The VUV photoluminescent ...As an Hg-free lamp using phosphor, the Bi^3+ and EH^3+ co-doped Y2O2S phosphors were prepared and their luminescence properties under vacuum ultraviolet(VUV) excitation were investigated. The VUV photoluminescent intensity of Y2O2S:Eu^3+ was weak, however, considerably stronger red emission at 626 nm with good color purity was observed in Y2O2S:Eu^3+,Bi^3+ systems. Investigation on the photoluminescence reveals that the strong VUV luminescence of Y2O2S:Eu^3+,Bi^3+ at 147 nm is mainly because the Bi^3+ acts as a medium and effectively performs the energy transfer process: Y^3+-O^2-→Bi^3+→Eu^3+, while the intense emission band at 172 nm is attributed to the absorption of the characteristic ^1So-^1P1 transition of Bi^3+ and the direct energy transfer from Bi^3+ to Eu^3+. The Y2O2S:Eu^3+,Bi^3+ shows excellent VUV optical properties compared with the commercial (Y,Gd)BO3:Eu^3+. Thus, the Y2O2S:Eu^3+,Bi^3+ can be a potential red VUV-excited candidate applied in Hg-free lamps for backlight of liquid crystal display.展开更多

In the emission spectra, the parity-forbidden 4f^2→4f^2 and parity-allowed 4f5d→4f^2 transitions were observed simultaneously. In addition, it was also observed that the intensity of 4f5d→4f^2 emission bands increased relative to the intensity of 4f^2→4f^2 emissions with increasing temperature. The thermal equilibrium model of energy levels was employed with respect to the lowest 4f5d state and ^1S0 state of LaB3O6:Pr^3+ , as a result of which the fitted curve had a good agreement with the experiment values, which clarified the physical nature of temperature-dependent emission characteristics of Pr^3+ in LaB3O6.展开更多

The two broad bands situated at about 177 and 217 nm i...SrGdGa3O7∶RE (RE=Ce3+, Pr3+, Tb3+) were prepared by traditional solid-state reaction and their luminescence properties in the range of VUV-Vis were investigated. The two broad bands situated at about 177 and 217 nm in excitation spectra are attributed to the host lattices absorption, and they have no considerable change when doped different rare earth ions. The f-d transitions of Pr3+ and Tb3+ calculated by the formula gathered by Dorenbos were compared to the experimental results. The excitation spectra also show the sharp Gd3+ excitation line at about 274 nm pointing to an efficient energy transfer from Gd3+ to Pr3+ and Tb3+. All of the emission spectra present the characteristic emissions of rare earth ions when excited by VUV and UV.展开更多

The excitation spectra of Eu^3 + -doped RbGd (Y)2F7 suggest that the oxygen content is very low in the samples obtained by hydrothermal synthesis. Only the f-f transitions of Gd^3+ ions are observed in the excitation spectrum of RbGd2F7:Eu^3+ (0.5mol%), while those of Eu^3+ ions do not appear. When the Gd^3+ ions are excited, the absorbed energy is transferred efficiently from Gd^3+ to Eu^3+ . 研制了真空紫外灯单光子电离源飞行时间质谱仪(Vacuum ultraviolet single photon ionization timeof-flight mass spectrometer,VUV-SPI-TOFMS),包括真空系统、毛细管进样系统、真空紫外灯电离源、垂直加速反射式飞行时间质量分析器和...研制了真空紫外灯单光子电离源飞行时间质谱仪(Vacuum ultraviolet single photon ionization timeof-flight mass spectrometer,VUV-SPI-TOFMS),包括真空系统、毛细管进样系统、真空紫外灯电离源、垂直加速反射式飞行时间质量分析器和数据采集系统等。仪器采用的真空紫外单光子电离方式,能够将电离能低于紫外单光子能量(10.6eV)的挥发性有机物(Volatile organic compounds,VOCs)电离。与电子轰击源比较,紫外光电离基本无碎片产生,比较适合样品定性分析。结果表明,仪器的质量分辨率优于800(Fullwidth at half maximum,FWHM),质量精度优于1.0×10-4。仪器能够检测出香烟主流烟气中的60多种化合物,对于丙酮、环己烷、乙酸乙酯和甲苯的定性检出限分别为0.33×10-6,0.27×10-6,0.42×10-6和0.11×10-6。本仪器能够实现对各种环境介质(气相、固相、液相)中挥发性有机物的实时、在线检测,若与膜富集、加热进样装置或吹扫捕集系统联用,仪器的灵敏度能得到有效提高。展开更多
