This case report describes the presentation,diagnosis,and treatment of a 41-year-old man with intracerebral hemorrhage accompanied with multiple chronic diseases.The patient presented in a state of coma with urinary a...This case report describes the presentation,diagnosis,and treatment of a 41-year-old man with intracerebral hemorrhage accompanied with multiple chronic diseases.The patient presented in a state of coma with urinary and fecal incontinence,no seizures,and no binocular gaze.Clinical symptoms and multiple diagnostic tests,including cranial computed tomography(CT)and CT angiography,revealed a definitive diagnosis of cerebral hemorrhage in the left basal ganglia and occipital lobe,renal insufficiency considered as chronic with acute exacerbation,and electrolyte metabolism disorder.The patient underwent a multidisciplinary treatment approach.However,at the time of discharge,the patient was still in a state of coma.This case study highlights the need for advanced therapeutic principles to minimize the deterioration of neurological status after intracerebral hemorrhage.展开更多
