Language-socialization-based Analysis of Putonghua Promotion’s Influences on Tujia Cultural Identity-A Case Study of Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture

Language functions as a carrier of culture,playing a crucial role in individual socialization into his cultural community,thus it is inextricably interconnected with individual cultural identity.Language acquisition and language ability development require necessary sociocultural interactions and practices.China boasts 55 ethnic minorities which have their own distinctive cultures and language varieties.But some of them are experiencing loss of languages and cultural identity.This paper is dedicated to examining the influences of Putonghua Promotion on Tujia cultural identity from the perspectives of Language Socialization.

Countermeasures of Goat Parasitic Diseases in Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture

Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture is located in western Hunan province with abundant pastures,suitable for husbandry.However,parasitic diseases become an obstacle for goat industry development.In the research,based on parasite damages,epidemic variety and characters,some prevention measures were proposed,as follows：improving goat raising and management,rotation grazing,reinforcement of disinfection and quarantine,and regular parasite expelling,providing references for goat farming in Xiangxi.

Carbon Storage Dynamics of Forest Vegetation In Karst Mountain——A Case Study in Youyang Tujia and Miao Autonomous County

Based on the data in 2002 and 2012 of forest inventory in Chongqing, using a regression model between stand biomass and volume which was appropri-ate for the southwest district, this paper estimated forest vegetation carbon storage dynamics in recent 10 years in Youyang Tujia and Miao Autonomous County. And then carbon dynamics of different sorts of vegetation was calculated. The results in-dicated that, in the recent 10 years, total of forest carbon increased strikingly, and among whole species, China fir’s increment was the maximum, among al ages, middle-age forests had the largest increase. Then it can be concluded that, the for-est in Youyang is a carbon sink, and with the growing of young forests and devel-opment of plantation, the function of carbon sink wil rise.

Identification and Bioactivities of Secondary Metabolites Derived from Endophytic Fungi Isolated from Ethnomedicinal Plants of Tujia in Hubei Province:A Review

Tujia is a national minority,inhabiting in the mountainous Wuling area in China.Since 1978,Tujia medicine has been studied,summarized and developed,leading to numerous achievements by Chinese researchers,such as the publishing of approximately 30 monographs of Tujia medicine.These publications are focused on summarizing and improving the theory of Tujia medicine and developing clinical therapies from this system of medicine.The shortage of natural medicinal plants used in Tujia medicine has created the need to discover new resources to replace them and protect endangered natural plant species.Endophytic fungi are one of the conservation options,are considered a source of new bioactive natural products,and are a renewable and inexhaustible source of new drugs and agrochemicals.This review summarizes 260 compounds from endophytic fungi that have been previously isolated from the medicinal plants of Tujia.These compounds include steroids,terpenoids,meroterpenoids,polyketides,alkaloids,peptides,aliphatic compounds,aromatic compounds,and heterocyclic compounds.

Study of the similarities and differences between TCM and Tujia medicine in clinical diagnosis and treatment of liver cancer

At present,for the treatment of liver cancer is not limited to western medicine chemotherapy.With the development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),more patients choose Chinese medicine conservative treatment.TCM has the theoretical system and treatment system.Tujia medicine,as a branch of TCM,has its own unique treatment methods in the treatment of disease.The author found in the exploration of the diagnosis and treatment of liver cancer,TCM,and Tujia medicine has the effect of different approaches but equally satisfactory results in the treatment of liver cancer,the collation,and research of comparison,in order to provide a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of liver cancer.

THE Tujia people live in the Wuling Mountains, straddling the borders of Hunan, Hubei, and Guizhou provinces and Chongqing Municipality. As for the most representative traditional dwellings of the ethnic group, the distinction belongs to the stilted building.

National Characteristics and Art Composition Characteristics of Tujia Brocade Art

As one of China's national minorities, Tujia nationality has exerted an important role in the development course of modern national culture. In the development course of national culture of Tujia nationality, its brocade art inherited generation by generation has been extensively applied in art inheritance in modern society. It has also been applied in practical teaching to manifest the unique style and special artistic expression of Tujia brocade art. Under such a context, it is necessary to strengthen analysis on its national characteristics in the art development course and art composition characteristics. For this purpose, this paper makes special analysis on the national characteristics and art composition of Tujia brocade art in the sequence of analysis on the basic components of Tujia brocade art, analysis on its national characteristics and then detailed analysis on its composition characteristics. The author hopes to help people to understand the unique characteristics and results of Tujia brocade art after the analysis in this paper.

The aesthetic arts and heritage conservation study of Hunan Tujia Waving Dance

Tujia Waving Dance, as an important part of culture, has drawn the attention of many scholars in sociology and ethnology and researched by them in recent years, with the results one after another. But from the perspective of sports and culture to observe and understand the Waving Dance, there are still not many learners and their analysis is limited to the discussions of the value of fitness and the recreational sports, but being ambiguous on the classification of the Waving Dance and its genes discussions, with some problems having big controversy. We can start from the basic shape of the Waving Dance to identify its dance category, to determine its basic factor, and to analyze the diversity value of the Waving Dance.

Architectural Features of Stilted Buildings of the Tujia People: A Case Study of Ancient Buildings in the Peng Family Village in Western Hubei Province, China

This paper describes and analyzes the stilted buildings of the Tujia people (an ethnic group living in China's Mainland), a distinctive building style unique to them, from the perspectives of site selection, spatial layout, construction techniques, and cultural inheritance. The cluster of stilted buildings (Diaojiao Lou in Mandarin Pinyin) in the Pengjia Village (meaning most of the villagers share the surname of Peng) is presented as a case study in this paper. The paper makes a case for their preservation as authentic carriers of the Tujia people’s cultural history, which is quickly disappearing due to development pressures. Three preservation strategies are discussed to meet this preservation goal. The first is to provide a detail analysis of the construction language to guarantee authenticity in the documentation, preservation and restoration processes of the stilted buildings. The second is to keep alive the expert knowledge and skill of traditional artisans by involving them in the construction of new structures using diaojiaolou techniques. The third strategy is to encourage local people to “dress-up” discordant buildings constructed mid to late 20th century with well-mannered facades using traditional details such as suspension columns, shuaqi, and six-panel and bang doors. Taking as a whole, these strategies are presented to help local residents, preservation experts, developers and policy makers sustain the irreplaceable cultural heritage and economic independence of the Tujia people.

Changyang Tujia Autonomous County in western Hubei Province is an area of mountains and waters, most notably the 400-km Qingjiang River that traverses it from east to west. 参与旅游对农户生计脆弱性的影响机制

农户的生计脆弱性关系脱贫成果的巩固和乡村振兴战略的推进。基于可持续生计理论,实地调查了恩施土家族苗族自治州乡村旅游地432户农户,通过t检验、方差分析等方法比较了不同旅游参与程度农户的生计脆弱性,运用多元线性回归、倾向得分匹配等稳健性检验、中介效应检验方法,深入探究了农户参与旅游对生计脆弱性的影响机理。研究发现,参与旅游降低了农户的生计脆弱性,尤其是提高了农户的适应力。在不同旅游参与程度的农户中,旅游兼营型农户的生计脆弱性最低,适应力最高。机制分析表明,农户通过参与旅游增强了生计技能和收入多样化等内生发展动力,降低了自身的生计脆弱性。农户参与旅游对生计脆弱性的影响因乡村旅游发展模式不同而存在异质性,仅生态农业依托模式的农户通过参与旅游显著降低了其生计脆弱性。恩施州乡村旅游地应提升乡村旅游社区参与程度、增强农户的内生发展动力,以降低农户的生计脆弱性,推进乡村振兴。

生态资产价值核算方法构建及应用研究

对生态资产的价值构成进行分析和科学核算是生态资产管理和价值实现的基础。在借鉴国内外生态系统服务价值评估、生态系统生产总值核算等相关研究成果的基础上,构建了涵盖自然资源价值和生态系统服务价值的生态资产价值评估体系,并以湖北省五峰土家族自治县为例,对研究区生态资产进行全面核算。结果表明:2018年五峰县生态资产总价值为1 715.06亿元,其中自然资源价值为256.36亿元,占生态资产价值总量的14.95%,生态系统服务价值为1 458.70亿元,占生态资产价值总量的85.05%;在空间分布上呈现出中部高、东西低的特征,其中五峰镇生态资产价值最高为237.33亿元,采花乡单位面积生态资产价值最高为77.91万元/公顷。

民族药九子连的化学成分及对肝癌细胞的增殖抑制作用

目的研究土家族民族药九子连(Calanthe fimbriata Franch.)的化学成分及其对肝癌细胞的增殖抑制作用。方法用硅胶柱色谱、反相硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱和高效液相色谱等现代分离技术对九子连进行分离纯化,通过波谱技术结合化合物的理化性质对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定;用MTT法检测上述化合物对人肝癌HepG2细胞的增殖抑制作用。结果从土家药九子连中分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定如下:betulalbuside A(1);roseoside(2);尿苷(3);4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯基β-D-吡喃木糖基(1→6)-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4);arctiiphenolglycoside A(5);salidroside(6);3-methylbutan-1-ol-β-D-glucopyranoside(7);translinalool-3,6-oxide-β-D-glucopyranoside(8);(+)-isolariciresinol(9);腺苷(10);N-反式-对羟基苯乙基香豆酰胺(11);marylau⁃rencinol A(12);callosin(13)。其中化合物13对HepG2细胞具有一定的增殖抑制作用。结论上述13个化合物含1个生物碱、1个木脂素、2个二氢菲、3个芳香苷、2个单萜苷、2个核苷、1个脂肪醇苷和1个环酮苷,均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
