Recycling graphite anode from spent lithium-ion batteries(SLIBs)is regarded as a crucial approach to promoting sustainable energy storage industry.However,the recycled graphite(RG)generally presents degraded structure...Recycling graphite anode from spent lithium-ion batteries(SLIBs)is regarded as a crucial approach to promoting sustainable energy storage industry.However,the recycled graphite(RG)generally presents degraded structure and performance.Herein,the residual fluoride self-activated effect is proposed for the upgraded utilization of RG.Simple and low-energy water immersion treatment not only widens the interlayer spacing,but also retains appropriate fluoride on the surface of RG.Theoretical analysis and experiments demonstrate that the residual fluoride can optimize Li~+migration and deposition kinetics,resulting in better Li~+intercalation/deintercalation in the interlayer and more stable Li metal plating/stripping on the surface of RG,As a result,the designed LFP||RG full cells achieve ultrahigh reversibility(~100%Coulombic efficiency),high capacity retention(67%after 200 cycles,0.85 N/P ratio),and commendable adaptability(stable cycling without short-circuiting,0.15 N/P ratio).The energy density is improved from 334 Wh kg^(-1)of 1.1 N/P ratio to 367 Wh kg^(-1)of 0.85 N/P ratio(total mass based on cathode and anode).The exploration of RG by residual fluoride self-activated effect achieves upgraded utilization beyond fresh commercial graphite and highlights a new strategy for efficient reuse of SLIBs.展开更多

In this rapidly evolving market, software development is an ongoing process thatmust be tailored to meet the dynamic needs of enterprises. However, internal research and development can beprohibitively expensive, driving many enterprises to outsource software development and upgrades to externalservice providers. This paper presents a software upgrade outsourcing model for enterprises and service providersthat accounts for the impact of market fluctuations on software adaptability. To mitigate the risk of adverseselection due to asymmetric information about the service provider’s cost and asymmetric information aboutthe enterprise’s revenues, we propose pay-per-time and revenue-sharing contracts in two distinct informationasymmetry scenarios. These two contracts specify the time and transfer payments for software upgrades. Througha comparative analysis of the optimal solutions under the two contracts and centralized decision-making withfull-information, we examine the characteristics of the solutions under two information asymmetry scenarios andanalyze the incentive effects of the two contracts on the various stakeholders. Digital village construction opens a new vista for fulfilling consumption capabilities and optimizing consumption patterns in rural areas.For this research,we used the microdata on rural households from the 2019 China...Digital village construction opens a new vista for fulfilling consumption capabilities and optimizing consumption patterns in rural areas.For this research,we used the microdata on rural households from the 2019 China Household Finance Survey(CHFS)to conduct an empirical examination of the impact of digital village construction on the upgrading of rural household consumption and its possible influence mechanisms in the endogenous switching regression(ESR)model.Our research findings can be summarized in three points.First,digital village construction has significantly contributed positive contributions to the improvements and upgrading of rural household consumption.Second,digital village construction can help upgrade rural household consumption by increasing their participation in online shopping and expanding online shopping channels.Third,digital village construction means different things to rural households at different levels of risk exposure,with its facilitation to consumption upgrades in proportion to income risks facing rural households.Our research findings,which came from an extensive,in-depth exploration of the factors influencing rural household consumption,are of practical significance and policy value to the stimulating and fulfilling of consumption potentials among rural households.展开更多
China has made great achievements in industrial development and is transforming into a powerful manufacturing country.Meanwhile,the industrial land scale is also expanding.However,whether industrial structure upgradin...China has made great achievements in industrial development and is transforming into a powerful manufacturing country.Meanwhile,the industrial land scale is also expanding.However,whether industrial structure upgrading achieves the purpose of restraining industrial land expansion remains unanswered.By calculating the industrial land structure index(ILSI)and industrial land expansion scale(ILES),this study analyzed their temporal and spatial distribution characteristics at both regional and city levels from 2007to 2020 in China.Results show that industrial land expansion presents a different trend in the four regions,the ILES in the eastern region is the largest,and the speed of industrial land expansion has declined since 2013,but it has gradually increased since 2016.The ILSI of the eastern and central regions is higher than that of the western and northeastern regions.Furthermore,a spatial Durbin model(SDM)has been established to estimate the spatial effect of industrial structure upgrading on industrial land expansion from 2007 to2020.Notably,industrial structure upgrading has not slowed industrial land expansion.The eastern and western regions require a greater amount of industrial land while upgrading the industrial structure.The improvement of the infrastructure level and international trade level has promoted industrial land expansion.展开更多

In-situ upgrading by heating is feasible for low-maturity shale oil,where the pore space dynamically evolves.We characterize this response for a heated substrate concurrently imaged by SEM.We systematically follow the...In-situ upgrading by heating is feasible for low-maturity shale oil,where the pore space dynamically evolves.We characterize this response for a heated substrate concurrently imaged by SEM.We systematically follow the evolution of pore quantity,size(length,width and cross-sectional area),orientation,shape(aspect ratio,roundness and solidity)and their anisotropy—interpreted by machine learning.Results indicate that heating generates new pores in both organic matter and inorganic minerals.However,the newly formed pores are smaller than the original pores and thus reduce average lengths and widths of the bedding-parallel pore system.Conversely,the average pore lengths and widths are increased in the bedding-perpendicular direction.Besides,heating increases the cross-sectional area of pores in low-maturity oil shales,where this growth tendency fluctuates at<300℃ but becomes steady at>300℃.In addition,the orientation and shape of the newly-formed heating-induced pores follow the habit of the original pores and follow the initial probability distributions of pore orientation and shape.Herein,limited anisotropy is detected in pore direction and shape,indicating similar modes of evolution both bedding-parallel and bedding-normal.We propose a straightforward but robust model to describe evolution of pore system in low-maturity oil shales during heating.展开更多

Effect of thermal annealing on the upgraded metallurgical grade(UMG)-Si was investigated under different conditions.The dislocation,grain boundaries and preferred growth orientation of Si ingot were characterized by...Effect of thermal annealing on the upgraded metallurgical grade(UMG)-Si was investigated under different conditions.The dislocation,grain boundaries and preferred growth orientation of Si ingot were characterized by optical microscopy,electron back scattering diffraction(EBSD) and X-ray diffractometry(XRD),respectively.The arrange order of dislocation density of Si ingot is from the lowest in the middle to the lower in the bottom and low in the top before and after annealing.And it decreases gradually with increase of the annealing temperature.The number of small angle grain boundaries declines gradually until disappears whereas the proportion of coincidence site lattice(CSL) grain boundaries increases firstly and then decreases.The twin boundary Σ3 reaches the highest proportion of 28% after annealing at 1 200 ℃ for 3 h.Furthermore,the crystal grains in different positions gain the best preferred growth orientation,which can promote the following machining of Si ingot and the conversion efficiency of solar cells.展开更多

A direct production method of high-strength titanium alloy from upgraded titania slag(UGS)was developed.First,UGS was reduced into alloy powder with 1.3 wt.%oxygen using magnesium powder.Subsequently,the alloy powder ...A direct production method of high-strength titanium alloy from upgraded titania slag(UGS)was developed.First,UGS was reduced into alloy powder with 1.3 wt.%oxygen using magnesium powder.Subsequently,the alloy powder was compacted at 600 MPa to produce a pellet.Lastly,the pellet was sintered to produce titanium alloy.The reduced powder was characterized,and the effect arising from the sintering temperature on the sintered density,compressive strength,microstructure,and hardness of the alloys was studied.The results showed that the density tended to increase with the temperature increasing from 900 to 1200℃,whereas the porosity decreased.A significant sintering densification was achieved at the temperature above 1100℃(98.65%at 1100℃ and 99.41%at 1200℃).At 1100℃,the hardness and compressive strength reached the maximal values of the alloy,HV 655.7 and 1563 MPa,respectively.展开更多
New-generation synchrotron light sources are being designed and operated worldwide to provide brighter radiation by reducing the beam emittance to X-ray diffraction limits.Intra-beam scattering(IBS)and Touschek scatte...New-generation synchrotron light sources are being designed and operated worldwide to provide brighter radiation by reducing the beam emittance to X-ray diffraction limits.Intra-beam scattering(IBS)and Touschek scattering in such facilities are significant and require attention because of their ultra-low emittance.Therefore,cure strategies need to be carefully studied to obtain highquality photon beams.For the Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility Upgrade(SSRF-U),a candidate lattice of the storage ring,reaching the soft X-ray diffraction limit,was designed and presented for the first time in this study.The emittance growth and beam lifetime in the SSRF-U storage ring were studied using particle simulations for a series of different machine configurations.The gains with RF frequencies of 100 MHz and 500 MHz were compared.Along with a better filling pattern,a more suitable RF frequency was adopted in the SSRF-U.The variations in the equilibrium beam emittance with beam coupling and bunch-lengthening were identified using simulations.Optimal beam coupling and required bunch-lengthening for the SSRF-U storage ring were thus determined.The fitness of the beam energy in the SSRF-U was subsequently assessed using the obtained parameters.Additionally,the Touschek scattering and beam lifetime were calculated,and an acceptable total beam lifetime was obtained.展开更多

文摘In-situ upgrading by heating is feasible for low-maturity shale oil,where the pore space dynamically evolves.We characterize this response for a heated substrate concurrently imaged by SEM.We systematically follow the evolution of pore quantity,size(length,width and cross-sectional area),orientation,shape(aspect ratio,roundness and solidity)and their anisotropy—interpreted by machine learning.Results indicate that heating generates new pores in both organic matter and inorganic minerals.However,the newly formed pores are smaller than the original pores and thus reduce average lengths and widths of the bedding-parallel pore system.Conversely,the average pore lengths and widths are increased in the bedding-perpendicular direction.Besides,heating increases the cross-sectional area of pores in low-maturity oil shales,where this growth tendency fluctuates at<300℃ but becomes steady at>300℃.In addition,the orientation and shape of the newly-formed heating-induced pores follow the habit of the original pores and follow the initial probability distributions of pore orientation and shape.Herein,limited anisotropy is detected in pore direction and shape,indicating similar modes of evolution both bedding-parallel and bedding-normal.We propose a straightforward but robust model to describe evolution of pore system in low-maturity oil shales during heating.

文摘Administrative regions are an important environment for the operation of China's market economy.The relevant economic subjects cannot predict the policy of adjustment of administrative divisions and carry out conscious migration behavior,adjustment of administrative divisions can be regarded as a quasi-natural experiment.The three cities of Hefei,Wuhu,and Ma'anshan,which are directly related to the adjustment of the administrative division of Chaohu,are taken as the treatment group,and the seven adjacent cities of Lu'an,Huainan,Chuzhou,Bengbu,Anqing,Chizhou,and Tongling are taken as the control group.Differences-in-Differences method and relevant control variables affecting the upgrading of industrial structure are used to test.The test results show that"Partitions of Chaohu"has a significant industrial structure upgrading effect by promoting the optimization of spatial layout,the cross-regional flow of production factors and the effective management of Chaohu Lake Basin.At the same time,the increase of total retail sales of consumer goods,urban fixed assets investment,public utility expenses in science,education,culture and health,and population plays a significant positive role in promoting the upgrading of industrial structure,while foreign direct investment plays a certain inhibition role in the upgrading of industrial structure.In order to meet the ever-developing space demands and enhance the impact on surrounding areas,the Hefei metropolitan area should be driven by technological innovation,strengthen the integration of industrial chains,improve the business environment and transportation network,and continuously promote the upgrading of industrial structure and the formation and development of new productive forces.

文摘This paper focuses on the route and roadbed pavement design in highway reconstruction and upgrading projects.It discusses the importance of project design for highway reconstruction and upgrading,highlighting key aspects of route design and roadbed pavement design.The analysis reveals that the main design considerations in these projects include controlling factors of route reconstruction,expansion,and upgrading,as well as route plan design and longitudinal section design combined with roadbed pavement.In roadbed pavement design,it is crucial for designers to thoroughly collect existing data and make reasonable use of the current roadbed and pavement to develop a comprehensive design scheme.This analysis aims to provide a reference for the reasonable design of such projects.
文摘Based on panel data from 16 cities in Shandong Province from 2013 to 2022,and grounded in theoretical analysis,this paper constructs a benchmark regression model,a mediating effect model,and a heterogeneity test for empirical analysis.The results show that:(1)the digital economy has a significant positive effect on promoting the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry in Shandong Province;(2)the digital economy can drive the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry through technological innovation;and(3)the impact of the digital economy on the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry in Shandong Province is evidently heterogeneous.

文摘Effect of thermal annealing on the upgraded metallurgical grade(UMG)-Si was investigated under different conditions.The dislocation,grain boundaries and preferred growth orientation of Si ingot were characterized by optical microscopy,electron back scattering diffraction(EBSD) and X-ray diffractometry(XRD),respectively.The arrange order of dislocation density of Si ingot is from the lowest in the middle to the lower in the bottom and low in the top before and after annealing.And it decreases gradually with increase of the annealing temperature.The number of small angle grain boundaries declines gradually until disappears whereas the proportion of coincidence site lattice(CSL) grain boundaries increases firstly and then decreases.The twin boundary Σ3 reaches the highest proportion of 28% after annealing at 1 200 ℃ for 3 h.Furthermore,the crystal grains in different positions gain the best preferred growth orientation,which can promote the following machining of Si ingot and the conversion efficiency of solar cells.

文摘Based on statistics, this paper reviews China's economic growth and industrial upgrade since the reform and opening up in 1978 and estimates the contribution of industrial restructuring to economic growth. With the years of schooling as the proxy variable of human capital, this paper describes changes in China's labor competence during the industrial restructuring process. Then, this paper estimates China's future human capital demand and shortage based on economic and demographic forecast. Lastly, this paper proposes recommendations for improving human capital in China with skills development and education.
文摘The transmitting of Chinese culture in the intercultural communication is of great importance for English learners in China.English majors at newly upgraded universities are weak in their abilities to express Chinese culture in English and transmit Chinese culture.To find measures for the problems,some necessary changes in the syllabus,textbooks,testing and curriculum are suggested,compiling of a dictionary for the standard of Chinese culture items in English is discussed,and the roles of teachers,students and English Corner in the cultivation of the abilities of English majors' to express Chinese culture in English at newly upgraded universities are analyzed.
文摘Based on the panel data of 30 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions in China from 2011 to 2018, this paper uses the digital inclusive financial index and industrial structure upgrading coefficient of the Internet Research Center of Peking University as the core explanatory and explained variables to construct a spatial panel. Bin model performs </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">regression</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> analysis on the effect of digital inclusive finance in the upgrading of industrial structure. The results prove that the development of digital inclusive finance in this province and city has significantly promoted the upgrading of the regional industrial structure, and it has a positive overall effect on the upgrading of industrial structure.

文摘A direct production method of high-strength titanium alloy from upgraded titania slag(UGS)was developed.First,UGS was reduced into alloy powder with 1.3 wt.%oxygen using magnesium powder.Subsequently,the alloy powder was compacted at 600 MPa to produce a pellet.Lastly,the pellet was sintered to produce titanium alloy.The reduced powder was characterized,and the effect arising from the sintering temperature on the sintered density,compressive strength,microstructure,and hardness of the alloys was studied.The results showed that the density tended to increase with the temperature increasing from 900 to 1200℃,whereas the porosity decreased.A significant sintering densification was achieved at the temperature above 1100℃(98.65%at 1100℃ and 99.41%at 1200℃).At 1100℃,the hardness and compressive strength reached the maximal values of the alloy,HV 655.7 and 1563 MPa,respectively.

文摘New-generation synchrotron light sources are being designed and operated worldwide to provide brighter radiation by reducing the beam emittance to X-ray diffraction limits.Intra-beam scattering(IBS)and Touschek scattering in such facilities are significant and require attention because of their ultra-low emittance.Therefore,cure strategies need to be carefully studied to obtain highquality photon beams.For the Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility Upgrade(SSRF-U),a candidate lattice of the storage ring,reaching the soft X-ray diffraction limit,was designed and presented for the first time in this study.The emittance growth and beam lifetime in the SSRF-U storage ring were studied using particle simulations for a series of different machine configurations.The gains with RF frequencies of 100 MHz and 500 MHz were compared.Along with a better filling pattern,a more suitable RF frequency was adopted in the SSRF-U.The variations in the equilibrium beam emittance with beam coupling and bunch-lengthening were identified using simulations.Optimal beam coupling and required bunch-lengthening for the SSRF-U storage ring were thus determined.The fitness of the beam energy in the SSRF-U was subsequently assessed using the obtained parameters.Additionally,the Touschek scattering and beam lifetime were calculated,and an acceptable total beam lifetime was obtained.
