容的兴趣程度、课程氛围、提升腔镜技能水平、学习成就感层面结果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:互联网+微格教学法结合复盘教学方式可以有效地提高学员腹腔镜技能操作水平,提升学员的学习兴趣,培养其主动学习能力,是值得应用的教学方法。

形体训练中核心力量训练策略研究

随着社会对美学标准和身体健康认识的不断提升,个体对优化身体形态、提高身体功能,以及维持良好身体姿态的需求日益增长。核心力量能够维护身体稳定性、提升运动效率、预防伤害以及改善身体形态,然而,传统的形体训练方法往往未能充分发挥核心力量训练在身体塑造中的潜力。因此,该研究旨在深入分析核心力量训练在形体训练中的应用现状及其潜在价值,探索更为科学、有效的核心力量训练策略,从而为运动员、舞者及广大健身爱好者提供理论依据和实践指南,以期达到提高身体功能性、美观性及整体健康水平的目标。

SPOC翻转课堂联合PBL教学法在口腔科实习生牙周病学临床技能培训中的应用效果分析

目的:分析小规模限制性在线课程(SPOC)翻转课堂联合以问题为导向的教学法(PBL)在口腔科实习生牙周病学临床技能培训中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年6月—2023年3月郑州市中心医院口腔科实习生90名作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各45名。对照组采用传统教学法,观察组采用SPOC翻转课堂联合PBL教学法。比较两组考试成绩、教学效果、教学满意度。结果:观察组理论知识考试、技能操作考试成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实习前,两组学习兴趣、学习积极性、自主学习能力、技能及创新能力、医患沟通能力、综合能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实习后,两组学习兴趣、学习积极性、自主学习能力、技能及创新能力、医患沟通能力、综合能力评分高于实习前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:SPOC翻转课堂联合PBL教学法在口腔科实习生牙周病学临床技能培训中的应用效果显著,可提高考试成绩、教学效果、教学满意度。

PBL联合MDT教学在肝胆胰外科住院医师规范化培训中的应用

肝胆胰外科医师是专业性较强,并对综合素质要求较高的群体在规范化培训阶段采用系统的理论教学和规范的实践操作才能保证教学的质量。以问题为基础的教学法(problem based learning,PBL)是基于学生为主体,以问题为导向,让学生以合作的形式共同解决学习过程中发现的问题,实现将抽象的理论知识贯穿于临床实践中的一种教学方式,已在多个学科领域取得了显著的应用效果。与传统教学方法相比,PBL更适合复杂学科疾病的教学,同时鼓励学生制作PPT参加多学科讨论(multidisciplinary treatment,MDT),有助于调动学生的积极性,锻炼缜密的临床诊疗思维,并提高临床操作实践技能。文章探讨了针对肝胆胰外科医师规范化培训过程中将PBL与MDT相结合的应用效果,以期为后续临床教学提供经验指导。

运用PDCA循环提升实习生临床操作能力的研究——以外科换药为例

目的探讨“计划-执行-检查-处理”(plan-do-check-act,PDCA)循环法在外科实习生外科换药操作提升的有效性,为提高换药掌握率提供参考依据。方法选取2022年6-11月在国家儿童医学中心复旦大学附属儿科医院外科轮转实习的242名临床医学实习生,根据外科换药诊断性评价的理论与技能得分,了解轮转外科实习生外科换药掌握情况。采用PDCA循环法,建立完整的计划、实施、检查、处理流程,从而获得外科换药终结性评价。理论成绩采用问卷星的形式,操作成绩采用打分形式进行量化。统计并对比分析前后外科换药理论知识得分与操作的掌握率。结果经过PDCA循环法,实习生外科换药理论知识得分及操作的掌握率均明显高于诊断性评价(P<0.001)。结论采用PDCA循环法制定针对性的培训方案,形成科学有效的培训模式,注重理论与操作双提高,使全体外科实习生提升外科换药掌握率。
