The Path Dependence of Enterprise Strategic Adjustment and Its Transcendence Analysis

The world today is in a period of great development and integration of economy,information,and technology,especially the high-tech industries represented by big data,cloud computing,and artificial intelligence.It is promoting the rapid increase of human productivity and leading the changes in various industries.Enterprises are facing more and more uncertain external environments.The previous organizational strategy,personnel structure,and operating strategies have been unable to adapt to the turbulent external environment,and innovation has become the norm.Therefore,how to find an innovative breakthrough point on the original strategic road on which to survive has become a matter of life and death.From the perspective of path dependence theory,this paper analyzes the characteristics of path dependence and transcendence path dependence during the adjustment of corporate strategy,and analyzes the internal causes and mechanisms of its generation with the help of the PEST model.Based on this,the negative impact of path dependence on the adjustment of the strategy was found.Furthermore,it was found above that the degree of transcendence path dependence in corporate strategic adjustment is determined by two factors:its ability to drive independent innovation in a dynamic environment and its ability to transform strategically.Finally,according to the research conclusions,it proposes countermeasures to overcome the path dependence of enterprises when adjusting their strategies,and provides suggestions for companies to find breakthrough points in disruptive innovation.

Electricity Generation from Heatwaves

We chose a definition of heatwaves (HWs) that has ~4-year recurrence frequency at world hot spots. We first examined the 1940-2022 HWs climatology and trends in lifespan, severity, spatial extent, and recurrence frequency. HWs are becoming more frequent and more severe for extratropical mid- and low-latitudes. To euphemize HWs, we here propose a novel clean energy-tapping concept that utilizes the available nano-technology, micro-meteorology knowledge of temperature distribution within/without buildings, and radiative properties of earth atmosphere. The key points for a practical electricity generation scheme from HWs are defogging, insulation, and minimizing the absorption of infrared downward radiation at the cold legs of the thermoelectric generators. One sample realization is presented which, through relay with existing photovoltaic devices, provides all-day electricity supply sufficient for providing air conditioning requirement for a residence (~2000-watt throughput). The provision of power to air conditioning systems, usually imposes a significant stress on traditional city power grids during heatwaves.

Whether a new generation of human rights emerges in the digital age has sparked widespread debate.Academic understanding of digital technology remains confined to thinking about network technology and products,often overlooking the revolutionary nature of digital media.Digital media has the sweeping potential to unify all forms of media and reshape social life,giving rise to new demands for a new generation of human rights.The concept of digital human rights can be defined as the legitimate rights of human's infinitely extended personalities through digital media.Its core characteristic is its transcendency,where every person lives in a networked space that surpasses physical boundaries,nations,and individual personalities.Human rights are generally considered the foundation for basic constitutional rights,which,in turn,form the basis for legislative acts across various sectors.In recent years,China has enacted numerous laws in the digital domain to keep pace with the times,but due to the lack of guidance on digital human rights,these laws tend to be fragmented and disjointed.It is urgent to unify digital legislation at all levels on the basis of reshaping basic constitutional rights.Thus,it is essential to reshape the basic rights based on the concept and characteristics of digital human rights and streamline legislation at all levels under the unified guidance of basic rights.This can help establish a comprehensive digital human rights protection system that meets the demands of the modern era.

“All Shall Be Well”:On Sin,Antinomies,and Transformation of Images in Julian of Norwich

This paper presents mostly phenomenological reflections on spiritual experience of Julian of Norwich(1342-1416).I investigate mutual relations among immediate divine experience,conceptual understanding of sin and guilt,self-transcendence,and transformation of mental images.I first describe antinomical character of reality to depict a basic ontological situation in which phenomenon of sin may appear;for its better philosophical articulation,I implement Karl Jaspers’philosophical observations.I point out the deep experiential discrepancy between essentially unlimited divine nature of a man and existential limitedness that he or she normally experiences.In this particular context,I elaborate the notion of sin from Julian’s revelations:I qualify it as pain,discordance,clash of intentions,isolation,delusion,and having no essence.Next,I show how(religious)images and correlated concepts must be transformed within the authentic process of spiritual transformation.In this way,Julian invites us to transcend the limited existential situation of antinomies and step toward unbound possibilities of divine goodness which may be found and activated in one’s own inmost being.

Cogito, Phenomenology, and Christianity in Michel Henry

This article shows,in Michel Henry,the relationship that Descartes’cogito maintains with phenomenology and Christianity.Thus,this article first shows to see how the phenomenology of life is only possible through a reading of Descartes’cogito.For,in it is in the cogito that one discovers how the life of the ego relates the ego to itself by excluding from itself what is outside of itself in the reduction in which this ego is constituted.The article then observes that it is from the way in which the ego is constituted in its most radical immanence that Michel shows how Husserl confused the immanence of the ego with the transcendence which lies outside of the ego.The article finally explains how the ego which discovers itself in pure immanence is the institute of a phenomenology of life which remains the mode of being of the philosophy of Christianity.

Periodic, Irrational and Transcendental Numbers in the Factorial Series

The main aim of the article is to investigate the irrational and transcendental properties of certain real numbers by means of the factorial series and the factorial number system. The difference between the factorial series and the factorial system is that the factorial series does not set an upper bound at a given place after the radix point, while in the factorial system (i – 1) is the maximal possible value for ri after the radix point. I give an extended definition of periodic numbers, and show the relationship between periodic and irrational numbers. I prove the transcendence of e by means of the factorial series and the factorial number system.

English Language Teaching from the Perspective of Mediate Learning Experience

This paper is intended to discuss what English teachers can do to promote English learning,and seek out a method to compensate for the weaknesses we have in English language teaching,from the perspective of Feuerstein’s Theory of Mediated Learning Experience(MLE).From the research of Feuerstein’s theory,we can find it challenges some traditional thoughts and has brought some innovative ideas to education.It considers the role of the mediator a key factor in effective learning and puts forward the tool for dynamic assessment.The quality of the MLE interaction is best described by a series of twelve parameters,which one would hope to find in the adult/child learning interaction,and which contribute to cognitive enhancement and development.I will take three parameters of MLE-Intentionality and reciprocity,Transcendence,Mediation of meaning-which are of great significance to language teaching,to discuss the educational context in China,and to elaborate the implications of Feuerstein’s mediation theory on EFL teaching.

Recently,an article entitled Exploring Quantum Entanglement and Acupuncture has attracted widespread attention from medical practitioners and the media.This article was published in the November 2017 issue of Chinese Acupuncture Journal.The paper points out that according to the coupling relationship of quantum entanglement theory and transcending space-time,there must be a phenomenon of quantum entanglement between parents and their children and relatives with blood relationship.In response to the reaction this article has produced,author’affiliation,Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Dongzhimen Hospital issued a statement,stating that the paper reflects the author's personal opinions and thoery based on relevant principals and phenomenon,from which further experimentation and proof is required.It is not the final clinical research report,nor is it instructive for clinical medicine.
