CLINICAL OBSERVATION ON COMBINED TREATMENT OF VASCULAR DEMENTIA WITH ACUPUNCTURE, MOXIBUSTION AND CHINESE MEDICINAL HERBS

In the present study, the clinical effect of acupuncture, moxibustion plus Chinese medicinal herbs for treatment of 30 cases of vascular dementia (VD) was observed and their mechanisms were analyzed by determining the activity of SOD, LPO and GSH-Px. Results showed that after 2 months’combined treatment, of the 30 cases, 12 had marked improvement, 15 had improvement and 3 had not any improvement, with an effective rate of 90%; the activity of SOD and GSH-Px increased considerably while the content of LPO lowered strikingly. There were significant differences between pre-and post-treatment in the activity of SOD and GSH-Px and the content of LPO (P<0. 01). It reveals that this method is capable of improving VD patients’ clinical symptoms and signs such as headache, dizziness, hemi-paralysis or hemianesthesia, forced crying and laughing, etc.and also raising the ability of the body in removing oxygen free radical, and suppressing peroxidization of free radical to reduce its products, thereby alleviating the toxic effect of oxygen free radical on the brain tissues.

Treatment of Retinal Vein Obstruction with Acupuncture and Chinese Medicinal Herbs

We have treated thirty-two cases (52 eyes) of retinal vein obstruction by acupuncture and oral administration of Huo Xue Ming Mu Decoction. The total effective rate of 90.38% demonstrated that the treatment was definitely effective.

CLINICAL OBSERVATION ON COMBINED TREATMENT OF 360 CASES OF PROSTATITIS WITH ACUPUNCTURE OF SISHENCHONG POINT, ETC. AND SELF-DRAFTED PRESCRIPTION I, II AND III

In the present series of observations, 360 cases of prostatitis were treated with acupuncture of Sishenchong (EX HN 1), etc. and self drafted prescription I, II and III. After 4 courses (28 sessions) of treatment, 321 cases (89.17%) were cured, 35 cases (9.72%) had improvement and 4 cases (1.11%) failed. The total effective rate was 98.89%.

CLINICAL OBSERVATION ON THE TREATMENT OF APOPLEXY BY ACUPUNCTURE COMBINED WITH DRUGS

Apoplexy involves cerebrovascular accident, such as cerebral hemorrhage, cerebralthrombosis, cerebral infarction, subarachaoid hemorrhage, etc. and its sequelae in modern medicine. The author treated 81 cases of apoplexy using acupuncture combined with drugs. AIn0ng them, 36cases were male, accounting for 44%; 45 cases female, accounting for 56 %. The oldest was 82 yearsold, and youngest 28 years old. The shortest course of disease was one day, and the longest over 3years The treatment results show that 60 cases were cured, accounting for 74. 07%; 16 casesmarkedly effect, acc0unting for 19. 75 %; 3 cases improved, accounting for 3. 7 %; 2 cases ineffective,accounting for 2. 48 %. The total effect rate was 97. 52 %.

COMMENTS ON THE STUDY OF ACUPOINT COMBINATION AND REMEDIES FOR TREATMENT OF DIABETES MELLITUS WITH ACUPUNCTURE AND MOXIBUSTION

In the present paper, the author reviews the progresses in the study on acumoxi (acupuncture-moxi-bustion) treatment of diabetes mellitus (DM) from Chinese ancient classical works, Chinese and foreign journals. The therapeutic results reveal that acupuncture treatment of DM is effective in improving DM patients' symptoms via vagal-nerve reflex, regulation of neuroendocrine and immune functions. The author holds that ① correct selection of acupoints in accordance with syndrome differentiation and the related meridians and combined application of acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicines (for oral administration) are the key points for raising the therapeutic effect; and ② acupoint combination and curative methods need to be researched further.

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Post-operative Gastrointestinal Syndrome with Combined Acupuncture and Herbs

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of treating postoperative gastrointestinal syndrome with combined needles and herbs. Method： Altogether 117 in-patients were randomly allocated into the treatment group of 86 cases and control group of 31 cases. Point injection was mainly adopted in the treatment group plus Chinese herbal decoction, while Western medicine was adopted in the control group. And then the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Result： The total effective rate of the treatment group and control group were 96.5% and 80.6% respectively, and the treatment course of the treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： Combined needles and herbs have excellent effect in treating postoperative gastrointestinal syndrome and were superior to Western medicine.

从厥阴角度论治围绝经期失眠经验

从厥阴经脉、厥阴脏及六经之厥阴角度阐释了厥阴与围绝经期失眠的密切关系,并通过具体病例加以分析,提出从厥阴论治,针药结合,中药处方以清肝火、疏肝气、养肝血为基本治法,随证佐以滋肾、健脾、养心等;针刺以调肝为核心,以百会、四神聪、本神、肝俞、期门、太冲为主穴,随证配伍其他腧穴;注重选用火针温通法、放血强通法、毫针微痛法即贺氏三通法以达补虚泻实之目的,同时注重阴阳互引及子母补泻取穴法的选择运用,最终达到阴阳调和、阳气正常出入阴分则寤寐有时的正常生理状态。

从“肺与大肠相表里”阐释针灸治疗哮喘的理论内涵

针灸治疗肺系疾病有深厚的理论根源和得天独厚的优势,并有丰富的临床应用经验。“肺与大肠相表里”理论指导下针灸“肺肠同治”对改善哮喘症状及气道炎症反应具有重要意义。基于“肺与大肠相表里”理论,主要从肺与大肠组织相连、经络相通、功能上相互为用以及病理上的相互影响等方面,系统阐释肺与大肠的特殊关系,进而阐释“肺肠同治”针灸治疗哮喘的理论内涵和意义,为临床“肺肠同治”针灸治疗哮喘的推广和应用提供理论基础,更好地指导临床实践。

针药并用从“肾主水”论治五液失常病症

现基于经典理论,剖析五液内涵与“肾主水”理论,总结历代医家诊治经验,探讨从“肾主水”论治五液失常病症。《黄帝内经》首先提出“肾主水”,后世医家不断继承与发展丰富,是现代中医基础理论脏象学说重要组成部分。五脏功能失调均可导致所主的五液摄纳失常,肾之液虽表现为“唾”,但因主持全身水液的输布和排泄,其余四脏之液的疏泄失常与肾脏的功能亦密切相关,如“多涕”病症可能与肺卫相关性不大,而以肾脏虚弱为主。基于经典理论和名家诊治经验,中医在整体观念的指导下,“五脏之五液”以肾水为根本,五液之间相互影响,不独主于本脏,牵一发而动全身,治疗以调护根本为主兼顾它脏,并提出针药并用治疗五液病症思路与方法,为临床治疗五液相关病症拓展辨证思路,启发辨证思维,有效指导临床实践。

“脑肠同治”针刺疗法治疗脑卒中后认知障碍的临床效果

目的观察“脑肠同治”针刺疗法治疗脑卒中后认知障碍(PSCI)的临床效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年1月福建中医药大学附属康复医院收治的100例PSCI患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组及治疗组,每组50例。对照组口服多奈哌齐,治疗组行针刺治疗及口服多奈哌齐。4周干预治疗后,比较两组患者有效率和治疗前后日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)、蒙特利尔认知评估测试(MoCA)、简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评分变化。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的ADL、MoCA、MMSE比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的MMSE、MoCA、Barthel指数评分均高于本组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“脑肠同治”针刺疗法可提高PSCI患者的认知能力,提高患者的生活质量,具有较高的临床价值。

中医药治疗斑秃研究进展

斑秃是一种较为常见的非瘢痕性炎症性脱发,禀赋不足气血空虚、饮食不节湿热内蕴、情志失调瘀阻脉络、腠理不固风袭巅顶等皆可导致斑秃的发生,其病性属本虚标实。本病可从肝肾不足、气血亏虚、血虚风燥、血热动风、肝郁血瘀、湿热蕴蒸6个证型辨治。现从辨证论治、专方治疗、中成药治疗、针药并用以及中西医结合治疗角度概括中医药治疗斑秃的研究进展,以期为临床治疗斑秃提供思路。

储浩然“中焦五法”辨治慢性萎缩性胃炎经验探析

[目的]总结储浩然教授“中焦五法”辨治慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床经验。[方法]通过随诊学习,精读储教授治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎相关医案,归纳储教授对此病的认识,分析储教授运用中焦五法的精髓,并举验案一则进一步佐证。[结果]储教授认为,脾虚是慢性萎缩性胃炎发生的根本,后复感内外之邪,而致盈亏失和、疏泄失度、纳运失常、阴阳失调、瘀血壅滞,终见中焦失衡。临证强调以补法为基础,确立“温中焦、实中焦、醒中焦、润中焦、疏中焦”之五法,临床活用精简之针药以调中致衡。所举验案为肝胃不和型吐酸,治以针药行气实中、疏肝和胃,配合手法镇痛,使中焦复衡,终见良效。[结论]储教授治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎,强调从中焦入手,辨治、取穴、手法三因制宜,以调周身气血,疗效稳定,特色鲜明,值得推广及深入研究。

基于扶阳理论治疗复发性三叉神经痛1例报告

通过1例顽固复发性三叉神经痛患者的临床治愈过程,浅析中西医对于复发性三叉神经痛的治疗措施。着重介绍了张英主任在扶阳理论指导下的针药结合、标本兼治的临床治疗经验。

针药分期论治肝肾不足型智力发育障碍的临床疗效观察

目的:观察针药分期论治对肝肾不足型智力发育障碍的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2020年6月至2022年8月住院的100例肝肾不足型智力发育障碍患儿,随机分为两组,每组50例。对照组患儿采取康复训练;治疗组患者采取针刺、中药口服和康复训练。3个月为1疗程,治疗1个疗程后,采用《0~6岁儿童发育检查报告(Gesell)》《社会生活能力量表(S-M)》进行评估,分析比较治疗前后两组患儿发育商(DQ)及社会适应能力的变化。结果:治疗组患儿适应能力、语言、个人社交、大运动、精细运动5大领域发育商及S-M量表评分改善优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组有效率92%,高于对照组有效率(74%)(P<0.05)。结论:针药分期论治,对肝肾不足型智力发育障碍的认知水平、言语表达及社会适应能力等均有不同程度的改善,临床疗效确切。
