The importance of breathing training in dance teaching is reflected in the two aspects of enhancing the quality of dance movements and sublimating the connotation of dance movements.For example,high-quality breathing can help performers complete the dance movements and improve the coordination of the movements;at the same time,the unique body rhythm formed by breathing can strengthen the visual effect of the performance and convey its spirit and soul to the audience.This requires folk dance teachers to carry out relevant training and teaching activities based on the categories and skills of dance breathing,such as changing students’ideological cognition,developing periodic breathing training courses,providing personalized guidance to students,and allowing students to adjust their learning and practice methods in the evaluation. 展开更多

Objective:To investigate the effect of using audible thinking combined with the case teaching method in the teaching of nursing checkups for regulation nurses.Methods:The period was April 2023–April 2024,and a randomized controlled group study was carried out in which 76 regulation nurses in our hospital were randomly divided into a research group and a control group,with 38 regulation nurses in each group.The control group used conventional teaching methods,and the research group used audible thinking combined with the case teaching method,comparing the two groups’independent learning ability scores,assessment scores,and teaching satisfaction.Results:Independent learning ability score:after teaching,the research group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);Assessment results:the research group was considerably higher than the control group(P<0.05);Teaching satisfaction:the research group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of audible thinking combined with the case teaching method in the teaching of nursing room visits for trained nurses can improve independent learning ability and assessment results and increase teaching satisfaction. 展开更多

Objective: To explore the application effect of flipped classroom combined with problem-based learning teaching method in clinical skills teaching of standardized training for resident doctors of traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods: The study used the experimental control method. The study lasted from September to November 2022. The subjects of this study were 49 students of standardized training for resident doctors of traditional Chinese Medicine from grades 2020, 2021 and 2022 of Dazhou integrated TCM & Western Medicine Hospital. They were randomly divided into experiment group (25) and control group (24). The experiment group adopted flipped classroom combined with problem-based learning teaching method, and the control group adopted traditional teaching method. The teaching content was 4 basic clinical skill projects, including four diagnoses of traditional Chinese Medicine, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, dressing change procedure, acupuncture and massage. The evaluation method was carried out by comparing the students’ performance and a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the students’ evaluation of the teaching method. Results: The test scores of total scores in the experimental group (90.12 ± 5.89) were all higher than those in the control group (81.47 ± 7.96) (t = 4.53, P P Conclusions: The teaching process of the flipped classroom combined with problem-based learning teaching method is conducive to improving the efficiency of classroom teaching, cultivating students’ self-learning ability, and enhancing students’ willingness to learn. 展开更多

Effectiveness of Participatory Teaching Methods in the Standardized Training of Respiratory Medicine Residents

Objective:To explore and analyze the application effect of participatory teaching method in the standardized training of respiratory medicine residents.Methods:The study period was from May 2022 to May 2023.20 doctors in the standardized training of respiratory medicine residency in our hospital were taken as research subjects and grouped into the participatory group(n=10)and the routine group(n=10)by using the random number lottery method.The participatory group practised participatory teaching methods,and the routine group practised routine teaching methods.The results of discharge assessment,teaching evaluation,and mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise(mini-CEX)assessment were compared between the groups.Results:The theoretical assessment,operational assessment,and total scores of the participatory group were significantly higher than those of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching evaluation of independent learning,theoretical mastery,teamwork,clinical thinking,communication,and learning interest of the participatory group was significantly higher than that of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The mini-CEX assessments of history inquiry,organizational effectiveness,professionalism,physical examination,clinical diagnosis,communication skills,and overall clinical competence of the participatory group were significantly better than those of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the participatory group was significantly higher than that of the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Participatory teaching methods can improve the overall level of doctors in the respiratory medicine residency standardized training,and the teaching satisfaction is improved. 展开更多

As part of a layered education,stratified evaluation has the unique advantages of basic education and secondary education. The evaluation of the students whofocus on various levels of learning. Football coaching and training requires a full display of the student's personality. The teacher'sstratified evaluation method is very important for improving students' confidence in learning, enhancing students' enthusiasm forfootball training, and promoting students' continuous improvement. 目的探讨Teach-back法健康教育结合康复训练对脑卒中患者肢体平衡能力及照顾者跌倒预防知识、行为的影响。方法选取2020年6月至2022年6月收治的110例脑卒中患者为研究对象,按护理方法差异将其分为对照组和观察组,各55例。对照组予以常... 目的探讨Teach-back法健康教育结合康复训练对脑卒中患者肢体平衡能力及照顾者跌倒预防知识、行为的影响。方法选取2020年6月至2022年6月收治的110例脑卒中患者为研究对象,按护理方法差异将其分为对照组和观察组,各55例。对照组予以常规健康教育结合康复训练,观察组予以Teach-back法健康教育结合康复训练。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的积极举动和康复护理配合度评分高于对照组,放弃举动评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分、Holden分级高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组照顾者的跌倒预防知识、行为评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论Teach-back法健康教育结合康复训练可提高脑卒中患者的康复锻炼依从性,促进平衡能力、步行功能改善,调节神经相关因子和炎症因子水平,也能改善照顾者跌倒预防知识、行为,保证患者安全。 展开更多

目的探讨5A教学模式在普通外科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法采用随机对照研究方法,以2020年1月至2022年12月在解放军总医院第一医学中心普通外科医学部接受住院医师规范化培训并进入本研究团队主诊组轮转学习的学员为研究对象... 目的探讨5A教学模式在普通外科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法采用随机对照研究方法,以2020年1月至2022年12月在解放军总医院第一医学中心普通外科医学部接受住院医师规范化培训并进入本研究团队主诊组轮转学习的学员为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组20名,采用5A教学模式;对照组20名,采用传统教学模式。对2组学员进行理论考核、临床技能考核和综合能力考核,记录考核成绩,并比较2组的教学效果。结果相对于对照组,试验组学员在消毒铺巾、切开缝合和腔镜技能考核3个方面的成绩得到提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组学员在团队协作和科学研究2个方面的成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组学员带教满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论5A教学模式可以显著提高学员的临床实践操作、团队协作和科学研究能力,可作为普通外科住院医师规范化培训的有效教学方法。 展开更多

目的基于PDCA循环理论探索情景模拟教学法在临床基本技能培训中的应用模式。方法选取哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院2019级临床医学专业96名学生作为研究对象,分别设置实验组和对照组,每组48名学生,于2022年3—12月开展技能培训。对照组采... 目的基于PDCA循环理论探索情景模拟教学法在临床基本技能培训中的应用模式。方法选取哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院2019级临床医学专业96名学生作为研究对象,分别设置实验组和对照组,每组48名学生,于2022年3—12月开展技能培训。对照组采用传统方式培训,实验组采用基于PDCA循环的情景模拟教学法培训。比较分析对照组和实验组的培训效果及培训满意度。结果在实验组学生的培训效果调查中,临床基本技能操作中多方面评价结果均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。在适当且安全的操作方式方面,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在培训满意度调查中,实验组学生对培训满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在临床基本技能培训中应用基于PDCA循环的情景模拟教学法,有助于提升临床基本技能培训质量和学生满意度。 展开更多

目的探讨采用以问题为基础教学法(problembased learning,PBL)联合思维导图教学模式对外科护士疼痛培训的效果研究。方法2021年6月—2022年3月,对上海中医药大学附属市中医医院外科87名临床护士采用PBL教学法联合思维导图教学模式进行... 目的探讨采用以问题为基础教学法(problembased learning,PBL)联合思维导图教学模式对外科护士疼痛培训的效果研究。方法2021年6月—2022年3月,对上海中医药大学附属市中医医院外科87名临床护士采用PBL教学法联合思维导图教学模式进行疼痛管理知识培训,并采用《护理人员的疼痛知识和态度评估问卷》(the nurses’knowledge and attitude survey,NKAS)于培训前后对参训护士进行疼痛知识和态度评估,以及培训后进行疼痛知识理论考核和教学满意度调查。结果87名外科护士NKAS培训前得分为(15.07±3.45)分,正确率为47.09%,培训后得分为(21.95±5.96)分,正确率为68.61%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。NKAS疼痛一般知识维度分数培训后(5.90±1.81)分高于培训前(4.72±1.72)分,疼痛评估知识维度分数培训后(1.82±0.39)分高于培训前(1.68±0.52)分,药物镇痛知识维度分数培训后(11.95±3.33)分高于培训前(7.72±2.14)分,情景案例分析测试维度分数培训后[2.00(1.00,4.00)分]高于培训前[0(0,1.00)分],差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL教学法联合思维导图教学模式能有效提高外科护士的疼痛知识水平及疼痛综合应用能力,且充分发挥二者的教学优势,值得在临床继续教育中运用。 展开更多

目的:探讨慕课结合翻转课堂在呼吸与危重症医学科住院医师规范化培训中的应用价值。方法:选取在安徽医科大学第二附属医院呼吸与危重症医学科参加住院医师规范化培训的84名内科学员,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规教学方式,观... 目的:探讨慕课结合翻转课堂在呼吸与危重症医学科住院医师规范化培训中的应用价值。方法:选取在安徽医科大学第二附属医院呼吸与危重症医学科参加住院医师规范化培训的84名内科学员,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规教学方式,观察组在常规教学方式的基础上,录制慕课教学视频交住培学员自主学习,让住培学员利用自由时间学习慕课资源,随后通过翻转课堂进行实践、交流互动。比较两组出科理论考试成绩、临床技能成绩及住培学员对于教学的满意度。结果:观察组住培学员理论考试和临床技能成绩均优于对照组,且观察组学员对教学的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:慕课联合翻转课堂在呼吸与危重症医学科住院医师规范化培训中有着积极意义。 展开更多
