Confucius＇s ＂No Child Left Behind＂ education ideology which was put forward two thousand years ago reflected the importance of education for educators and the simple pursuit of educational equity at that time. Education Fair is the current composition content of China＇s basic education dream. Practicing ＂No Child Left Behind＂ education is the cornerstone to achieve China＇s fair education dream. Making implementing continuing education in order to achieve ＂No Child Left Behind＂ equitable education as a research issue, based on analyzing the status and problems of educational equity issues under the perspective of NCLB, the author explored the realistic way through multi-channel and diverse continuing education to achieve ＂No Child Left Behind ＂equitable education.

Universities in the continuing educational process should establish the basic principles of cultivating high-quality technical personnel of enterprises, and developing continuing education in universities and actively exploring the training mode of high-quality technical personnel of enterprises are proposed.

In this paper, we conduct the theoretical research on the effect of traditional culture for the ideological and political education of post-90s university students. The purpose of ideological and political education, and reflects the dynamic characteristics and the development requirements of the people. Fundamental characteristics of people different from animals, is a person with subjective initiative, or initiative. The purpose of man＇ s subjective initiative is the activities of man. Traditional culture will effectively influence the students＇ attitude toward the classes. Therefore, it is more than necessary to combine the ideological and political education with traditional culture.

Three Models of English Education in China＇s Universities ——-A Historical Perspective

In the present paper, a comparison is made of the three formats in the history of EECU （English education in China＇s universities）. In the first period （1904-1949）, English education was conducted separately in government-managed educational institutions and in institutions sponsored by church-related organizations; English education was well-knit with both general education and specialty education; and self-motivating learning was encouraged. In the second period （1950-1966）, almost everything was tinted with a shady color of politics： A halt was addressed drastically to EEC （English education in China） in 1952. In the gradual recovery that started four years later, the second format was sawed and hammered, showing the following features： All non-government-mamaged institutions vanished from the stage; English was taught solely as a language or a system of verbal parts, almost deprived of all cultural loading. The third period （1978 onwards） has witnessed a barrier-free and rapid development of over three decades, resulting in the unprecedented pervasion of EECU. Yet in the third tbrmat, learners＇ efforts have turned wholly test-oriented, degenerating into the saddening disintegrity of learning as a process into isolated charges to the target of a test at a time; the ignorant reduction of the learning methods to ＂Vocabulary Booklets Plus Collections of Test Papers＂. Such a comparison not only provides a multi-dimensional perspective of EECU and a better understanding of it, but also offers some important experiences and lessons for the search of an effective solution to the pervasive problem of＂Time-Consumingness and Low-Efficiency＂.

The Impact of a Real-Life Inflammatory Bowel Disease Education Course for Brazilian Physicians from the Perspective of Its Participants

Background: Physicians must acquire the necessary skills to provide Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) patients with state-of-the-art clinical care, aiming to improve patient’s quality of life and disease outcomes. Purpose: To describe the queries and experiences of doctors enrolled in an IBD education course and to evaluate the impact of the course. Methods: A retrospective study included 100 physicians, of which 78 attended the course. A questionnaire was applied evaluating how the course had an impact on their IBD-knowledge. The 20-hour-course consisted of practical “real-life” activities and theoretical discussions. Results: The majority of doctors’ expertise was in gastroenterology (53%) and coloproctology (44%). A significant portion had no experience with biological therapy for ulcerative colitis (19.4%) or Crohn’s disease (5.05%). The main topics doctors wanted to discuss were biological therapy (93%), new drugs (74%) and differential diagnosis (64%). A considerable number of physicians did not feel confident at prescribing biological therapy before the course (44.4%), a percentage that decreased to 8.5% after the course (p < 0.0001). The impact of the course was considered high (grades 9 and 10) by most of the participants (78.2%). Discussion: The ideal course should have a practical and theoretical component, as well as the support of an experienced multidisciplinary team. A real-life practical-theoretical IBD course proved a success at increasing IBD knowledge.

高校—政府—中小学(university-government-school,U-G-S)合作是各国高度重视的教师教育模式,该模式由高校、政府和中小学结成战略合作伙伴关系,协同促进未来教师的培养。基于U-S合作的内涵分析,梳理了美国教师“专业发展学校”模式、英国“以中小学为基地的教师培训学校”模式、法国教师教育“职前职后一体化”模式、芬兰“研究本位”的教师培养模式等国外有代表性的未来教师教育模式,阐述了基于U-G-S合作的未来教师教育模式在中国的发展状况。结合应用型大学关于教师教育的探索实践,对基于U-G-S合作的地方师范类院校教师教育模式优化提出建议。

合作、服务与引领:新时期“U-G-S”三位一体关系的反思与实践路径重构

地方高师院校(U)如何更好地与地方教育管理部门(G)以及中小学(S)建立合作关系历来是一个难题。合作目的的错位、利益与职责机制的缺乏、地位的不平等以及管理文化的差异,导致地方高师院校与中小学合作的实然关系不理想。从应然意义而言,高师院校要以服务中小学教师专业发展为主要范畴,以研究中小学教育教学改革的实践问题为主业,以引领中小学教育教学能力的整体提升为目标,以培育和创新中华民族优秀教师文化为使命。但由于实然的诉求不同,目标各异,使原本紧密的合作关系张力不断。在新时期全面深化教师队伍建设的时代背景下,高师院校要与地方教育管理部门以及中小学进一步加强合作体系建设,突出服务意识,构建服务机制,引领文化发展,建设协调机制,更好地形成三位一体的合作发展机制。

随着新建地方本科院校内部与外部环境的急剧变化,通过构建继续教育机制为现有劳动群体提供继续学习、更新、提升知识与技能的机会、手段与能力以支持学校转型发展、内涵式发展乃至提升学校与国家的核心竞争力,这是理论界与实践界的共识。那么如何构建继续教育机制呢?当前新建本科院校教师继续教育需求是多方驱动(教师、学校、政府、NGO等),总体上呈现出多元化、层次化、个性化的特征。为满足多元化、层次化、个性化的新建本科院校继续教育需求,在比较MOOC与SPOC、借鉴继续教育网络平台经验的基础上,构建了"需求驱动、学校主导、多元供给"的,基于SPOC的一站式学习平台及其相应运行机制。

师范院校与中小学校“本是同根生”,在中小学教师培养问题上有共同的使命和担当,应避免彼此隔膜、疏离的情形。在地方政府及其教育行政部门的支持下,全面、深入推进合作,通过U-G-S合作机制的建立,师范院校与中小学校“共研课题,共磨课堂,共育团队,共搭平台,共炼成果,共推教研,共培特色”,实现“双赢”:提升师范院校学科教学论教师队伍的实践素养,提高师范生的培养质量;提高中小学校整体办学品质,提升中小学教师的理论功底和教研、教科研素养。为此,院校地教育合作应以情感为纽带,以平等交往为准则,建立价值认同,尊重彼此关切,建立并完善U-G-S合作机制的维护体系。

香港大学专业进修学院(HKU SPACE)是香港继续教育的成功实践者,一直以来,它坚持从社会需求出发办学,根据成人学习者的特征和需求开发和设计课程,在办学理念上不断创新和发展,取得了成功。同时它采取高效的公司化运作管理模式,建立国际化的合作办学体系,创建可靠的质量保障制度,保持与香港终身教育的"立交桥"衔接与并行,形成了与香港资历架构相一致的特色继续教育模式。HKU SPACE的办学经验,对于当前开放大学的建设具有一定的借鉴作用。建设开放大学,既要立足国情,继承和保持中国远程开放教育的特色;同时更要吐故纳新,广泛吸取世界远程教育发展的经验。

高校会计人才培养的SWOT视角

当前的会计人才培养存在以下问题:一方面从当前的学生就业来看,会计类专业已成为就业市场存量最大的专业之一;另一方面,会计继续教育市场上良莠不齐,未能达到提升会计人员的素质和工作实战能力的初衷。本文立足于高校,面向整个会计人才培养的市场,借鉴市场营销的思维方式提出了在会计人才培养中应用SWOT分析方法,认为高校在人才培养中应该以完成教学任务为中心,抓住在校生培养和会计继续教育人才培养两条主线。希冀为高校的会计人才培养提供一种新的思路。
